Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on March 6

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 6, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur meets you anywhere in PortMiami, stops for lunch before the listed 3:00 PM tip-off, and has the same car ready for the ride back, with no surge pricing.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

You pay by the vehicle and by the hour, and every game-day booking has a 5-hour minimum, so there’s time for a relaxed pre-game stop, the game and an easy ride out of Downtown.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is for the vehicle, not for each rider. A group that fills the car shares one hourly price instead of paying by the seat. Pick the tier that matches your headcount first, then think about comfort. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a small family coming off a cruise. The two Sprinter sizes are for bigger crews in jerseys. The Platinum SUV is the choice when you want a more polished arrival. The only other charge that can show up on your bill is the late-hours surcharge explained further down, and it only applies outside daytime service hours.

Why Do Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami? 🥂

Fans book us because they keep one private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur all day.

The car is reserved for your group alone, so nobody in your party has to be the designated driver on a Saturday built around basketball. Your hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. A sold-out crowd, a jam on the causeway or a hectic cruise morning never changes it, and there is never a surge. The chauffeur who meets you at the port stays with your group through the game and drives every ride after it. You never switch cars or explain your plans twice. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps visiting relatives and mixed-language groups feel at ease from the start. You can message us directly on WhatsApp before and during the day, and a real person answers. That is what we mean by premium service: a better experience planned around your afternoon, your stops and your pace.

What Payment Methods Work for a PortMiami Game-Day Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and everything is handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: Your booking starts with the five-hour block, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and you settle it after the day is over.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from PortMiami to this Saturday game.

The game is on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Current listings show a 3:00 PM start, but NBA teams often confirm tip-off times closer to the date, so check the final time before you set your pickup. Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is a regular-season Eastern Conference game with real history behind it. The two teams have met in several playoff series, and that history still gives the building an edge when the Pacers visit. Early March is also when teams are pushing for playoff position, so expect a loud, full house and a hectic Downtown well before tip-off. A reserved car is made for that kind of afternoon. Nobody in your group circles for a garage, and nobody stands on a curb afterward wondering how to get back to the port.

Who Fills the Arena for a Saturday Heat–Pacers Game?

A Saturday Heat game draws a real mix of Miami: families in matching jerseys, groups of friends making a day of it, couples building a weekend downtown around the game, and visitors who planned a cruise or city stay around a home game. The crowd wears red, black and white, comes early for the atmosphere and stays late.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in PortMiami, agreed when you book.

For most riders that means the curb at the cruise terminal, where the car is ready once you have left the ship and cleared the terminal. If you are starting somewhere else near the port, such as a hotel lobby, a residence on the bay or a friend’s place, the pickup moves there instead. You name the spot and the chauffeur arrives ready to go. Send us the terminal name or exact address, your group size and a rough time on WhatsApp, and we confirm it in the same chat. On the day you can reach your chauffeur directly, so you are not searching a crowded curb for a car you don’t recognize. The car is yours for the whole block, so there is no rush at pickup. Finish checking out, take a last photo of the ship, and walk to the car when your group is ready. A calm start sets the tone for the rest of game day.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Game?

Yes. A cruise that docks on the morning of March 6 fits well with an afternoon tip-off. Your chauffeur picks up the group at the terminal, and you can head toward the arena or stop for lunch first, all in the same booking. Tell us your ship and terminal so the pickup point is set ahead of time.

What Can You Do Near PortMiami Before the Game? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, Brickell and Little Havana are easy pre-game stops before tip-off.

Bayside Marketplace sits on the bay right beside the arena. It has waterfront restaurants, bars and open-air shops, which makes it the natural place for a group to eat, have a drink and walk over to the game together. For a more polished sit-down lunch, try the restaurants around Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre, a short drive from Downtown with plenty of choice for a big table. If your group wants something more local, Little Havana’s Calle Ocho is the place for Cuban coffee, a Cuban sandwich and a walk past Domino Park before the arena gets loud. Your chauffeur drives the group to whichever stops you pick, so nobody looks for parking or watches the clock at the table. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make. Choose the kind of afternoon you want, and the route is planned around it.

Can the Chauffeur Loop Through Wynwood or South Beach First?

Yes, if the timing works for your group. Some fans want photos in front of the Wynwood murals, and others want a quick look at Ocean Drive in South Beach before the game. You set the stops, so the chauffeur plans the loop around tip-off and suggests the order that keeps the afternoon relaxed.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami? 🌆

Your chauffeur usually crosses the port bridge onto Biscayne Boulevard, a short run into Downtown.

PortMiami connects to Downtown in two ways, and your chauffeur chooses based on that afternoon’s traffic. Port Boulevard crosses the bridge and comes out on Biscayne Boulevard right near the arena, which is the direct route on a normal day. The PortMiami Tunnel runs under the channel toward Watson Island and the MacArthur Causeway, connecting to I-395. That is the better choice when the bridge is backed up with cruise traffic, or when the plan includes a stop in Wynwood or on Miami Beach first. The trip is short on paper, but a sold-out Saturday game packs Biscayne Boulevard and the side streets downtown as tip-off gets closer, particularly on a morning when ships are unloading. Leave plenty of extra time. Getting ahead of the tip-off rush is the main reason to book by the hour. The car is already yours, so leaving early just means the group walks in relaxed, finds its seats and catches warmups.

Where Does the Chauffeur Drop the Group Near the Arena?

You are dropped off as close to the entrance as access allows that day. Event-day traffic control decides which curbs stay open, so your chauffeur picks the cleanest legal drop-off point. Before you step out, you agree together where to meet after the game, so the plan for the ride back is settled before tip-off.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You After?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game instead of leaving to take other work. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the pickup point you agreed on. The car comes to you while the crowds in the garages are still crawling toward the exits.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Heat Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle for a block of hours, and the day follows your plan.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then tell us the pickup spot, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. Your booking starts with the five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, waiting wherever the day takes you. You decide the order: lunch first, then the game, then drinks or dinner. You can add a stop, skip one or stay longer as the schedule allows. If the day runs long, just keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with nothing to renegotiate, and you settle it once the day is done. If the game goes to overtime, staying later is easy.

How Do You Book and Confirm the Ride Over WhatsApp?

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, your pickup spot in PortMiami, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make. We reply with the right vehicle, its hourly rate from the list above and the payment steps. Once your payment arrives, your March 6 booking is confirmed in the same chat, with no forms and no account.

Which Game-Day Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Service runs every day of the week, around the clock, including game days.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, handy for sharing game-day photos.
  • One brief comfort stop for a restroom or snack never changes the rate.
  • Tell us ahead so we can confirm for your booking.
  • Mention banners, flags, or other big fan gear when you book so we’re ready.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Game Day? 🍾

Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls and parking for the whole block.

Parking matters most downtown on a game day, when the garages around the arena fill up early. None of that falls on you. Parking for the car while your group is inside is part of the rate. So are any tolls on the route and all the fuel used between lunch, the game and a late dinner. You never pay back a receipt or split a toll bill at the end of the night. Two charges can fall outside the rate, and both are explained before you pay anything. Rides outside daytime hours add the late-hours surcharge covered in the next section. Everything else about the day, including the car, the chauffeur and the route you choose, is already in the hourly price on the price list.

Does a Late Ride Home Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry an extra charge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV the surcharge is one charge per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, as the list shows. If the schedule changes once the final tip-off time is announced, tell us on WhatsApp, and we’ll show you which surcharge applies to your booking, if any, well before game day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From PortMiami? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple off a cruise to a big group outing.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. The first choice for couples, families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a mid-size group to spread out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a big crew together in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Count every rider, kids included, when you choose. Every tier is private and comes with the same chauffeur for your whole booking. For a luxury feel on a big afternoon, the Platinum SUV is our top option. The reference cars describe the class of vehicle, not a promised model.

How Many People Fit in the Van From PortMiami?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it comes in the two sizes listed above, one for a mid-size group and one for a full crew. Choose by your real headcount so everyone gets a proper seat. If your group grows before March 6, message us and we can move you up a size if one is available.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers? 🕴️

Leave PortMiami with plenty of time to spare before the listed 3:00 PM tip-off.

Plan the start of your booking around what you want to do before the game, not just the drive. A group having lunch at Bayside or in Brickell should start early enough to savor the meal without watching the clock. That leaves time for the security line, a look around the team store and warmups from your seats. If you are coming off a cruise that morning, plan for disembarkation too. Ships unload on their own schedule, so set the pickup for when you really expect to be out of the terminal, and give us your ship and terminal when you book. The listed start time could still change, so confirm the final tip-off before you settle the pickup time with us. Arriving early is the calm way to see a Heat game. You get the pre-game buzz, the introductions and the full crowd noise instead of a rush to find your seats.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When the day and time are agreed within the last 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day itself.

Will Anyone Else Ride in Your Car From PortMiami?

No. Every booking is private, so the vehicle only carries the people in your party, from the port to the game and back. If you were searching for a private van to the Heat game, the Sprinter is exactly that: your own chauffeur, and nobody else picked up along the way.

Where Should the Group Eat After the Game Downtown?

Dinner after the game is one of the best ways to use your booking. Brickell’s restaurants are a short drive from the arena, Wynwood has a lively bar scene, and Coconut Grove is quieter, right on the bay. Your chauffeur takes the group from the game to your table, then back to the port, your hotel or home.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve a PortMiami Game-Day Chauffeur Now? 🎊

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp today to check availability for March 6.

Tell us who is coming, whether that’s a couple, a family just off the ship or a full crew in jerseys. Then describe the afternoon you have in mind: lunch at Bayside, a photo stop in Wynwood, dinner in Brickell after the game, or straight to the game and back. We match the vehicle to your group, confirm the pickup point in PortMiami and send the payment link, and your March 6 booking is set. After that, the day is about you and the game. ✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
