Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on December 1
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your driver picks you up anywhere in Bal Harbour, handles the Downtown drop-off, and is ready for the ride home.
How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost? 📋
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Select the tier that matches your headcount, and that vehicle’s hourly rate applies to every hour of the evening. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM, so most groups start the clock in Bal Harbour early enough for a relaxed dinner. They ride Downtown ahead of the crowds, watch the game, and head home after the final buzzer, and all of that fits inside the minimum block. Larger parties move up to one of the private Sprinter tiers instead of splitting across two cars, so everyone rides together both ways.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Hawks? 🚙
The Black SUV XL suits most game-night groups, and three more private tiers cover the rest.
Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for a couple, a group of friends, or a family heading Downtown for the game.
Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our upscale SUV tier, for clients who want the arrival itself to feel like part of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.
Each tier is a private vehicle reserved for your party from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The reference models show the class of the Platinum tier, not one guaranteed make. With the whole party in one vehicle, you have one pickup, one arrival, and one ride home. Groups too large for an SUV move into a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which comes in the two sizes described below.
How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Bal Harbour?
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes: one seats 6 to 9 passengers and the larger version seats 10 to 14. Either way the whole group rides in one cabin, so a birthday crew, a team of colleagues, or two families leave Bal Harbour together, arrive Downtown together, and ride home together after the game.
Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🕴️
A dedicated chauffeur turns game night into one easy evening instead of a string of logistics.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the Bal Harbour pickup to the last drop-off, so nobody has to deal with parking, rides, or who is driving home. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge when the arena lets out, no change for traffic or weather, and no new fare if you add a stop on the way. The driver waits through the game, so the car is there when you’re ready. You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so changing plans takes one swift message instead of a phone tree. A private car, one familiar driver, and a price you already know: that’s what makes this a premium service and a better experience than piecing a large night together on the fly.
How Do You Pay for an Hourly Chauffeur Booking? 🍾
You pay the full fare when you book.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Every hour you keep the car after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.
What’s the Best Way to Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour? 🏟️
A private chauffeur is the simplest option: door to arena, with no Downtown garage to find.
Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bayfront in Downtown Miami. On a Tuesday evening, the roads into Downtown get busy twice: first with the end of the workday commute, then with fans heading in for the 7:30 PM tip-off. From Bal Harbour the ride follows the bay south, so timing matters much more than distance. Your chauffeur watches traffic while you get ready, picks the clearest route at that moment, and plans the arrival so the group walks in relaxed instead of rushing from a garage. Nobody has to look for event parking, split up across cars, or stay sober to drive home. When the final buzzer sounds, the same car is ready to take everyone back north to Bal Harbour.
Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Downtown?
Most evenings the chauffeur either heads west over the Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard or I-95, or drives south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and crosses the bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway. Live traffic at departure time decides which way is faster. The driver makes that call, so you don’t have to think about it.
Which Drop-Off Point Does the Driver Use Downtown?
The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows, often on the Biscayne Boulevard side or at the nearest drop-off point open that night. Event-night traffic control decides the exact curb, so the chauffeur adjusts on the spot. Before you step out, you agree on where the car will pick the group up after the game.
Can the Driver Wait During the Game?
Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking, so the chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game. Send a WhatsApp message late in the fourth quarter, and the car heads to the pickup spot you agreed on, ready before the crowd spills onto the Downtown streets.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️
Any address in Bal Harbour works, from a hotel lobby to a private residence.
Guests at The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour meet the car at the main entrance, where the driver pulls up so there’s no circling Collins Avenue. Residents and renters in the oceanfront towers along Collins step straight from the lobby into the vehicle, and homes in the village’s quieter residential section get the same door-side pickup. Friends in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands can join the ride too. List every address when you book, and the chauffeur works out a sensible pickup order. If someone is finishing an afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops, the driver can collect them at the shops’ entrance on the way out. You agree on the exact spot at booking and can adjust it over WhatsApp before the game, so nobody wonders which door or which side of the street to watch.
Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before Tip-Off?
Bal Harbour Shops is the classic pre-game stop. Carpaccio serves Italian and Makoto serves Japanese, both inside the open-air center. Book your own table, and the chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then heads Downtown once dessert is done, with no valet line and no rush back to a parking lot.
What Does a Heat vs. Hawks Game Night Feel Like Downtown? 🎤
Heat vs. Hawks is a Southeast Division rivalry, and it brings real large-night energy Downtown.
Heat crowds reflect Miami itself: Cuban-American families in matching jerseys, groups of Venezuelan and Colombian friends, Puerto Rican fans, Haitian- and Jamaican-American fans, and young professionals coming straight from Brickell offices. You’ll hear English and Spanish all through the concourses, and the chants start well before the opening quarter. The bayfront setting adds to the night. Bayside Marketplace sits next door for a swift look at the water, and Museum Park runs along the bay just to the north. “Heat Culture” is the rallying cry, and you’ll see it on shirts, signs, and banners from the plaza to the upper deck. Dressing the part is half the fun, so wear the red, black, or white and leave every logistical detail to your driver for the night.
Where Can the Group Head After the Final Buzzer?
Brickell is the natural post-game stop, with late-night kitchens and rooftop lounges a short hop south of the arena. Others prefer a nightcap back in Bal Harbour or Surfside. You booked by the hour, so the same driver goes wherever the group decides and waits at each stop, with no parking to find.
What’s Included in the Hourly Rate — and What Costs Extra? 🥂
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so causeway tolls and Downtown parking are already covered.
The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets, checking the score, or sharing a pickup pin with the group. A brief comfort stop partway through the booking, whether for a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch, is easy to arrange. Just ask the driver, and it never changes the rate. There’s room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and merch from the team shop, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 📋
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and both stay with you the whole time.
Start by picking the tier that fits your headcount, then select a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive Downtown. Your pickup can be any Miami address: a Bal Harbour hotel or home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you step off a ship that day and want to go straight to the game. You agree on the spot at booking. From there, you run the evening. The chauffeur follows your stops, keeps the car close, and takes the group from dinner to the arena and home again. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate. Lingering over a post-game meal or adding one more stop just means keeping the car longer, with no new fare, no renegotiation, and nothing to pay on the spot.
How Long Should You Book for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off?
The minimum block typically covers a full game night: pickup in Bal Harbour, an early dinner, the ride Downtown, the game itself, and the trip home. Start later if you’re skipping dinner, or earlier if you want time at Bal Harbour Shops. If the evening runs long, the clock keeps running and you pay for the extra time afterward.
Key Facts to Know Before Your Game-Night Ride 🚐
Every booking runs for a minimum block of five hours.
One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
You set the stops and the pace; the itinerary is never locked.
Service is available around the clock, every day of the week.
Every vehicle comes with our chauffeur behind the wheel.
Is There a Night Surcharge After a Late Game? 🎆
Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge, but later trips do.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
SUV bookings add one flat amount per trip, while the private Sprinter vans add a percentage of the trip value, and you’ll see which one applies before you confirm. Nothing else about the service changes after dark: the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly rate carry through to the final drop-off in Bal Harbour. Most game-night groups plan for it from the start, along with dinner and departure time.
Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour to Kaseya Center? 🍸
Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur and vehicle by the hour for the December 1 game.
You don’t share the reservation with strangers: no other riders join, no seats are sold separately, and the route follows your plans instead of a fixed schedule. That flexibility covers the small complications of a real game night, like two pickups in Bal Harbour, a teammate’s parents joining from Sunny Isles, or a detour for the jersey someone left at home. Heat home games draw fans from across South Florida, and this matchup falls on a busy Downtown weeknight, so reserving ahead is the surest way to get the vehicle size you want. The questions below cover what Bal Harbour riders most frequently ask before they confirm, including departure timing, pets, service area, and short-notice bookings.
How Early Should We Leave Bal Harbour for Heat vs. Hawks?
Leave with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off, because a Tuesday departure from Bal Harbour overlaps with the end of the evening commute. Most fans like to be inside when doors open ahead of tip-off, with time for seats, food, and warmups. Your chauffeur suggests a departure time based on that afternoon’s traffic. When in doubt, leave early.
Is There a Private Shuttle From Bal Harbour to the Heat Game?
Yes, as a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group only, with its own chauffeur for the whole evening. It isn’t a scheduled route with other passengers. It leaves when you’re ready, stops where you ask, and brings the same group back to Bal Harbour after the game.
Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?
Our hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, Bal Harbour included. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city and doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
What If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?
A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your evening. On that short notice the date and time stay as agreed, because we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
