Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center

A private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 27, 2026, for the 6:00 PM tip-off, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver handles the Downtown Miami traffic, drops you by the arena, and has the same car ready when the final buzzer sounds.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

The hourly rate depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every game-night booking runs a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The hourly figure covers the entire vehicle and its chauffeur, never a single seat, so your group can split the cost however it likes. Five hours fits a Sunday game night from Hollywood well: an unhurried pickup, the drive south, the game itself, and the ride home, with room for a meal along the way. Smaller parties tend to book the Black SUV XL. Families hosting visiting relatives over the holidays frequently choose a Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting across cars. The Platinum SUV suits a couple or a small circle of friends marking a special night. Pick the tier first, then build the evening around it.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply to a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, with no surprises in between.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full total, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only where you start. You can keep the car longer at any point, and every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. Nothing gets renegotiated, and the extra time is settled after the day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Heat Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set every stop.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a WhatsApp message with your headcount, a rough start time, and any stops you’d like to make. The driver can pick you up at any address in Hollywood, whether that’s a hotel lobby near the beach, a condo, or the family home. The same goes anywhere in Miami: a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a residence. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From there, the car and driver are yours for the full five-hour block. The driver stays with you all evening and waits while you’re inside the arena. If you want dinner first or a detour to collect a cousin, just say so. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every extra hour after the block is added at the same per-hour rate and settled after the day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so Downtown garage fees never reach your bill.

Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking scores or sharing photos on the drive south. A quick comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple to fit in. Just ask the driver, and it adds nothing to the bill. There’s room aboard for signs, jerseys, and team merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only a few things can add to your total: the night surcharge for hours outside the daytime window, and any hours you choose to add past your block at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. Everything else on game night is already covered, from the first mile in Hollywood to the last one home.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Game? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is a single add-on for the trip, not an hourly charge. The Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value. Neither one changes your hourly rate. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets From Hollywood? 🏟️

A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the most relaxed way to get from Hollywood to this game.

The Heat host the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, December 27, 2026, with tip-off at 6:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena in Downtown Miami. It’s a regular-season NBA game in the middle of holiday week, and that shapes the crowd. Expect families with kids, grandparents and cousins in town for the holidays, young professionals meeting friends, longtime season-ticket holders, and visitors from Latin America and Europe, all in one loud room that cheers in two languages. Heat games draw close to a full house, and the days after Christmas push demand even higher. For a group starting in Hollywood, that calls for one plan that covers the drive down, the arrival, and the trip home. A private car booked by the hour keeps all of it together, so the whole group arrives in the same vehicle at the same time and nobody has to find a garage after the game.

Why Does a Holiday-Week Sunday Game Need Extra Planning?

The week between Christmas and New Year’s fills Downtown Miami with visiting families, cruise travelers, and holiday shoppers around Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park. When a full arena crowd arrives on top of that, the streets near the venue slow down early. Booking ahead locks in your vehicle for the date and lets your chauffeur plan the approach around the holiday traffic.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Game Night? 🚙

Your chauffeur drives south from Hollywood to Downtown Miami, drops you near the arena, then waits.

Game night from Hollywood follows a simple pattern: pickup at your door, a straight run south into Downtown Miami, a drop near the arena, and the same car waiting afterward. The drive usually flows until the final approach to Downtown. There, holiday visitors, bayfront traffic, and a full arena’s worth of fans all arrive in the hour before tip-off. Your chauffeur times the drive to get you in ahead of that last wave. When Biscayne Boulevard backs up, the driver uses the side streets around the arena that keep moving. Nobody in your group has to be the designated driver, and nobody has to leave early to beat the exit crowd. The route, the drop-off, and the wait are all handled, so your only job is finding your seats before the opening tip. When the game ends, the same car is ready, and the whole group rides home together.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

On most game nights, the chauffeur takes I-95 south from Hollywood, then uses I-395 or the Downtown exits toward the bayfront. If the interstate slows, US-1 is a steadier alternative. It’s Federal Highway in Hollywood and becomes Biscayne Boulevard farther south. Your driver checks conditions before pickup and takes whichever route is moving best that afternoon.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, at a drop-off point you agree on during the drive. Street closures and event-night traffic control around the arena change from game to game. The driver picks the nearest open curb and points you toward the entrance before you step out.

Does the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You Afterward?

Yes. The car stays reserved for your group for the whole game, parked nearby while you watch. Message the driver on WhatsApp as the fourth quarter winds down, and they’ll confirm a pickup spot a short walk from the arena, usually on a quieter street away from the thickest post-game crowd. You walk out, find the same car, and head home.

What Can Your Group Do in Hollywood Before Leaving for the Game? 🍸

Hollywood makes for a simple pre-game afternoon, from the beach Broadwalk to Downtown Hollywood’s restaurants.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic place to start. It’s an oceanfront promenade lined with casual restaurants, where your group can have an early meal with the sand still in view. It also works as a meeting point for relatives staying at different hotels along the beach. Inland, Downtown Hollywood around Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle has restaurants and bars for a slower pre-game meal. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, with its guitar-shaped tower, is a popular place for groups to gather and eat before heading out. Your chauffeur waits while you eat, then loads everyone up once the table is cleared, with the jerseys, signs, and the relative who arrived late. These are just ideas for the hours you’ve booked. We provide the car and driver, not reservations, so book any table yourself and share the time with us so the evening’s schedule works around it.

Can the Driver Stop in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Many Hollywood groups save dinner for Brickell, whose restaurants sit just south of the arena, or grab a bite at Bayside Marketplace on the bay right beside it. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant and waits or circles while you eat. Then the driver covers the last short hop to the arena, so nobody has to watch the clock.

Which Core Facts Should Hollywood Riders Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish for the whole booking.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Your vehicle is private and never shared with another party.
  • Your driver stays close to the arena while the game is played.
  • Service is available around the clock, every day, including holiday week.
  • Every detail, from pickup to added hours, is confirmed over WhatsApp.
  • The stops, the pace, and the order of the evening are yours.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game From Hollywood? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a big holiday family.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers in a sleek private SUV, the usual pick for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size family or friend group rides together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for a big family gathering or a group outing to the game.
  • Platinum SUV: Up to 5 passengers in our most refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Choose by headcount first, then by the kind of evening you want. A birthday or an anniversary at the game frequently calls for the Platinum SUV. A holiday crowd of cousins, parents, and kids usually does best in a Sprinter, where everyone can talk about the game on the ride home instead of splitting up across separate cars.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Hollywood?

One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries your whole group, whichever of the two sizes above you book, so nobody splits across cars or has to regroup at the arena. If your headcount changes as relatives land for the holidays, update us on WhatsApp and we’ll move you to the size that fits before game day.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Hollywood and the Rest of Greater Miami? 🏙️

Yes. Hollywood is part of our home area, and the hourly service stays around greater Miami.

Our chauffeurs cover the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. The area also reaches neighboring cities north toward Fort Lauderdale, which is how Hollywood fits naturally into a game-night booking. Keeping the service local is what makes it work by the hour. The driver is on call close by, knows the neighborhoods, and can move between a Hollywood lunch, a Brickell dinner, and the arena without your hours disappearing on a long highway drive. The hourly service doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for unhurried days and nights around the city, with the car close at hand whenever you need it. A Heat game from Hollywood falls comfortably within the area our chauffeurs drive every day.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Game Yourself? 🕴️

You get a private car, a bilingual chauffeur, and an hourly rate that doesn’t change.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so there’s no surge after the final buzzer and no increase for holiday-week demand. One dedicated driver stays with you from the Hollywood pickup to the last drop-off and switches easily between English and Spanish for grandparents, cousins, and friends. The car waits through the game, so leaving the arena means a short walk instead of a search. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, and every change to the plan happens in that same chat, whether it’s an extra stop, a later exit, or an added hour. The result is premium service from start to finish and a better experience than driving yourself. There’s no garage ticket, no lost car in a parking structure, and nobody leaving during the fourth quarter to beat traffic. Game night stays part of the holiday instead of becoming a logistics problem.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets? 🎤

Plan to leave Hollywood in the mid-afternoon so you reach Downtown well before the 6:00 PM tip-off.

Drive times from Hollywood depend on I-95 and on how busy Downtown gets as fans arrive, and a holiday-week Sunday adds its own traffic. Allow more time than you would on an ordinary weekday. If you’re stopping for dinner in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace, leave earlier still, so the meal doesn’t feel rushed and the last short hop to the arena stays relaxed. Arriving early has its own rewards: time to find your seats, watch warmups, and take in the building as it fills up. Tell your chauffeur your seat section and any stops when you book. The driver will suggest a departure time that fits your plans and adjust on the day if traffic calls for it. The earlier you start, the more of the evening you get to enjoy instead of watching the clock from the highway.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Charlotte Hornets vs. Miami Heat?

Yes. We run private chauffeur service by the hour from Hollywood to this game on December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Only your group rides in the vehicle. If you’ve been searching for a private shuttle, that’s exactly what you get: a private Sprinter with its own chauffeur, never a shared seat.

Can We Book Last Minute or Change the Date Close to Game Day?

Short-notice bookings are welcome whenever a car is available. Once we’ve agreed on a service within the next 24 hours, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add hours on the day itself.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Hollywood?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Same Hourly Service Work for Other Heat Home Games?

Yes. The same private hourly booking works for any Heat home game this season, as well as concerts at the arena. The vehicle tiers, the Hollywood pickup, and the way the evening runs all stay the same. Only the date and start time change. Send us the game you have tickets for on WhatsApp, and we’ll check availability for that night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Where Do You Confirm a Hollywood Pickup for December 27? 🎆

Confirm your Hollywood pickup on WhatsApp with your group size, start time, and planned stops.

Send us the number of guests, the Hollywood address where you’d like to be picked up, a rough start time for the afternoon, and any stops you have in mind. That might be lunch on the Broadwalk, dinner in Brickell, or a straight run to the game. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits, check availability for Sunday, December 27, and hold your date once your payment arrives. Holiday-week evenings tend to book up early across Miami, so reserving the car soon after you buy your tickets keeps your options open, especially if you need the larger Sprinter. From then on, everything runs through one direct chat, from the first question to the moment you’re back home after the game. Confirm your booking now to lock in the ride that gets your group to tip-off and home again.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
