Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 27, 2026 (6:00 PM tip-off) in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Bal Harbour and stays with your group until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Rates are charged per vehicle, per hour, for bookings of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is for the vehicle, not for each ticket holder, so a group riding together on game night splits one hourly figure instead of paying a separate fare for every ride. Relatives often come to town during the holiday week, so count heads before you choose a tier. A small party fits the SUV rows above, and a larger group moves up to a Sprinter. The one extra that can apply to a late ride home is explained further down this page, so you know the full cost of the evening before you confirm.

Which Key Facts Should Bal Harbour Riders Know Before Booking? 🚙

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all booking long.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, so every guest is understood.
  • Service runs around the clock, every day, including the busy holiday week.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur; nothing on our roster is self-driven.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed entirely over WhatsApp, from first message to final hour.
  • Onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot keeps phones connected for the whole ride.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single journey.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group, then send us your start time and your stops. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight to the game. On this page, pickup usually means a hotel lobby or a residence in Bal Harbour. After that, the evening follows your plan: dinner, a stop to collect a cousin, the arena, and the ride home. The same chauffeur waits for you at every stop. Your plan isn’t fixed, so you can add or drop a stop on the day. If the night runs long, just keep the car. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, and the fare is never renegotiated.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour covers the whole game night from Bal Harbour.

The Heat host the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, December 27, 2026, with tip-off at 6:00 PM at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami. The game falls in the holiday week right after Christmas. The beaches are full of visitors then, and a Heat home game is one of the liveliest nights downtown. Interest in the team is high this season, so expect a full, loud arena and heavy traffic around it. This is where booking by the hour pays off. Your family doesn’t have to split up across several cars and then find each other afterward. Everyone travels together, and nobody has to stand outside the arena refreshing an app after the final buzzer. The evening runs on your schedule, from a relaxed start on Collins Avenue to the last stop of the night, with one car and one driver for the whole group.

Who Heads to a Holiday-Week Heat Game From Bal Harbour?

Much of the holiday-week crowd heading downtown from Bal Harbour is families, visiting relatives, and longtime fans. Heat crowds are as varied as Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans, Caribbean families, young professionals, and visitors from Latin America and Europe. With one vehicle big enough for everyone, grandparents, kids, and cousins stay together from the lobby to the arena.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group south along the coast and across Biscayne Bay into downtown.

Bal Harbour is at the northern tip of the barrier island, so the drive heads down the coast and then crosses the bay toward the arena. On a normal evening the drive is easy. A holiday-week game is different, because the hours before tip-off also bring dinner crowds, hotel traffic, and visitors heading to Bayside Marketplace next door. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and changes the route as needed, so you don’t get stuck on one causeway while it backs up. Arriving early also makes the pre-game part of the fun. You have time to clear security, get food inside, and watch warm-ups instead of rushing to your seats. The questions below cover the route, the timing, the drop-off, and the ride home.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami?

Your chauffeur usually picks one of several well-known routes, depending on that evening’s traffic. One crosses the Broad Causeway through Bay Harbor Islands to Biscayne Boulevard and heads south. Another follows Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and on to I-95. A third continues down Miami Beach to the MacArthur Causeway, which comes out close to the arena.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets?

Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon and allow plenty of extra time before the 6:00 PM tip-off. Holiday-week traffic usually builds at the same time as arena arrivals, and security lines add more time once you get out of the car. Tell your chauffeur when you want to be in your seats, and they will suggest a departure time based on that evening’s conditions.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street. Road closures and traffic control can change the best drop-off spot from one game night to the next. Your chauffeur chooses the drop-off point on the night and agrees the exact pickup spot with you before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. The driver stays nearby for the whole game, so you don’t have to scramble for a ride when the arena empties. You can reach your chauffeur on WhatsApp throughout the game. Message them after the final buzzer and the car will meet your group at the agreed spot. Everyone heads home together, or on to the next stop, while the crowd is still filling the sidewalks.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Pickup happens at any Bal Harbour address you share when you book.

Many game-night rides start in a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The chauffeur meets your group at the front entrance and works with the valet team. If you live in or are staying at an oceanfront condo, the driver picks you up right outside your building. Bal Harbour Shops is another good starting point. You can spend the afternoon in the open-air courtyards, walk out to the curb, and put your purchases straight into the vehicle. Guests staying just outside the village, in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands, are just as easy to pick up on the way. Send the exact address or building name and your group size on WhatsApp, and your chauffeur can sort out the final details with you before the car arrives.

Can the Driver Collect Guests From Several Bal Harbour Addresses?

Yes. An hourly booking can include several pickups, because the route follows the stops you set. The chauffeur can pick up grandparents from one building, cousins from a hotel farther down Collins Avenue, and friends from a Surfside apartment before heading south, all within your booked hours. List each address in order when you book so the plan is clear from the start.

What Can You Do in Bal Harbour Before Leaving for the Game? 🥂

A pre-game dinner at Bal Harbour Shops is a classic local way to start the evening.

Groups often meet before a large night downtown at Makoto, an upscale Japanese restaurant inside the shops, or at Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite in the same center. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car waits while you eat, and there’s no valet line when you leave. Couples might prefer an early-evening walk on the Bal Harbour beach path behind the Collins Avenue hotels. Families with young kids can keep it simple with a quick bite on Harding Avenue in neighboring Surfside. You decide the timing. Stay for dessert and leave a little later, or eat something light and head south early to enjoy the atmosphere around the arena. These are only suggestions, not a package. You make your own reservations, and the driver is happy to suggest places along the route.

Can We Stop for Dinner in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Many groups prefer to eat downtown so they’re already near the arena as tip-off gets close. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the bay, and Brickell’s restaurants are just to the south. The chauffeur drops you off for dinner, waits, and then drives everyone the rest of the way, so nobody has to move a car from one garage to another.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Bal Harbour? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

This covers any tolls on the way south and parking for the vehicle while it waits downtown during the game, and nothing is added for them afterward. A short comfort stop during the booking is also easy to arrange, whether someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a stretch before the drive home. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. There’s room for what fans usually bring on game night, like jerseys, signs, or new team merch. If you plan to bring something large, let us know in advance. Two things can add to the total, and both are explained on this page: any hours you add beyond your booking, and the surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, which can apply to an evening game.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 🎊

You pay the full fare in advance, when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your game-night date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Game? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Rides outside those hours have a surcharge that depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The ride home may run later, depending on how long the game lasts and whether your group adds a stop afterward. For an SUV, the surcharge is one flat amount per journey. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value. Include it when you plan the evening, and you’ll know the full cost of game night before you pay.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Bal Harbour? 🚐

Our private Sprinter vans carry larger groups, and our two SUV options suit smaller parties.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a family gathering in town for the holidays.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a large holiday group can ride to the game together.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choosing the right size matters more on game night than for a quiet dinner out, because a comfortable vehicle makes the drive down from Collins Avenue part of the fun. Every vehicle is private and comes with its own chauffeur, so a bigger vehicle never means riding with strangers.

Why Book a Private Bilingual Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🍸

A private bilingual chauffeur makes a crowded downtown game night peaceful and comfortable, with premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and the same driver stays with you for the whole booking, so you never have to explain the plan to someone new. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t go up on a hectic holiday Sunday, and it doesn’t change because of rain or traffic. While you’re inside watching the game, your driver waits for you, and you can reach them directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center. Guests who are more comfortable in Spanish can talk with the chauffeur in their own language, which helps when grandparents, visiting cousins, and kids are all riding together. With a clean premium vehicle and a driver focused on your schedule, you get better service and a better experience than organizing a large night out on your own.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes. Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

Booking is simple because this page already lists everything that affects the cost: the vehicle options, the hourly rates, and the surcharge for late rides. Tell us how many people are going and which Bal Harbour address the night starts from. Also tell us if you want dinner, a second pickup, or a stop after the game. We check availability for December 27, and once your payment is in, we reserve the car and chauffeur for you. The holiday week is one of the busiest times of the year in Miami, so booking early gives your group the most choice of vehicles. The questions below cover what fans ask most often before this game: whether a chauffeur is better than driving yourself, booking on short notice, bringing a pet, and which areas the hourly service covers.

Is a Chauffeur Worth It for Charlotte Hornets vs. Miami Heat on a Sunday Night?

For most groups, yes. If you drive yourself, you have to find downtown parking, sit in traffic leaving the arena, and ask someone to stay sober to drive instead of celebrating. With a chauffeur, the whole group rides together from Bal Harbour, keeps its own schedule, and heads home when everyone is ready. That’s especially helpful on a holiday-week Sunday with kids along.

Can We Book a Ride Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes, you can book on short notice when a car is available. Once a service within the next 24 hours is confirmed, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At that point, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day, though.

Can I Bring My Pet Along on the Ride to Downtown Miami?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. You’ll have an answer before the day of the game.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

Our hourly service is local and on call around the city. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close by all night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserve your game night now. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, your Bal Harbour pickup address, and the stops you’d like to make. We’ll check availability and confirm your chauffeur for Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets on December 27.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
