Transfer from Sunny Isles Beach to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Sunny Isles Beach to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 6:00 PM, and the same driver and car stay with your group from the first pickup until everyone is home again.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Sunny Isles Beach Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has its own hourly price, and bookings start at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by how many people are coming. A couple or a small family fits the SUV. Two families, or a crowd of cousins in town for the holidays, belong in a Sprinter. The price shown is for the whole vehicle, not for each seat, so the cost per fan drops quickly when the car is full. Every tier comes with its own chauffeur, so the price already includes the person behind the wheel. That block of hours easily covers a relaxed dinner before you head south, the drive into Downtown Miami, and the game itself.

Is There a Night Surcharge After the Heat Game Ends? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a small per-trip amount applies based on your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The clock matters on the way back. Share your rough timeline when you book, and you’ll know about the surcharge before game day. Families who want to stay within daytime hours can plan an earlier finish. Groups who want the whole night out can keep going and know exactly what applies.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Game Night From Sunny Isles Beach? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved only for your group turns game night into premium service.

Nobody else rides with you, nobody else sets the schedule, and the car is yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The hourly price is locked at booking with no surge, so a packed holiday-week crowd pouring out of Downtown Miami doesn’t change what you pay. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole block. That means one person who knows your plan, your pickup spot, and exactly who is in your party. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which helps visiting grandparents and cousins feel at home in whichever language the family speaks. Plans live on WhatsApp, where you message the team directly to confirm times, add a stop, or say the game went to overtime. It’s a better experience than juggling parking apps and garage lines: you watch the game, and your ride home is already waiting.

Why Is a Private Car Better Than Driving Yourself to the Heat Game?

If you drive yourself, one person has to stay sober, someone has to find a downtown garage, and the night ends in a slow crawl out of the lot. With a chauffeur, everyone in the group gets to enjoy the game, the car comes to you, and the ride home starts relaxed.

Which Ride Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • The service runs 24/7, including late returns after evening games.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly price.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🕴️

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and one driver stays throughout.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send a rough pickup time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the arena, and maybe a post-game dessert. The minimum block is five hours, which covers the heart of a game night, and many groups run a little longer. After that block, every extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to work out, and the extra time is settled after the day, not on the spot. So if the fourth quarter gets close and nobody wants to leave early, or the group decides on a late table downtown, you just keep the car. You set the order of the stops and the pace between them. The chauffeur handles the driving, the timing, and the parking, and the plan can change as the evening goes on.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Sunny Isles Beach?

Your driver picks up at any address in Sunny Isles Beach, such as an oceanfront hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo tower entrance, or a family home. You agree on the spot when you book. Relatives arriving that day can be picked up first anywhere in Miami: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, then go straight to the game.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hourly rate you book.

That matters most on game night. Parking in Downtown Miami near a packed arena is the headache many fans dread, and here it isn’t your problem. The chauffeur’s waiting time between stops is part of the hours you reserved, not a separate meter. There are only a few extras, and they are always clear. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge covered above after the first has a fee confirmed at booking. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and the merch you pick up at the arena. Those are the only extras we list.

What Makes Heat vs. Hornets on December 27, 2026, a Big Night Out? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets tips off Sunday, December 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

This regular-season game falls in the holiday week right after Christmas, when Miami is full of visiting relatives. A Heat game is the outing that gets grandparents, parents, and kids into one row. Expect the crowd Miami is known for: Cuban-American families in matching jerseys, loud Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans from warm-ups on, young professionals coming straight from brunch, longtime season-ticket holders, and tourists from Latin America and Europe at their first NBA game. The team’s renowned Heat Culture draws fans who show up early for the pregame buzz and stay for every possession. Kaseya Center sits on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami, right next to Bayside Marketplace, so the neighboring blocks fill with fans well before tip-off. That energy is the reason to go, and letting someone else drive means your group can enjoy it from the moment you leave home.

Is Heat vs. Hornets a Good Game for a Family Outing?

Yes. An early-evening Sunday tip-off works much better for kids than a late start, and a holiday-week crowd full of families gives the arena a festive feel. Riding privately helps too. Little ones can nap on the way home, and nobody has to keep a tired child waiting on a crowded curb.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Sunny Isles Beach? 🌆

Chauffeurs typically take I-95 south or Biscayne Boulevard straight down into Downtown Miami.

Most trips start by crossing to the mainland on Sunny Isles Boulevard or the William Lehman Causeway. From there, the chauffeur either takes I-95 south toward the downtown exits or stays on Biscayne Boulevard, which runs straight down the mainland past Aventura and North Miami to the bayfront. A third route follows Collins Avenue south past Haulover, Bal Harbour, Surfside, and Miami Beach, then crosses the MacArthur Causeway, which ends close to the arena. It’s a scenic choice if you leave early. The interstate is usually quickest, the boulevard is steadier when I-95 jams, and the beach route suits a group that wants to take the long way in. Your chauffeur checks live traffic on the day and picks the road to match, so nobody in the back seat has to check a map app or argue about the exit.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Your driver drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.

Streets around the arena get hectic on game nights, and access can change as the crowd builds. The exact drop-off point depends on conditions that evening, and your chauffeur reads them and picks the calmest curb available instead of circling. Timing matters just as much. Arriving ahead of the pregame rush means a shorter walk to the entrance, time to get food and locate your seats, and no rush through the concourse during player introductions. Groups with little ones or older relatives can ask for a drop-off that keeps walking to a minimum. Arriving early also leaves time for a stroll along the bay before heading in. Because the driver already knows where the group is going and who is in it, getting from the car to the arena takes moments instead of a scramble.

Can the Driver Wait During the Heat Game?

Yes. The driver stays nearby for the entire game, because waiting is exactly what your reserved hours pay for. Near the end of the game, the driver messages you on WhatsApp with a clear meeting point. While the crowd spills out looking for garages, your group walks to one familiar car and heads north.

Where Should You Eat in Sunny Isles Beach Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops, just south of Sunny Isles Beach, is a classic pregame meal stop.

With a 6:00 PM tip-off, the smart plan is an early meal close to home. The open-air courtyards of Bal Harbour Shops suit a family that wants a relaxed late lunch before the drive south. Aventura Mall, just inland, has a wide range of restaurants under one roof, which helps a big group with different tastes agree. Guests at an oceanfront resort such as Acqualina can eat on property and meet the car at the lobby. If someone insists on a favorite spot, the Biscayne Boulevard route passes close to the Design District and Midtown on the way down. Because the car stays with you, nobody feeds a parking meter or splits the family across two vehicles. You finish dessert, walk out, and your chauffeur is at the curb. These are ideas, not reservations: you pick the table, and we handle every mile between it and the arena.

Can the Same Car Take You to Brickell or Wynwood After the Game?

Yes. After the final buzzer, the same chauffeur can take the group to Brickell for a late dinner, Wynwood for a nightcap among the murals, or Little Havana for Cuban coffee and pastries before the drive back up the coast. Tell the driver where the night is heading, and the route will follow.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Around the Miami Area? 🏝️

Yes. This hourly service stays local, around Miami and up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local keeps your chauffeur on call and unhurried for your whole block instead of stuck on a long highway run. The hourly service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers neighboring communities north toward Fort Lauderdale, which is why a Sunny Isles Beach game night fits so easily. Your pickup, a dinner in Aventura, the arena downtown, and a late stop in Brickell are all well within that area. We don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built as a city service, and the car stays close so it can wait, loop between stops, and be ready the moment you are.

Can Relatives Staying in Aventura or Fort Lauderdale Join the Pickup?

Yes. A stop to pick up relatives in Aventura, Hallandale Beach, or nearby communities toward Fort Lauderdale fits easily into the plan, since they are close to Sunny Isles Beach. Add the stop when you book, and the chauffeur builds it into the departure time so the whole group reaches downtown together.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Sunny Isles Beach? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the go-to for a couple or small family.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, enough for an extended family in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: 10 to 14 passengers for a big holiday crowd.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a luxury-class cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

For a Heat game, the Black SUV XL is a polished, quiet ride into a big night, while the Platinum SUV suits a couple celebrating or clients being hosted. The Sprinters change the whole feel of the trip: everyone rides together, trades predictions on the way down, and arrives as one group instead of meeting up from separate cars. If your group size changes in the days before the game, message us and we will confirm whether a different tier is available.

Which Private Van Size Suits a Holiday Family Group From Sunny Isles Beach?

Choose the larger Sprinter when the whole extended family is coming. Grandparents, cousins, and visiting in-laws ride together in one private van with room for everyone’s jackets. The smaller Sprinter suits a mid-size group. If your group is right at a tier’s limit, it’s more comfortable to size up.

How Is Payment Handled? 📋

Payment is simple and arranged over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Early Should You Leave Sunny Isles Beach for the Heat Game? 🎊

Plan to leave Sunny Isles Beach by mid-afternoon for the 6:00 PM tip-off.

On an ordinary evening, the drive downtown typically takes well under an hour. A holiday-week game with a packed crowd needs more margin, so allow about an hour and treat the extra time as part of the fun. Families who want dinner first at Bal Harbour or Aventura should build that in before departure, so the car leaves with everyone fed and relaxed. Anyone meeting the group from elsewhere in Miami can be picked up on the way, so factor that into the timing too. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your pickup address, any dinner stop, and conditions that day, and will update it on WhatsApp if something changes. The one rule to remember: tip-off traffic only gets heavier as 6:00 PM approaches, so leaving earlier is always better.

Is There Private Transportation From Sunny Isles Beach to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets?

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur runs exactly this trip, with one vehicle reserved for your group from the Sunny Isles Beach pickup through the post-game ride home. Choose the Black SUV XL, the Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter based on group size, send your plan on WhatsApp, and the car is held for the evening.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Sunny Isles Beach to Kaseya Center?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries only your group, never other fans. It doesn’t run on a fixed schedule with set departure times. You choose when it leaves Sunny Isles Beach, where it stops, and when it heads home, with the same chauffeur the whole way.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Sunny Isles Beach the Day Before the Game?

Yes. Once you agree on a pickup within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
