Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on February 2

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on February 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in the Design District before the 7:30 PM tip-off and stays with the group until the night is done.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each rate below is per vehicle, not per person, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

One booked block covers the whole evening, including the ride down from the Design District, the full game, and the trip home afterward. That means the group pays for one car instead of a string of separate fares. Friends going to a Heat game together usually pick the Black SUV XL. Bigger groups, like coworkers, a youth team, or an extended family, tend to book one of the two Sprinter sizes so everyone rides together and walks into the arena at the same time. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening or a birthday, when the vehicle itself should feel like part of the occasion. Night hours carry a surcharge, explained further down. The few other possible extras are all listed on this page.

Which Key Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 🚙

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and the pace of the night.
  • A quick comfort stop along the way is easy — just ask your driver.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • Service is available around the clock, every day of the year.
  • Bookings, stop lists, and confirmations are all handled over WhatsApp.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

Parking matters most on a Downtown game night. Garages near the bay can fill early, and with a driver nobody in your group has to hunt for a space, pay at a kiosk, or walk back through the crowd to find the car. Any tolls along the way are covered too, so the chauffeur picks the route based on traffic, not cost. There is room for what fans actually carry, like jerseys, signs, and a bag of merch. If you plan to bring something large, just tell us in advance. Only two charges can be added to the rate: the night surcharge and any extra hours you select to add. Each one is spelled out on this page.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south from the Design District to a drop-off beside the arena.

The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, with Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay right beside it, so the ride from the Design District is a straight run south through the city. On a weeknight game, though, the last stretch into Downtown gets crowded as fans, office traffic, and dinner crowds from Brickell all converge. That is where having a chauffeur pays off. Your driver watches the traffic, takes whichever approach is actually moving, and handles the drop-off so the group simply steps out and walks in together. Traffic control around the arena on event nights can change the usual curb plan, and the driver adjusts on the fly. Entry times, bag rules, and seating maps are posted on the official Kaseya Center site, which is worth checking before you leave.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From the Design District to Downtown?

Biscayne Boulevard is the direct route. It runs south from the Design District past Edgewater and the Arts & Entertainment District straight to the arena. When the boulevard backs up, drivers often switch to I-195 and I-95 southbound into Downtown, or cut down North Miami Avenue. The driver chooses the route live, based on that evening’s traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, often on the Biscayne Boulevard side or a nearby side street, depending on that night’s traffic control. You settle on the exact spot together on the way down, so everyone knows where to step out and where to find the car again after the game.

Can the Driver Wait Nearby While the Game Is On?

Yes. The driver stays with the vehicle nearby for the entire game and can be reached on WhatsApp the whole time. When the final buzzer sounds, send a message and walk a short way clear of the crowd. The car pulls up at the meeting point you agreed on, ready to head home or wherever the night goes next.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for Heat vs. Hornets? 🌆

Leave with a comfortable cushion before the 7:30 PM tip-off, because weeknight Downtown traffic builds fast.

The drive from the Design District is typically short on a quiet evening. On a game night, allow noticeably more time, because the evening commute and arriving fans share the same Downtown streets. Many groups like to be seated for warmups and pregame introductions rather than squeezing through the concourse at tip-off. They plan backward from when they want to be in their seats, not from the start time printed on the ticket. Because the booking runs by the hour, an early start simply becomes part of the evening. The car can collect you with time to spare for dinner in the Design District, a photo stop, or a drink before you roll south. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm the booking, based on your group size and where you want to go first.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Design District Before Tip-Off?

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is the classic Design District dinner before a Downtown night out, a relaxed neighborhood restaurant known for seasonal cooking and a lively bar. For Greek food in a garden setting, Mandolin Aegean Bistro is just around the corner. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat. These are suggestions only, and you make your own table reservation.

Can You Add a Stop in Wynwood or Edgewater on the Way Down?

Yes. You set the stops, so a swing through Wynwood to see the murals or a drink at a bayside spot in Edgewater fits easily into the hourly block on the way to the game. The driver waits while you look around, and nothing needs to be re-booked. Just leave enough time to be in your seats before tip-off.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🕴️

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Miami Design District, agreed when you book.

That might be a residence on one of the district’s side streets, a condo lobby in the neighboring Upper East Side, the curb outside a boutique where half the group has been shopping all afternoon, or the front of a restaurant where you are finishing an early dinner. If your group is spread out around the shops, Palm Court and its Fly’s Eye Dome make a simple meeting point. The driver arrives at the agreed spot, messages you on WhatsApp, and waits while everyone gathers, so nobody has to look for a car in traffic. If some guests are staying elsewhere, the booking can start at one address and collect the rest along the way before heading south. Tell us the pickup address, your group size, and roughly when you want to leave, and we will plan the evening around that.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Heat vs. Hornets?

Yes. You get a private SUV or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, reserved for your group alone, with one chauffeur for the whole evening. Nothing is shared: no strangers aboard, no fixed schedule, and no set departure point. If you were searching for a private shuttle to the game, this is it, built around your group.

Who Heads to Heat vs. Hornets on a Tuesday Night? 🎤

Heat home games draw a crowd as varied as Miami itself, even on a weeknight.

Charlotte and Miami share the Southeast Division, so a Hornets visit has a familiar rivalry edge, and Heat fans fill the seats no matter who is on the other bench. Expect families in matching jerseys, coworkers turning a Tuesday into a team outing, couples on a date night, visitors catching an NBA game during a Miami trip, and longtime season-ticket holders who know every chant. The atmosphere is loud, full of music, and proudly bilingual, with the Heat Culture swagger the franchise has built over the years. A private car suits all of these groups. A family gets one vehicle and one meeting point instead of a convoy of cars spread across garages. A corporate party arrives together and leaves together. Out-of-town guests never have to learn Downtown streets on a game night. The same hourly setup works for a Pelicans or Timberwolves visit or a concert at the arena.

What Is the Area Around the Arena Like on Game Night?

On game nights, this stretch of the bayfront turns into one big pregame scene. Bayside Marketplace fills with fans grabbing a bite by the marina, jerseys stream along Biscayne Boulevard, and Museum Park just to the north offers a quieter patch of green by the water. It is a lively place to arrive a little early and take it all in.

Does a Late Tip-Off Mean a Night Surcharge Applies? 🎆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries none, and anything outside that window is priced as follows:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

On the SUV it is a single add-on for the trip, not something charged hour by hour. On the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so a larger group shares it across more seats. Nothing about it is hidden or decided on the night. The same rule applies to every evening booking, and it is written here so you can budget before you message us. A late dinner or a nightcap by the bay fits inside the same booking, with the same driver.

How Does Payment Work for a Heat Game Booking? 🏙️

Payment is made in full when you book, and it can all be handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your game-night date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day wraps up.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Start with the Black SUV XL for a small group and move up in size from there.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the go-to for friends or a family heading down together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a bigger party to ride as one.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for a full office outing or an extended family in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the premium choice for a client night or a celebration. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, and nothing is shared with other riders. Select by headcount first, then by feel. A group that fits in the SUV but wants a more polished arrival for a client or a milestone birthday often steps up to the Platinum tier. A group right at the SUV’s limit usually rides more comfortably in the smaller Sprinter. If you’re unsure, send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the right size.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Miami Design District?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, built for any group too large for an SUV, and it comes in the two sizes listed just above. Even a big office party or an extended family can ride to the game together in one vehicle. Share your exact headcount when you book, and we match the Sprinter size to the group.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Downtown Yourself? 🍸

A private chauffeur turns game night into one continuous evening with no car to manage.

Your group gets a vehicle reserved for you alone and one dedicated driver for the whole block. The driver is bilingual, so every guest feels at ease, and you can reach them directly on WhatsApp. The hourly rate is flat and locked at booking, with no surge on a packed game night and no change for traffic or weather. Nobody has to stay sober to drive home, circle a Downtown garage, or ride home in separate cars. The driver waits through the game, and the evening moves at your pace. That is what upscale service means to us: the same clean vehicle and the same familiar face from the first pickup in the Design District to the last drop-off at home, with every detail confirmed before the day. It is a calmer, better experience than handling the logistics yourself, and it frees the night for the game, the food, and the people you came with.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one car and driver for a block of hours, then use them however you like.

Pick the vehicle that fits your group and send us your start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. The booking begins with a five-hour block, which is often enough for dinner in the Design District, the full game, and the ride home. Pickup can be any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. The same driver stays with you for the whole block, and you set every stop along the way. If overtime, a post-game dinner, or a late bite at Bayside makes the night run longer, just keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day. You never have to decide in advance exactly when the evening ends.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Design District to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. Every vehicle tier can be reserved for a Design District pickup on February 2.

The car stays with you through the game instead of dropping you off and leaving, and that is the real difference from a one-way ride. Because the vehicle is booked by the hour, the trip home is already arranged before you leave the Design District, and nobody spends the fourth quarter wondering how to get back north. Heat home dates draw groups from all over the city, so reaching out early gives you the widest choice of vehicle sizes for the night. Riders starting in the Design District tend to ask the same few practical questions: how far the service goes, whether a pet can come along, what happens on short notice, and whether the evening can continue after the final buzzer. Each one is answered below.

Does the Chauffeur Stay Around Miami or Head Farther Afield?

This hourly service stays local, which keeps your driver close by and unhurried. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It stays around the city rather than heading out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Game-Night Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, so the date and time run exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Can the Driver Take the Group Somewhere After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. The car is yours for the whole booked block, so the night can keep going after the game ends. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop bars are a short hop south, and Little Havana is close by for a late bite. Your driver takes everyone between stops, then home to the Design District whenever the group is ready.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
