Transfer to Kaseya Center for the Eros Ramazzotti Concert

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Eros Ramazzotti at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 8, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with your group all evening, from dinner before the 8:00 PM show to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost for the Eros Ramazzotti Concert? 🚙

Each rate below is per hour for one private vehicle and its chauffeur, and every booking is for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay per vehicle, not per seat. A car full of friends shares one hourly rate instead of everyone paying a separate fare. Choose the tier by how many people are coming. Couples and small groups ride comfortably in the Black SUV XL, and larger families and fan clubs have more room in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits anyone who wants a more polished arrival for a romantic night out. Apart from any hours you decide to add, the only extra a late show can bring is the night surcharge covered below.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, and the car belongs to your group until the night ends.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp. The booking is for at least five hours, which leaves room for a relaxed dinner, the concert and the drive home. You decide the order of the stops and how long you spend at each one. If you want a quick detour for flowers, a different restaurant or more time over dessert, the plan merely changes. Your chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, including every hour you spend inside the arena, so you never have to call a second car. If the evening runs later than planned, the car stays with you. Every hour after the first five is added at the same per-hour rate, and there is no new fare to negotiate.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your driver picks you up at any Miami address you choose, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. That can be your home or a hotel lobby. It can also be a PortMiami cruise terminal, with the car going straight on to the evening. If you fly in on concert day, the driver can meet you at Miami International Airport.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, so a Downtown concert night comes with no garage fees or toll charges for you.

Parking adds up on a Downtown concert night, and the car’s parking while you are inside is covered, so you never pay for it. Tolls are covered the same way, whether you drive over from the beach or head home toward the Grove. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack or stretch stop along the way, just ask the driver. It never changes the rate. There is room for signs or merch, but tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large. Two things are not part of the base rate: any extra hours you choose to add, and the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, which has its own section below.

Need the Key Facts on Hiring a Miami Chauffeur by the Hour? 🕴️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including long after the final encore.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • Four private tiers: Black SUV XL, two Sprinter sizes, and a Platinum SUV.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

Does a Late-Night Ride Home Carry a Surcharge? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Any journey outside those daytime hours adds the amount below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one fixed amount per journey. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. Both figures are listed right here, so you know the full cost before you pay.

Which Payment Methods Can You Use to Reserve the Chauffeur? 📋

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your concert-night booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the night is over.

Why Do Concertgoers Book Our Private Chauffeur for Show Night? 🕴️

Concertgoers book us because the whole night runs in one private vehicle, reserved only for their group, at a rate locked in advance.

Your flat hourly rate is fixed when you book. There is no surge after the show, and the rate doesn’t change for traffic, rain or a packed arena. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which suits a crowd that sings every chorus in Spanish and Italian. The same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and keeps the car ready through the concert. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing the plan takes one text. The vehicle is kept clean and is never shared with strangers. This is a premium service built around one important evening. You get better service before the show, an easier exit after it and a better experience for everyone in the car.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose by group size. The Black SUV XL is the usual choice for couples and small groups, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries bigger groups.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for a date night or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a family or a group of fans can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big birthday group or an extended family fits in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is private and comes with its own chauffeur. The Platinum reference models show the class of vehicle, not one specific car. If your group size changes after you book, send us a WhatsApp message and we will check whether another tier would suit you better.

What Is Eros Ramazzotti’s UNA HISTORIA IMPORTANTE Tour Stop in Miami? 🎤

Eros Ramazzotti brings his UNA HISTORIA IMPORTANTE world tour to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Friday, October 8, 2027. The show starts at 8:00 PM.

The Italian pop star has spent decades as one of his country’s best-selling artists. He also records Spanish versions of his albums, which made him a household name across the Spanish-speaking world. This tour supports his latest studio album. The set mixes new songs with the romantic ballads and classic hits fans have loved for years, sung mostly in Spanish and Italian. The Miami show was rescheduled after the singer paused the tour to recover his voice. The new date gives local fans plenty of time to plan a proper night out. Expect an emotional arena night full of singing along, the kind of evening people dress up for and want to remember. Planning the ride well is part of doing it right.

Who Usually Goes to an Eros Ramazzotti Concert in Miami?

The crowd mixes couples on a date night, groups of longtime friends and families spanning several generations, many from Miami’s Latin American community. Parents who grew up with his ballads often bring their adult children. For groups like that, one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps everyone together, and a couple can ride in an SUV of their own.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

The simplest way is a private chauffeur who deals with Downtown traffic, the drop-off and the ride home while your group enjoys the night.

The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay in Downtown Miami, right beside Bayside Marketplace. On a Friday concert night, the usual weekend crowds mix with a full arena of arriving fans. Traffic on the nearby streets builds as showtime gets closer, garages fill up and the sidewalks around the arena become slow-moving crowds. If you drive yourself, you circle for a spot and walk back to the car late at night. If you request a ride, you wait at the curb with everyone else when the show ends. A reserved chauffeur solves both problems. The plan comes down to three steps: leave early, get dropped off close to the entrance and meet the same driver afterward. Nobody has to spend the concert worrying about how to get home.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave early enough to reach Downtown well before the 8:00 PM start, with plenty of extra time for Friday-evening traffic and the security line. Your chauffeur plans the departure around your pickup point and your stops. If dinner is part of the booking, you will already be nearby when it is time to go in.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows on show night and drops the group at the point nearest the entrance. Before you get out, agree on where you will meet after the concert. Keep the driver’s WhatsApp handy so regrouping takes one message.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Because you book the car by the hour, your driver stays nearby for the entire show with the vehicle parked and ready. When the final song ends, send a quick message and walk to the meeting spot. The same car then takes everyone home or on to a late stop, with no scramble at the curb.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before the Concert? 🍾

Brickell, Little Havana and Coconut Grove are all easy stops for dinner before the show, and your chauffeur waits outside while you eat.

Brickell sits just south of Downtown and packs Italian restaurants, steakhouses and rooftop bars into a few walkable blocks. That makes it a natural start to a night of Italian ballads. Little Havana offers a livelier, more casual Cuban dinner, often with music spilling onto the street, which suits a crowd that will soon be singing in Spanish. Coconut Grove is quieter and leafier, with waterfront tables for couples who want a quiet toast before the show. Miami Beach works too for groups staying there, as long as the plan leaves extra time. Wherever you eat, you skip the valet line, the parking ticket and the need for a designated driver. The group walks out of the restaurant, gets back into the same car and rides to the arena together.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same hourly booking with no separate fare. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve. The driver drops you at the door, and the car is ready when you finish. If you start early, dinner, the concert and the ride home can all fit comfortably in one block.

What Can You Do After the Concert Lets Out in Downtown Miami? 🥃

After the encore, your group can head home, stop for a drink in Brickell or keep the night going in Wynwood or South Beach.

Few people want a night of romantic ballads to end at the arena exit. Brickell’s cocktail lounges are close by for a quiet drink and a chat about favorite songs. Wynwood’s mural-lined streets and late bars suit friends who still have energy after a night of singing. South Beach offers the neon of Ocean Drive and oceanfront lounges for a final toast. A late bite is easy to fit in too, whether a Cuban sandwich counter or a slice of pizza on the way home. Groups often live in different neighborhoods, so the chauffeur can do one loop and drop each guest at their own door in the order you choose. Tell the driver where the night is going, and they will suggest a sensible order for the stops.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Eros Ramazzotti Concert? 🎊

Yes, in the form that matters for a group: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV reserved only for your group, never a seat on a crowded bus.

People who search for a private shuttle to a concert usually want one thing: to get the whole group there and back together without anyone driving. A private Sprinter does exactly that, without strangers, fixed departure times or a single meeting point across town. Cousins flying in, friends from the same hometown and parents who first heard these songs years ago can all ride together. You can play the classics on the way in and relive the best moments on the way out. One person books over WhatsApp, and the group can split the cost however it likes. Nobody gets stranded at the end because a phone battery died. For smaller groups, the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV offers the same private service in a smaller, more personal cabin.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps your driver on call and unhurried, so this hourly service doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can You Travel With a Pet During Your Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Telling us early makes planning the evening easier for everyone.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night whenever you like.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for October 8, 2027? 🎆

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and your planned stops, and we will check availability for concert night.

To get started, tell us how many people are coming, where the evening begins, whether dinner comes first, any late stop you have in mind and roughly when you would like to be home. We confirm the vehicle tier, set out your hours and send the payment details. Once the payment arrives, the date is yours. Booking well ahead makes it easier to match the right tier to your group, especially for larger groups. Every detail, from the dinner stop to the plan after the show, stays in that one WhatsApp thread, so any change takes a single message. Then all that is left is choosing what to wear and warming up your voice for the first chorus.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
