Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center on Monday, December 21, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. One bilingual driver and one vehicle stay with you all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Pricing depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and each rate below is per vehicle per hour, not per passenger.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers at least five hours, and the rate is charged per vehicle, so a larger group splitting one Sprinter shares a single hourly figure rather than paying seat by seat. That makes the Sprinter tiers a natural fit for Surfside families and groups of friends who want to reach together. Couples and small parties usually book the Black SUV XL, while the Platinum SUV is the pick when the night doubles as a celebration or a client outing.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls From Surfside? 🏟️

A reserved chauffeur is the smoothest way from Surfside to this holiday-week game.

The Heat host the Bulls on Monday, December 21, 2026, with a 7:30 PM tip-off at Kaseya Center, the team’s bayfront home in Downtown Miami. The game falls on the Monday before Christmas, when Surfside’s oceanfront hotels and condos fill with holiday visitors and snowbirds, and plenty of them will be wearing red and black for Chicago. That crowd heads downtown at the same hour as evening commuters and holiday shoppers, which is exactly when your own car and driver make the biggest difference. Your group leaves Surfside together and crosses Biscayne Bay with nobody behind the wheel checking a map. You step out near the arena knowing the ride home is already arranged. If you want more than the game, you can add an oceanfront dinner, a drink in Brickell, or a hotel stop to change, all within the hours you book.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Surfside to Downtown Miami?

Most game nights start with a run south on Collins Avenue, then a crossing of Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) or the MacArthur Causeway (I-395), both of which lead toward Downtown Miami. If the beach corridor backs up, the chauffeur can head west over the Broad Causeway or the Kennedy Causeway instead and come south on Biscayne Boulevard or I-95. Your driver picks the route based on live traffic that evening.

Why Does Heat vs. Bulls Draw Such a Lively Downtown Crowd?

The matchup has real history. These Eastern Conference clubs met in memorable playoff series during the LeBron James and Dwyane Wade era, when Derrick Rose led Chicago, and crossed paths again in the play-in years. This season adds fresh buzz, with Giannis Antetokounmpo joining Bam Adebayo under coach Erik Spoelstra. Chicago’s nationwide fan base also shows up in force whenever the Bulls visit Miami.

How Does Game-Night Drop-Off and Pickup Work at Kaseya Center? 🌆

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows, then stays nearby.

Downtown streets around Biscayne Boulevard and Bayfront Park fill up quickly as tip-off approaches, and event traffic control can close or reroute lanes near the building. Your driver plans the approach to stay ahead of the heaviest traffic, reads which side of the arena is moving best that night, and lets you out at a drop-off point a short walk from the entrance. You skip the garage ramps and never circle for a space. While the game is on, the vehicle stays parked close by and your chauffeur keeps WhatsApp open. The first minutes after the final buzzer are the busiest of the night, so you agree on a meeting spot before you walk in. Message the driver as you leave your seats, head to that spot, and the same car pulls up to take you back to Surfside or on to a late dinner.

Where Exactly Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The exact drop-off point is set on game night, based on which lanes are open around the arena. It is typically a curbside spot on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, as close as access allows. Your chauffeur confirms the spot over WhatsApp before you step out, so everyone in the group knows where to meet afterward.

Can the Driver Wait During the Whole Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what an hourly booking pays for. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby from tip-off to the final buzzer, overtime included, and the car is never sent off to another rider. If a close finish pushes the night past your booked hours, the extra time is simply added to your booking with nothing to renegotiate.

Where Should You Eat in Surfside Before Heat Tip-Off? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour offer polished pre-game dinners before the ride downtown.

Harding Avenue is Surfside’s small-town main street, lined with casual cafes and bakeries where a family can grab an early bite without dressing up. For a sit-down meal with an ocean view, the dining room at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club on Collins Avenue sets a celebratory tone for a holiday-week game. Just across 96th Street, Bal Harbour Shops has several well-known restaurants, and Makoto is a long-standing choice for sushi before a large night. Wherever you eat, the chauffeur waits outside and heads south once the check is paid, so nobody has to watch the clock over dessert. These are suggestions from drivers who know the neighborhood. You reserve your own table and tell your chauffeur the time, and they plan the rest of the evening around it.

Can the Chauffeur Stop in Brickell or at Bayside Before the Game?

Yes, a downtown dinner stop fits easily into an hourly booking. If your group would rather eat near the arena, the chauffeur can drop you in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace on the bay, wait while you eat, and then drive the last stretch to the drop-off point. Jackets, bags, and anything else you don’t want to carry into the arena can stay in the car.

Does a 7:30 PM Tip-Off Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge, and pickups outside those hours add a set amount based on vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

We feature the surcharge in the total we confirm over WhatsApp when you book, so the figure is settled long before game night. Nothing else about the evening changes: you keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the hours you reserved. If your group wants part of the day in daylight, you can start early with lunch in Surfside or an afternoon in Wynwood and keep the same car into the evening.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Surfside Game-Night Booking? 📋

Three simple terms cover how you pay for a game-night booking.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day wraps up.

Why Do Heat Fans in Surfside Book a Private Chauffeur? 🕴️

Surfside fans book us for a private, premium service that stays theirs all evening.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never shared with strangers heading to the same game. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when a group mixes local family, visitors from Latin America, and friends from Chicago in town for the holidays. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a packed holiday-week game night and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so the person who drove you downtown already knows where to meet you after the game. You message that chauffeur directly on WhatsApp. It is a better experience than juggling parking passes and separate cars, and a calm, premium service that lets everyone focus on the game.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Surfside? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by headcount. Every tier comes with your chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a natural pick for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, one private van for a mid-size group of friends or coworkers.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger group: 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a big party together in a single vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the luxury tier for an executive night or a special occasion. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your headcount falls between two tiers, size up so nobody is squeezed in for the ride home after a long night. Every tier is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur, so a bigger vehicle gives you more space with the same service. Send your final headcount on WhatsApp when you book, and we set aside the right vehicle for the date.

What Should Fans Know Before Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour? 📋

  • Chauffeur service runs 24/7, including late evenings after a game ends.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single ride.

Start by matching the vehicle to your group, then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. Every booking begins with a block of five hours, which usually covers dinner in Surfside, the drive downtown, the game, and the ride home. The same chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, including the time you spend inside the arena. If the night runs long with overtime, a celebratory drink in Brickell, or a detour to show visiting friends South Beach, you simply keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. You don’t have to pay for those extra hours on the spot. They are settled after the day wraps up, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Surfside?

We pick you up at any address in Surfside: an oceanfront hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo building, or a family home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. If your day starts elsewhere, the driver can collect you anywhere in Miami instead, including Miami International Airport, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight on to the game), or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot at booking.

Can You Change Stops Once the Evening Is Underway?

Yes. You set the stops and the route, and the plan is never locked. You can add a stop for a late bite on Lincoln Road after the game, skip the dinner reservation if the group runs late, or take your time in Surfside before heading out. The chauffeur adjusts on the spot, and your hourly booking stays the same as long as you stay within your booked time.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for the whole booking.

That covers any causeway tolls between Surfside and the mainland, fuel for every leg (whether it’s a swift hop to Bal Harbour or a full loop through Brickell and back), and parking while your chauffeur waits downtown during the game. The rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur’s time, and nothing is added when traffic slows the route. A few items fall outside the hourly rate, and we spell out each one before you pay. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Hours you add beyond your reserved block are billed at your vehicle’s same rate. Nothing else is added, so the total you agree to over WhatsApp is what the evening costs.

Is the Ride Back to Surfside Included After the Game?

Yes, as long as it falls within the hours you reserved. The trip home is not a separate fare. It is simply the last leg of your booked block, driven by the same chauffeur who brought you downtown. You can split drop-offs too, for example one friend in Bal Harbour and the rest back to a Surfside condo, all within your booked time.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover Around Miami? 🏙️

Our hourly service stays local, covering Surfside and the greater Miami area around it.

Your chauffeur can take you anywhere in Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers every realistic part of a Heat game night, from a pre-game stop in Wynwood to a post-game drink in Coconut Grove to dropping a guest at a hotel near the airport. Staying around the city is what lets the driver remain on call, unhurried, and close by for your whole booking. Longer trips out of town, such as to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, are not part of this hourly service. It is built for days and nights around Miami, which is where the game, your dinner, and your hotel already are.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls? 🚐

Yes. Every ride we run to this game is private and reserved for your group only.

Whether you search for a van, a car service, or a ride to the game, the answer is the same: a dedicated SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with our chauffeur, hired by the hour. There is no fixed schedule to catch, no shared seats, and no stops for other passengers. You decide when to leave, not a timetable, so a family with young kids can head home at halftime, or a group of friends can stay for the last possession. The car follows your plans. Visiting Bulls fans staying in Surfside for the holidays get the same service as longtime Heat regulars, and a household rooting for both teams can ride together in one vehicle. You buy your game tickets separately; we provide the private vehicle and the driver. The questions below cover what Surfside riders commonly ask before a game night.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls?

Plan to leave Surfside in the late afternoon for an unhurried arrival before the 7:30 PM tip-off. Holiday-week causeway traffic on a Monday evening typically slows the drive, so allow a generous buffer, and more if you’re stopping for dinner downtown. Your chauffeur checks live traffic and suggests an exact departure time when you confirm.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van From Surfside?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which comes in two sizes: one for mid-size groups and a larger one that keeps a big party together in a single vehicle. Match your headcount to the tiers in the price list at the top of this page. If your group falls between sizes, book the bigger van so everyone rides home comfortably.

Is Driving Yourself From Surfside Worth the Downtown Parking Hassle?

For most groups, no. Driving yourself means hunting for event parking downtown at the busiest hour, walking back to a garage after the game, and picking someone to skip the drinks. With a chauffeur, parking is handled, the car is waiting for the ride home, and everyone in the group gets to enjoy the night.

Can You Book a Surfside Driver for the Game on Short Notice?

Yes, whenever a car and chauffeur are free. For a service within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, since a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the ride runs as agreed. You’re always welcome to add hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Surfside Chauffeur for December 21 at Kaseya Center? 🎊

To book your game-night chauffeur, send us a WhatsApp message with three details.

Tell us how many people are in your group, roughly when you’d like to leave Surfside, and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner on Harding Avenue, a hotel pickup, or a drink after the game. We reply with the right vehicle for your headcount, the night surcharge for a 7:30 PM tip-off, and the pickup spot we’ll use. Once your payment is in, the date is yours and a chauffeur is assigned for the evening. Holiday week is one of the busiest times of year across Miami, so messaging early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. After that, all that’s left to decide is who gets the window seat on the causeway. Check availability and confirm your booking today:

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
