Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 6:00 PM. The same bilingual driver picks you up at your Brickell address, gets you to the game on time and brings the group back afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle rather than per seat, and every booking covers a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price covers the vehicle, not each person in it. A small family in the SUV and a large crew of friends in the Sprinter each pay one hourly figure for the whole group, with nothing charged per head. Your hours cover the ride out of Brickell, the time in between while the game is on, and the ride home or on to a late dinner. The Black SUV XL suits most couples, friend groups and small families. The Platinum SUV works well for a birthday, a client evening or visiting relatives you want to treat. The game falls in the busy week after Christmas, when Miami is full of visitors and families out together. If you reserve early, you have the widest choice of vehicles for that Sunday evening.

Which Facts Should Brickell Fans Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • Every booking covers a minimum block of five hours with your chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Your vehicle is private to your group and never shared or pooled.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, for daytime outings and late game nights alike.
  • Every reservation is arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

You won’t need to hunt for a Downtown garage on game night or split toll receipts with friends afterward. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so you can pull up digital tickets or reply to messages on the way in. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack or stretch break, just ask the driver. One short comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. Your chauffeur’s time is part of the booking too, including the hours when the vehicle is parked and you’re inside enjoying the game. The only charge that can be added to your hours is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained in the next section. You’ll know about it before the evening starts.

Is There a Night Surcharge if the Game Night Runs Late? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and time outside that window adds a small night surcharge. It works differently for the SUV and the Sprinter:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it’s one set amount per journey. For the Sprinter it’s a share of the journey value, as shown above. We go over the expected timing with you over WhatsApp when you book, so you know in advance whether the surcharge is likely. If you’d rather avoid it, start earlier in Brickell and head straight home after the final buzzer. Groups making a full night of it usually find the small addition worth it.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of at least five hours.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like on December 27. Your driver can pick up at any Miami address you agree on at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving by ship that day, Miami International Airport or a home. Most guests reading this page start from a Brickell tower or hotel. After that, the evening runs on your schedule: dinner, then the game, then a nightcap, in whatever order suits the group. Once the five-hour block is used, each extra hour is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. You can keep the car for as long as the night lasts, and you pay for those extra hours after the day is over.

Can We Add Stops on the Way to the Arena or Back to Brickell?

Yes. You choose the stops and the pace, and the plan can change on the day if the schedule allows. You can pick up a friend from a Brickell Key hotel, stop at a pharmacy before the game or go for dessert on the way home. The same car and driver follow your plan, and there’s no new fare to negotiate.

Why Take a Private Car to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets on December 27? 🏟️

The Heat host the Hornets on Sunday, December 27, 2026, with tip-off at 6:00 PM.

This regular-season NBA game falls in the busy week between Christmas and New Year’s, when Downtown fills with visiting relatives, holiday travelers and locals making a family outing of it. The crowd reflects Miami itself. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican and Caribbean families sit alongside longtime season-ticket holders, young professionals and kids in matching jerseys. With that mix, a driver who speaks the family’s language makes things easier. Grandparents and cousins visiting from abroad can talk plans over with the chauffeur themselves. A private car also keeps a multi-generation group together. Nobody gets split across separate rides and then has to find everyone outside the arena. You arrive together, walk in together and can focus on the game.

Is a Holiday-Week Heat Game a Good Outing for Visiting Family?

Yes. A Sunday game right after Christmas is an easy way to give visiting relatives a big Miami night without anyone having to drive. The Platinum SUV or a private Sprinter keeps the whole family in one vehicle, and older guests are dropped close to the venue instead of walking from a far-off garage.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives north from Brickell, across the Miami River and into Downtown Miami.

The usual route follows Brickell Avenue over the Miami River bridge. From there it continues as Biscayne Boulevard along the bay up to the arena. If that road slows down, the driver can switch to I-95 or the parallel Downtown streets. On a normal evening the drive is typically short. Game night is different, because fans heading Downtown all arrive in the same few blocks in the hour before tip-off. Allow plenty of extra time and plan to leave Brickell well before 6:00 PM. Your chauffeur handles the approach, the Downtown traffic and the drop-off, and you never pay for a garage. For seating maps, arena policies and entry details, check the official Kaseya Center site before you leave.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your driver takes the group as close to the venue as access allows, depending on how the Downtown streets are set up that night. You get out a short walk from the entrance. The chauffeur confirms the exact drop-off point on WhatsApp as you get close, so everyone knows where to go and where to regroup.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. While you watch the game, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp. You don’t have to request a ride or wait in line with the post-game crowd. Whether you leave after the third quarter or stay to the final second, the car is ready.

Where Do We Meet the Driver After the Final Buzzer?

You meet at a pickup point your chauffeur sends on WhatsApp as the game winds down. It’s chosen to be a short walk from the entrance and away from the heaviest traffic. Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, can be an easy landmark for regrouping before the ride back to Brickell.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Brickell is one of Miami’s liveliest dining areas, so dinner can start close to home.

Brickell City Centre has a wide mix of restaurants, bars and terraces in one polished complex. Nearby, Mary Brickell Village has a row of casual and upscale spots for a pregame bite. For a quieter table with water views, Brickell Key is just across its own small bridge. Your chauffeur can pick the group up after dinner and handle the drive north. You could also ride up early and eat by the bay at Bayside Marketplace, then walk over when it’s time. After the game, the same driver can take you back to Brickell for a nightcap, to Little Havana for a late bite or down to Coconut Grove, and waits between each stop. Please book your own tables. We provide the car and the chauffeur, not restaurant reservations.

What Payment Methods Work for an Hourly Chauffeur Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and any extra hours are settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Brickell to the Arena? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for friends, couples and small families going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers. A private van that keeps a mid-size group together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. The larger private van layout, for office outings and extended families.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers. A luxury-class SUV for birthdays, clients and special guests. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If more people join after you book, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger vehicle is free for December 27. Jerseys, signs and a bag of merch fit easily. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Brickell?

Up to fourteen people ride together in the larger private Sprinter, so a whole office group or extended family can leave Brickell in one vehicle. For smaller groups that still don’t fit in an SUV, the mid-size Sprinter works well. One van means one driver, one pickup and one meeting point after the game.

Why Book a Private Bilingual Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes game night one smooth, premium service from pickup to the ride home.

Your group gets a vehicle reserved only for you and a chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish, so every guest can talk with the driver directly. The hourly rate is flat and set when you book. There’s no surge pricing on a busy holiday-week night, and the price doesn’t change for rain or traffic. The same driver stays with you from the first Brickell pickup to the last drop-off, so you never deal with a new stranger or a new fare. You can reach your chauffeur and our team directly on WhatsApp, which makes it easy to push dinner a little later or add a stop without waiting on hold. The result is a better experience overall: a clean premium vehicle, one familiar driver and an evening planned around your group’s schedule.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service covers the Miami area and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur covers the places you’re most likely to go on a game weekend: Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. Nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale are included too. Because the service stays around the city, a driver can stay on call, wait between stops and pick you up again quickly when plans change. We don’t run this hourly service out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, and a Heat night in Downtown Miami is exactly the kind of evening it’s built for. If your weekend also includes an afternoon in Wynwood or brunch in South Beach before the game, the same car and driver can fit those stops into your hours.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets? 🎊

Plan to leave Brickell well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, not a few minutes ahead.

The drive north is typically short. On game night, though, everyone heading Downtown uses the same streets at the same time, and the last blocks around the arena slow down as tip-off gets closer. Leaving plenty of time covers the drop-off, the walk to the entrance, security screening and finding your seats before the opening minutes. Numerous groups make the extra time part of the evening with an early dinner in Brickell, a sunset walk along the bay by Museum Park or photos with the Downtown skyline before going in. Tell us your dinner plans when you book on WhatsApp, and we’ll suggest a pickup time that fits. Because you’re booking a block of time rather than a single ride, an early start simply becomes part of your evening.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

Your driver picks up at any Brickell address agreed at booking. That can be a hotel lobby or residential tower, a Brickell Key hotel, the restaurant where your group is finishing dinner or a private home. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp, and the chauffeur meets you there at the agreed time, ready to head Downtown.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Brickell to the Heat Game?

Yes. Our version is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van booked by the hour for your group only. There are no shared seats, no fixed departure schedule and no strangers on board. The van leaves Brickell when your group is ready and stays with you for the whole evening, including the ride home after the final buzzer.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a service is booked for the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can I Reserve a Brickell Chauffeur for December 27? 🍾

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking.

Send us your group size, your Brickell pickup address, a rough start time and anything you’d like to fit in around the game, from a pregame dinner to a late stop in Little Havana. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, send your reservation details and share a secure payment link for the full fare. On game day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, drives you Downtown and back, and stays with your group for every hour you’ve booked. The week after Christmas is one of Miami’s busiest, so reaching out early gives you the top chance of getting the vehicle your group wants. Ask about timing or extra stops in the same chat, and we’ll have everything settled before the Heat and Hornets tip off.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
