Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 27, 2026. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Choose the vehicle, set the evening’s stops, and let your driver deal with Downtown parking and holiday-week traffic.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay per vehicle, not per seat. A couple in the SUV and a crowd of cousins in the larger Sprinter each pay one hourly price for the whole car. One booking can cover the whole game night: an early dinner near Coral Gables, the ride into Downtown, the game itself, and the trip home. Most families choose the Black SUV XL, which fits a household plus a visiting relative or two, and bigger holiday gatherings move up to a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening or a birthday treat, when the vehicle is part of the occasion. Pick the tier that fits your headcount and your plans, then check availability for December 27 before the holiday week fills up.

When Does the Evening Surcharge Apply After the Heat Game? 🎆

There is no surcharge between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Any trip outside those hours adds the charge below, which depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Say your group leaves Coral Gables in the late afternoon, watches the whole game, and then goes for dessert in Brickell before heading back. That last stretch comes after the cutoff, so the surcharge applies. For the SUV, it is one add-on per trip, not per hour, so a late finish doesn’t keep adding up. For the Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the plan.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send a rough start time and the stops you want over WhatsApp. We agree the pickup spot when you book. It can be any address in Coral Gables or elsewhere in Miami: a hotel lobby, a family home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. From there, you set the stops and the pace. The same car and chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block, so there is nothing to re-book between dinner, the arena, and home. If your booked time runs out and the night is still going, just keep the car. Every extra hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day.

Can You Change the Plan Once the Evening Starts?

Yes. The plan stays open all evening. You can stop for team jerseys on the way, skip the dessert run if the kids are tired, or stay longer at dinner. Just tell your chauffeur and the route changes. The price does not depend on the route, because you pay for the time, not for a fixed list of stops.

What Should Fans Expect at Heat vs. Hornets on December 27, 2026? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets is a regular-season NBA game with a 6:00 PM tip-off.

The game is on Sunday, December 27, 2026, at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, during the holiday week after Christmas. That timing shapes the whole night. Families bring visiting grandparents and cousins, young professionals meet up with friends who are home for the holidays, and longtime season-ticket holders show up in red and black. The crowd reflects Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and Caribbean fans, plus visitors from Latin America and Europe. Expect a loud, bilingual arena from warmups on. A holiday Sunday also fills Downtown early, with shoppers around Bayside Marketplace and diners in Brickell on the same streets as arriving fans. That is why a private car makes sense for a Coral Gables group: everyone rides together, nobody circles a garage, and no one has to skip the celebration to be the designated driver.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets the group at any address in Coral Gables agreed at booking.

That could be the lobby of the Biltmore Hotel, a hotel near Miracle Mile, a family home on one of the city’s leafy residential streets, or a spot near the University of Miami campus for alumni meeting up over the break. If you are staying with family, just share the house address and the car pulls up out front at the agreed time. Want to shop first? The Shops at Merrick Park is an easy meeting point for friends coming from different directions, since everyone can browse until the car arrives. Picking up cousins from several houses is just as easy. List every address when you book, and the driver collects everyone in order before heading Downtown. When you confirm, send a contact name and phone number for the pickup so your chauffeur can reach the right person as soon as the car arrives.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Coral Gables Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Coral Gables and the neighborhoods around it have plenty of places for a pre-game dinner.

Miracle Mile and the surrounding blocks of downtown Coral Gables are full of restaurants, from steakhouses to Latin and Mediterranean kitchens, and with a private car nobody has to worry about parking on a hectic holiday evening. The restaurants around the Shops at Merrick Park suit a family that wants shopping and an early meal in one place. For a classic Miami welcome for visiting relatives, many families head to Versailles in Little Havana for Cuban food and coffee before the game. Coconut Grove, right next door, adds a bayside dinner option around CocoWalk. Wherever you go, your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and pulls up when you are ready, so you can take your time at dinner and still arrive relaxed. These are ideas for your hours, not reservations we make, and your driver is happy to suggest a route that fits your plan.

Is Brickell a Good Stop on the Way to the Game?

Yes. Brickell is between Coral Gables and Downtown, so a drink or an early bite there fits easily into the drive. The area has rooftop bars and busy restaurants. Your chauffeur stays close while the group lingers, then drives the short final stretch to the arena. Add it to the plan when you book so you still arrive before tip-off.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 6:00 PM Tip-Off? 🕴️

Leave Coral Gables well before tip-off, because holiday-week traffic Downtown builds early.

On a quiet evening, the drive from Coral Gables into Downtown is usually short, but a hectic holiday-week game night is different. Arena traffic and holiday visitors all head for Biscayne Boulevard in the hours before a 6:00 PM start, and the last few blocks slow down as tip-off gets closer. Give yourself plenty of extra time instead of cutting it close. Groups that want to see warmups, find their seats without rushing, and obtain food inside usually leave Coral Gables in the late afternoon. Groups with a dinner stop leave earlier and eat first. If you are picking up relatives from more than one address, add that time too. When you confirm the booking, tell us your pickup and your stops, and we will suggest a departure time that works. The simple rule: be in your seats for the opening tip, not watching it on your phone in traffic.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coral Gables on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group straight into Downtown and drops you close to the arena.

The point of this ride is to skip the parts of game night most fans dread: lining up to obtain into a Downtown garage, walking blocks through the crowd, and then sitting in the same traffic on the way out after the final buzzer. With a private car, the group gets out together near the arena, goes inside, and doesn’t think about the vehicle again until the game ends. Arriving this way also keeps everyone together in a crowd where it is easy to obtain separated, which matters when kids and older relatives are with you. Leaving works the same way in reverse, with no line to wait in and no ride to look for on a crowded sidewalk. Holiday-week crowds make the difference obvious. When a full arena empties at once, your group simply meets its car and heads home to Coral Gables or on to a late stop.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Downtown?

Most trips head north on US-1 (South Dixie Highway) through Brickell and up Biscayne Boulevard. The other option is to take LeJeune Road or Douglas Road to State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, then continue toward I-395 and Downtown. Your chauffeur chooses between them on the night based on live traffic, so the route is decided on the road, not in advance.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

You are dropped as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side. The exact spot depends on street closures and traffic control that night. The group gets out together, and before you go in you agree on the pickup point for after the game with your chauffeur and confirm it on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game at Kaseya Center?

Yes. Waiting is part of an hourly booking. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole game and can be reached on WhatsApp, then goes to the agreed pickup point as the crowd starts to leave. There is nothing to re-book and no ride to look for. The same car that brought you in takes you home.

Which Details Should Every Heat Fan Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a block of at least five hours.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day, daytime or evening, around the clock.

What Payment Options Secure the Game-Night Booking? 📋

Payment is simple and handled directly with us.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a new fare, and you settle it after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading Downtown From Coral Gables? 🚐

There are four private vehicle tiers for game-night groups, and the SUV suits most families heading Downtown.

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur and is reserved for one group only, so choose based on your headcount and the kind of night you want. A family with a visiting grandparent usually fits in the SUV. A holiday reunion or a group of coworkers moves up to a Sprinter. A client evening or a milestone birthday often calls for the Platinum SUV, where the vehicle is part of the treat. If your group falls between sizes, tell us and we will match the car to your plan.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a family or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, comfortable for a mid-size group of friends or relatives.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, room for the whole extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Coral Gables?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it comes in two sizes so most holiday groups can stay in one vehicle. A mid-size group fits comfortably in the smaller Sprinter. The larger one carries the biggest groups we take to a game, so the whole family can ride into Downtown and back home together.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Heat Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That covers the costs that usually add up on a Downtown event night, from expressway tolls between Coral Gables and the arena to any parking the car needs while you are inside, so your group pays none of it. There is room for what fans carry, from signs to a bag of team gear. If you are bringing something big, tell us in advance. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. A few charges can fall outside the hourly rate: the evening surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and any hours you add beyond your booked block at your vehicle’s same rate. We tell you about each one up front, so you know them before game night.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Game Yourself? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur makes game night a premium service from the first mile.

If you drive yourself, one person has to stay sober and handle the stress, you have to hunt for parking Downtown, and someone faces a tired drive home after a loud night. Booking with us replaces all of that with a better experience. You obtain a private vehicle held for your group alone, and a bilingual chauffeur who switches between English and Spanish as easily as your family does. You also obtain a flat hourly rate locked on the day you book, with no surge when the holiday crowds arrive. One dedicated driver handles the whole evening and stays through the game, so the car is there when you need it. Questions, a change of plan, or a running-late message go straight to us on WhatsApp, with no call center in between. That is what better service looks like on a big night: everyone arrives together and relaxed, and the ride home feels like part of the celebration.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets? 🎤

Yes. You can book a private chauffeured SUV or Sprinter by the hour for this game.

Whether you search for a private shuttle, a car service, or a driver for the day to this game, the answer here is the same. You obtain one vehicle reserved for your group, with a chauffeur who stays with you from your Coral Gables pickup until everyone is home. Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation: group size, a rough start time, your pickup address, and any dinner or other stops. Your date is held once the full fare is paid. The same hourly setup works for other Heat home games and concerts at the arena during the season, so if your group enjoys December 27 you can do it again later. The questions below cover what Coral Gables families ask most often before a Downtown game: whether the ride is shared, short-notice bookings, where the service runs, and where to go after the final buzzer.

Is the Ride From Coral Gables Private or Shared?

Every ride is private. Your vehicle carries only your group. It is never shared with other fans, never runs on a fixed schedule, and is never sold by the seat. Whether you search for a private van, a car service, or group transportation to the game, you get one chauffeured vehicle reserved for your group from pickup to drop-off.

Can We Book on Short Notice for the December 27 Game?

Yes, if a vehicle and driver are available. For a service within the next 24 hours, once the day and time are agreed, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. It runs exactly as agreed, since we can’t guarantee a date change or refund that close to the time. You can still add hours on the day.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond the Miami Area?

This hourly service stays local, which keeps it on call and unhurried. It covers Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It does not go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Where Can We Go After the Game Before Heading Back to Coral Gables?

Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena if you want a waterfront bite. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop bars stay busy late, and Wynwood’s mural-lined streets are good for a quick photo stop. Your chauffeur takes the group wherever you choose and waits at each stop, then brings everyone home to Coral Gables when the night is done.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
