Transfer from Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center

A private hourly chauffeur from Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, January 10, 2027, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked at booking with no surge, one bilingual driver stays with you all evening, and the car heads downtown well ahead of the 6:00 PM tip-off.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Every tier below is billed by the hour, and a game-night booking starts with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier that matches your headcount, and the hourly figure beside it is what each hour of the evening costs. The minimum block leaves room for an unhurried pickup, a pre-game dinner, the full game, and the ride home, and the booking can grow on the night if the group wants to linger. The Platinum SUV costs more than the Black SUV XL because it moves a smaller party into a luxury-class interior, while the two Sprinter tiers scale with the size of your group. The main extra to plan for on top of these rates is the night surcharge covered further down this page.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van or SUV From Miami to the Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers — the go-to choice for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, mid-size: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger family or a group of friends rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, large: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a birthday crew, a youth team, or a company outing arrives as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury-class cabin for a more polished evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Size up rather than squeeze in if the group is bringing signs, jerseys, or team-store merch, and tell us in advance if anyone plans to carry something big. For a mixed group, one vehicle keeps everyone together, which matters most when regrouping outside a packed arena.

Need the Short Version Before Booking a Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, including late finishes after an evening game.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Every detail is booked and confirmed over WhatsApp before game day.

How Does Hourly Chauffeur Booking Work for a Heat Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening is yours.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then send the pickup spot, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list: dinner, a drink by the bay, the arena itself. The minimum block covers the drive downtown, the game, and the ride back, and your chauffeur stays assigned to your group for all of it instead of leaving between legs. After those first five hours, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. Nothing gets renegotiated, so if the game runs to overtime or the group wants a late dessert in Brickell, you just keep the car. You settle those extra hours after the night wraps up, not at the curb. The result is one plan that bends around the game instead of a string of rides you have to arrange one by one.

Where does the driver pick you up in Miami before the game?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address you choose, agreed when you book.

That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coconut Grove, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game. There is no fixed meeting point.

Can the group change stops once the night starts?

Yes. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere as the evening unfolds.

If the group wants to swing by the hotel for a jacket, grab a quick bite, or stay for a nightcap after the final buzzer, tell the chauffeur and the route changes on the spot if the schedule allows. The itinerary you sent is a starting plan, not a contract.

Does a Late Finish Add a Night Surcharge to the Booking? 🎆

Daytime hours carry no surcharge at all.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, the surcharge applies once per trip: a flat add-on for the SUV and a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your game night.
  • Hours: Book the 5-hour minimum, then keep the car as long as you like. Each hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and settled after the night ends.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Arena Yourself? 🥃

A reserved chauffeur makes game night a better experience from pickup to drop-off.

Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you, with no strangers and no shared seats, plus a bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish with every guest, from grandparents to teenagers. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a busy game night when downtown demand spikes. One dedicated driver handles the whole evening, so nobody hunts for a garage, circles Biscayne Boulevard, or skips a drink to drive everyone home. Your chauffeur stays through the game, and you can reach them directly on WhatsApp whenever plans shift. A private car, a steady driver, and a fixed price together make this a premium service and not just a ride downtown. It is simply a better experience for a group that wants to enjoy the game together.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for every tier.

The price covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time behind the wheel and between stops, and the running costs of moving around Miami on a busy Sunday night. You never see a separate line for gas, a toll on the Dolphin Expressway, or the fee for wherever the car parks during the evening. Some things sit outside the rate: game tickets, dinner, and drinks are yours to arrange, because we supply the car and chauffeur, not tickets or reservations. Everything else about the evening, including the route, the stops, and the timing, is part of what you already pay for by the hour.

Can we bring a pet along on the ride to the game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Kind of Night Is Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans on January 10, 2027? 🏟️

It is a Sunday-evening NBA regular-season game with a 6:00 PM tip-off downtown.

The Miami Heat host the New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Bay, as an Eastern Conference team meets a Western Conference visitor. January is peak season in Miami, so the crowd mixes locals with visitors who planned their trip around a home game, and Heat home nights are known for a packed, loud building. The stands sound like the city itself. Spanish and English trade places in every section, and Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families sit next to longtime Black and Caribbean fans and newcomers in their first Heat jersey. A Sunday tip-off also shapes the plan. Many groups make a full afternoon of it with lunch or an early dinner beforehand, and some have work or a flight the next morning, so a quick, organized trip home matters as much as the ride in.

Who books a private chauffeur for a Heat home game?

Visiting groups, families, and anyone celebrating get the most out of a private chauffeur for this Sunday game.

Visitors staying in Miami Beach or near the airport don’t have to learn downtown streets on a busy night. Families keep kids and grandparents together in one vehicle, and birthday or company groups can enjoy drinks without choosing a designated driver. Locals who just want an easy Sunday night out book it too.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group downtown on the most direct route for your pickup point.

From Brickell, it is a short run up Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard into Downtown. From Miami Beach, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway, which feeds into Downtown just north of the arena. From Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, the chauffeur typically takes US-1 or I-95 north, and from Doral or the airport area the Dolphin Expressway leads east into Downtown. On an event day, most of the delay comes on the last stretch, because Biscayne Boulevard fills up as tip-off approaches. Allow more time than for an ordinary Sunday drive, and a little more again when the pickup is farther out. Your chauffeur adjusts the route to that evening’s traffic instead of following one fixed path, and the group simply rides and relaxes.

How long is the drive from Miami Beach to the Heat game?

Allow a comfortable buffer rather than counting on a quick hop.

The causeway can move well, but game-night traffic near the arena sets the real pace. Minutes change from one Sunday to the next, so instead of quoting a number we set the pickup time with you at booking, and the group is in their seats before the opening tip.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off and Wait at the Arena? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.

On game night, the drop-off point near Kaseya Center is commonly along Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how traffic is being directed as tip-off nears. Before anyone steps out, the chauffeur agrees on a meeting spot for after the game and confirms it on WhatsApp, so no one is left guessing in a crowd later. To beat tip-off traffic, leave your pickup early and let the chauffeur handle the final approach while the group relaxes. When the final buzzer sounds and the whole building empties at once, your car is already waiting nearby, and the chauffeur moves to the agreed spot as soon as you message. Garage lines and slow exit queues from downtown lots are simply not your problem.

Can the driver wait during the game?

Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what the hourly booking covers.

Your chauffeur stays assigned to your group for all four quarters, keeps the car close, and stays reachable on WhatsApp. If someone needs something from the car or wants to head out early, message the driver and they will come to the agreed spot.

Where should the group meet the driver if the crowd is heavy after the game?

Agree on a simple fallback landmark at drop-off, in addition to the main meeting spot.

After the final buzzer the sidewalks around the arena fill fast and phone batteries run low. A clear backup, such as a well-lit corner or a landmark everyone recognizes, lets the group find each other without a single call.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for a 6:00 PM Tip-Off? 🎊

Leave with a generous buffer, and leave earlier the farther your pickup is from Downtown.

From a Brickell or Downtown hotel, a late-afternoon departure leaves room to be seated before warm-ups end. Pickups in Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables should build in extra room, and pickups in Doral or the airport area require more still, because the downtown approach is where game-night delays pile up. Many groups solve the timing by starting the booking earlier and folding dinner into the plan. The chauffeur collects everyone mid-afternoon, drops them at a restaurant close to the arena, waits, and then covers the short final hop, so the group is already downtown when traffic peaks. Arriving early also gives you time to find your seats, grab food inside, and soak up the pregame atmosphere before the opening tip. We confirm the exact pickup time with you at booking once we know where you are starting and what you want to do first.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Before the Heat vs. Pelicans Game? 🍸

Several of Miami’s best-known dining districts are an easy drive from the arena.

Bayside Marketplace is the closest option, right beside the arena on the bay, with casual waterfront spots that suit a group already wearing jerseys. Brickell, just south, has a wide spread of restaurants and rooftop bars, and Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre both work well for an early dinner. For a classic Miami pregame, the chauffeur can take the group to Little Havana for Cuban food at Versailles, a longtime local institution. Wynwood suits groups who want murals, craft breweries, and a livelier scene before heading downtown, and South Beach works well for guests staying on the beach. These are suggestions, not bookings. You reserve the table, and the chauffeur handles every leg between the restaurant, the game, and the ride back to your hotel.

Can the chauffeur wait while the group eats in Little Havana or Wynwood?

Yes. The car stays with you while you eat, then takes the group on to the game when everyone is ready.

Because the booking is by the hour, a longer dinner simply uses more of your evening and doesn’t create a new trip. If time gets tight, the chauffeur can suggest a restaurant closer to the arena.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Game-Night Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and the neighborhoods around it.

Pickups and stops run across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That area fits a game night well: a group can start on Key Biscayne, eat in Coconut Grove, watch the game downtown, and finish with a nightcap in South Beach, all in the same car. Guests staying in the nearby areas toward Fort Lauderdale can be picked up there and ride south together. The hourly service is built around the city, so it does not run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It stays close, on call, and unhurried, which is the pace a downtown game night needs.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to New Orleans Pelicans vs Miami Heat? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour covers the whole game night from Miami.

Two private options exist in the same vehicles. A simple point-to-point transfer drops the group and leaves. The hourly booking this page describes keeps the car and chauffeur with you for the evening. For a basketball game, the hourly option commonly makes more sense, because the hard part of the night isn’t getting downtown but getting home after the final buzzer, when every nearby street fills with fans looking for a ride. With the hourly booking, the ride home is sorted before tip-off. It also lets the group add the pieces that turn a Sunday game into an occasion: a hotel pickup, dinner in Brickell, a stop for photos along the bay, and a relaxed ride back. Send your group size and pickup area on WhatsApp to check availability for January 10.

Is there a private shuttle to Kaseya Center from Miami?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle and is never shared with strangers.

Everyone boards at one pickup in Miami, rides downtown together, and comes home in the same private van after the game. There are no fixed departure times, and the schedule is set around your group.

Can we book a driver for the game on short notice?

Yes, whenever a vehicle is free.

A booking set within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside, so on that short notice a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. What stays flexible is the length of the night: you can always add more hours on game day.

What time does Heat vs. Pelicans tip off on January 10?

Tip-off is set for 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2027.

Check the official schedule as the date nears, and tell us if the time moves. The pickup is planned backward from tip-off, so a schedule change simply shifts the whole evening, and your chauffeur adjusts with it.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Ride to Heat vs. Pelicans? 🥂

One WhatsApp message is all it takes to start setting up your game night.

Include the group size, the pickup area, a rough start time, and anything you want before or after the game, such as a dinner reservation, a hotel stop, or a late nightcap. We reply with the right vehicle for your group, confirm the route and timing, and share payment options for the full fare. Once the payment is in, the date and your chauffeur are reserved. January is peak season in Miami, so confirming early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for a Sunday game. The same hourly booking works for any night at the arena, from other Heat home games to concerts, so keep our number handy for the rest of the season. For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
