Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on October 8

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off for the Heat’s preseason home opener is 7:30 PM, and the same bilingual driver stays with your group from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and each rate below covers a booking of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The Black SUV XL is the entry tier and a natural fit for couples and small groups heading to a Heat night from Downtown Miami. The Platinum SUV steps up the finish for fans who desire the most polished arrival, while the two Sprinter tiers keep bigger crews — a family reunion, a birthday group, friends from the same building — together in one private van. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur-and-vehicle setup, and the few charges that can apply on a night game are spelled out in their own section further down, so you know the full cost before you commit.

Why Is the Price Set per Vehicle Instead of per Fan?

The hourly rate covers the entire vehicle, so every seat inside is already paid for. A full Sprinter of friends splits one hourly figure between everyone aboard, which often makes the larger tiers the sensible pick for big groups of fans. Adding another guest within the tier’s seating never raises the rate.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 📋

You select a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and one chauffeur runs your entire evening.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp, and we match the right tier to your party and confirm the day. From there the evening is yours to shape: an early bite near the water, a stop to collect a friend across town, then on to the game. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or linger over dinner without anyone recalculating a fare. Depending on your start time, the minimum block of five hours often covers a pregame dinner, the game, and the ride home. If overtime stretches the night or the group wants a nightcap afterward, every additional hour past that block is merely added at the same per-hour rate — no new fare, no renegotiation — so you can keep the car as long as you need.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?

Pickup happens at any address in Downtown Miami — a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower near Bayfront Park, or an office on Flagler Street — and the exact spot is agreed when you book. Fans landing that day can be met at Miami International Airport instead, and a cruise-day arrival at a PortMiami terminal can head straight into the evening’s plans.

Why Book a Premium Chauffeur for Heat Game Night in Downtown Miami? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a hectic downtown game night into a calm, upscale service.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone — no strangers aboard and no splitting friends across separate cars in a crowded arena district. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book and holds all evening: no surge when the crowd pours out onto the boulevard, and no change for traffic, weather, or a hectic event night. One dedicated chauffeur handles the entire block, so the person who greets you at pickup already knows your plans, your stops, and the pace your group likes. Direct WhatsApp contact keeps every adjustment to a single message instead of a string of calls. That is where the better experience shows: you arrive composed rather than rushed, the evening moves on your schedule, and the night ends with a familiar face rather than a scramble. It is merely better service for a night your group has been looking forward to.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Heat Game Ends? 🎆

Rides outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV line is one fixed amount per journey, and the Sprinter line is a percentage of the journey value — exactly as written above, with no other night fee stacked on top. Starting the booking earlier in the afternoon doesn’t change how the surcharge works; it follows the list above. We lay out the full picture, surcharge included, when you confirm, so the whole night is priced before anyone steps into the car.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour, garages and all.

That matters on a downtown game night, when event parking fills early and circling for a space eats into the pregame. Your chauffeur stays with the car the whole time, so nobody in the group has to hunt for a garage, pay at a kiosk, or wait in an exit line once the game ends. The vehicle arrives clean and ready, with room aboard for what fans actually bring — signs, a fresh jersey, merch from the team store — so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only a few things can add to the total: the night surcharge on rides outside daytime hours, any hours you decide to add beyond your booked block, with that fee confirmed at booking. Nothing else lands on the bill — no fuel charge, no parking receipt, and no toll tally passed along at the end of the night.

Need the Quick Facts Before Booking Your Game-Night Chauffeur? 🎊

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, including late game nights.
  • You set every stop, and plans can change mid-booking.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the price.

Which Payment Methods Lock In a Downtown Miami Game-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid at booking, by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after it is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the day wraps up.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Downtown Miami to the Game? 🚐

Two Sprinter tiers carry bigger crews, and two SUV tiers cover smaller parties.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a roomy, polished choice for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a mid-size group to ride in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the pick for an extended family or a full office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most refined tier, shown here by class examples. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Count everyone riding, including anyone you’ll collect on the way, and match that number to the lines above. The Platinum SUV makes sense when the night calls for extra polish — a birthday, a client evening, or someone’s first Heat game — while the Black SUV XL keeps a smaller party comfortable. Bigger groups stay together in one private van, so nobody splits into separate cars or loses friends in the downtown crowd.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans? 🏟️

Yes — our private chauffeur carries Downtown Miami fans to the Heat’s October 8 home preseason opener.

Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans tips off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center. It’s the Heat’s first home game of the new preseason, after their opener abroad in Quebec City. Preseason nights have a looser, more curious energy: starters commonly play limited minutes, while rookies and new signings obtain their first look in front of the home crowd. For many fans it’s the first chance to see the new roster in person, and for families it’s a relaxed way to introduce kids to an NBA night downtown. Your group rides together from the hotel or apartment, arrives with time to settle in, and never splits up between cars. Tickets are sold separately through the team and the arena; we handle the ride, the timing, and the chauffeur who stays on call for your whole evening.

Who Usually Fills the Arena for a Heat Preseason Game?

The crowd mirrors Miami itself: longtime Heat regulars, families with young fans, and a large multicultural following with deep Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and wider Caribbean and Latin American roots. Preseason nights also draw curious newcomers and visitors catching their first NBA game, so the mood is lively but unhurried.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Game Night? 🏙️

Your chauffeur typically takes Biscayne Boulevard, the direct downtown approach to the arena.

From most Downtown Miami hotels and residences the drive is short in ordinary traffic, but game nights are different: permit extra time, because the streets around the arena fill well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off. Depending on where the evening starts, the chauffeur may come in along Flagler Street and the downtown avenue grid, or use the I-395 ramps when starting near the arts district at the north end. Downtown’s one-way streets and event closures shift from night to night, so the chauffeur picks the route on the night rather than following a fixed plan. Your driver reads the evening’s traffic as it builds and picks the cleanest approach. That’s how you slip past the tip-off rush instead of sitting in it, and why the driver, not the group, carries the worry of getting to Kaseya Center on time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows that evening, typically on the arena’s Biscayne Boulevard side, where event traffic control sets the drop-off point. Before anyone steps out, you and your driver agree on the meeting spot for after the game, so the ride home is settled before tip-off.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes — waiting is built into the hourly booking. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game instead of leaving and coming back, and when the final buzzer sounds, a quick WhatsApp message is all it takes. The car meets your group at the agreed spot, so the night ends with a short walk rather than a search for a ride.

Where Should You Eat in Downtown Miami Before the Heat Tip-Off? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, Brickell, and Miami Worldcenter give Downtown Miami groups simple pregame dinner options.

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, with waterfront restaurants and bars that create a natural meeting point before tip-off. Brickell, just south of the river, has a bigger dinner scene around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, from steakhouses to rooftop lounges, for groups who desire a proper sit-down meal. Miami Worldcenter, just north, adds newer dining and a hectic promenade for a swift bite. Because you’ve booked by the hour, your chauffeur merely waits while you eat, then brings everyone over for the game — no parking twice, no rushing a check to beat a meter. These are ideas for your booked hours rather than reservations we create, so book tables directly with the restaurant you select. Tell your driver the order, and the evening flows from one stop to the next.

Can the Driver Loop Through Wynwood or Little Havana Before the Game?

Yes — with the car booked by the hour, an afternoon among the Wynwood murals and galleries, or a stop in Little Havana for Cuban coffee and a pastry, fits neatly before dinner. The same chauffeur waits at each stop and keeps an eye on the clock, bringing the group back downtown in good time for tip-off.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve Around Downtown Miami? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, centered on Downtown Miami and the neighborhoods around it.

Think of your chauffeur as a local who is on call for the day, moving at your pace around the city. Bookings cover Miami and Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a game night needs: collect a friend in Coral Gables, swing through Brickell for dinner, catch the game downtown, and finish with a nightcap in South Beach. Because the service is built around unhurried hours close to home, it doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Your hours stay focused on your evening in Miami, where the driver can wait, loop back, and adjust without long highway stretches eating into the booking.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans? 🎤

Plan to leave Downtown Miami well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, especially for this home opener.

Preseason openers pull fans in early, and arriving with time to spare lets the group clear security, find seats, grab food, and watch the new faces warm up. The ride itself is short, so the real variable is the downtown crowd that builds through the evening. With an hourly booking, leaving early costs nothing beyond the hours already reserved, so a relaxed arrival is the sensible default. A comfortable plan is to start the booking in the late afternoon, fit in dinner neighboring, and head over with plenty of margin. If the plan is dinner in Brickell or drinks at Bayside, tell your chauffeur what time you desire to arrive, and the stops will be paced around it. Arriving early also leaves time for photos with friends and a calmer walk to your section before the lights go down.

Can You Book a Driver From Downtown Miami on Short Notice for the Game?

Yes, when a vehicle is free. Once a booking inside the final 24 hours is confirmed, it’s locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, so the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Will Other Passengers Share the Car on the Way to the Game?

No — every booking is private. The vehicle and chauffeur belong to your group alone for the whole block, and no other riders are added along the way. If friends are meeting you downtown, simply add their pickup to your stops, and the car collects them before heading to the arena.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
