Transfer from Downtown Miami to AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to AEW – Dynamite and Collision on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The price is locked when you book. One bilingual driver stays with your group from the Downtown pickup, through the 7:00 PM show and on the ride home.

How Much Does Hourly Chauffeur Service From Downtown Miami Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle tier has one hourly rate, and every booking reserves at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select your tier by the size of your group, not by how far it is to Coral Gables. Your hours start at the Downtown Miami pickup. They count the same whether the car is heading down South Dixie Highway, waiting outside a Brickell restaurant or parked near the arena during the main event. Dinner, the drive, the full show and the ride back to your hotel or condo can all fit in one reservation, billed by the hour for the vehicle you chose. Smaller parties commonly take the Black SUV XL. Bigger groups move up to one of the two Sprinter sizes. The Platinum SUV suits a group that wants our most refined cabin.

Which Payment Methods Lock In Your October 21 Ride? 📋

Paying for show night takes three steps, all handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. You settle the extra hours after the day.

What happens if you book or change plans within 24 hours of the show?

If your ride starts within the next 24 hours, its date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

A small surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUVs the surcharge is a fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinters it is a percentage of the trip value. In both cases it is added to the regular hourly rate. We check whether it applies when you reserve, based on your pickup time and how late you anticipate to head home. That way, what you pay for October 21 matches what you agreed. A group that leaves Downtown Miami in the afternoon and stays until the final bell will almost always pay it, so we tell you up front. The stops and the pace stay up to you.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami for Wrestling Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group premium service from the Downtown pickup to the ride home.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. You never share a seat with strangers, and nobody waits on a phone for a car as the crowd leaves the arena. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There is no surge when the whole crowd leaves at once, and no price change for rain or rush-hour traffic on US-1. One bilingual chauffeur drives you for the whole booking and stays close through the event. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so last-minute changes are simple to sort out, such as a friend running late from the office or an extra stop on the way. The result is a better experience from start to finish: calm arrivals, a clean premium vehicle and a night that feels planned.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for an Event Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included, so you never have to deal with the arena parking lot.

One short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is simple to arrange during the booking. Just ask the driver, and it does not change your rate. The cabin has room for what fans commonly bring, like signs, replica title belts and merch from the concourse. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. The possible extras are all listed on this page: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and extra hours past your booked block at your vehicle’s usual rate. Waiting time is part of the hours you booked, including the hours the car waits while you watch the show.

Can your pet come along on show night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Is AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center on October 21, 2026? 🎤

AEW – Dynamite and Collision brings live, televised All Elite Wrestling to Coral Gables on October 21, 2026.

The show starts at 7:00 PM on a Wednesday at Watsco Center, the arena on the University of Miami campus. It is the first Dynamite after the WrestleDream pay-per-view, so the storylines from that event commonly carry into this show and the crowd arrives excited. Dynamite airs live on national television, which makes the audience part of the broadcast. Fans bring homemade signs, wear their favorite wrestler’s shirt and chant from the opening segment. The listing pairs Dynamite with Collision, AEW’s second weekly show, so plan for a full evening at the arena. Before you go, check the official AEW – Dynamite and Collision page for the final card and the venue’s entry rules. For a group from Downtown Miami, a long night like this is why an hourly car and driver make sense: nobody has to drive, and nobody has to find the car afterward.

Who usually goes to an AEW show in Coral Gables?

Most of a wrestling crowd comes in groups: longtime fans who follow the roster, friends out for a birthday, and coworkers turning a weeknight into an event. Families come too, along with fans who travel from Broward to see a live TV taping. Most groups arrive and leave together, which suits one reserved vehicle.

When Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Show Night in Coral Gables? 🏟️

Leave Downtown Miami by late afternoon to reach the arena comfortably before the 7:00 PM start.

Wednesday evening rush hour overlaps with arrival time, and the southbound roads out of Downtown can slow sharply on a weekday. Campus traffic, event parking lines and the security check at the arena entrance add more time, so a comfortable buffer is essential. The show opens live on television, and nobody wants to hear the opening bell from the parking lot. Numerous groups leave Downtown with plenty of spare time. Others add dinner in Coral Gables to the booking, so the last stretch to the venue is short. During the afternoon, your chauffeur checks live traffic and adjusts the departure time with you over WhatsApp. On a clear road the drive is commonly short. On an event evening, permit extra time, and your driver will tell you if conditions mean leaving earlier.

Where does the driver drop you off at Watsco Center?

Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on event night, following campus traffic directions near the arena entrance. You step out and walk a short way in. Before driving off, the driver confirms a pickup spot for later on WhatsApp, so everyone knows where to meet after the show.

Can the driver wait during the show?

Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole show, so the car is ready when the last match ends. Message the driver on WhatsApp as you leave and walk to the agreed pickup spot. Your group heads back to Downtown Miami without hunting for a ride in the crowd.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Downtown Miami Before the Show? 🍸

Downtown Miami and neighboring Brickell have plenty of dinner spots close to your pickup.

Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village have steakhouses, sushi bars and casual grills within a few walkable blocks just south of the river. They make a simple first stop before the drive to Coral Gables. Groups staying near the bay can eat at Bayside Marketplace, with views of the boats and the Downtown skyline. For a classic Miami meal, Versailles in Little Havana serves Cuban food and strong Cuban coffee, a short detour west before heading to the campus. To eat closer to the arena, try Miracle Mile in downtown Coral Gables, which is lined with restaurants and keeps the last stretch short. Your driver waits outside while you eat, then takes the group to the show. We’re happy to suggest places, but you make the reservation yourself, so book a table early for show night.

Can you combine dinner and the show in one booking?

Yes, dinner and the show fit easily into one hourly booking. Your hours start at the Downtown Miami pickup. The driver waits during the meal, then drives on to the arena and stays through the event. One vehicle and one chauffeur take the group from dinner to the ride home.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Event Day? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours, and you select every stop.

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough pickup time and the places you want to go. We match the right vehicle and confirm the booking. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book, and a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the evening. Every booking covers at least five hours. The same car and driver stay with you the whole time and wait at the venue while the show runs. You can add a stop, skip one or stay longer at dinner. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as you need and settle the extra time after the day.

What if the group wants to keep the car after the show?

Tell your driver you want more time and the evening continues. A stop at a Brickell bar or a late meal in Wynwood adds hours at your vehicle’s usual rate. You don’t have to pay for extra hours when you add them. You settle them after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Our Hourly Event Service at a Glance 🎊

  • Every booking reserves at least five hours of chauffeur time for your group.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with you the entire booking.
  • Your driver waits at the venue for the whole show.
  • Each hour past the booked time is added at the same per-hour rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during every ride.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so either language works onboard.
  • Service runs 24/7, including late returns after an evening show.
  • You set the stops and the pace, adding or dropping stops as you go.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Downtown Miami? 🚙

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a small group of friends to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. Our usual choice for a small group of fans.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with one cabin that keeps a mid-size group together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. The larger version, for a big fan-club outing.
  • Platinum SUV: Up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with the same bilingual chauffeur and the same flexible hourly booking. The only differences are cabin size and finish. A Sprinter keeps a large group in one vehicle, so the predictions before the show and the debates about the main event afterward happen together. If your group size falls between two tiers, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the better fit before you confirm.

When does the Platinum SUV make sense for show night?

The Platinum SUV suits a special night, such as a birthday, an anniversary or hosting clients who love wrestling. It gives a smaller group a full-size luxury SUV, so arriving in Coral Gables feels like part of the occasion rather than just the commute.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Your driver picks up at any address in Downtown Miami that you select. Common spots include a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower near Bayfront Park, an office on Brickell Avenue or a condo just across the river. You set the exact spot when you confirm and coordinate with the driver directly on WhatsApp.

Downtown towers frequently have hectic front drives. Where the building allows it, the driver pulls into the front drive or loading lane and meets your group there. Cruise guests docking at PortMiami, just across the bridge from Downtown, can be picked up at the terminal and start the evening from there. If your group is staying in two buildings, you can add a second pickup at the start of the booking, and it counts within your hours.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Downtown Miami? 🚙

Your chauffeur commonly takes I-95 south to where it becomes US-1, then follows South Dixie Highway to the University of Miami campus. When the highway backs up, local streets through Brickell and Coral Way are a steady alternative. Permit extra time on a Wednesday evening, when rush hour meets the event crowd.

The driver picks the route based on live traffic, checking before leaving Downtown Miami and again around Brickell. Nobody in the group has to follow a map or circle the campus looking for a parking lot, because parking and waiting are the driver’s job while you’re inside Watsco Center. On the way home the driver does the same in reverse. A late-night food stop on the way back to Downtown is simple to add.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Downtown Miami to AEW – Dynamite and Collision? 🚐

Yes. A private van reserved only for your group works as your own private shuttle to the show. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter picks everyone up in Downtown Miami, takes the group to Coral Gables together and brings everyone back after the final match. There are no shared seats, no fixed timetable and no strangers onboard.

The Sprinter suits office outings, birthday groups and wrestling fans who want to stay together all night. Smaller groups get the same private service in the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV. In any vehicle, you select the departure time and the stops, and the car leaves only when your whole group is onboard. You don’t need to book seats one by one. Signs, snacks and pre-show predictions all journey in the same cabin.

Can You Ride Straight From Miami International Airport to the Show? 🎆

Yes. Your chauffeur can meet you at Miami International Airport and handle the whole evening from there. Land on Wednesday, stop at your Downtown Miami hotel to check in and change, go to dinner, then continue to the show. It all fits in one hourly booking with the same driver and vehicle.

This is the simplest option for fans flying in on show day. One reservation covers the ride from the airport to the hotel and the ride to the arena. You stay in touch with the driver on WhatsApp about your landing time and keep the car until the group is back at the hotel. If you’re in town for a few days, you can book another day for Miami Beach or Coconut Grove.

Can the Same Car Stay Around Brickell, Wynwood, or Miami Beach? 🏝️

Yes. The same car and driver stay close to the city all evening. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Because we stay local, your driver is on call and never rushing off to a distant job. A show night can start in Downtown Miami, continue to Coral Gables and end with a late drink in Wynwood or on Miami Beach, all at your pace. The hourly service stays around the city and doesn’t journey to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. That suits an arena evening close to your pickup.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To reserve your car for October 21, send us on WhatsApp your group size, your Downtown Miami pickup address, a rough start time and any dinner stop you have in mind. We’ll check availability, match your vehicle and confirm your booking.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
