Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver leaves early enough to beat Downtown tip-off traffic for the 7:30 PM start and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.
You pay a flat hourly rate for the vehicle, and every booking has a 5-hour minimum.
The figure beside your tier is exactly what each hour costs, whether the car is moving along Biscayne Boulevard or parked downtown during the second quarter. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM, so many Miami groups start their block in the late afternoon. That leaves time for an early dinner, an easy arrival before warmups, and the ride home after the final buzzer. Before game day, your chauffeur team confirms the tier and the booked hours on WhatsApp, so the whole group knows the plan well before anyone heads downtown.
The rate is charged per vehicle, never per passenger. Two friends in the Black SUV XL pay the single hourly figure for that vehicle, and so does a full crew in a Sprinter. The more seats your group fills, the smaller each person’s share becomes when you split the evening.
You pay the full fare when you book.
It depends on the tier, and our four private options cover everything from couples to large crews.
Count everyone who is riding, including the friend meeting you at dinner, and pick a tier that seats the whole group comfortably. Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur at the wheel and is reserved for your party alone, so no seat is ever sold to anyone else along the way. If you’re not sure which tier fits, send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll point you to the right one.
Yes. Trips outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV bookings it is one charge per journey, not per hour. For either Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. The afternoon hours you spend on dinner and pre-game stops fall inside the daytime window.
You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then you set the plan.
Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you desire: dinner in Brickell, a friend’s condo, the arena, a late bite afterward. Select the tier that seats everyone and lock in your first five hours. The chauffeur then stays with your group for the whole block and follows your plan, whether you add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert. When the booked block runs out, every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. If the game goes to overtime or dinner runs long, you just keep the car longer. You settle those extra hours after the day wraps up, not on the spot.
Your driver picks up at any Miami address you choose and agree on when you book. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you come off a ship that day and want to go straight to the game.
It is the Miami Heat’s first home game of the new season, and tip-off is at 7:30 PM.
The Heat open the preseason on the road in Quebec City, then come home to face the Pelicans on Thursday, October 8, 2026. It is the first of their home exhibition dates. Preseason nights have their own feel. Starters commonly play limited minutes, and rookies and new signings obtain their first real look in front of the home crowd, so fans come as curious as they are competitive. The crowd looks like Miami itself: Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and other Caribbean and Latin American families sit beside longtime season-ticket holders, students, and visitors catching a game on vacation. Expect a relaxed, family-friendly evening that still fills Downtown with red and black jerseys. Game details and entry information are on the official Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans event page. The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard, facing the bay.
Tickets for the preseason game are sold through Ticketmaster and HEAT.com, and resale seats are listed on the usual secondary marketplaces. We only handle the ride, meaning the private car and chauffeur. Buy your seats first, then send us your group size and plans on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the vehicle for October 8.
A home opener is still a ticketed NBA night at the city’s main downtown arena. Fans arrive from across South Florida at the same time, Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park fill with pre-game crowds, and Biscayne Boulevard slows as tip-off gets closer. That is reason enough to let someone else do the driving and the parking.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.
Traffic builds along Biscayne Boulevard and the streets near the bay before tip-off, so leaving Miami with a cushion keeps you ahead of the late wave of cars. The driver pulls into the nearest drop-off point open to private vehicles that night, lets everyone out near the entrance, and moves the car away from the crowd. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message as you leave your seats. The driver meets you at the pickup spot you agreed on, commonly a short walk from the heaviest foot traffic, where a car can actually stop. From there you can go straight home, on to a late dinner, or wherever the night takes you, with the same vehicle and the same chauffeur who brought you in.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game because the car is reserved for your group for the entire block. You don’t re-book at halftime or hunt for a ride afterward. Message the driver when you leave your seats, and the same vehicle picks you up for the trip home or to your next stop.
No, the car is the chauffeur’s job. Circling Downtown for a garage space, pricing out lots, and the long walk back to the car after the game are no longer your problem. You step out near the arena, enjoy the game, and step back into the same vehicle afterward while the driver takes care of where the car sits.
Most rides reach the arena via I-95, I-395, or Biscayne Boulevard, depending on where you’re picked up.
From Brickell it is typically a short run north on Brickell Avenue or South Miami Avenue, across the Miami River and into Downtown. Pickups in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove commonly take US-1 north through Brickell or join I-95. Groups in Wynwood or the Design District come south on Biscayne Boulevard or North Miami Avenue. Riders in Little Havana head east on SW 8th Street toward Brickell and Downtown. On a quiet evening it is a short drive from most of the city, but on game night, when much of Miami heads for the same few blocks, permit a generous cushion. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before leaving and takes whichever approach is moving, so nobody in the group has to guess which lane leads to the arena.
From South Beach, Mid-Beach, or a hotel on Collins Avenue, the driver typically crosses Biscayne Bay on the MacArthur Causeway, which comes into Downtown right by the arena district. The Venetian or Julia Tuttle Causeway works as a backup when bridge traffic backs up. Either way, allow extra time on a busy downtown night.
From Doral or the area around Miami International Airport, the driver typically heads east on State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, which runs into I-395 and ends near Biscayne Boulevard at the edge of the arena district. It is usually the most direct approach, but the driver will change course if the expressway is slow before tip-off.
Brickell, Little Havana, and Bayside Marketplace are the classic spots for dinner before the game.
Brickell has a dense run of restaurants and rooftop bars around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, a swift hop from the arena. Little Havana is the old-school choice: a Cuban dinner at Versailles, then a walk past the domino players at Domino Park before heading downtown. Wynwood suits a younger group that wants murals, craft beer, and a casual bite first. If your group would rather finish dinner within sight of the arena, Bayside Marketplace sits right beside it on the bay. Because the car is booked by the hour, one driver can take you from a Coconut Grove apartment to dinner in Brickell and then to the game, with no parking to pay twice and no clock to watch. We don’t reserve tables, but your chauffeur is happy to suggest places that suit the group. Make the reservation yourself, share it with us, and we’ll build the timing around it.
Many fans keep the night going. Brickell’s late-night bars are a quick ride south, South Beach and Ocean Drive are just across the causeway, and Wynwood draws a younger crowd after games. Your chauffeur is still on the clock, so you can add the stop on the spot and the same car takes everyone home at the end.
The hourly service covers the whole local Miami area, not just Downtown.
Your chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers where game-night groups commonly start: a condo on Key Biscayne, an office in Doral, a family home in Coral Gables, or a friend’s place up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local is what keeps the driver on call and unhurried around the city all evening instead of spending the night on the highway. The hourly service doesn’t run out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for an evening that stays around Miami, from dinner to tip-off to the ride home. If your plan covers several neighborhoods, list them all when you book and the driver will put them in a sensible order.
A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service from the first pickup to the last stop.
Driving yourself means a garage fee, a designated driver who can’t fully enjoy the night, and a long walk back to the car while the whole arena empties at once. Booking with us replaces all of that with a better experience: a private vehicle reserved only for your group, one dedicated chauffeur for the whole block, and a driver who stays through the game instead of leaving after drop-off. Your chauffeur is bilingual, so everyone in the group can go over plans in English or Spanish, and you message our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t surge on a hectic downtown night or change with traffic or weather. You pick the tier, set the stops, and the evening runs on your schedule.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.
That covers expressway tolls, every mile between your stops, and parking the car downtown while the Heat play. The rate pays for the car and the chauffeur together for every booked hour. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and any merch you pick up at the game, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Only two charges can be added on top: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you add beyond your block. Game tickets and meals are yours to arrange. You’ll see the full picture before you pay.
Leave Miami with a comfortable cushion ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off.
How early depends on where your evening starts. A pickup in Brickell can typically leave later than a group coming from Doral, Key Biscayne, or up toward Fort Lauderdale, and a Miami Beach hotel adds a causeway crossing. Leave time for arena security screening, finding your section, and watching warmups, which is half the fun of a preseason night with new faces on the floor. Many groups start the booking in the late afternoon, eat in Brickell or downtown, and obtain to the arena early instead of joining the last-minute crowd on Biscayne Boulevard. Tell the chauffeur what time you desire to be in your seats, and they will work backward from that evening’s traffic to set the departure time. Arriving early also gives the group time for photos outside the arena before the crowd builds.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with its own bilingual chauffeur is reserved for your group alone. It never carries strangers and never runs on a fixed schedule. The van picks up your group where you choose and follows your plan from the first pickup to the final stop on October 8.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the ride goes ahead as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on game day at your flat hourly rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us three things: how many people are riding, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind for October 8. That might be a hotel lobby in Brickell, dinner in Little Havana, the arena, and a late spot in South Beach. We reply with the right tier and a plan for the evening, and once your payment is in, your car and chauffeur are set aside for the night. Home openers bring large downtown crowds, so confirming your booking early means one less thing to think about before tip-off. Families, groups of friends, office outings, and fan clubs all book the same way: one private vehicle, one chauffeur, and a plan built around the game. Questions about the route, the drop-off, or timing are answered by the same team that runs your night, and you can reach us any time using the details below.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Punctual and professional, calm behind the wheel and considerate. We were 8 in the van and still comfortable.
Recomendo muito: deu pra manter a família toda junta, pareceu uma viagem normal, sem caos, nada de ligação atrás de ligação, só uma resposta!
Se nota la organización, no hubo que llamar para ubicarlo.
Comfortable van for our group, driver waited and drove us back late.
No complaints, fair deal, would book again easily
