Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 10, 2027. Every booking has a 5-hour minimum, starts in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, and runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour. We lock the rate when you book, with no surge. Tip-off is at 6:00 PM, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with you from your Hollywood pickup until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

You pay per vehicle, per hour, and every game-night booking runs a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is for the whole vehicle, not for each seat. Friends who split a Sprinter share one hourly figure and don’t pay per person. Five hours is plenty for a Heat night from Hollywood. The block covers the drive south, a quick bite downtown before the game, the full game and the ride back north. If you want dinner in Hollywood first or a late drink in Brickell afterward, reserve a longer block from the start so the whole evening is planned before anyone leaves home. The prices above are the full hourly prices for each tier, so you don’t need to work anything out per passenger. Pick your tier by headcount first, then by the kind of night you want.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for the whole evening. You pay nothing extra for the drive to Downtown Miami or for the time the vehicle spends parked near the arena.

Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, so the group can read the game preview, share photos or check the Hollywood dinner booking on the way. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask the chauffeur, and the flat rate stays the same. There is room for what fans commonly bring to a game, like signs, jerseys and team merch. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. The only charge that can be added to the hourly rate is the night surcharge.

Which Key Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking a Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every booking covers at least five hours with one reserved vehicle.
  • One vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur waits between every stop, so you never have to book another ride.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • You set the stops and the pace for the whole evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • The service runs every day, around the clock, including late game nights.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading South From Hollywood? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The easy choice for a family or a few friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers. Keeps a mid-size group together in one private vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. Room for a fan club, a team outing or a big family.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers. A more polished ride for a birthday or a night out with clients. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is a private vehicle reserved only for your group, clean and comfortable, with the same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The SUVs suit smaller groups that want to move easily through downtown streets. The Sprinters keep a big group together, so nobody has to organize a second car at the end of the night. If your headcount changes between booking and game day, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a different tier is free. Choosing the right size early matters more in January, when visitors fill South Florida.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Hollywood?

One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps the whole group together. Pick the smaller or larger Sprinter from the list above to match your final headcount. If your group is right at the limit of the smaller one, the larger Sprinter leaves room for someone who joins late. Either way, everyone rides from Hollywood and back in one vehicle with one chauffeur.

How Does Payment Work for a Game-Night Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book, and it’s all arranged over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new negotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Can We Change the Date if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If you book a service for the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you. A chauffeur and a vehicle are already set aside for your group, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund at that short notice, and the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Ride Home Runs Late? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips in that window have no surcharge. The game starts at 6:00 PM, when the surcharge below applies.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the vehicle class, not on how the game goes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The amounts are listed here, so you know the full cost of the night before you pay.

Why Do Heat Fans in Hollywood Book a Private Chauffeur for Game Night? 🍾

With a private chauffeur, a Sunday game downtown becomes one easy evening for the whole group.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge, so even a busy arena night costs what you agreed. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, which suits a Heat crowd where you hear Spanish in every section. Nobody has to be the designated driver, circle for a garage or figure out a ride home. You can message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a new dinner plan or a different meeting spot takes one text. This is a upscale service built around the game rather than the car, and a better experience from the moment you leave Hollywood until you’re back at your door.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. Once the block starts, the same car and chauffeur stay with you until the evening ends. After the first five hours, each extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. If the group decides to stay downtown for a late dinner, the car stays too, for as long as you need it. You choose the stops and their order. You might have dinner in Hollywood first, stop by Bayside before tip-off, or go straight to the game and back. You can add a stop, skip one or stay longer, and the chauffeur will suggest timing based on the traffic that night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

The chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Hollywood. That could be a hotel lobby on Hollywood Beach, such as the Diplomat Beach Resort or Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, or a home in Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills. The car can also meet you anywhere in Miami, including Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from your cruise to the game. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

Which Parts of South Florida Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, as well as nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. Because the service stays local, your chauffeur is always close by and never rushed. The car is never far from your next stop, whether that’s a restaurant in Hollywood, a drink by the bay or a late dinner in Brickell. We don’t run the hourly service to far-off places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s built for nights like this one, when a group wants to start near home, spend the evening in Downtown Miami and get back without planning anything else. On a Heat night, you could leave Hollywood, stop in Wynwood, watch the game and be home again, all with the same car.

How Do You Get to the Heat–Pelicans Game From Hollywood Without Parking Downtown? 🏟️

A chauffeur drives your group south from Hollywood and drops everyone near the arena.

The arena sits on Biscayne Bay at the edge of Downtown Miami. On game nights, the streets around it fill with fans, lines for the garages and slow traffic on Biscayne Boulevard. Your chauffeur deals with all of it. The drive south is timed so your group reaches downtown well before the 6:00 PM tip-off and avoids the last-minute rush. Everyone gets out near the arena together, with nothing to park and no garage to locate later. During the game, your chauffeur keeps the vehicle nearby. When the final buzzer sounds, crowds fill the same streets at once. Instead of walking to a far-off garage and waiting to exit, you message your chauffeur and meet the car at the pickup point you agreed. Kaseya Center posts its arena rules and event-night updates, so check them before you leave Hollywood.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

From Hollywood Beach or Downtown Hollywood, the chauffeur usually takes Hollywood Boulevard west to I-95, then heads south to the downtown exits near Biscayne Boulevard. If the interstate is backed up, US-1 runs through Aventura and North Miami and becomes Biscayne Boulevard, which is a steadier route on local streets. The chauffeur picks the route that night based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group on Biscayne Boulevard or the nearest open street, as close to the venue as access allows that night. Traffic around the arena changes on busy evenings, so the exact curb is confirmed on the way in. The same spot, or one nearby, becomes your pickup point after the game.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes, and waiting is what an hourly booking is for. While the Heat and Pelicans play, your chauffeur parks nearby and you can reach them on WhatsApp. When the game ends, send a message and walk to the pickup point you agreed. The car will be ready to take you to a late dinner or home to Hollywood.

What Makes the January 10, 2027 Heat Game Against New Orleans Worth Planning Around? 🎊

The Miami Heat host the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, January 10, 2027.

Tip-off at Kaseya Center is at 6:00 PM. It’s a regular-season game between the Heat from the Eastern Conference and the Pelicans from the Western Conference, and Heat home games are known for full, loud crowds. January is peak season in South Florida, so the game draws both locals and visitors, and a Sunday-evening start makes it an easy centerpiece for a weekend. The crowd is as varied as Miami. You’ll locate Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican and other Latin American families, a large Black fan base, and Caribbean and Anglo fans, and you’ll hear Spanish throughout the stands. Some fans are kids in their first jerseys, and others have been coming to Heat games for years. That’s why groups like to ride together: cousins, coworkers and friends arrive as one crew and leave the same way. The ticket covers the game, and the chauffeur takes care of everything before and after it.

Where Can You Eat or Meet Up in Hollywood Before Leaving for the Game? 🍸

Hollywood has plenty of easy places to meet up before the drive south.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk runs along the ocean, with casual cafés and open-air spots where friends can meet before an evening game. Downtown Hollywood, on Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle and ArtsPark, has a busy strip of restaurants and bars for a sit-down meal. On the Intracoastal, Taverna Opa is a well-known Greek restaurant with a party atmosphere that suits a group getting ready for the game. Because you book by the hour, the car stays with you through the meal. Nobody has to watch the time or look for parking on the boulevard, and when the plates are cleared, everyone gets in and heads south together. These are just ideas for your hours, and we don’t make reservations. Book your own table, send us the name, and the chauffeur will plan the departure time around it.

What Can the Group Do in Downtown Miami After the Final Buzzer? 🎆

Downtown Miami stays busy after the final buzzer, and a lot of it is right next to the arena.

Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena on the bay, with shops and waterfront restaurants for a bite after the game. Bayfront Park, just south of it, is a nice walk by the water on a mild January night. Brickell is a short drive south and has plenty of restaurants and rooftop bars for a late dinner. Wynwood, to the north, is good for murals and a relaxed drink. Little Havana’s main strip is a lively place for Cuban food and coffee late at night. You don’t need to book another ride, because the same car takes you from one place to the next and then back north to Hollywood when everyone’s ready. A long night downtown is one of the best parts of booking by the hour, and the extra time is merely added to the evening.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour takes your Hollywood group to the game and back.

You book one vehicle for the evening, not a seat on a schedule. The group leaves Hollywood when it suits you, stops where you want and rides home together. There’s no timetable, you don’t sit with other fans, and nobody has to leave the game early to get a car. For the Pelicans at Heat game on a Sunday in January, that matters. Streets downtown are at their busiest just before tip-off and right after the buzzer, and a group with its own chauffeur skips both rushes. Send us your group size and your Hollywood pickup address on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the vehicle, the chauffeur and the plan. For families, fan clubs, birthday groups and visitors staying in Hollywood during peak season, it’s the easiest way to make the game a full night out.

How Early Should We Leave Hollywood Before the 6:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave Hollywood well before the 6:00 PM tip-off. Groups usually set off in the afternoon, and if you want to eat downtown before the game, leave earlier. Allow extra time on I-95 for Sunday-evening traffic in peak season. When you confirm, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that fits your stops.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Hollywood to the Arena?

Yes, in the way most people mean it: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour. It doesn’t follow a fixed schedule or pick up other riders. It leaves Hollywood when your group is ready, takes everyone to the game together and brings the same group home.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Book the Same Hourly Chauffeur for Other Nights at the Arena?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for any evening at the arena on the bay, whether it’s another Heat home game or a concert. It works the same way every time you leave from Hollywood: same vehicle tiers, same hourly booking, and one chauffeur who stays with your group all night. Send us the date and your group size to check availability.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can I Reserve a Chauffeur From Hollywood for January 10 Right Now? 🥂

You can book your game-night chauffeur in one WhatsApp conversation.

Send us your group size, your pickup address in Hollywood, a rough departure time and the stops you’d like, such as dinner on the Broadwalk, a drink at Bayside or a late meal in Brickell. We’ll confirm the vehicle and the chauffeur and send the payment link, and then your evening at Kaseya Center is set. January is a busy month in South Florida, and a Sunday home game brings in fans from all over the area. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for January 10, especially if you need one of the larger Sprinters for a big group. Tell us who’s coming, when you’d like to leave and where you want to end the night, and we’ll handle the driving from start to finish. Message us today to check availability and confirm your booking for the Heat–Pelicans game.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
