Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on October 8

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans on October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center. The same bilingual driver drops you near the arena, waits through the game and drives everyone back to Hollywood afterward. You won’t require a garage, and there is no surge pricing.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Prices are per vehicle and per hour, and every game-night booking is for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select the tier by how many people are coming. A couple or a family fits effortlessly in the SUV, and a birthday group or a team of coworkers moves up to a Sprinter. Groups that desire a more polished arrival at the season’s first home game often select the Platinum SUV for its more upscale cabin. Each figure on this list is the full hourly rate for that vehicle, so you can plan the whole night before you send a message. If your Hollywood group wants an early dinner by the beach or wants to go straight downtown, you start from the same list and build the evening around it.

Is the Hourly Price Per Person or Per Vehicle?

The price is per vehicle, not per person. The hourly rate for the Black SUV XL is the same whether two fans ride or every seat is taken, so filling the car lowers each person’s share. Both Sprinter tiers and the Platinum SUV work the same way: one rate for the vehicle and chauffeur, shared by the group.

What Is the Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans Game on October 8? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans is the Heat’s home preseason opener. It tips off at 7:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the bayfront arena in Downtown Miami.

The team opens with an exhibition game in Quebec City, and this is its first game in front of the home crowd this season. Starters commonly play limited minutes in preseason, so rookies and new signings obtain their first real look on the home floor. The crowd looks like South Florida itself: Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican and other Caribbean families next to longtime regulars, office groups and couples on a date night. An exhibition game tends to draw families and first-timers, which makes it an easy group outing from Hollywood. Riding together in one private vehicle keeps the whole group on one schedule, from the first pre-game bite to the ride back north after the final buzzer.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Game Night? 🚙

With a private chauffeur, the trip from Hollywood is one door-to-door ride to Downtown Miami.

You don’t have to fight for a garage space near the arena or split the group across several cars. Everyone gets into one vehicle at your Hollywood address and gets out close to the arena together. The drive heads south past Hallandale Beach, Aventura and North Miami until the Downtown Miami skyline comes into view. When the roads are clear, it is typically a swift highway trip. It is slower when the weekday evening commute is still clearing. Your chauffeur handles the merges, the downtown one-way streets and the game-night lane changes, so the group can talk about the Heat’s new players instead of exits and parking signs. Nobody has to be the designated driver, and nobody has to drive the late trip back north after a long night.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

On most game nights, the chauffeur takes I-95 south from Hollywood and uses the downtown exits toward Biscayne Boulevard and the bayfront. If the interstate backs up, Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) is a steady surface-street option through Aventura and North Miami. Your driver picks the route that night based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

The driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood, and you agree on the spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby on Hollywood Beach near the Broadwalk, a home off Hollywood Boulevard, a condo tower by the Intracoastal, or the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport if you land on game day. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp.

Where Should You Eat in Hollywood Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Hollywood has several easy places to meet up and eat before the drive south to the game.

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, home of the Guitar Hotel, is a sought-after meeting point. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood is there for a proper sit-down dinner, along with casual spots for a quicker bite. Closer to the sand, the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk has a row of oceanfront cafés and seafood places where a group can savor the late-afternoon breeze. Downtown Hollywood, around Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle, has a walkable strip of restaurants and bars that suits a relaxed pre-game drink. You’ve booked the car by the hour, so the chauffeur waits while you eat and then loads everyone up for the ride south. Nobody has to feed a parking meter. If the group would rather eat near the arena, the driver can take you downtown early instead. You create the reservations yourself, and your chauffeur fits the stop into the evening’s route wherever you obtain a table.

What Is There to Do Near the Arena Before the Game?

Bayside Marketplace sits right next to the arena on the waterfront. Its shops, casual restaurants and bay views make an easy pre-game walk. Brickell, a short hop south, has upscale restaurants and rooftop lounges. Your chauffeur can drop the group at either one and handle the short trip to the arena when you are ready to head in.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off and Wait at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows and stays neighboring all evening.

Downtown streets around the bayfront fill up fast in the hour before tip-off, with event traffic control and crowds of fans on foot. The driver picks the approach that reaches the drop-off point with the least circling. Once you’re out, the car doesn’t disappear into a public garage that you’ll have to find again later. The chauffeur keeps the vehicle ready and stays in touch on WhatsApp through the whole game. The drop-off, the wait and the post-game meetup are all handled by one person who already knows your group, your names and where you’re going next. That matters most on a hectic arena night: you don’t arrange a new pickup, and you don’t have to guess which car is yours among all the headlights.

How Do You Beat Tip-Off Traffic Into Downtown Miami?

The easiest way to beat tip-off traffic is to reach downtown before the crowd peaks and let the chauffeur choose the last part of the approach. Drivers who know game nights avoid the most crowded blocks near the arena, use side streets when they move better, and time the last few turns so the group isn’t stuck in a jam.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle for your whole booked block, including every quarter of the game. You can leave jackets or shopping bags in the car. If someone needs to leave early or grab something before the final buzzer, send a WhatsApp message and the driver will be ready.

Where Do You Meet the Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Before the game ends, your chauffeur sends a meeting point on WhatsApp, just outside the heaviest post-game crowd, where the car can pull up quickly. Walk out with the crowd and head to that spot. The same vehicle is there to take the group back to Hollywood or on to a late dinner, and nobody has to find a new ride.

Which Quick Facts Should Hollywood Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block.
  • Service runs every day, in daytime hours and through the evening.
  • You set the stops and the pace; the itinerary is never locked.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and keeps the rate unchanged.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Hollywood to the Heat Game? 🚐

For larger Hollywood groups, the private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur service.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for couples, families and small groups of friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a birthday group or a team outing can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for bigger office groups, youth-team families or a full fan club.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The models named for the Platinum SUV are examples of that vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model. Every vehicle is private to your group, with no strangers and no extra stops on someone else’s route. There’s room for the jerseys, signs and merch fans bring to a home opener. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance.

Does a Late Game Night Add a Surcharge After 6 PM? 🎆

A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is a single flat add-on per trip, not an hourly charge. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. After dark, you keep the same driver and the same vehicle for the rest of the evening. We go over the timing with you when you book, so the night surcharge is clear before you leave Hollywood. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Why Do Heat Fans From Hollywood Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🕴️

A private chauffeur is a premium service planned around your night, with no dispatch queue in between.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. There’s no shared ride, no stranger in the front seat and no detour for someone else’s drop-off. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps in a city where so numerous fans switch languages on the way into the arena. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge for a hectic downtown night, a rain shower or post-game traffic. You message your own chauffeur directly on WhatsApp instead of calling a dispatcher and repeating your plans to someone new. You obtain a clean premium vehicle and a driver who knows your plan, and your group arrives together and relaxed. It’s a better experience from the Hollywood pickup to the last stop.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🍸

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

That covers highway tolls between Hollywood and Downtown Miami, fuel for every leg between dinner, the arena and any late stop, and the parking the chauffeur needs while the group is inside watching the game. You never pay cash at a garage booth or split a toll bill afterward. Two extra charges can apply. The first is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, explained above. Everything else about the evening is part of having your own car and driver: the order of the stops, when you leave dinner, and how long you stay out after the buzzer. The plan stays yours, and the price for each hour stays the one on the list.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for the Heat Game? 🚙

You pick a vehicle, reserve your hours, and the chauffeur stays with your group the whole time.

First, match the vehicle to your headcount. Then tell us where the evening starts. The driver picks up at any address you select: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. The booking is a five-hour minimum, and within that block you decide the order: dinner in Hollywood, the drive downtown, the game and a late bite. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no renegotiated fare, and the extra hours are settled once the day is over. You don’t have to pay anything on the spot when you extend.

Which Payment Methods Apply to a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare at booking to reserve the night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you book reserves your game night.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans? 🎊

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur is the direct way to obtain from Hollywood to this game and back.

You don’t need to piece the night together from separate rides or leave a car in a downtown garage for hours. One vehicle reserved for your group covers every leg of the evening: a Hollywood Beach pickup, a stop to collect friends in Aventura, the drop near the arena, or a late dinner in Brickell before heading home. If you’re looking for a private shuttle to the Heat game, that’s what you obtain: a private van or SUV for your group alone, never a seat on a fixed schedule. Fans from Hollywood come in all kinds of groups, like families making the home opener a tradition, friends celebrating a birthday, or coworkers hosting clients, and each fits one of our four tiers. The answers below cover what fans in Hollywood commonly ask before they confirm a booking.

How Early Should We Leave Hollywood for the October 8 Game?

Leave Hollywood early enough to reach Downtown Miami well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, with extra time for Thursday rush-hour traffic heading south. If your group plans to eat first, add that stop before the drive. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and suggests a departure time that gets everyone to their seats for warmups.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Hollywood and Miami?

Hollywood is within our local area. This on-call service stays around the city, with no rush: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run this hourly service out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll reply before you confirm the night, so there are no surprises at the Hollywood pickup.

Can We Still Book a Driver From Hollywood the Day Before the Game?

Yes, as long as a driver and vehicle are free. For a ride within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood for October 8? 🍾

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message to check availability and confirm your game night from Hollywood.

That might be dinner on the Broadwalk, drinks near Young Circle or a post-game stop in Brickell. We match the vehicle to your headcount, confirm availability for October 8 and lock in your block. The Heat’s first home game of the season is a sought-after night downtown, so contacting us early gives your group the most vehicle options. Once your payment is in, the date is yours, and the only thing left to decide is which jersey to wear to the arena.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
