Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 6:00 PM. Your bilingual driver drops you near the arena, stays with your group all evening, and is ready when the final buzzer sounds.

How Much Is a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District to the Heat Game? 📋

Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and every game-night booking starts with a five-hour minimum. That covers dinner, the drive, the game, and the ride back.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay the rate per vehicle, not per passenger, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. Most Design District groups spend their block in a natural order: an early dinner near Palm Court, the ride south, the game itself, then the trip home or on to a late stop. The tier you choose mostly depends on how many people are coming, and each option is described just below. Bigger groups get the most out of riding together, because everyone arrives and leaves as one group instead of scattering around Downtown after the final buzzer.

What Payment Methods Reserve Your Game-Night Car? 🕴️

One payment, made when you book, reserves your car.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point. If you stay out longer, each extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From the Design District? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full office outing, and every one comes with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual pick for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew can ride together and talk about the game on the way down.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): carries 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday group or team outing travels as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

There’s room in the cabin for what fans usually bring, like signs, merch, or a jersey for the kids. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If your head count falls between two tiers, for example five adults plus a child, send the full list on WhatsApp and we’ll match you to the tier that keeps everyone comfortable.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Miami Design District?

The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes up to fourteen people from a single Design District pickup, so the whole crew rides down and back together. For a Heat game that’s the natural group option: one vehicle, one chauffeur, and one meeting point after the buzzer, so nobody is left looking for a ride home.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work on a Heat Game Day? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of time, and the same car stays with you all evening.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the arena, or a nightcap. Your block starts at pickup and covers the whole evening. The driver takes you where you want to go, in the order you choose, and waits between every stop. Nothing is locked in, so a quick detour or a long dessert is fine. We pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and we agree the exact spot when you book. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. When the five-hour block ends, you can simply keep the car. Each additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District?

Most Design District pickups happen at a hotel lobby, a private residence, or the curb outside a dinner spot near Palm Court and the Fly’s Eye Dome. Send us the exact spot on WhatsApp when you book, and you’ll walk out to a car that’s already waiting instead of searching a busy block for your ride.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so downtown parking on game night never shows up as an extra line on your bill.

Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup, sharing photos, or answering a work message on the ride down. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch during the booking, just ask the driver for a short comfort stop. It doesn’t change the rate. Nothing is charged by the mile, and time spent in pre-game traffic simply counts as part of your booked hours. The only charge that can be added on top is the night surcharge for hours outside the daytime window, explained further down this page. Everything else you need to work out the cost is already listed above: the tiers, the hourly figures, and how extra hours are billed.

Game-Night Chauffeur Facts Worth Knowing 📋

  • Every booking reserves at least a five-hour block with one chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur waits between every stop, including through the game itself.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Every driver speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • You set the stops, the order, and the pace of the night.

Why Is Heat vs. Pelicans on January 10, 2027 a Night to Plan Around? 🏟️

The Miami Heat host the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, January 10, 2027, with tip-off at 6:00 PM on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami.

This regular-season game brings a Western Conference visitor to Kaseya Center. Heat home games are nights people in Miami plan around, with full seats, loud crowds, and a Downtown that fills up well before tip-off. A Sunday evening in January also falls in peak visitor season, when hotels are full and Biscayne Boulevard is busy with locals and tourists heading to the bayfront. That’s why a reserved car makes sense for this game. The streets around the arena get crowded quickly, nearby parking fills up, and getting a whole group home after the final buzzer can become a project of its own. With a chauffeur booked for your group, the only thing anyone needs to keep track of is the score.

What Is the Crowd Like at a Sunday Heat Game?

The crowd is as diverse as Miami: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, a large Black fan base, Caribbean and Anglo fans, and visitors in town for the season. You’ll hear Spanish all over the arena. Three generations of a family often come together, which is when one car for everyone is most useful.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Design District Before Tip-Off?

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is the classic pre-game dinner in the Design District, and Mandolin Aegean Bistro and Swan are other well-known options nearby. Your driver waits outside while you eat, then heads south when you’re ready. These are only suggestions. Book your own table, because we provide the car and chauffeur, not restaurant reservations.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District on Game Night? 🚙

Your chauffeur usually heads straight south on Biscayne Boulevard, a short, direct route from the Design District to the arena on the bay.

If the boulevard backs up with pre-game traffic, the driver can switch to NE 2nd Avenue or take I-195 to I-95 toward Downtown, whichever is moving better that evening. The drive is short in normal traffic. On a Sunday home game, though, a packed house pours into a few blocks around the arena, so permit plenty of extra time before the 6:00 PM tip-off. On the way back, the same route choices apply in reverse, and your car is already waiting instead of you standing in a line at a pickup zone. The timing is up to you. You can leave earlier to catch warm-ups or stay at dinner a little longer, because the block is yours from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The driver gets you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena. Game-night traffic control can change which curbs are open, so your chauffeur picks the closest workable drop-off point and confirms the post-game meeting spot with you on WhatsApp before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby on standby for the whole game. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed meeting point. The same car and driver who brought you down will be there to take the group home or on to your next stop.

Can You Keep the Car for a Post-Game Night Out Downtown? 🍸

Yes. Your block can go straight from the final buzzer into a late dinner, drinks, or a night out.

Downtown and the neighborhoods around it have plenty of places to celebrate a win. Bayside Marketplace sits right next to the arena for a casual bite by the water. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop bars are a short ride south. E11EVEN in Park West is Miami’s famous late-night club for groups who want to stay out late. Wynwood’s bars and murals are on the way back toward the Design District, so they make an easy last stop on the ride home. Because the same chauffeur stays with you, nobody has to decide who drives, find parking, or figure out how to regroup at the end of the night. These are suggestions for your hours, not reservations we make. You take care of tables and cover charges, and we take care of the ride. When you get back in the car, just tell the driver where you’re going next.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Arena? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only. It’s never shared or pooled, and the same dedicated driver stays with you for the entire block, waiting through the game instead of circling the neighborhood. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on a sold-out night and no change for traffic or weather, so your booked hours cost exactly what you agreed to. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps in a city where part of the group may favor one language and the grandparents the other. You also message us directly on WhatsApp, and the same conversation you booked in handles timing changes, the post-game meeting point, and any added hours. That’s the better experience we offer: a clean, premium vehicle and a calm, attentive chauffeur for the whole evening.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply If Your Game Night Runs Past 6:00 PM? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the surcharge listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

When it does, the SUV surcharge is charged once per trip, and the Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value, exactly as listed. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Either way, the surcharge is part of the rates shown on this page, so you know the full cost of the evening before you confirm.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for Heat vs. Pelicans? 🎊

Leave the Design District well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, with extra time for Sunday game traffic and the crowd heading into the arena.

The easiest plan is to start your block with an early dinner in the Design District, then head south with time to spare so the group can find seats, get food, and watch warm-ups without rushing. If you enjoy the pre-game scene, ask the driver to drop you off earlier so you can walk around Bayside Marketplace or the bayfront before going in. January weekends bring visitors, cruise passengers, and locals downtown at the same time, so it’s always worth leaving a cushion. Tell us when you’d like to arrive when you book, and your chauffeur will set the departure time to match. If the game goes to overtime or you want one more stop afterward, the car is still yours.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Design District to the Heat Game?

Yes. It’s a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group. Nobody else gets on, there’s no fixed schedule, and the private van leaves the Design District when your group is ready and takes you back after the game. It’s group transportation built around your plans, not a timetable.

Can You Travel With a Pet on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Design District Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Yes, if a car is available. For a booking within the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Where Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Run Around Miami? 🌆

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami and its neighborhoods, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Design District itself, and the area around Miami International Airport. Staying close to the city is what lets a chauffeur remain on call and unhurried all evening, moving between dinner, the arena, and a late stop without a long highway drive eating into the time. For that reason, we don’t run the hourly service out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. That local focus suits a Heat game well. Guests staying in South Beach, family coming from Coral Gables, or friends meeting in Brickell can all be picked up and brought together for the night. If your group is spread across a few neighborhoods, send the pickup list when you book and we’ll plan the route around it.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is There a Private Driver Available From Miami Design District for Heat vs. Pelicans? 🍾

Yes. Send your details on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your Design District pickup for January 10, 2027.

Tell us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like: a dinner spot, the arena, and anything after the game. We’ll match you with the right vehicle and confirm your evening. January home games fall in the busiest part of Miami’s visitor season, so booking early gives you the widest choice of tiers. Once your payment is in, your chauffeur and vehicle are held for your block and the pickup point is set, so all that’s left is finding your seats. You can feature questions about a pet, or a longer night out in the same message. Reach us by email or WhatsApp below, and we’ll put your Heat vs. Pelicans night on the calendar.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
