Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver picks you up in the Grove, gets you downtown before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and takes you home after the game.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost for the Heat Game? 📋

Each tier below is priced per vehicle for every hour of your evening, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. A group of friends going from Coconut Grove to the Heat game splits one hourly figure, so each person pays less as the group grows. Couples and small families usually book the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew, a client outing, or a big family that wants to arrive together fits a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits riders who desire the most polished cabin for a Sunday night out. Your hours cover the whole evening as one block: an early dinner in the Grove, the ride downtown, the game, and the trip home.

Which Payment Methods Hold a Game-Night Booking? 🕴️

Payment is simple, and we arrange it over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp, whichever suits your group.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves January 10 for your party.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car as long as you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, the fare is never renegotiated, and the extra hours are settled after the night ends.

Why Do Coconut Grove Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🥂

A private chauffeur gives your group its own premium vehicle for the entire game night.

No one else rides with you. The car stays reserved for your party from the first pickup in Coconut Grove to the last drop-off at home. Your hourly rate is locked at booking, so a sellout crowd, a rain shower, or slow traffic on Biscayne Boulevard never changes the price, and there’s no surge when the arena empties. One dedicated driver covers the whole block and stays on call through the game. Nobody has to hunt for a garage, argue about who drives, or wait on a crowded curb afterward. Heat crowds are as diverse as Miami, with Spanish heard all over the arena, and a bilingual chauffeur makes every guest feel at home. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp for any change. You get privacy, a fixed price, and one person looking after the whole night. That’s what makes this a premium service and a better experience than piecing the evening together yourself.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Coconut Grove to Kaseya Center? 🏟️

A reserved chauffeur is the most direct way to get from Coconut Grove to a downtown Heat game.

The Heat host the Pelicans on Sunday, January 10, 2027, with tip-off at 6:00 PM. A Sunday in January falls in Miami’s busiest tourist season. Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. On game nights the garages nearby fill early, and the streets around Biscayne Boulevard get crowded as fans arrive. With a chauffeur you skip all of that. You don’t circle for a spot, walk back to a far-off garage after the final buzzer, or need a designated driver who can’t enjoy the night. The crowd is part of the fun: families in matching jerseys, groups of friends, hosts with clients, and fans from all over Latin America and the Caribbean. A private car lets your group arrive together and relaxed, with time for warm-ups. Our drivers know the route from the Grove well, and the ride home starts as soon as you’re back in the car.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami?

Chauffeurs usually take US-1 north and join I-95 toward the downtown exits. The other option is the bayside route along South Bayshore Drive into Brickell Avenue and up to Biscayne Boulevard. The driver picks one based on live traffic that evening and chooses again for the ride home once the arena lets out.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

Pickup can be at any address in Coconut Grove you choose when you book.

Many riders get picked up at home, whether that’s a house on one of the Grove’s shaded residential streets or a condo along South Bayshore Drive. Hotel guests meet the car at the lobby entrance, so the Grove’s bayfront and village hotels are an easy starting point for visitors in town for the game. If you’re staying near the Dinner Key marinas, the car can meet you in the marina parking area. A group finishing an afternoon at CocoWalk can simply walk out to the curb. Wherever it is, you agree on the pickup spot over WhatsApp when you book, along with a start time that leaves room for dinner or drinks before heading downtown. If you’re visiting and aren’t sure which spot works best, send us your hotel name and the driver will suggest the easiest place to meet. Your evening starts wherever you are in the Grove.

Can One Car Collect Guests From Several Coconut Grove Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so one car can pick up guests from several Coconut Grove addresses before heading downtown. Send the addresses and the order when you book, and the driver will plan the route. A friend near Peacock Park and a couple near Vizcaya can all ride to the game together.

Where Can You Eat in Coconut Grove Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Coconut Grove has plenty of well-known places for an early pre-game dinner.

CocoWalk has casual restaurants and bars in one open-air complex, which makes it an easy meeting point when friends are coming from different directions. Commodore Plaza and Main Highway are lined with sidewalk restaurants that suit a relaxed early meal. Glass & Vine, inside Peacock Park, serves food under the trees with views of the bay. For something on the water, Monty’s Raw Bar near Dinner Key is a local favorite for seafood and an early drink by the bay. Because you have a chauffeur, the car waits outside while you eat. No one has to watch a parking meter or leave the table early to get the car. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make. Book your own table, then tell the driver where to take you and when you desire to leave for downtown.

Is a Pre-Game Stop at Bayside Marketplace Worth It?

It’s a good choice for groups who want to spend the last stretch before tip-off close to the arena. Bayside Marketplace sits on the bay right next to it, with waterfront bars and restaurants. The driver can drop you there early, and you walk over once doors open. Brickell, on the way up from the Grove, is another option for a cocktail.

How Do Drop-Off and Post-Game Pickup Work Downtown? 🏟️

Your driver takes care of the arrival, the wait, and the pickup after the final buzzer.

Game nights change Downtown Miami. Traffic and foot traffic build along Biscayne Boulevard and around Kaseya Center as tip-off gets closer. If you leave the Grove with plenty of time, the driver can get through downtown before it gets busiest, and your group has time to find seats, get food, and catch warm-ups. During the game, the car stays with your booking and isn’t sent off on other jobs. Your driver stays reachable on WhatsApp the whole time. When the game ends, the whole crowd leaves at once. Instead of waiting in line for a car or walking a long way to a garage, your group goes to the pickup point you agreed on with the driver. From there you ride straight back to Coconut Grove, or on to a late dinner in Brickell if you desire to keep going.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver gets your group as close to the venue as access allows that night, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena. Traffic patterns can change on event nights, so the driver confirms the exact drop-off point as you get close. You then just walk to the entrance.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. While you watch the game, the driver parks nearby with the vehicle, stays reachable on WhatsApp, and heads to your agreed pickup point as the game winds down. Whether you leave before the final quarter or stay for the celebration afterward, the car is ready.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

Hiring by the hour means one car and one driver belong to your group for a set block of time.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your pickup spot, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. Pickup works at any address in Coconut Grove or anywhere else in Miami, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you’re arriving on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact spot when you book. Your booking starts with a block of five hours. Plan it around dinner, the drive downtown, the game, and the ride home. The same driver stays with you the whole time, and you set the order of the evening. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate with no renegotiated fare, and you settle those hours after the day instead of paying on the spot.

Can You Add or Drop Stops During the Evening?

Yes. The plan is never locked. You can add a dessert stop in Brickell after the game, skip a bar you meant to visit, stay longer at dinner, or swing by a hotel for a friend arriving late. Just tell the driver. None of these changes means a new fare to negotiate.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Tip-off is at 6:00 PM on January 10, so a Heat vs. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it’s a set amount per trip, and for the Sprinter it’s a share of the trip value, exactly as listed above. The surcharge depends only on when the trip happens, not on traffic or the size of the crowd. It never changes the hourly rate you locked in. Groups heading out afterward for a late bite in Brickell or a nightcap by the bay can plan the evening knowing exactly how that last stretch is priced, with nothing added at the curb.

What Vehicle Fits Your Group From Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everything from a couple to a large group, and most game-night bookings start with the SUV.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s roomy and sleek, a good fit for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): carries 6 to 9 passengers in a private van, so the whole group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): carries 10 to 14 passengers, good for birthday groups, company outings, and big families.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in the most polished cabin in our fleet. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the vehicle class.

Every vehicle has room for signs, jerseys, and team gear. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If you’re unsure which size fits, send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match you with the right vehicle for January 10.

Need Every Key Booking Detail in One Quick List? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one dedicated vehicle and one driver for the whole block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, daytime or evening, every day of the week.
  • The plan stays open, so you can add or drop stops during the evening.
  • You book and confirm everything over WhatsApp with your group size, timing, and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That covers fuel for the round trip from Coconut Grove, any tolls on the route the driver takes, and parking downtown while your group is inside. Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking lineups or sharing photos on the way. One swift comfort stop during the booking, for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, is easy to arrange. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the rate. Beyond your booked hours, the only other charges are the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any extra hours you decide to add that night. The same vehicle and driver are yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans? 🎤

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coconut Grove to the game in your own vehicle.

People who search for a private shuttle to the Heat game usually desire exactly this: one ride for the whole group, a set pickup, and a way home afterward. We supply a private SUV or a private van reserved only for your party. You never share it with strangers, and it never runs on a fixed schedule. This game brings an Eastern Conference team and a Western Conference team together on a Sunday evening. It draws families, friends celebrating birthdays, hosts entertaining clients, and visitors spending the winter in Miami. Whoever is in your group, the evening runs on your timing. You leave the Grove when dinner is done and head home when you’re ready. The answers below cover the details Coconut Grove riders ask about most before they book, from departure times to group size to who we serve outside the Grove.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Heat vs. Pelicans?

Leave yourself a generous buffer and plan to leave Coconut Grove well before the 6:00 PM tip-off. The drive is usually short on a quiet evening, but downtown traffic builds as game time gets closer. Most groups set their pickup around an early dinner in the Grove, then head downtown with time to get through security and settle in.

Can a Big Group From Coconut Grove Ride Together in One Private Van?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a large group together from the first pickup in the Grove to the drop-off downtown and back again. It comes in two sizes, and the vehicle section above lists the seating for each. Choose by headcount, then message us on WhatsApp to check availability for January 10.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Areas Beyond Coconut Grove?

Yes, anywhere in the local Miami area. The same car moves easily between Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it when you send your group size and pickup details so everything is settled well before game day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Heat Game Night From Coconut Grove? 🍾

You can book with one WhatsApp message that includes your group size, a rough start time, and your stops.

Tell us where in Coconut Grove to pick you up, whether you desire dinner at CocoWalk, drinks at Bayside Marketplace, or a straight run downtown, and which vehicle suits your group. We’ll confirm the details and send the payment link. Your car and driver are then held for Sunday, January 10, 2027. January game nights fall in peak season, when many visitors are in town, so check availability early and confirm your booking while your preferred vehicle is open. On game day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, handles the drive in both directions, and brings your group back to the Grove when the night is over. All you need to plan is the game itself.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
