Transfer from Surfside to Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur from Surfside to Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins on Sunday, September 27, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver, booked for a 5-hour minimum at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Kickoff is 1:00 PM at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens; your driver collects you anywhere in Surfside and brings everyone home in the same car.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside to the Chiefs–Dolphins Game Cost? 🚙

Rates are set per vehicle, per hour, with a five-hour minimum on every booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Because the price attaches to the vehicle rather than to each ticket holder, filling the car with fans is the smartest way to share the day. Two friends with season seats ride comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A family hosting visiting Chiefs relatives often steps up to the smaller Sprinter, and a big crew heading over from the beach takes the larger one. The Platinum SUV is for riders who want the most polished cabin on the road to Miami Gardens. Your hours cover the whole outing: the Surfside pickup, the drive north, the game itself, and the ride back. No separate return fare is waiting for you at the end of the day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an NFL Sunday? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours and set the plan.

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, and we match you with the right vehicle before confirming. Your driver can collect you at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home — and the exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. After that, the chauffeur is yours for the entire block. Coffee in Surfside, a swift stop for supplies, the stadium run, and the trip home all happen in the same vehicle. A long afternoon doesn’t mean a new fare. Every extra hour after the first five is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. Those extra hours are settled after the day wraps up, not on the spot, so your group can keep the car as long as it wants.

Why Is Chiefs at Dolphins on September 27, 2026 Such a Big Day in Miami Gardens? 🏟️

Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins is the Dolphins’ 2026 home opener, kicking off Sunday at 1:00 PM.

This regular-season NFL matchup opens the home schedule at Hard Rock Stadium, and you can see it in the crowd. Dolphins fans come in aqua, orange, and white. Families, season-ticket holders, and groups of friends create a full day of it. Chiefs supporters show up loudly in red and gold, and they’re well known for following their team on the road. Expect daytime football with an energetic, casual feel: a big pregame Fan Zone with food, music, and family activities, and parking lots full of grills, coolers, and team flags well before kickoff. That atmosphere is exactly why a Surfside group should let someone else do the driving. There’s room aboard for what fans actually bring, like a cooler for the pregame, signs, flags, or a bag of merch. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Can Your Group Enjoy the Pregame Without a Designated Driver?

Yes, and it’s one of the main reasons fans book by the hour. With a chauffeur behind the wheel, nobody in your group has to skip the pregame or save their energy for the drive home. Everyone enjoys the Fan Zone, the food, and the home-opener energy together, and the driving stays with the person you hired to do it.

What Does Game Day Look Like Between Surfside and Hard Rock Stadium? 🏟️

Game day from Surfside works best with an early start, a close drop-off, and one car home.

Your hourly block is planned around kickoff: a late-morning pickup, arriving with time for the Fan Zone, the game itself, and an easy ride back once the crowd starts moving. NFL Sundays in Miami Gardens come with their own traffic management, including lane changes, directed approaches, and heavy volume on every road near the stadium. A chauffeur who follows that plan is far better than circling for a space or sitting in the slow exit from a parking lot. The hours belong to you, so a slow approach or a crowded exit is just part of the day, not a problem to solve. Riders from Surfside commonly want three things settled before they book: when to leave, where they’ll obtain out of the car, and how the trip home works. Each is answered below.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins?

Plan to leave Surfside in the late morning for the 1:00 PM kickoff, or earlier if your group wants time in the Fan Zone. Traffic toward Miami Gardens builds steadily as game time approaches, so allow plenty of extra time compared with an ordinary Sunday drive. Your chauffeur suggests a departure time when your booking is confirmed.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops the group wherever game-day traffic control directs private cars, as close to the venue as access allows. The exact spot is set by the stadium’s traffic plan and can change from event to event. Your driver follows the current arrangements and agrees on a meeting point for the ride home before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive You Back to Surfside?

Yes, waiting is what an hourly booking is for. Your driver stays close by for the whole game, keeps in touch over WhatsApp, and meets you at the agreed spot when you’re ready to leave. You can leave right at the final whistle or stay a while with the crowd. Either way, the same car takes you home to Surfside.

Where Should Your Group Eat or Meet in Surfside Before the Game? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour create a relaxed starting point for a Sunday game.

Harding Avenue, Surfside’s walkable main street, is lined with cafés, bakeries, and casual spots where locals grab coffee and a bite on weekend mornings. It’s an easy place to gather a group before heading west. For something more polished, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club on Collins Avenue has a classic oceanfront setting. Bal Harbour Shops, just north of town, has open-air courtyards and sit-down restaurants for a proper brunch. Your chauffeur can collect friends from two or three addresses around Surfside first, then wait while the group eats, so nobody has to think about parking or the clock. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we create. Pick the spot that suits your group, and your driver will plan the timing around it.

Is There Time for Brunch in Surfside Before a 1:00 PM Kickoff?

Yes, as long as the group starts early. An early brunch on Harding Avenue or at Bal Harbour Shops, followed by a late-morning departure, leaves comfortable time before kickoff. Your chauffeur stays nearby while you finish, and if the table runs slow, the driver adjusts the plan instead of rushing anyone out the door.

Can Your Chauffeur Take You to Dinner After the Final Whistle? 🍸

Yes, any hours left in your block can go toward a post-game dinner or drinks.

Plenty of groups aren’t ready to call it a day when the stadium empties, especially after a home-opener win. Sunny Isles Beach, along the coast just north of Surfside, has oceanfront dining and makes a natural stop on the way home. Bal Harbour keeps things close and quiet. Groups in a celebrating mood often head south toward South Beach, or over to Wynwood for its murals, bars, and restaurants. Every one of those stops happens in the same vehicle with the same driver, who handles the parking and the timing while you savor the evening. Visiting Chiefs fans staying in Surfside obtain a swift taste of Miami without learning a single road, and locals obtain a night out without moving their own car. If dinner might run late in the evening, check the night-hours note below before you plan.

Which Service Facts Matter Before You Book a Game-Day Driver? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • Your group sets every stop and can change the plan along the way.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your price.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply if Your Game Day Runs Late? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Outside those hours, a surcharge applies based on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With an afternoon kickoff, most Surfside game-day bookings stay within daytime hours. A late-morning pickup, the game, and the drive home typically wrap up before evening. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We’ll point it out while you plan the day on WhatsApp, so you know before your booking moves into night hours. Everything else stays the same after dark: the same car, the same driver, and the same freedom to add or drop a stop.

How Do You Pay for a Private Game-Day Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare at booking and arrange everything over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate (never a renegotiated fare) and settled after the day.

Why Do Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur Over Driving Themselves? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes an NFL Sunday a better experience from your door and back.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. On the way up it’s your pregame lounge, and on the way home it’s a quiet place to replay the highlights. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so heavy traffic, a packed Sunday, or an overtime finish never triggers a surge. One dedicated driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, and you reach that driver directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center. Mixed groups of local Dolphins fans and visiting relatives can talk with the chauffeur in English or Spanish. Nobody hunts for a parking space, and nobody spends the post-game crawl out of the lot behind the wheel. That is premium service on game day: a clean, relaxing vehicle, a calm chauffeur, and a plan built entirely around your group.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into your hourly rate.

The rate covers your vehicle and your chauffeur’s time for the whole block. Time spent waiting between stops is simply part of the hours you booked. We pay the expressway tolls on the way north and any parking your driver needs during the game. The hourly rate itself is what you budget for, plus a short list of extras. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge listed above. And because we provide only the car and the chauffeur, game tickets, food, drinks, and anything you buy inside the stadium are yours to arrange. We’ll gladly suggest where to eat before or after the game, but the booking itself is a private vehicle and a driver for your group.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Fans From Surfside? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, one vehicle for your whole game-day crew.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished cabin we offer. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every option includes the same chauffeur for the whole block, so the choice comes down to headcount and comfort. If you have small children, are carrying coolers and flags, or want extra legroom for the ride home, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the size that keeps everyone relaxing.

Is There a Private Van Big Enough for a Large Group of Fans From Surfside?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a big group together in one private van with one chauffeur, so nobody has to coordinate two cars or find each other in a crowded lot. If your headcount falls between sizes, send it to us on WhatsApp and we’ll match the right van before confirming.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Surfside to Miami Gardens? 🌆

Most game-day routes leave Surfside west across the causeways, then head north toward Miami Gardens.

A common route crosses the Kane Concourse through Bay Harbor Islands and the Broad Causeway to the mainland, then heads north on I-95 or the Palmetto Expressway. The final approach depends on that afternoon’s stadium traffic plan. When traffic backs up on that route, the chauffeur may instead go up Collins Avenue and cross on the Sunny Isles Causeway or the William Lehman Causeway. On a quiet Sunday it’s a straightforward drive across northern Miami-Dade. On game day, typically allow plenty of extra time, because traffic builds steadily as kickoff approaches and again as the crowd leaves. Your chauffeur watches live conditions and chooses the approach, so your group never has to compare map apps or argue over exits. The questions below cover the rest of what Surfside riders ask before booking.

Where in Surfside Does the Driver Pick You Up?

Anywhere in Surfside you choose: the lobby of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, the driveway of a condo tower, or a home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. If you’re landing that morning or getting off a cruise ship, your block can start at the airport arrivals curb or the cruise terminal instead.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Surfside to the Chiefs–Dolphins Game?

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your own private shuttle for the game, reserved for your group alone. There’s no fixed departure time and no riding with strangers. You leave Surfside when you want, stop where you want, and come home with the same driver. Smaller groups get the same arrangement in an SUV.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on the Game-Day Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of Kickoff?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For any service within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are fixed because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day itself, at the same hourly rate.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

It stays local by design. This on-call, unhurried service runs around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Surfside for the Dolphins Home Opener? 🎊

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your plan and we’ll confirm your game-day chauffeur.

Send us your headcount, the Surfside address where you’d like to start, a rough departure time, and the stops on your list, such as brunch on Harding Avenue, a friend’s condo on Collins Avenue, or a post-game dinner in South Beach. Mention anything bulky you plan to bring so the vehicle is set up correctly. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your group and the full plan for Sunday, September 27, 2026, and your payment locks it in. All that’s left is choosing between aqua and red. Check availability for Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins today and confirm your booking in a few messages. The ride from Surfside to Hard Rock Stadium will be the easiest part of opening day.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
