Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Houston Astros at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Houston Astros on Friday, April 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver collects you at any address in Bal Harbour, stays with you through the final out, and gets you home without a parking line in sight.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking covers a minimum of five hours of service.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier that fits your party, and that hourly figure is the only number that matters on game day. Nothing is priced by distance, so the run from Bal Harbour across the bay to Little Havana costs the same per hour as a slow loop through Surfside. A five-hour window easily holds the drive south, a bite before the game, nine innings, and the ride back up the coast, which is why the minimum fits a ballgame so well. The Platinum SUV sits at the top of the range for riders who want a larger luxury cabin for a smaller party. The Sprinter tiers keep a bigger crew of friends, relatives, or coworkers together in one vehicle, so nobody is spread across several cars arriving at different times.

Quick Facts for Your Bal Harbour Game-Day Chauffeur 📋

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group the entire block.
  • Each chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Your group sets every stop, and the plan can change on the day.
  • Booking and confirmation happen entirely over WhatsApp, from first message to pickup.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply If the Game Ends Late? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a night surcharge applies based on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The first-pitch time for the Friday, April 30, 2027 opener has not been announced yet, so the exact picture depends on when the game starts. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV, it is a single added charge per trip, not an hourly add-on. For the Sprinter tiers, it is calculated as a share of the trip value. Either way, you know the amount before you confirm, so the ride home holds no surprises. Once the schedule shows the first-pitch time, we can tell you exactly which hours of your booking fall inside daytime service.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Houston Astros? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to the April 30, 2027 game.

The Miami Marlins welcome the Houston Astros to loanDepot park on Friday, April 30, 2027. It is the opening night of a rare interleague visit from the American League club, and the first-pitch time is still to be announced. Groups plan whole evenings around a Friday game like this one: friends heading out after work, families with kids in caps and jerseys, and companies hosting clients in the suites and club seats. The ballpark stands in Little Havana, which gives the night a neighborhood feel you miss on a quick in-and-out trip. Booking a car by the hour from Bal Harbour turns all of it into one easy outing. Everyone rides down together in the same vehicle, and nobody spends the first inning circling for parking. The chauffeur handles the cross-bay routes and the streets around the ballpark, so your only job is choosing where to eat.

Who Usually Turns Out When the Astros Visit Miami?

Expect a deeply Latin baseball crowd. Cuban-American families and lifelong fans fill the stands next to Venezuelan supporters who come out to cheer Astros star Jose Altuve, along with Dominican, Puerto Rican, and Colombian fans. Young professionals starting their Friday night and visitors catching an American League opponent in Miami round out a lively ballpark.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for loanDepot park? 🏟️

Leave Bal Harbour with a generous cushion before first pitch, especially on a Friday evening.

The drive from Bal Harbour to Little Havana is typically a simple run across Biscayne Bay and down the interstate. On a Friday evening, though, commuter traffic piles on top of ballgame arrivals. Allow extra time so your group is in its seats for the anthem and not hearing the first inning on the car radio. Booking by the hour makes an early start easy. You arrive with room to wander the plaza, pick up food, and catch the end of batting practice without rushing through the crowd. Once the first-pitch time is published, tell us over WhatsApp when you want to leave, and the chauffeur plans the afternoon around it. If you’re bringing signs, flags, or a bag of team gear, tell us about anything big in advance so the right vehicle arrives. The trip home is just as simple, with no garage exit line and no parking ticket to dig out.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour?

Most game-day runs head out of Bal Harbour across the Broad Causeway, or south on Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle Causeway. From there the route picks up I-95 south and the Dolphin Expressway west toward Little Havana. The chauffeur picks the crossing based on live traffic that afternoon, so you never have to watch a map or debate the best exit.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?

The chauffeur pulls in as close to the venue as access allows on game day and uses the designated drop-off point near the entrance, so your group steps out together. Traffic control around the stadium decides the exact spot each night, and the driver confirms it with you by WhatsApp before you arrive so no one is left guessing.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes. The driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole game, so extra innings, a rain delay, or a slow walk out with the crowd never leave anyone stranded. Because the booking runs by the hour, a long night never ends with your group hunting for a ride home among thousands of departing fans.

What’s the Best Way to Spend Game Day Between Bal Harbour and Little Havana? 🌆

Start in Bal Harbour with lunch or drinks, then let the chauffeur handle every leg after that.

Bal Harbour Shops makes a natural starting point. The open-air center is home to long-running restaurants such as Carpaccio and Makoto, so a group can gather over a relaxed meal and walk straight out to the car. Out-of-town guests frequently meet at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in neighboring Surfside. Locals may prefer an afternoon on the beach behind their building and a quick change before pickup. The driver collects everyone from wherever the afternoon ends and heads for the ballpark with the whole party in one cabin. The night doesn’t have to end at the stadium either. A swing through Brickell for a nightcap, or a ride back up to Bal Harbour for dessert, is just another stop on your list. You choose the order, and the chauffeur takes care of the driving and the timing in between.

Is Little Havana Worth a Stop Before First Pitch?

Yes, if your group has the time. The ballpark sits in Little Havana, so a short detour puts you on Southwest Eighth Street. Domino Park, the cigar shops, and the walk-up coffee windows there set a real neighborhood mood before the game. After the last out, Versailles Restaurant is a classic Miami spot for a Cuban meal before the ride north.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Ballpark Trip? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking.

Your rate covers everything needed to get the group to the game and home again: the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time for the whole block, fuel, tolls, and parking. A garage fee near the ballpark or a toll on the expressway never shows up as a separate charge. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps for pulling up digital tickets, checking the lineup, or sending photos to friends who couldn’t make it. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch fits easily into the drive. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays exactly the same. Only one thing can be added to the bill: the night surcharge for hours outside daytime service and covered above.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Marlins Game Day? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved for your group gives you a calmer, better experience all day.

Every booking gives your group one upscale vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur, from the first pickup in Bal Harbour to the last drop-off at home. That continuity is what makes it a upscale service. The same driver who brought you down is the one who brings you back, and nobody has to explain the plan twice. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a busy Friday night and no change for traffic or weather. A bilingual chauffeur fits naturally into a ballpark crowd this international, whether you’re greeting relatives or guiding visiting clients. You reach the driver directly on WhatsApp, so any change takes one message: an earlier exit, an extra stop, or a friend joining at the last minute. The result is a better service that lets your group focus on the game, not the logistics.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading to the Ballpark? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for couples, families, and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size crew rides together comfortably.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger tier: seats 10 to 14 passengers for big family outings or office groups.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with the same bilingual chauffeur and the same hourly arrangement, so the choice comes down to group size and how much cabin space you want. The Black SUV XL suits most small parties. The Platinum SUV gives a more luxurious ride for hosting clients or marking a celebration. A Sprinter makes sense once the group outgrows a single SUV.

Can a Larger Party Stay Together in One Vehicle?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers exist so a big group never has to split across several cars. Everyone leaves Bal Harbour at the same moment, arrives at the ballpark together, and rides home as one party. Nobody gets stuck coordinating separate drivers or waiting on stragglers in the crowd after the game.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 📋

Choose a vehicle, reserve your block of hours, and the chauffeur follows your plan.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount, then reserve a block of at least five hours, which covers the drive down, the game, and the ride back. The driver can collect you at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you dock that morning and want to go straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a private home. The exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. From there the same chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, on call while you’re inside the ballpark and ready when you walk out. You set the stops and their order. If the evening runs longer than planned, just keep the car. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled once the day is done.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Require? 🍾

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your date.
  • Hours: Bookings start at a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Pickup happens at any address in Bal Harbour you choose when you book.

Many game-day rides start at a hotel entrance on Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The chauffeur pulls up at the hotel’s front drive and messages when the car is ready. Residents of the oceanfront towers are met at their building’s entrance, and private homes on the quiet residential streets west of Collins work the same way. Groups finishing lunch at Bal Harbour Shops can be picked up right outside the center. Guests staying in neighboring Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands are just as easy to reach. Share the exact spot on WhatsApp when you book, along with a contact number for whoever is meeting the car. On arrival the driver sends a message, so nobody is pacing a lobby wondering where the car is.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes, before, after, or both. Tell the chauffeur where you’re eating, and the stop fits into your booked hours with no new fare. The driver stays nearby while you eat and meets you at the door when you’re ready, so a long dinner or a lingering dessert never means a scramble for a ride.

Is the Ride Shared With Other Fans Heading to the Game?

No. Every booking is a private vehicle reserved for your party alone, never pooled with other fans or strangers. Your group rides from Bal Harbour in its own Black SUV XL, Sprinter, or Platinum SUV, and the chauffeur works only for you for the whole block, from the first pickup to the ride home.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?

Our hourly service stays local: Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
