Our private hourly chauffeur service takes you from Surfside to Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule at Hard Rock Live on Friday, October 2, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks up the group anywhere in Surfside, drives north, and keeps the same car ready for dinner before the 7:00 PM show and the ride home afterward.
Each rate below is per vehicle and per hour, and every concert-night booking covers a minimum of five hours.
The hourly rate pays for the whole vehicle, not a seat, so a group of friends can split one number however they like. A single booking covers the whole evening: cocktails or dinner in Surfside, the drive north into Broward County, the concert, and the ride back to Collins Avenue. Couples usually pick the Black SUV XL. Larger friend groups move into a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone rides together and arrives at the same time. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Payment is simple, and every method works from your phone.
Yes. The amount depends on your vehicle:
For the SUV tier, the night charge is one fixed amount per trip. It is not added again for every late hour. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter uses a percentage of the trip value instead, so the charge stays in proportion for bigger groups sharing one vehicle. Feature your expected finish time in your WhatsApp message and the full total is clear from the start.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
Whatever tolls the drive north involves and whatever parking the car needs during the evening, none of it shows up as a separate bill. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so someone can pull up the digital tickets or share the setlist without using their own data. A quick comfort stop along the way for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to ask for and does not change what you pay. Three things can add to the total. The first is the night surcharge above. The second is any hours your group adds beyond the booked block. Tell us about all three when you book, and your chauffeur can focus on the drive and the group can focus on the music.
A private chauffeur makes the whole night one continuous upscale service, from Surfside and back.
The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. There is no surge when a full theater empties at once, and the fare does not rise because it is a hectic Friday. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so jackets, merch, and the dinner leftovers stay right where you left them. You deal with one bilingual chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off, someone who already knows the plan, the names in the group, and where your table is. You never have to brief a new driver for each part of the night. That continuity makes for a better experience than piecing a night together from separate rides. Nobody spends the encore checking a phone, and nobody walks around the resort looking for their car. A clean upscale vehicle and one price agreed in advance keep the evening about the music.
Yes. You book in a WhatsApp thread, and that same thread stays open all evening, so your group has a direct line from pickup to drop-off. Use it to change the plan, add a stop, or let us know you’re walking out after the encore. You always reach people who already know your booking.
Four private tiers cover couples, friend groups, and bigger crews heading north.
Select by headcount first and comfort second. If your group is right at the limit of a tier, the next size up gives everyone more room on the late ride home. There is room for what concertgoers usually carry, like jackets, a camera bag, and merch from the show. If you are bringing something large, tell us in advance.
Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule play on Friday, October 2, 2026, and the show starts at 7:00 PM.
The theater is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just over the Broward County line from Miami-Dade, on the resort grounds with the guitar-shaped hotel tower. This date is one of the few South Florida stops on the co-headlining “Dreaming The Same Dream Tour.” It pairs Ziggy Marley’s warm roots reggae with the long, improvised jams and Southern-rock grit of Warren Haynes and Gov’t Mule. The crowd spans generations. There are reggae fans who grew up on the Marley catalog, jam-band regulars who have followed Haynes since his Allman Brothers days, and couples and friend groups making a Friday into a full night out. The mood is easygoing and communal, and nobody wants that to end in a scramble for a car. You can locate venue information on the official Hard Rock Live page.
YOLA plays a guest DJ set on the tour, which gives early arrivals something to enjoy. If your group wants to catch it, allow for that when you choose the pickup time. The chauffeur handles the road while everyone settles in with a playlist going on the drive north.
A chauffeur usually drives north from Surfside, then heads west to the resort on State Road 7.
The usual route takes 96th Street through Bay Harbor Islands, crosses Biscayne Bay on the Broad Causeway, and joins I-95 northbound. From I-95 it exits west on Stirling Road or Hollywood Boulevard toward US-441, where the resort is. On a quieter evening, a driver may go up Collins Avenue through Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach instead before turning inland. The best route on October 2 depends on live traffic, and your chauffeur checks it while the group finishes dinner, so the decision is made in real time. The main variable is timing. Friday commuters leaving Miami-Dade share the road with a theater’s worth of fans heading to one resort, so this is not the drive to cut close. Your chauffeur handles the merges and exits, and the group spends the ride talking about which songs they hope to hear.
Allow plenty of time. Most groups leave Surfside well before the 7:00 PM start, and earlier if they want YOLA’s set, a drink at the resort, or merch before the lights go down. Friday traffic into Broward is the unknown, so send us your target arrival time and we’ll suggest a pickup time that leaves a comfortable cushion.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as resort access allows on show night, using the drop-off point where the property directs traffic. Everyone gets out together with tickets in hand. You never circle a parking garage or search for a space before the music starts.
Yes. Because you book by the hour, the same driver and vehicle stay nearby for the whole concert. When the encore ends, send the chauffeur a message, meet at the agreed pickup spot, and head back toward Surfside while other fans are still looking for a ride. The car that brought you is the car that takes you home.
Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Surfside, and you agree on the exact spot when you book.
Many concert nights start at a hotel lobby. The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is a popular starting point, as are the oceanfront hotels and condo towers along Collins Avenue. The car pulls up at the front, so nobody carries a jacket or bag down the block. Private homes work just as well. The quiet low-rise streets west of Harding Avenue are easy to reach, and a pickup at your front door means nobody has to rush getting ready. For condo buildings with a front desk, feature the building name and any arrival instructions in your WhatsApp message so the chauffeur knows exactly where to stop. Starting the night together and on time, without anyone walking to a meeting point, sets the tone for the rest of the evening.
Yes. List every address when you book, and each one becomes a stop on the evening’s route. Friends staying next door in Bal Harbour or just west in Bay Harbor Islands are easy to add, because the drive north already passes close by. That way the whole group gets to dinner together.
Yes. A dinner stop in or near Surfside fits within the same hourly booking.
For a special night, Le Sirenuse Miami at The Surf Club serves Amalfi Coast Italian food in an refined setting by the ocean. Just to the north, the open-air Bal Harbour Shops has polished restaurants such as Carpaccio and Makoto, which is handy when a group wants choices and a pre-show cocktail. For something relaxed, Harding Avenue is Surfside’s small-town main street, with cafés, bakeries, and casual spots where friends can eat without any formality. You book the table yourself for whatever time works. Your chauffeur waits outside while the group eats, then pulls up when the check is paid and heads straight for the highway. There is no second ride to arrange and no parking to locate after dinner. Keep an eye on the time, though. A relaxed meal is part of the fun, but it should end early enough to leave room for the drive north.
The Seminole Hard Rock resort has its own restaurants and lounges that stay busy after the show, so some groups stay a while before calling the car. Others prefer to head south and wind down closer to home around Surfside or Bal Harbour. Either way, the same chauffeur takes you there, and the stop counts as part of your booked hours.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur by the hour, with a minimum of five hours per booking.
First, select the tier that fits your headcount. Then send the plan: a rough start time, the dinner spot, and the show. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or the PortMiami cruise terminal if you get off a ship that morning and desire to go straight to the concert. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. From then on, the same car and driver stay with your group for the whole block, and you decide where to go next. Depending on how early dinner starts, the first block may cover most of the evening. If an encore or after-show plans run longer, just keep the car. Each additional hour after the first five is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with nothing to renegotiate.
Yes, if a car is available. Once you agree on a booking within the final 24 hours, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the night.
Yes. This is a private chauffeur hired by the hour, never a shared ride. Your group has its own Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for the whole night. If you’re looking for group transport to the show, you get the same convenience in a vehicle reserved only for you, with a bilingual chauffeur who stays with your plans until you’re home.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Please ask before the day rather than at pickup, so the answer is settled before anyone gets ready to leave.
No. The booking covers the private vehicle and chauffeur, not admission. Tickets for the show are sold through Ticketmaster, so buy your seats first and then reserve the car around them. Popular concerts can sell quickly, and knowing where you’re sitting makes it easier to plan dinner and the pickup time.
Yes. North Miami Beach is well within our local region, along with the rest of the neighborhoods we serve every day.
The hourly service stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. That is why a Hollywood concert is an easy trip from Surfside. Staying local lets a chauffeur remain on call, without rushing, through a long evening. For the same reason, the hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, and North Miami Beach all work well as pickup points or late stops after the show.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group’s plans and we’ll confirm your vehicle and the evening’s route.
Feature your headcount, a rough pickup time in Surfside, your dinner spot if you have one, and any late stop you’re considering. Full payment secures the date, and then the evening is planned: dinner by the ocean, the drive north, Ziggy Marley and Gov’t Mule on stage, and the ride home already arranged. Check availability early to get the widest choice of vehicles, especially if your group needs one of the larger Sprinters. If plans are still coming together, send what you know. You can adjust the stops as October 2 gets closer, and your chauffeur will have the final plan before pickup. Reach us by email or WhatsApp below to confirm your booking.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
