Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets at Kaseya Center on Monday, November 16, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Surfside, handles the downtown traffic, and stays with your group until you are back home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Surfside Cost? 🚙

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours of chauffeured time:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate you see is the rate you book. It covers the car, the chauffeur, and the whole evening of driving from your Surfside door to downtown and back. Couples and small groups usually settle into the Black SUV XL, bigger watch-party crews move up to a Sprinter, and anyone who wants an Escalade-class arrival picks the Platinum SUV. Choose the tier that matches your headcount, think about how long you want the car after the final buzzer, and you know your game-night budget before you leave home.

Is the Hourly Rate Charged Per Vehicle or Per Person?

The hourly rate is charged per vehicle, never per seat. Four friends in the Black SUV XL share one hourly figure, and a full Sprinter of coworkers or family splits its rate across the whole group. That makes a bigger party one of the smartest ways to reach a downtown game, since every added guest lowers each person’s share instead of raising the bill.

Is There a Night Surcharge for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside that window carry a small night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is one set amount per journey, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value, so you can work out either one before you confirm. Nothing else changes after dark. The same chauffeur and vehicle take you from the Surfside pickup to the arena and home again. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we point out exactly which part of your plan falls outside daytime hours, so nobody is surprised by the total at the end of the night.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets From Surfside? 🏟️

A private chauffeur is the calmest way to get from Surfside to this Monday-night Heat game. Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets tips off at 7:30 PM on November 16, 2026, at Kaseya Center on the Downtown Miami waterfront. On a weeknight, that means a big crowd, commuter traffic, and scarce parking, all at the same time.

If you drive yourself, you circle for a garage before the game and sit in a slow exit line after it. With a chauffeur, your group leaves Surfside together, talks through the matchup on the way down, and steps out close to the arena instead of walking in from a distant lot. Even on a Monday, a home game fills downtown with a lively, colorful crowd, and the atmosphere builds well before tip-off. Your booked hours cover the whole evening, from pickup and dinner to the game and the ride home, so the night feels planned rather than improvised.

Who Usually Fills the Arena for a Heat Home Game?

A Heat home crowd looks like Miami itself. You’ll see Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, Haitian, Caribbean, and African-American fans, longtime locals, and visitors in town for the week. Young professionals come straight from the office, groups of friends make a night of it, and couples turn the game into a date. A private car keeps any of these groups together from start to finish.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on Game Night? 🏙️

Your chauffeur typically heads south from Surfside and crosses Biscayne Bay into downtown. The usual options are the 79th Street Causeway over to Biscayne Boulevard, or Collins Avenue down to the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) and then onto the mainland toward downtown.

On a quiet evening the drive is a moderate journey across the bay. When a weeknight tip-off overlaps the end of rush hour, it can slow to a crawl, so allow plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur checks traffic in real time and takes whichever causeway is moving best that evening. Downtown, the blocks around the arena fill up fast as tip-off gets closer, with ride traffic, garage lines, and pedestrians all heading for Biscayne Boulevard. That’s where a reserved car pays off: nobody in your group hunts for parking, waits in a garage line, or works around closed lanes. The plan is simple: leave Surfside early, arrive relaxed, and let the driver take care of the rest.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Leave Surfside well before 7:30 PM. Most groups book a late-afternoon pickup. That leaves room for weeknight traffic on the causeways and time for dinner in Surfside or downtown, and it gets you to your seats for warm-ups instead of rushing through security at the last minute. When you confirm, your chauffeur can suggest a pickup time that works with your stops.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows, often on the Biscayne Boulevard side. Street closures can change on busy nights, so the driver adjusts on the spot and points out the quickest way in. Before you step out, agree on a meeting point for after the game and save it in your WhatsApp chat.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole game instead of leaving after the drop-off. When the buzzer sounds, message your chauffeur on WhatsApp and walk to the meeting point you agreed on, and the car pulls up for your group. You don’t have to book another ride, look for your car along a crowded curb, or wait for a stranger to accept the trip.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Surfside Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have some of the most relaxed pre-game dining on the beach side.

For a special night, Le Sirenuse Miami at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club brings Amalfi Coast style to a landmark oceanfront setting. Just to the north, Bal Harbour Shops has polished restaurants close to the Surfside line, and your chauffeur can wait right outside. For something casual, try one of the cafés and neighborhood spots along Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small, walkable main street. If you’d rather eat closer to the arena, your driver can take you downtown early for dinner around Bayside Marketplace or in Brickell, then create the short hop to the drop-off. Since the car stays with you, dinner never has to end because of a parking meter. These are just ideas for your booked hours. Reserve any table directly with the restaurant.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside, agreed when you book. That could be the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, the front drive of an oceanfront condo on Collins Avenue, or a home on one of the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. Just send the exact spot and a pickup time.

What Can You Do Downtown After the Final Buzzer? 🎆

Your remaining hours are yours to use, so the night doesn’t have to end at the arena.

Plenty of groups walk out, meet the car, and head straight back to Surfside while still talking about the game. Others use the time they’ve already booked, like a late bite in Brickell, where restaurants and rooftop bars stay lively on weeknights, or a quick loop through Wynwood to see the murals after dark. Visitors staying on the beach sometimes ask for a slow ride home past the downtown skyline and across the bay, one of the city’s great views at night. Your chauffeur keeps the car and the route flexible, so the post-game plan can change on a whim. If one friend wants dessert and another wants to call it a night, the driver just reorders the stops. Nothing needs to be requested again, rebooked, or paid for twice.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate, so you never have to think about downtown parking.

Fuel for the journey from Surfside and back, any tolls on the chosen route, and parking for the chauffeur while you watch the game are all part of the price you booked. The vehicle arrives clean and ready, and your chauffeur does all the driving, so nobody in the group has to be the designated driver on a weeknight. There’s room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and merch bags from the arena, so tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. A few charges may apply on top of the hourly rate, and each one is spelled out before you pay: the night surcharge for hours outside daytime, and any hours you choose to add to your block.

How Do Payments Work for Your Booking? 🍾

Payment for a game-night chauffeur is simple, and extra hours aren’t due until the night is over:

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is just your starting block, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚐

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time, and the whole block belongs to your group.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then tell us on WhatsApp roughly when you want to leave Surfside and which stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the arena, or a post-game spot. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed time and stays with you for the whole block, game included. You set the route and the pace, and the driver keeps the evening on schedule without rushing anyone. After the 5-hour block ends, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop, you just keep the car. There’s no new fare to agree on and no need to pay on the spot, so you can enjoy the night without watching the clock.

Can the Pickup Happen at the Airport or a Cruise Terminal Instead?

Yes. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a private home, and you agree on the spot when you book. If your cruise ends on game day, your chauffeur can take you from the terminal straight toward the arena, so a travel day ends with a night at the game.

Surfside Game-Night Booking at a Glance 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • The service is available 24/7, weeknight games included.
  • You choose the stops and their order for the whole evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during your ride.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.

Why Do Surfside Heat Fans Reserve a Private Chauffeur? 🥃

Fans reserve a private chauffeur because it turns the whole evening into one smooth, premium service.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared, and one dedicated driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so the ride is just as comfortable for visiting relatives as for longtime Miamians. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t surge after the final buzzer or change for traffic or a packed downtown. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing the plan takes one message. And because the driver waits through the game, the night gets easier the moment you walk out. That’s what better service means to us: a better experience built on the same car, the same person, and the same agreed price all night long.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Surfside? 🚙

Choose by headcount: the SUV tiers suit smaller groups, and the Sprinter tiers suit larger parties.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits couples, families, and a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, a good fit for a mid-size group of fans.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big crew rides down together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private to your group and comes with the chauffeur. If you’re not sure which to pick, count your party first and choose the smallest tier that seats everyone comfortably. If you want more room, just move up a tier when you confirm.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Surfside?

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so a Surfside group of up to fourteen can ride together in one vehicle. With one vehicle, everyone arrives together and leaves together, and nobody has to coordinate a second car after the game. If your headcount changes before game day, send us a message and we’ll move you to the tier that fits.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Surfside for Heat vs. Rockets? 🍸

Yes. To book a private driver from Surfside for Heat vs. Rockets, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind.

November home games draw big crowds downtown, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and pickup times. Once the plan is agreed and your payment is in, the evening is reserved for your group. Keep that WhatsApp chat handy, because that’s where you’ll confirm pickup details and any changes on the day. The questions below cover what Surfside riders ask most frequently before game night: private group transport, traveling with a pet, and booking at the last minute.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Surfside to Kaseya Center?

Yes, in the sense most people mean when they search: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group and booked by the hour. It never picks up other passengers and doesn’t run on a fixed schedule. It leaves Surfside when you’re ready, drops everyone off downtown together, and brings the same group home after the game.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Less Than 24 Hours Before Tip-Off?

You can still book, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day, whenever the evening calls for them.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Surfside and the Rest of Miami? 🏝️

Yes. This hourly service stays local and covers Surfside and the greater Miami area around it.

Your chauffeur works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Guests staying next door in Bal Harbour, North Beach, or Sunny Isles Beach are part of that same local area. Staying close to home keeps the driver on call and unhurried, which is exactly what a game-night block needs. We don’t run the hourly service out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s a local service built to stay with you around the city. For Heat vs. Rockets, that means your driver stays close for the whole night, from the Surfside pickup across the causeways to downtown and back.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserve your Surfside game-night chauffeur on WhatsApp. Send your group size, your pickup address in Surfside, a rough start time, and the stops you want before and after the game, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and driver for November 16.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
