Transfer from Brickell to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Brickell, drops the group near the entrance, and stays on call through the final set to bring everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to Ultra Cost? 📋

Rates are per vehicle, not per passenger, with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price covers the vehicle and the chauffeur rather than each seat, so the cost per person drops quickly once your group fills a full SUV or a Sprinter. Pick the tier that matches your headcount, then count the hours from your Brickell pickup until everyone is back at the lobby door. An opening-day plan with an early dinner, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride home usually fills the minimum block. Plenty of groups also add time for one more stop after the last set. Late-night trips carry a separate surcharge, which is listed in its own section below.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking Your Ultra Chauffeur? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • Every hour past the first five is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already built into the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and the plan can change mid-booking.
  • Bookings run every day of the year, at any hour of day or night.
  • Every booking is confirmed directly over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Ultra Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, onboard WiFi, and a flexible route.

WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot in the car. It helps when the group is pulling up tickets, comparing stage schedules, or tracking down friends who went ahead. If someone needs a restroom break, a snack, or a stretch on the way downtown, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop fits easily and does not change the rate. The cabin has room for what festival-goers usually carry, such as small backpacks, a change of clothes, or a folded flag, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two extra charges can come up on an Ultra night: extra hours you choose to add, and the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. Both are explained on this page. Everything else you need for the ride is already part of the rate you booked, so the final total matches what you agreed on WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Ultra From Brickell? 🚐

We have four private tiers, from a couple of friends up to a large festival crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a couple or a small crew.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big group arrives and leaves as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin for a VIP-style night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount matters more than style when choosing a vehicle. A small group of friends fits the SUV. Bigger crews move into a Sprinter so nobody splits into separate cars and loses each other in the downtown crowds. The Platinum tier suits guests who want a more upscale cabin for the night, and the named models are examples of that vehicle class. If your numbers change before the day, message us and we will check the right fit for the new group.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Ultra? 🕴️

You pick the vehicle and start time, and the car stays with your group throughout.

Message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops on your wish list. We match the right tier and assign your chauffeur. The driver picks up at any Miami address you choose: a hotel, a private home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the festival, and the pickup spot is agreed when you book. After that, you set the order of stops, such as dinner first, a friend’s building next, then downtown. The chauffeur follows your plan rather than a preset loop, and you can make changes along the way whenever the schedule allows. The drive in, the show, and the ride home all fit inside one simple block, so nobody in the group has to plan a separate way back.

What Happens If Ultra Night Runs Longer Than Planned?

You just keep the car. After the first five hours, every additional hour is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle. One more hour costs one more hour, and there is no fare to renegotiate. Tell the driver you want to stay out longer, and you settle the extra time after the night ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Is There a Night Surcharge for a Late Ultra Ride Home? 🎆

Yes. Trips outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV bookings, the surcharge is one flat add-on per trip. For the Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. Both rules are set in advance and shown here, so nothing about the late ride back to Brickell comes as a surprise.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Ultra Instead of Driving Yourself? 🍾

A private chauffeur turns a crowded downtown festival night into a peaceful, premium service.

Driving yourself means circling closed streets, hunting for parking near the bayfront, and asking someone to skip the fun so they can drive home. With us, the vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared, so the playlist, the pre-show plans, and the conversation stay yours. A bilingual chauffeur helps international friends in town for Miami Music Week feel welcome the moment they sit down. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge for a packed festival weekend, a late encore, or heavy traffic. One driver stays with you for the whole block. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp instead of scanning a crowd for an unfamiliar car. It is simply a better experience on the night your group most wants to get right, from the first lobby pickup to the last goodnight in Brickell.

How Can You Pay for Your Ultra Chauffeur From Brickell? 🍸

You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is your starting block. You can stay out longer at any point, and each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare. Extra hours are settled after the night ends.

What Should You Know About Ultra Music Festival on March 26, 2027? 🪩

Ultra Music Festival opens its 2027 edition at Bayfront Park on March 26, 2027.

Opening day starts one of Miami’s biggest weekends. Ultra is a multi-day outdoor electronic music festival and a flagship name in global EDM. Its stages spread across the bayfront, from the huge Main Stage to the Resistance techno area and the Worldwide stage. The waterfront FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park serves as one of the festival’s stages. Expect big-room house, progressive, trance, techno, and bass sets from headline DJs, with a crowd that travels in from all over the world. The festival anchors Miami Music Week, so Brickell’s hotels and residential towers fill with visiting fans, and downtown streets feel the energy from the afternoon on. Arriving by private car lets your group skip the scramble and walk in fresh.

Who Goes to Ultra, and What Is the Opening-Day Vibe?

Ultra draws a young, international crowd, with fans flying in from across the globe and a VIP segment that tends to be a little older. Expect bold festival outfits, flags from many countries, and high energy as the park fills on opening day. Arriving together in a private vehicle keeps the group together before the crowd takes over.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drives north from Brickell, crosses the Miami River, and drops you near the festival.

Brickell sits right next door to downtown, so on an ordinary evening the ride is typically short. Ultra’s opening day is different. Street closures, heavy foot traffic, and a festival-sized crowd all converge on the bayfront at once, and the same few blocks can take far longer than usual. That is when a dedicated driver is most useful. Your chauffeur studies the festival’s traffic plan ahead of time and watches conditions as you leave. The driver also times the departure so your group walks in for the sets it came to see. The answers below cover the practical side of the night: the route, when to leave, where you get out, and how the ride home works after the music stops.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Bayfront Park?

The usual route runs north on Brickell Avenue, over the Brickell Avenue Bridge across the Miami River, and on toward Biscayne Boulevard, which borders Bayfront Park. If festival closures block that approach, the chauffeur switches to South Miami Avenue or a short stretch of I-95, whichever keeps the car moving.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Ultra’s Opening Day?

Leave well before the first set you don’t want to miss. The drive from Brickell is typically brief, but on opening day you should allow a generous buffer for closures and crowds near the entrance. Many groups head out right after an early dinner, so they arrive while the park is still filling up and settle in without rushing.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off for Ultra?

Your driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows on the day. The festival and the city set the closure map, so the chauffeur picks the nearest open drop-off point. The driver confirms it with you on WhatsApp and makes sure everyone knows the exact corner before stepping out into the crowd.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Take Us Home?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole booking, so the car is ready whenever the group is. Before you head in, agree on a pickup point a short walk from the park. When the last set ends, send a WhatsApp message and meet the driver there for the ride back to Brickell.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🌆

Pickup happens at the Brickell address you choose, usually a hotel lobby or residential drive.

The hotels along Brickell Avenue, the high-rise residential towers facing the bay, Brickell Key, and the quieter streets toward The Roads all work well. The exact spot is agreed when you book, and your chauffeur messages you on arrival so nobody waits outside in the heat. For a Sprinter, a building with a motor court or a broad curb makes loading the group quick. If your tower’s entrance is tight, the driver can suggest the easiest spot nearby. During Miami Music Week, Brickell fills with visiting fans and lobbies get busy in the late afternoon. Sharing your building name and preferred entrance in the booking chat speeds everything up. Once everyone is aboard, the festival is just across the river, and the night starts in comfort instead of on a crowded sidewalk.

Can a Group Staying in Different Brickell Buildings Be Picked Up in One Run?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can collect friends from several Brickell towers in any order you choose before heading downtown. List each address in your WhatsApp booking message, and the driver plans the loop so the whole crew arrives at the festival together.

Can We Combine Dinner in Brickell and Ultra in One Booking? 🥃

Yes. Start the booking with dinner, and the same driver carries the group to the festival.

Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre are natural pre-show meeting spots, with restaurants, bars, and room for a crew to gather before a big night. Groups who want to eat closer to the music can cross the river to Bayside Marketplace, on the waterfront right beside Bayfront Park, and walk the short stretch in from there. While you eat, the chauffeur waits outside, so nobody watches the clock or argues about who is driving. When dinner is over, the car is at the curb and the drive onward is short. Table reservations are yours to make. The chauffeur can suggest favorites, but we provide the car and driver, not the reservation. Building dinner into the block also means the group arrives fed and ready for a long night of music.

Can the Driver Take Us to a Miami Music Week After-Party in Wynwood or South Beach?

Yes. Add the stop, and the chauffeur heads to Wynwood or across the causeway to South Beach once the festival lets out. Miami Music Week fills both neighborhoods with late parties, and keeping the same car means your group isn’t stuck on the curb looking for a ride late at night. The extra time is simply added to your booking.

How Do Road Closures Around Bayfront Park Affect Your Ultra Ride? 🎤

Downtown traffic plans shift on Ultra weekend, and your chauffeur reroutes around them in real time.

The festival brings street closures near the bayfront, extra traffic control, and detours for city buses and other vehicles. A route that works in the afternoon can be blocked by evening. People taking public transit have to keep track of those detours and work out fares and connections. Your group can simply sit back while the driver handles it. Before the day, the chauffeur reviews the city’s published closure information. On the night itself, the driver adjusts the plan as conditions change and leaves downtown on whichever road is moving. A private vehicle can’t skip closures, but your group doesn’t have to figure out how to get around them. That matters most on opening day, when everyone is excited to get in and nobody wants to spend the evening checking maps.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Brickell to Ultra Music Festival? 🎊

Yes. Our hourly service is built for exactly this: a private chauffeur from Brickell to Ultra.

You reserve a vehicle and a driver for your group, name the Brickell pickup, and plan the night around the music instead of around parking. Opening day falls during Miami Music Week, when visiting fans fill Brickell’s hotels, so reserving early gives you the widest choice of vehicle. Your booking message only needs three things: how many people are going, a rough start time, and the stops on your list, whether that is dinner, a friend’s building, or an after-party. The quick answers below cover the other questions Brickell guests ask most: larger groups, pets, how far the service goes, and booking on short notice. Each answer reflects how the service actually runs on the day, so you know what to expect before you confirm your booking.

Is There a Private Shuttle Van From Brickell to Ultra for Big Groups?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle van, reserved for your crew alone. Friends ride together from Brickell, get out together downtown, and ride home together, with no strangers aboard and no fixed departure times. Choose the smaller or larger Sprinter layout based on your headcount.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond Miami After the Festival?

The hourly service stays local, which keeps your driver on call and unhurried. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service.

Can a Pet Ride Along During an Ultra Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If You Book Your Ultra Ride Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
