Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on Friday, March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach and brings everyone back after the final set.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach to Ultra Cost? 📋

Your hourly rate depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every Ultra reservation covers a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

We charge each rate per vehicle, not per rider, so friends sharing one car split a single hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. The clock starts at your Hollywood Beach pickup. It covers the drive south, any stops you add, the hours the car stands by during the festival, and the ride home. Choose the smallest tier that seats everyone comfortably. If the group grows before opening day, moving up a size takes one message, as long as a larger vehicle is still free. Late returns may carry a night surcharge, which is explained further down the page.

Which Vehicle Fits Our Group for Ultra Music Festival? 🚐

Start with your headcount, then decide how much room and polish you want for the night.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural choice for a couple or a small crew heading south together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group arrives together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a big festival crew in a single private van instead of a convoy.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers and gives the most polished arrival of the four tiers. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone, so the car you book is the car you ride in all night. The Platinum SUV class suits riders who want a more upscale touch for arrival photos. The Sprinters trade some of that polish for room to keep a whole crew together.

Which Tier Suits a Bigger Festival Crew?

Groups too big for an SUV usually do best in one of the Sprinters rather than two separate vehicles. Everyone arrives at the same moment, nobody gets split up on the way home, and the whole group deals with a single driver. Send the final headcount when you book, and we match the Sprinter configuration to it.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Require? 📋

You can pay from your phone: choose a method and pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you reserve, locks in your Ultra booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Ultra Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the day follows your plan.

First, pick the tier that fits your group. Then reserve the number of hours you expect the festival day to take. The driver can meet you at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a private home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the festival. On this page the natural starting point is any address in Hollywood Beach. From pickup onward, the same chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block. You decide the stops, the order, and when it’s time to move on. When the five-hour block ends, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. Keep the car for as long as the night lasts, with nothing to renegotiate.

Can We Change the Plan Once the Day Starts?

Yes. The itinerary stays open once the booking begins. You can add a stop on the way south, skip one you no longer want, or stay longer somewhere the group is enjoying. The driver adjusts on the spot if the schedule allows, and a change never means a new fare.

Which Service Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 🚙

  • Every hourly booking runs for a minimum of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available every day, 24/7, for daytime or late-night bookings.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you stay at each.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the flat rate.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Hollywood Beach? 🥂

The hourly rate includes fuel, tolls, and parking, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time.

Those inclusions matter most on a day like Ultra’s opener. The drive from Hollywood Beach into downtown Miami can use tolled express lanes. Parking near the bayfront is in heavy demand once the festival opens. Neither one appears as a separate line on your bill. Your rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s full block of time, and the standby hours while the music plays. The group simply rides and never touches a toll, a garage ticket, or the gas gauge. The one extra charge that can apply is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, covered in the next section. Everything else about the evening stays in your hands: when to leave, where to stop, and how long to stay.

Is Parking Near Bayfront Park Covered on Ultra Day?

Yes. Whatever it costs to park or hold the vehicle while your group is inside, we pay it, not you. Nobody hunts for a downtown garage or feeds a meter between sets. The car stays nearby within whatever access the festival traffic plans allow, and parking is part of the hourly rate.

Does a Late-Night Ride Home From Ultra Cost More? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Festival nights at the bayfront run well past dark, so most rides home to Hollywood Beach fall outside daytime hours. For an SUV booking, the surcharge is a fixed amount charged per trip, not per hour, so it doesn’t grow the longer you stay. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Tell us your expected finish time when you book so the full cost, surcharge included, is clear before your payment goes through. If the group stays later than planned, the same rule applies to the actual trip.

When Is Ultra Music Festival 2027, and Who Heads There From Hollywood Beach? 🪩

Ultra Music Festival opens its 2027 edition on Friday, March 26, 2027, at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami.

Ultra is a multi-day outdoor electronic dance music festival and one of the flagship EDM events in the world, with house, trance, techno, and bass music spread across several stages. The Main Stage anchors the park, the Resistance area draws the techno crowd, and the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park becomes one of the festival’s stages for the weekend. Opening day also starts Miami Music Week, when fans fly in from around the world and hotels fill up and down the coast. Hollywood Beach is a sought-after base for that crowd, with the Broadwalk, the sand, and a calmer pace than South Beach. The crowd is young and international, and the VIP guests tend to plan every detail. Every rider needs their own festival ticket from official sellers. We handle the car, the driver, and getting the group there and back together.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Hollywood Beach? 🎆

A private chauffeur drives your group south from Hollywood Beach into downtown Miami and finishes along the bayfront.

The trip crosses from Broward County into Miami-Dade and ends near Biscayne Boulevard, the avenue that runs along the edge of the park. On a quiet weekday it’s a simple drive, but opening day is anything but quiet. Friday rush hour, festival-week traffic plans downtown, and a enormous crowd arriving at the same time typically stretch the drive well beyond an ordinary run. Allow a generous cushion rather than counting on a best-case estimate. Your chauffeur deals with the traffic for you by watching live conditions, rerouting when a lane jams, and handling the approach downtown. Meanwhile the group relaxes, sorts out the playlist, and saves energy for the night. Nobody in the group has to drive, hunt for a garage, or walk in from a remote lot. You arrive together on your own schedule, and your ride home is already arranged.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take South From Hollywood Beach?

Most drives head west from the beach to I-95 and run south into downtown, exiting toward Biscayne Boulevard. When the interstate backs up, the chauffeur can take Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) south through Aventura and North Miami instead. The scenic alternative is A1A down through Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, and Miami Beach, then across the MacArthur Causeway into downtown with the skyline ahead.

How Early Should We Leave Hollywood Beach for Ultra?

Leave Hollywood Beach well before the first set you don’t want to miss, and plan the drive as a generous window rather than a tight estimate. On opening day, Friday rush hour adds to the festival traffic, so leaving earlier means an unhurried walk to the entrance. Many groups eat before they go and use the extra time for a meal.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park? 🏟️

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as festival access allows on the day.

Ultra changes the streets around Bayfront Park for the weekend. Traffic plans shift which blocks cars can reach, so the exact drop-off point depends on conditions that day rather than a fixed curb. Your chauffeur knows downtown well, brings the group to the nearest point access allows, and shows you which way to walk to the entrance. Before anyone gets out, the driver and the group agree on a meeting point for later, and everyone saves the chauffeur’s WhatsApp number. That short exchange at the curb is what makes the end of the night go smoothly. When the headliner finishes and the whole park empties at once, you already know where to go and whom to message. The plan works the same way whether you leave early with a tired friend or stay until the last track.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole block you reserved, parked or waiting close by instead of driving back across town. If the group wants the car sooner, a WhatsApp message brings the driver back to the meeting point you agreed on.

How Does the Group Find the Car After the Last Set?

Meet the chauffeur at the spot you agreed on at drop-off, and send a quick WhatsApp message as you walk out. After the final set, the crowd leaves all at once and phones can be slow, so a landmark like the Bayside Marketplace side of the park makes a good backup. From there you ride straight home to Hollywood Beach.

Where in Hollywood Beach Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up? 🏝️

We pick up at whichever Hollywood Beach address you choose, and we agree on the exact spot when you book.

Many Ultra groups staying on the beach start from a hotel lobby. The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and The Diplomat Beach Resort are two of the best-known on this stretch, and the chauffeur meets you at the main entrance. Other groups start from a condo tower along A1A, a vacation rental a short walk from the Broadwalk, or a home in the neighborhoods west of the Intracoastal. If your trip begins with a cruise arrival at Port Everglades or a flight into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the day can start at the terminal or the arrivals curb, since both are close to Hollywood. When you reserve, send the building name and any lobby or valet instructions. Beachfront towers often have their own driveway rules, and a clear note makes the pickup quick. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot in the vehicle you booked, so the group can walk out and head south together.

Can Friends Staying at Different Hollywood Beach Addresses Ride Together?

Yes. Each extra pickup is just another stop within your hours. The chauffeur can pick up one friend at a hotel, another at a condo on A1A, and a third near downtown Hollywood, then head south with everyone on board. Share all the addresses when you book so we can plan the order.

What Can You Do in Hollywood Beach Before Heading to Ultra? 🍸

A relaxed late lunch or early dinner along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a sought-after way to start an Ultra day.

The Broadwalk runs along the sand, lined with cafes and open-air spots where a group can eat, take photos, and sort out wristbands before the drive. Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at the resort of the same name is a simple place to gather. Taverna Opa, on the Intracoastal side of the beach, serves Greek food in a lively room that suits groups who want to get the party started early. Inland, Hollywood Boulevard and ArtsPark at Young Circle in downtown Hollywood have restaurants and bars away from the beach crowd. Groups that would rather eat closer to the festival can stop in Brickell, at Bayside Marketplace next to the park, or in Wynwood for a quick look at the murals. Because the car is yours by the hour, the driver waits outside each stop and moves on when you’re ready. You arrange reservations, and your chauffeur will gladly suggest a route that fits your timing.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop of your booking. Eat on the Broadwalk or in Brickell while the chauffeur waits outside. Then the driver takes the group downtown for the festival and home again afterward, all in the same vehicle. Book enough hours to cover the meal as well as the music.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover? 🏙️

Our hourly service stays local to Miami and neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, and that includes Hollywood Beach.

We run the hourly chauffeur service around the city we know best. That means Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the neighboring coast up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood Beach is well inside that area, which makes a festival day from the Broadwalk to the bayfront a natural fit. Staying close to home is what lets a driver remain on call for you, unhurried, for the whole block. For the same reason, the hourly service doesn’t travel to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Within the local area, you choose the route. You can stop in Wynwood before the festival, loop past South Beach on the way home, or end the night in Brickell for a late bite before heading back north.

Why Do Groups Pick a Private Chauffeur for Ultra Night? 🍾

Groups choose us because the vehicle, the driver, and the price are all settled well before opening day.

Your group gets a private vehicle reserved for you alone, never shared with strangers and never tied to someone else’s schedule. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking. There’s no surge when the festival lets out and demand jumps across downtown. One dedicated bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, knows where the group is heading, and waits through the event, so your ride home is certain. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp from the first question to the last drop-off, without a call center in between. The result is a premium service built around one festival night: a simple pickup in Hollywood Beach, a relaxed drive south, and a driver ready when the music stops. We aim to give every Ultra group that better experience, and it starts with a single message.

Is There a Private Ride From Hollywood Beach to Ultra Music Festival? 🎊

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur gives your group a fully private ride from Hollywood Beach to Ultra and back.

Private means the vehicle carries your group and nobody else. We don’t sell seats to strangers, we don’t run fixed departure times, and we don’t make extra pickups for other riders along the way. That’s the key difference from any shared option you might find while searching. You decide when the car leaves Hollywood Beach, whether it stops for food, and when the night ends, and the vehicle follows that plan rather than a timetable. Groups looking for a private van to the festival get the same service in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and couples or small crews get it in an SUV. You arrange every booking directly with us over WhatsApp, and your payment holds your vehicle and chauffeur for the date. The questions below cover what festival riders from Hollywood Beach usually ask next, including timing, pets, and last-minute plans.

Why Choose a Private Car Over Transit and Walking From Hollywood Beach?

A private car skips the transfers, timetables, and long walks that come with going from Hollywood to downtown by bus or train. Your group leaves together from the lobby and rides straight to the closest drop-off that access allows. Late at night, a car is waiting for you instead of a trip to the station with the crowds.

How Far Ahead Should We Reserve for Ultra Opening Day?

Reserve as soon as your festival plans are firm. Ultra opens Miami Music Week, one of the busiest weeks on the Miami calendar, when hotels and schedules across the region fill quickly. Your payment locks in the date, the vehicle tier, and your chauffeur, so the ride is settled well before festival weekend.

Can a Pet Ride Along on an Hourly Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Less Than a Day Before Ultra?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. At that short notice, the date and time stay as agreed, because we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

How Do We Reserve a Chauffeur for Ultra From Hollywood Beach? 🎤

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list.

We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your group, check availability for Friday, March 26, 2027, and walk through the plan with you. Once the details look right, paying the full fare reserves your date and your chauffeur. On festival day, the car arrives at your Hollywood Beach address, the group gets in, and the whole Ultra night runs on your terms. Tell us about any extras up front, such as a dinner stop or pickups at more than one address, so everything is ready before the day. If you aren’t sure which tier to choose, share your headcount and we’ll suggest one. Opening day of Miami Music Week is a sought-after date, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to get the vehicle you want. ✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
