Transfer from Downtown Miami to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Downtown Miami to Ultra Music Festival on opening day, March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual chauffeur collects you at any address in Downtown Miami, stays with the group through the night, and drives everyone home when the music stops.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Downtown Miami Cost? 📋

Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, with at least five hours per booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier by the size of your group rather than by distance, because on festival day you are paying for time with a dedicated car and chauffeur, not for miles. Those hours cover the drive to Bayfront Park, a dinner or pre-show stop along the way, the stretch while your group is inside, and the ride back to your hotel or apartment. Two friends bound for opening day sit comfortably in the SUV. A birthday crew or a team flying in for Miami Music Week usually books a Sprinter so the whole group arrives together, regroups, and leaves together. The Platinum SUV is the pick when the night calls for a more polished arrival.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Festival Night Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur takes parking, surge pricing, and the late scramble for a ride off your list.

The vehicle belongs to your group for the whole booking. It is private, never shared, and held for you instead of being sent to someone else between stops. Your hourly rate is locked the day you confirm, so a packed festival weekend, a sudden downpour, or slow traffic on Biscayne Boulevard never moves the number. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits through the event, which helps a lot with an international festival crowd. You also message that chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so timing the ride home takes a quick text instead of a search through a crowd. That is what premium service looks like on a big night: a clean, comfortable vehicle, a chauffeur who knows downtown on event nights, and a better experience from the lobby door to your own front door.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Downtown Miami? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, and most small groups start with the SUV.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers in a private van with space to spread out and regroup.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger crews: 10 to 14 passengers, so the whole crew rides in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a higher-trim luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Space matters more than it sounds once a group has spent hours dancing on the waterfront. A roomier vehicle lets everyone change shoes, sort phones and wristbands, and sit back without squeezing, which is why groups on the line between two tiers often size up. There is room for what festival-goers actually carry, like hydration packs, a change of clothes, or a light jacket for the breeze off the bay. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Can Add to It? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

Every hour you book covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the running costs that usually sneak onto a night out. There is no parking ticket to reimburse near Bayfront Park and no toll to settle if the evening swings over a causeway to Miami Beach for a late bite. The time your chauffeur spends parked between your stops is simply part of the hours you reserved, not a separate line on the bill. Only two things can add to the rate, and both are spelled out on this page: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours (covered in its own section below) and any hours you select to add beyond your block. We provide the car and the chauffeur only, so festival tickets, VIP upgrades, and restaurant tabs stay with you. Your chauffeur is glad to suggest places, but reservations are yours to create.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Festival Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then set every stop.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then share your plan: the pickup, a rough start time, and the places you want to go before and after the festival. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and the exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. The same car and chauffeur stay with you for the whole block, waiting at every stop including the festival. The itinerary stays open, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at dinner when the schedule allows. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day. If the group wants a late bite after the last set or a slow ride home along the water, you just keep the car.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Booking? 🎊

The full fare is paid at booking, with any extra hours settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Key Facts Matter Before You Book? 🏙️

  • Every booking reserves the car and chauffeur for a minimum of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block long.
  • Service is available 24/7, any day of the year, daytime or late night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in each vehicle.
  • A quick restroom, snack, or stretch stop is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Pickup details, timing, and stops are all confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Does the Late Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The two tiers work differently. The SUV surcharge is a single flat add-on per journey, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value. It is part of the booking you agree to over WhatsApp, not a surprise at the end of the night. Groups that want to avoid it can plan an early exit, but most festival-goers stay for the headliners and simply treat it as part of a late night done right.

What Is Ultra Music Festival Opening Day Like for a Downtown Group? 🎆

Ultra Music Festival opens its 2027 edition on Friday, March 26, 2027, at Bayfront Park.

Ultra is one of the flagship electronic dance music festivals on the planet, a waterfront weekend of big-room house, progressive, trance, techno, and bass spread across several stages. The Main Stage draws the biggest crowds, the Resistance area is home to the techno faithful, and FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park hosts live sets inside the festival grounds. The crowd is young, international, and dressed for the occasion, with a VIP segment that skews a little older. Opening day lands in the thick of Miami Music Week: hotel lobbies fill with fans, rooftop bars spin warm-up sets, and the streets around Biscayne Boulevard get busy long before the music starts. For a group based in Downtown Miami, that is exactly why a reserved car makes sense. You can enjoy the build-up without worrying about how everyone gets in, out, and home.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Downtown Miami? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives you along Biscayne Boulevard to the nearest drop-off point access allows.

Bayfront Park sits on the downtown waterfront along Biscayne Boulevard, so from most Downtown Miami hotels and residential towers the drive is short on a normal evening. Festival day is different: street closures, heavy foot traffic, and a steady stream of arriving fans typically slow every approach to the park. From Brickell, the route usually runs north across the Miami River on Brickell Avenue or a parallel avenue. From Park West, the Arts & Entertainment District, or Edgewater, it comes south down Biscayne Boulevard or a side avenue that is open that day. Your chauffeur checks which streets are open and picks the approach that gets you nearest. From there the evening runs the way it should: a clean drop-off, a car standing by through the show, and a ride home waiting when your group walks out. The details below cover timing, the drop-off, and the wait.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Ultra?

Leave well ahead of the first set you care about, because the final blocks near the park typically move slowly on opening day. Entry lines and security screening take time of their own, so allow a generous buffer on top of the drive. Leaving early also gives you time for a relaxed meal before the music starts.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Bayfront Park?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the festival entrance as access allows that evening, which depends on police and festival street plans. Before you step out, agree on a clear landmark for the pickup later, save the chauffeur’s WhatsApp, and check that phones are charged. That one minute makes the end of the night smooth.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Show and Drive the Group Home?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the full booking while you are inside. When the group is ready to leave, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the agreed landmark. Nobody has to hunt for a ride in the post-show crowd, and everyone rides home together in the same vehicle, with no one left to find their own way back.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Pickup happens at the Downtown Miami address you select, confirmed when you book.

Most festival groups start from a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard or Brickell Avenue, a residential tower in Brickell or Park West, or a short-term rental in one of the high-rises near the bay. During Miami Music Week, those driveways and valet lanes get crowded, so the most useful thing you can send is the exact entrance: the main lobby, a side street, or the tower’s motor court. Residential buildings often have a concierge or doorman who can point the chauffeur to the right curb, so a quick note from you avoids any circling. Pickups can also begin earlier in the day if your group wants lunch and a pool-deck break back at the hotel before an evening departure. The hours are yours to shape. Whatever the starting point, you’ll have the chauffeur’s WhatsApp, so a lobby change or a late straggler takes a quick message.

Can the Chauffeur Collect Friends Staying in Different Downtown Buildings?

Yes. List every address when you book, and the chauffeur loops through them in order. That might mean one friend in Brickell, another near Bayside, and the rest from a hotel lobby before heading to the festival. Each pickup is simply another stop on your hourly booking, so no one walks across downtown in festival outfits.

Can a PortMiami Cruise Arrival Head Straight to the Festival?

Yes. PortMiami sits right beside Downtown Miami, so you can go straight from the ship to your festival plans. Your chauffeur meets the group at the terminal pickup area and can stop at your hotel so you can check in and change. Then you continue to dinner and the festival, all within the same hourly booking.

Can You Combine Dinner Near Downtown Miami and the Festival in One Booking? 🍸

Yes. Dinner, pre-show drinks, and the festival fit neatly inside one hourly booking.

A classic opening-day plan starts with an early meal in Brickell or along the Miami River, then a quick drink with friends near the bay, then the short ride to the festival as the sun sets behind the skyline. Because the same car stays with you, the chauffeur waits outside the restaurant, keeps anything you don’t want to carry, and is ready the moment the check is paid. You never hunt for a parking spot twice or split the group across two rides. After the show, the booking can keep going: a late bite in Wynwood, a nightcap in Brickell, or a quiet drive back up Biscayne Boulevard before calling it a night. Your chauffeur is happy to suggest spots that suit the group’s mood, though tables and guest lists are yours to arrange.

Where Can a Group Eat in Brickell Before the Festival?

Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village have plenty of restaurants and bars close together, which makes them easy for groups with mixed tastes. Zuma at the Kimpton EPIC, on the river’s edge of downtown, is a well-known favorite before a big night out. Book your own table, and your chauffeur handles the drop-off and waits outside.

Is Bayside Marketplace a Good Pre-Festival Meeting Spot?

Yes. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside Bayfront Park on the water, and its open-air restaurants and bars make an easy meeting place for friends coming from different hotels. On festival day it gets crowded, so pick one specific restaurant as your meeting point. Your chauffeur can drop the group there, and the park is right next door.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, around Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your booking can move freely around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, with nearby stops up toward Fort Lauderdale as well. That covers nearly every festival-weekend plan: a hotel in Brickell, dinner in Coconut Grove, the festival downtown, and a late stop in Wynwood or South Beach. Staying close to the city is what keeps the chauffeur on call and unhurried for your group, ready for the next stop instead of racing across the state. We don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so the festival day stays centered on Miami. If a friend is staying in Key Biscayne or Doral, simply add them to the pickup list.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Ultra Music Festival? 🎤

Yes: a private SUV or private van with your own chauffeur, reserved by the hour.

Every booking is for your group alone. There are no shared seats, no pooled rides, and no fixed departure times to race for. The vehicle leaves when you are ready and brings you home when you say so. If you searched for a private shuttle to the festival, the answer here is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries only your friends. If you were picturing a limo for a birthday or a VIP weekend, the Platinum SUV gives you that polished arrival in a luxury SUV rather than a stretch car. For a couple or a small crew, the Black SUV XL keeps it simple. Whichever vehicle you select, the chauffeur, the route, and the timing belong to your group. The plan can change as the night goes on, whether that’s a friend’s surprise set time, a spontaneous after-party, or an early exit because someone’s feet gave up. The questions below cover the rest.

Can You Book a Private Driver for Every Day of the Festival Weekend?

Yes. Book the car and chauffeur for each festival day you plan to attend, and send us all the dates in one WhatsApp message. Each day runs as its own hourly block with its own pickup and plan. Friday can start with dinner in Brickell, and the weekend days can start at the hotel pool.

Is a Chauffeur Worth It if Your Downtown Hotel Is Close to Bayfront Park?

Often, yes. Even a short walk gets tiring after a long night on your feet, and the streets around the park stay packed as the crowd leaves. A reserved car also opens up the rest of the city, like dinner in Brickell or a late stop in Wynwood, and gets everyone home together without anyone wandering off alone.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Festival Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it along with your group size and pickup address so we can plan the right vehicle.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Festival?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time run exactly as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
