Transfer from Miami Airport to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur picks your group up at Miami Airport and drives you to Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park on March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you from the arrivals curb to the ride home. The rate is locked when you book, so there’s no surge on opening day.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport to Ultra Music Festival Cost? 🍾

You pay by the hour for each vehicle, and every festival booking starts with a 5-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the row that matches your group size. That figure is the hourly rate for the vehicle and your chauffeur together, and it covers your whole group, not each person. Five hours fits a typical opening-day plan from Miami Airport: the arrivals pickup, a hotel stop to freshen up and change, an early dinner and the drive downtown to the festival. If you want the same chauffeur to take you home after the last set, book a longer block from the start so the car is already yours when the crowd pours out. Larger groups should compare the two Sprinter rows. Keeping everyone in one private van is commonly easier than splitting friends across two cars with two arrival times.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and both are yours for the whole block.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group and send us the start time and the stops you have in mind. The chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. After that, you run the plan. The car follows your stops in your order, stays as long as you want at each one and remains with your group through the festival instead of leaving after one drop-off. The booking covers the first five hours. After that, every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, and there’s no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as the night lasts and pay for the extra time once the day is over.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up at Miami Airport?

Your chauffeur picks you up at the Miami Airport arrivals curb or at a hotel near the airport, whichever you choose when you book. Message your chauffeur on WhatsApp when you land and again once you’re through the terminal, and the car will pull up as your group walks out. If you’re staying near the airport first, the driver can pick you up from the hotel lobby or any other address around Miami Airport.

What Payment Options Secure Your Festival-Night Booking? 🥂

You pay the full fare when you book, so the total is clear from the start.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking reserves your car.
  • Hours: Every booking starts with five hours, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Why Do Festival Groups Choose Our Private Chauffeur Service? 🕴️

Groups choose us for a private car, one bilingual chauffeur and a rate that never changes.

Every booking reserves a vehicle for your group only, so the seats, the music in the car and the timing are all yours from the first pickup to the last stop. One chauffeur covers the whole block. The person who meets you at the airport already knows your hotel and your dinner plans, and knows where to find you when the festival lets out. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps international friends flying in for Miami Music Week. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge for traffic, weather or a packed festival weekend. You message us directly on WhatsApp, with no call center in between. All of this adds up to a premium service built around a night that matters, and a better experience than piecing the evening together one ride at a time.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Ultra Music Festival? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Miami Airport to Ultra and back.

Ultra Music Festival opens its 2027 edition on March 26, 2027, and turns Bayfront Park on the downtown waterfront into one of the world’s leading electronic dance music festivals. The FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park is one of the festival’s stages, and the main stage, the techno-focused Resistance area and other stages spread across the grounds. Opening day falls in the middle of Miami Music Week, when hotels fill up, flights arrive from around the world and downtown traffic gets heavy. That’s when a reserved car is most useful. Your chauffeur tracks your arrival, meets your group at the airport and takes you into the festival weekend on your own schedule. Nobody has to hunt for parking near the waterfront or wait on a curb with a dying phone.

Who Goes to Ultra, and What Is Opening Day Like?

Ultra draws a young, international crowd of dance music fans, plus a VIP crowd that tends to be a little older, all dressed for a long, loud day by the bay. Opening day has extra energy as friends meet up from different cities and countries. A private car lets the whole group arrive together, leave together and skip arranging separate rides home at the end.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Miami Airport? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drives east from Miami Airport across the city to downtown and the bayfront.

The usual route goes east on the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) from the airport area toward I-395 and the northern edge of downtown. From there, Biscayne Boulevard runs south along the bay to the park. When the expressway backs up, a local chauffeur has other options: I-95, or surface streets through Little Havana and along Flagler Street into downtown. The driver picks the route in real time based on live traffic, the festival’s street closures and where your group needs to end up. First-time visitors often don’t realize that downtown’s one-way streets and event detours can turn a short trip into a slow one. That’s why it helps on festival day to have a driver who uses these roads every week. Your group can just sit back and watch the skyline get closer.

How Long Does the Drive From Miami Airport to Bayfront Park Take on Festival Day?

On a quiet afternoon the drive is typically a short trip across town, but Ultra’s opening day is far from quiet. Allow plenty of extra time, because Miami Music Week traffic, a wave of arriving flights and closures near the bayfront all build up in the hours before the music starts. Your chauffeur adds that extra time into the start time you agree on together.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off for Ultra, and Who Takes You Home? 🎆

Your chauffeur drops the group off as close to the entrance as festival access allows.

Ultra changes the streets around FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park, with traffic control and closures along the downtown waterfront. The exact drop-off point depends on how access is set up that evening. Your chauffeur gets the car as close to the entrance as the closures permit, confirms the spot with you on WhatsApp and agrees with you on where the group will meet up later. While you’re inside, the car stays parked neighboring instead of leaving for another job, and your driver keeps checking messages the whole time. When the last set ends and the crowd pours onto Biscayne Boulevard all at once, your group walks to the agreed pickup point instead of fighting that crowd for a ride. The same driver then takes everyone back to the hotel, out for a late meal or wherever the night goes next.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for Ultra Music Festival?

Leave well before the set your group most wants to see, and add extra time on top for opening day. Plan for festival traffic, the walk from the drop-off point through the entry lines, and time to find your friends inside. If your flight lands close to showtime, the chauffeur can drive straight downtown and skip the hotel stop.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes, and that’s exactly what an hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays on standby near the park for your whole block and can be reached on WhatsApp throughout the show. If a headliner runs late or your group decides to catch one more set, send a quick message and the car will stay where it is.

Where Can You Eat Before Ultra After Landing at Miami Airport? 🍸

Little Havana, Brickell and Bayside Marketplace are easy places to stop between the airport and the park.

Versailles Restaurant on SW Eighth Street is a classic first stop for visitors landing at Miami Airport. It’s a Little Havana institution known for Cuban coffee, croquettes and a proper sit-down meal, and it’s roughly on the way from the airport toward downtown. For something sleeker, head to Brickell, where the high-rise restaurants let everyone eat well and get into festival mode. Bayside Marketplace is right next to Bayfront Park and works well for a quick bite and a last photo by the water before you walk in. Wynwood suits groups who want murals, cocktails and a little warm-up energy before the headliners. Your chauffeur waits at each stop and drives you to the next, so nobody has to look for parking, feed a meter or be the designated driver. These are only suggestions for your hours. You decide the plan and the pace.

Can You Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the festival fit easily into one hourly booking. The chauffeur drives you to the restaurant, waits while your group eats and then takes everyone downtown for the music, with no second booking and no second car. Tell us the restaurant when you book so the start time leaves room for both.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Festival Night? 🚙

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

That covers the tolls on the Dolphin Expressway, fuel for every trip between the airport, your hotel and the bayfront, and parking downtown while the festival goes on. You never see a separate bill for any of it. Parking near the park on an Ultra night is scarce and expensive if you arrive on your own, so having it included removes one of the biggest headaches of festival day. The rate also covers your chauffeur’s time for every hour of your booking, whether the car is moving or parked. If your group is bringing festival gear like signs, totems or a change of clothes for after the show, there’s room for it; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. The only charges that can be added are the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, explained below, and any extra hours you decide to add.

Which Key Facts Should Riders Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one vehicle for your group only, never split with strangers.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day, around the clock, for daytime or late-night service.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Chauffeurs suggest routes and stops, but you handle festival tickets and dinner reservations.

Does a Late-Night Pickup After the Show Cost Extra? 🌆

Yes. Service outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has a night surcharge, and the amount depends on the vehicle your group rides in.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV groups, the surcharge is one flat amount per trip, not an hourly charge, so it doesn’t grow as the night gets longer. For Sprinter groups, it’s a percentage of the trip value instead. Both are listed here in full, so you know the total well before festival day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Ultra Group From Miami Airport? 🚐

Choose your vehicle by group size, from a Black SUV XL up to a full-size Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for a small group landing together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big festival group rides together in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers and has the most polished cabin in our lineup. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Groups flying in from distinct cities often land at distinct times. Choose a vehicle with room for everyone who will ride to the festival, not just the people who land first. Every tier comes with the same hourly service, so the choice comes down to space and style.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Miami Airport to Ultra With a Group? 🎊

For a group with a festival plan, a private chauffeur by the hour is the easiest option.

Some visitors plan the trip from Miami Airport by train, bus and a long walk, connecting into downtown and then making their way through the festival crowds on foot. That can work for a solo traveler carrying almost nothing. It gets complicated quickly for a group arriving on distinct flights, dressed for the festival and hoping to eat somewhere good before the music starts. Public transit also leaves the ride home uncertain at the end of a long, loud night, when everyone is tired and phones are running low. A private chauffeur removes all of those connections. Your group rides together from the terminal, stops wherever it wants on the way and knows who is taking everyone home before the music even starts. The answers below cover the other questions riders ask before they book.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Areas Outside Miami?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on an Ultra Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Your Ride Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Your ride is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day whenever you like.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Airport to Ultra Music Festival?

Yes. For bigger groups, our private shuttle option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group and never split with strangers. It meets your group at Miami Airport, makes the stops you choose and stays with you through the festival. Pick the Sprinter size that matches your group from the vehicle options above.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
