Transfer from Miami to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Ultra Music Festival at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on Friday, March 26, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one premium vehicle stay yours all night, so opening day of Miami’s flagship electronic music festival starts and ends on your schedule.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to Ultra Cost Per Hour? 📋

The hourly price depends only on the vehicle you choose, and every booking carries a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Those rates cover the vehicle and its chauffeur for the entire block, whether you spend the hours at a Brickell dinner, at the festival, or on the ride back to your hotel. You pay per vehicle rather than per passenger, so the whole crew rides at one hourly price however you split it. If your headcount changes before the night, move to the tier that fits and that vehicle’s rate applies. What the rate includes and how payment works are both spelled out further down this page, so you know the full picture before you reserve anything.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Ultra Crew Leaving Miami? 🚐

We run four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a large group of festival friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so the whole crew can ride in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger layout): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big group arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Keeping everyone in one vehicle matters more on Ultra night than on almost any other evening in Miami. Friends who ride together arrive together, and nobody gets stranded when a phone battery dies after the headliner. Choose the tier that seats the group with a little room to spare. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Miami? 🎆

Your chauffeur drives you straight to the downtown waterfront and picks the best approach from your pickup point.

Bayfront Park sits along Biscayne Boulevard on the downtown waterfront, so every route from around the city ends up on that same busy stretch. From Brickell, the drive heads north on Brickell Avenue and crosses the Miami River into downtown. From Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or Little Havana, a chauffeur typically takes I-95 northbound or US-1 before cutting east toward the bay. On an ordinary evening these are short, familiar drives. On festival day, though, the blocks around the park fill with festivalgoers, and temporary street changes are common around an event this size, so allow far more time than you would for a normal downtown dinner. Your driver watches live traffic and adjusts along the way, handling every turn while the group settles in and gets ready for the first set.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Miami Beach?

From South Beach and the rest of Miami Beach, the usual crossing is the MacArthur Causeway, which reaches the mainland a short way north of the park. The Venetian Causeway is a slower, scenic backup when traffic backs up. Your chauffeur takes whichever crossing is moving best that evening, so the group can relax and start the pre-festival playlist.

How Long Is the Drive From Brickell or Miami International Airport on Festival Day?

The drive is typically short from Brickell and somewhat longer from the airport, but on festival day you should allow much more than your usual travel time. From the airport, the chauffeur usually takes the Dolphin Expressway east toward downtown. Leave extra time, especially if you’re landing in the afternoon and heading straight to the festival.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before Heading to Ultra? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, Wynwood, and Bayside Marketplace all create good pre-festival dinner stops.

Brickell suits groups who want a polished sit-down meal and a rooftop drink among the towers, and Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village offer plenty of choice close to downtown. For something unmistakably Miami, Little Havana serves Cuban classics, and Versailles is the landmark restaurant locals send visitors to for strong Cuban coffee before a big night. Wynwood works for a crew that wants photos in front of the murals and a creative dinner scene before the music. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside Bayfront Park, which makes it an easy meeting point for friends coming from different hotels, and its restaurants look out over the bay. The chauffeur waits outside each stop and then drives everyone the final stretch downtown. You pick the restaurant, and we handle the driving but not the reservations, so book your table early during Miami Music Week.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking can cover the whole evening: pickup at your hotel, dinner in Brickell or Wynwood, the drive downtown, and the ride home after the festival. Start the booking early enough to enjoy the meal without watching the clock. The car stays parked nearby until the group is ready to move on.

How Does Event Night at Bayfront Park Work With a Miami Chauffeur? 🎤

Your chauffeur handles the arrival, the wait, and the ride home, so the whole night runs smoothly.

On Ultra’s opening day, downtown becomes one of the liveliest scenes of the year, as electronic music fans from across the country and around the world head to the waterfront during Miami Music Week. The festival spreads across several stages, from the huge Main Stage to the techno-focused Resistance area and the live stage at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park, so the crowds spill well beyond the park itself. We plan your booking around that. The chauffeur plans the approach, gets the group as close to the venue as access allows, and then stays with the vehicle until you’re ready to leave, whether that’s after the headliner or a little earlier. Before the day, check the festival’s posted entry and bag rules. Then leave the timing, the traffic, and the meeting spot to your driver.

How Early Should We Leave Miami for Ultra’s Opening Day?

Leave earlier than you think you need to, because traffic around downtown keeps building once the festival opens its doors, and entry lines grow at the same time. Tell us which artist you can’t miss and whether dinner comes first. The chauffeur will work back from that set to suggest a pickup time from your hotel, home, or restaurant.

Where Will the Driver Drop Us Off at Bayfront Park?

The chauffeur drops the group at whatever drop-off point the festival’s traffic plan allows, as close to the entrance as access permits that night. Before you walk in, you agree on a clear meeting spot for later, and the driver confirms any change on WhatsApp. That keeps it easy to find each other, even in a packed crowd.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Take Us Home?

Yes. The driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole booking while you dance, then brings the car to the agreed meeting spot once you message that you’re heading out. You won’t be looking for a ride while the whole crowd leaves at once. The same car and chauffeur that brought you in take everyone back to the hotel or home.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Ultra Instead of Driving Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur takes parking, traffic, and the late drive home off your plate.

Driving yourself to Ultra means circling downtown for a parking spot, picking a designated driver who misses half the fun, and driving home after hours on your feet. Booking with us replaces all of that with a premium service built around your group: a private vehicle reserved only for you, a bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish, and one flat hourly rate locked at booking with no surge, however heavy festival traffic gets. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so one person knows the plan, the meeting spot, and where you’re headed afterward. That continuity makes the night a better experience from start to finish. The group walks out of the festival, finds a familiar face, and heads home together.

Can We Message Our Driver Directly During Ultra?

Yes. Your group gets direct WhatsApp contact for the booking, so you can text when you’re leaving, share a live location, or ask for a quick change of plan. In the noise of a festival crowd, a short message is the easiest way to stay in touch with the person driving you home.

Which Service Facts Should Every Ultra Group Know? 🚙

  • Service runs every day, from daytime pickups through late-night returns.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur, so nobody in your group drives.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during the ride.
  • You can add, drop, or rearrange stops at any point during the booking.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp with our team.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home From Ultra? 🌆

Yes, trips outside daytime hours carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV it’s a single flat add-on per trip. For the Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed above. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Because it’s listed here before you book, you can see the full cost of your evening on this page and choose a start time with everything in front of you.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for an Ultra Night? 🥂

The rate includes fuel, tolls, and parking, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time.

Parking anywhere near Bayfront Park on an Ultra day is scarce. Because it’s included in the rate, nobody in your group has to circle the block or pay for a garage at the end of the night. Tolls along the route are covered the same way, and so is all the fuel between the first pickup and the last drop-off. An hour costs the same whether the car is driving down Biscayne Boulevard or parked while you eat, so a long dinner costs the same per hour as the drive itself. Only two extra charges may apply: the night surcharge explained above for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add beyond the booking you reserved. Both are listed here on the page before you book.

How Does Payment Work for an Ultra Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and any hours you add are settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: a 5-hour minimum applies, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the night wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Ultra? 🚙

You choose a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur follows your plan.

Start by picking the tier that seats your group. Then send us a rough start time and the places on your wish list, such as a pickup, a dinner, the festival, and the ride home. Your booking starts at the agreed time, and from then on the car and chauffeur are reserved for your group alone. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the headliner runs long or the group wants a nightcap in Brickell, you just keep the car instead of looking for another way home. There’s no fare to renegotiate, and you settle the added hours after the day, not on the spot. Once the plan is set, we confirm the vehicle and start time, and the chauffeur arrives ready to go.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

We can pick you up at any address in Miami: a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a private home, the PortMiami cruise terminal, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. We agree on the exact spot when you book. If you’re arriving on a cruise that day, you can go straight from the terminal to dinner or the festival.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami’s main neighborhoods and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Our chauffeurs work around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried, with drivers who know the causeways, the downtown one-way streets, and the quicker routes that matter on a festival night. For an Ultra booking, that covers the places most visitors actually stay, from a Key Biscayne resort or a Doral hotel near the airport to a Wynwood apartment or a home base up toward Fort Lauderdale. The hourly service doesn’t go out to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built to stay close to the city, so your chauffeur is always nearby and ready for whatever the night brings.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to Ultra Music Festival? 🎊

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booked by the hour works as a private shuttle reserved only for your group.

Nobody else boards, there’s no fixed timetable, and the private van leaves when your group is ready, not when a schedule says so. That matters when downtown is packed with festivalgoers and the last thing a group wants is to split up across several cars on the way in, or worse, on the way out. Smaller groups obtain the same private setup in the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV, with a more intimate cabin and the same flexibility. Whichever vehicle you choose, it carries only your people, follows only your route, and runs on your group’s timing. If you’re looking for a way to obtain a group to Ultra together, that’s the answer: one reserved vehicle and one chauffeur, with no strangers, set departure times, or crowded pickup lines.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Ultra Transportation Within 24 Hours?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day whenever you like.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Different Miami Hotels?

Yes. You decide the route, so the chauffeur can pick up friends from a Brickell hotel, a Miami Beach apartment, and a Wynwood address on one trip before heading downtown. Send the full list of pickups when you book, and the driver will work out an order that makes sense for traffic and your festival start.

Can Just Two of Us Book a Chauffeur to Ultra?

Absolutely. The Black SUV XL suits a couple perfectly, and the Platinum SUV makes it a VIP-style night for two. A pair books the same way a larger group does: pick the car, send your plan, and confirm everything on WhatsApp.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
