Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on July 30

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Design District to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on July 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the ride home, so nobody sits in stadium parking lines or hunts for a car after the final out.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost? 🚙

Rates are charged per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is set per vehicle, not per seat, so a group of fans riding together shares one rate for the whole outing. The more friends in the cabin, the smaller each share gets. Pick a tier by headcount and by the feel you want. The Black SUV XL is the everyday choice for a small group. The two Sprinter sizes carry bigger crews of Phillies faithful or Marlins regulars, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished cabin for clients or a celebration. Every hour you book belongs to your group alone, whether you spend it over dinner in the Design District, inside the ballpark, or on the drive back across town.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 📋

Booking by the hour reserves one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of time.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp, then select the vehicle that fits. The block begins at pickup. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact spot when you book. The minimum block is five hours, which fits an early dinner, the drive, the game, and the trip back. The same chauffeur stays with you the whole time and waits wherever you stop. If the night runs past those five hours, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to work out, and the extra hours are settled after the day, so you can keep the car as long as you need it.

Can You Change Stops or Take a Break Mid-Booking?

Yes, the plan stays flexible all day. Add a stop for drinks, drop one, or linger over dinner, and the schedule moves with you. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to arrange. Just ask your chauffeur, and it does not change your rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins–Phillies Game? 🚐

We run four private tiers, and every one comes with your own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the go-to pick for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a family outing or a fan club’s core crew.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole office outing or birthday group rides in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, a more refined cabin for clients or a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The SUVs suit groups that want to move quickly out of the Design District. A Sprinter keeps a large party together, so nobody splits into separate cars or loses friends in the crowd. Bringing signs, a garment bag for a change after the game, or a bag of fresh merch? There is room for what fans carry. Just tell us in advance if you are bringing something big.

How Is an Hourly Booking Paid, and When Is Payment Due? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare is paid at booking and reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Hire a Dedicated Chauffeur for a Night at the Ballpark? 🥂

A dedicated chauffeur makes game night a premium service from the first pickup onward.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. There are no pooled seats and no detours for anyone else’s stop. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, so a packed Phillies weekend or a sudden summer downpour never pushes the price up. There is no surge, ever. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole day and already knows your stops, your timing, and who still needs a pickup. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking. The chauffeur handles the cross-town traffic, so the group can argue about the lineup instead of the route. In plain terms, that is the better experience. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles for a parking space, and everyone arrives together, unhurried and ready for first pitch.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Can Cost Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

The highway tolls between the Design District and Little Havana are covered. So is the fuel for every leg and the cost of parking near the ballpark while you watch the game. Only a few items can add to the total, and you know about each one before game day. First, a night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, explained in the next section. Third, any hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. There are no fuel adjustments, no toll pass-throughs, and no parking receipts to settle at the end of the night.

Does a Late Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add a night charge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Summer Friday games usually start in the evening. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV group, the charge applies once per trip. For a Sprinter group, it is a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you know it before you confirm. Late hours change nothing else: your hourly rate, your chauffeur, and your plans stay the same. Your chauffeur will mention the surcharge when you plan the timing, so nothing surprises you at the end of the night.

How Long Is the Drive From Miami Design District to loanDepot park? 🚙

The drive is a short cross-town trip, but allow extra time on a Friday game evening.

Most chauffeurs head west on I-195, join I-95 southbound, and then take the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) west toward Little Havana. From there they leave the highway for the surface streets around the ballpark. When that interchange backs up, as it often does on a summer Friday, a local driver can cut south through Allapattah on avenues such as NW 12th Avenue instead. On a quiet afternoon the trip typically feels quick. On a game evening, commuters heading home and fans heading in share the same lanes, so treat any normal estimate as optimistic and build in a generous cushion. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and picks the route as the day unfolds. Nobody in your group has to think about it.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for Marlins vs. Phillies?

Leave the Design District with a generous cushion before first pitch, and allow more if your group wants to watch batting practice or explore the concourse. The Marlins have not yet announced a start time for this game. Once it is posted, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that fits Friday evening traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park? 🎊

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game day.

Traffic control around the ballpark changes with the size of the crowd. The day’s access rules set the exact drop-off point, and your chauffeur works within them. From there, the group walks to the entrance of loanDepot park, the air-conditioned home of the Marlins, where a retractable roof shuts out summer storms. Phillies weekends bring a big visiting crowd, many of them Northeast transplants who now call South Florida home, so the streets nearby get lively well before first pitch. While you watch, the chauffeur parks nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp the whole time. Nobody needs to leave early to move a car, find a ride, or watch the clock.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Runs Into Extra Innings?

Yes. You hire the chauffeur by the hour, so if the game is tied after nine innings, the car simply waits a little longer. Nobody is stranded and nobody scrambles for a ride home. If the game outlasts your booked block, the extra time is added to your bill and settled after the day.

Where Do You Meet the Chauffeur After the Final Out?

You meet at a pickup spot agreed over WhatsApp before you head inside, and your chauffeur confirms it again during the late innings. A spot slightly away from the main crowd helps the group load quickly. The same vehicle you arrived in will be there, ready for the ride back.

Where Can the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🌆

Pickup can happen at any address in Miami Design District, agreed when you book.

Many riders start from a residence or condo just off the district’s main streets. Others are finishing an afternoon among the boutiques along NE 39th and NE 40th Street. Palm Court, under the geometric Fly’s Eye Dome, is an easy pickup spot to describe and to find. Gallery-goers can meet the car outside the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami. Guests at a nearby hotel can wait in the lobby until the chauffeur messages that the car has arrived. If your group is scattered, with some people shopping and others still at home, the chauffeur can pick everyone up in turn before heading for the highway. Each stop is part of your booked time, not a separate fare. Share the exact meeting point and a contact name over WhatsApp, and the chauffeur will confirm as the pickup time approaches.

What to Do in Miami Design District Before First Pitch? 🍸

A pre-game dinner in the Design District is the easiest way to start the night.

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, a longtime neighborhood favorite, is a natural meeting point for a group that wants a proper meal before the ballpark. Just north of the district, Mandolin Aegean Bistro serves Greek and Turkish plates in a leafy garden setting. Groups who would rather wander can browse the district’s galleries and public art, or head south to Wynwood for a drink among the murals. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car stays close while you eat and then moves on to the next stop, with no meter or app to check. After the game, Little Havana is right around the ballpark. SW 8th Street offers live music at Ball & Chain, or Cuban coffee and pastries at Versailles. These are ideas for your hours, not reservations we make.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. You can add a dinner stop before the game, after it, or both. Tell us where you would like to eat when you book, and the chauffeur builds it into the timing so you still reach the ballpark with room to spare. A post-game meal in Little Havana fits just as easily.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to the Phillies Game? 🥃

Yes. Every ride we run is private, with the whole vehicle reserved for your group.

There is no shared seat, no fixed timetable, and no stops for passengers you have never met. You decide when the car leaves the Design District, whether it stops for dinner on the way, and when it heads home after the game. That privacy matters on a division-rivalry night. Phillies fans travel well, Marlins fans turn out to defend home turf, and the streets around Little Havana fill up fast, so a calm, closed cabin is a welcome place to regroup before and after. If you were searching for a private shuttle to the game, this is it: a Sprinter or SUV that answers only to your group. Groups can also split the night into chapters, such as dinner, the game, and a nightcap, without ever splitting into separate cars.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Areas Beyond Miami?

The hourly service stays close to home. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call service that stays around the city, so trips out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of hourly bookings.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed inside that final 24-hour window, a chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside for you. The booking runs as planned, and a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed at that point. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can We Reserve a Chauffeur for July 30 Right Now? 🏟️

Yes. The July 30 game is open for booking now, and it takes only a few messages to confirm.

Send us a WhatsApp with your group size, the time you would like to leave the Design District, and any stops you want before or after the game. That might be dinner, a drink in Wynwood, or a late bite in Little Havana. We reply with the right vehicle for your headcount and the hours your plan needs, and your payment secures the date. July 30 opens a three-game Phillies weekend in Miami, so schedules fill as the series gets closer. Booking early settles your chauffeur, vehicle, and timing well ahead of game day. Once the Marlins post the official start time, we fine-tune the departure together, and all that is left is choosing which jersey to wear. No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
