Our private hourly chauffeur from Coral Gables to Monster Jam at loanDepot park on January 30, 2027 comes with a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle, a bilingual driver, a 5-hour minimum, and a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your driver picks the family up anywhere in Coral Gables, gets everyone to the show before the 5:00 PM start, waits through the show, and drives you home.
Hourly rates depend on the vehicle, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.
That block is usually enough for a full Monster Jam outing. It covers a relaxed pickup in Coral Gables, an early arrival so the kids can see the trucks, the show itself, and the ride home afterward. Pick the vehicle by the number of people riding. A family of four fits easily in the SUV, and cousins, neighbors, or a whole birthday party have room to spread out in a Sprinter. The hourly rate is the whole price. Adding a stop never starts a new fare, and your chauffeur’s time with the group is already part of the hours you booked.
Our four private vehicle options cover everything from a small family to a youth sports team.
Each vehicle is reserved for your group only and comes with a chauffeur, so nobody in the family has to drive and no stranger joins the ride. Plan for the ride home too. After hours of roaring engines and flying dirt, tired kids like having room to stretch out, so bigger families often choose a larger vehicle rather than squeeze in. Can’t decide between two options? Send us your group size on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you which one fits.
Monster Jam brings custom monster trucks and their drivers to the ballpark on Saturday, January 30, 2027.
The show starts at 5:00 PM. Crews turn the baseball field into a sculpted dirt track, and the trucks compete in racing, two-wheel skills, and freestyle, with results counting toward the Stadium Championship Series East standings. It’s a family event first. Parents and grandparents bring young fans in truck T-shirts with homemade signs and ear protection, and the roar of the engines is half the fun. The ballpark is in Little Havana, under a retractable roof, not far from Coral Gables, so it’s an easy evening out when someone else does the driving. Many Monster Jam stops open with a pre-show Pit Party where fans can see the trucks up close, so check what your tickets include before you set a pickup time. The lineup and ticket details are on the official Monster Jam listing.
Grave Digger, El Toro Loco, Megalodon, and Sparkle Smash are some of the best-known trucks on the Monster Jam circuit, and plenty of kids show up already wearing their favorite’s colors. Lineups change from one tour stop to the next. Check the featured trucks for this Miami date on the official listing before you promise a young fan their favorite will be there.
Each truck, including JCB DIGatron, Classroom Crusher, and Lucas Stabilizer, is driven by a pro from the Monster Jam roster, and the featured drivers are listed for each event. Reading up on the lineup is a fun way to pass the ride. The chauffeur handles the road, and the kids in the back can each pick a truck to cheer for.
Your chauffeur meets the group at any Coral Gables address you agree on when you book.
Hotel guests usually meet the driver in front of the lobby. The Biltmore’s front entrance on Anastasia Avenue is a classic Coral Gables pickup, and the hotels around Miracle Mile and the downtown business district work just as well. Families who live in Cocoplum, near the Venetian Pool, or around the University of Miami obtain picked up at their front door. Visitors staying with relatives can give us the house address the same way. Before the day, send us the exact spot, the name the driver should ask for, and any building or community access notes on WhatsApp. That way the chauffeur pulls up right where your group is waiting instead of circling the block.
Yes. Picking up friends or grandparents at a second address is just another stop in your hourly booking. List both addresses when you book, and the driver will plan the order so everyone rides to the ballpark together. The same goes for a quick detour to grab a forgotten sign or a birthday balloon on the way.
Your chauffeur usually heads east from Coral Gables into Little Havana, where the ballpark is.
The usual routes are SW 8th Street straight through Little Havana, Coral Way heading east, or LeJeune Road north to the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836). Your driver takes whichever one is moving best that afternoon. On a normal day it’s usually a short cross-town drive, but on show night you should allow plenty of extra time. Traffic around the stadium builds well before the 5:00 PM start as families arrive from across the county. The streets around the park fill up with cars and fans on foot, and event staff often reroute traffic, so it helps to have a chauffeur who knows the area. Nobody in your group has to look for a parking space, follow detour signs, or sit in the exit line after the show.
Plan to leave Coral Gables in the early afternoon, well before the 5:00 PM start, and even earlier if your tickets include the Pit Party. The extra time covers event-day traffic, leaves time for merch and snacks, and gets everyone seated before the first engines start. Your driver can suggest a pickup time once you share your plans.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point nearest the entrance listed on your tickets. Traffic plans can change on event day, so the driver follows whatever routing staff set that night. Before you walk in, the driver confirms a meeting spot with you on WhatsApp so you know exactly where to go for the ride home.
Yes. Waiting through the show is the reason to book by the hour. Your driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole event, can be reached on WhatsApp, and heads to the agreed meeting spot as the final freestyle wraps up. If you need to leave early with a sleepy toddler, send a message and the car will meet you there.
Downtown Coral Gables, around Miracle Mile, is the easy choice for an early family meal.
Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian restaurant street just off Miracle Mile, gives a mixed group plenty of choices, from casual food the kids will actually eat to places where adults can take their time over lunch. The Shops at Merrick Park has outdoor dining and room to walk around before a loud evening. Books & Books near Miracle Mile is a relaxed café stop for coffee and browsing. Because the show starts at 5:00 PM, many families make this a late lunch and then obtain something to eat after the show. Booking by the hour makes this simple. The chauffeur drops you at the curb, waits while you eat, and picks everyone up when you’re done, so you skip the valet line and the parking meter. Reservations are yours to make. Your driver just gets you there.
Usually, yes. The ballpark is in Little Havana, so a stop on SW 8th Street fits right into the route. Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant and bakery, is a favorite for pastries and strong Cuban coffee before a big night. Build the stop into your departure time so everyone is still in their seats before the show starts.
A private chauffeur makes a crowded stadium night calm, with premium service from start to finish.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and the same driver stays with you for all your hours, so you never have to split a group of excited kids across different rides. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. It doesn’t go up when the whole crowd leaves at once, and it doesn’t change with traffic or weather. Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps in families where the grandparents prefer one language and the kids the other. You can message your driver on WhatsApp all evening if you need the car sooner, want an extra stop, or need to know where to meet. It’s a better experience for the whole family. The adults enjoy the show instead of dreading the drive, and the kids fall asleep in a clean premium vehicle instead of in a parking-garage line.
You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours instead of a single ride.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then message us with the number of people, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, like lunch, the show, or dessert afterward. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you agree on when you book: a hotel lobby, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A family coming off a cruise that morning can ride straight to the event. After that, the chauffeur stays with your group for the whole booking, and you decide where to go. If the evening is still going when your five hours are up, keep the car. Each extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same flat hourly rate, the fare is never renegotiated, and you settle the extra hours after the day instead of on the spot.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rates listed above.
That means any expressway tolls, parking during the show, and every mile between Coral Gables and the ballpark are already covered, and none of them are added at the end. The vehicle has room for what young fans bring, like homemade signs, snacks, new merch, and ear protection. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance. Besides the hours you book, only two things can add to the bill on show night. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours after the first has a fee confirmed at booking. Nothing else is added: no fuel charge, no parking charge, and no new fare for stops you add along the way.
You pay the full fare up front, and everything is arranged through WhatsApp.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those daytime hours have a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.
For this show, it comes down to timing. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is one flat amount per journey, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value, so larger groups can plan for it from the start. Tell us roughly when you expect to finish when you book, and we’ll confirm upfront whether the surcharge applies.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to the show and home again.
Families looking for a ride to a stadium show usually want three things: one vehicle for everyone, a driver who’s still there when the show ends, and a plan they can count on. Booking a chauffeur by the hour covers all three. Nothing about the evening is shared. There’s no fixed departure time, no sitting next to strangers, and no detour to someone else’s hotel. The questions below are the ones Coral Gables families ask most: fitting a meal into the evening, moving a larger group, bringing a pet, where the service goes, and what happens when you book the day before. If your question isn’t here, send us a WhatsApp message and the team that runs the cars will answer.
Yes. One hourly booking can cover a meal in Coral Gables, the show, and a stop afterward. The same chauffeur drives every part of the evening, from the restaurant to the ballpark and back home, all within the same booking. Send us the restaurant and your timing on WhatsApp so the plan works around the 5:00 PM start.
Yes. For a big group, our private shuttle option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party and never shared with other riders. Both Sprinter sizes keep cousins, grandparents, and friends together in one vehicle with one chauffeur, so nobody is split across cars or left waiting for a second ride after the show.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so the hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us your group size, pickup address, and evening plans on WhatsApp to check availability.
Booking early gives your family the most vehicle options for the evening. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group and a suggested pickup time that works with the 5:00 PM start. Once your payment is in, the date is yours. Everything happens in one WhatsApp conversation, so any changes before the day and any messages on the night are all in one place. After that, your family just has to pick a truck to cheer for and recall the ear protection.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
First solo trip in a while, took a shuttle last time, this was a different league. no waving down anyone, the car was where they said. Glad I picked this option.
Buen conductor, nos esperó y nos trajo de vuelta tarde sin problema. Ventana de 20 minutos para el pickup
Came in on the red-eye, no surge pricing, no waiting outside in the heat. no surprise tolls, no upselling, just the ride. Leather seats clean and the AC worked great.
Éramos ocho y manejó suave, nada brusco. no hubo que buscar a nadie, el auto estaba donde dijeron. Mejor imposible.
Cumplieron al 100%. no había que pensar, solo subir y llegar
