Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to the Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium on March 16, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with your group from the cruise terminal curb to the final match, and you decide every stop along the way.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Pick the line that matches your headcount. That one rate covers the whole reservation, not each leg of the day. You pay for the vehicle and chauffeur you reserve, so the morning pickup at the cruise terminal, the drive north to Miami Gardens, the hours on the tennis grounds and the evening ride back all fall under one figure. Most PortMiami groups heading to the tournament book more hours than the minimum, because a day session plus travel fills the reservation rapidly. The Platinum SUV tier suits guests who want a more polished arrival for hospitality seating. The Sprinter lines keep a large family or a group of friends together in one cabin, so nobody gets split across cars at the port. Hours outside the daytime window carry a small surcharge, explained further down this page, so you can see the complete picture before you confirm anything.
Four private tiers cover every group size, and most couples and families start with the SUV.
Every tier is private. The vehicle and the chauffeur are reserved for your party alone for the whole booking. Fans often carry a few extras on match day, such as signs for a favorite player or an outfit for the evening. There is room for that, and if you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance.
Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers are private vans reserved for your group alone, and seats are never sold individually. A tennis club, an extended family coming off the same ship, or a team of colleagues rides together, arrives together and heads home together, with the same chauffeur driving from the first pickup to the last.
You pay the full fare once, before your tennis day.
A reserved chauffeur makes a long tournament day calmer from the first mile.
The vehicle is private and held for your group alone, so the cabin becomes a base for sunscreen, hats and a change of clothes for the evening. Your rate is set when you book and stays flat however heavy the traffic toward Miami Gardens gets or however crowded the port is that morning. There is never a surge to watch. One chauffeur covers the whole block, which means one familiar face, one vehicle to look for and one WhatsApp thread for every change of plan. Our drivers speak English and Spanish. That helps the many fans who travel from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico to cheer on their own players. Nobody in the group has to skip a drink or sit out the last set to drive home. That is what a upscale service looks like: your plans set the schedule, and a parking lot or a crowded curb never does.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the price you book is the price you pay.
That matters on a stadium run. Toll roads out of Downtown and event-day parking on the stadium campus never show up as separate charges on your bill. The rate also covers the private vehicle itself and the chauffeur for every hour of the reservation, from the first pickup to the final drop-off. What falls outside the rate is just as simple. Match tickets, food and drink on the grounds, and any hospitality package are yours to arrange. We provide the car and the driver, and your chauffeur is happy to suggest where to eat before or after the matches. The only extra charge that can apply is the evening surcharge for hours outside the daytime window. It has its own section below, so a late match never brings a surprise on the ride home.
We pick you up at your cruise terminal’s passenger curb or at any address you choose in PortMiami.
The port has several terminals along its island, each with its own ground transportation area. Once your ship and disembarkation window are known, we confirm the exact terminal and curb on WhatsApp. If you are not sailing, we can collect you from a hotel lobby or residence just across the bridge in Downtown Miami or Brickell, where many visitors stay the night before a cruise or a big match. On the day, your chauffeur messages you when the vehicle is in position and describes it, so you can walk straight out without scanning a row of cars. If people in your group are coming from different places, we can collect everyone in one loop before heading north, with each pickup added to the plan. Terminal traffic comes in waves on turnaround mornings, and a patient driver who already knows where you are waiting makes that first step easy.
Yes. Disembark, meet your chauffeur at the terminal curb and ride directly north to the tournament grounds. You don’t need to stop at a hotel unless you want to. Because the booking is by the hour, the car stays with you afterward, so the evening can end at your hotel, a dinner spot or wherever the day takes you.
Bayside Marketplace, just across the water from the cruise terminals, is the easiest meeting point before a tennis day out of PortMiami.
Its waterfront walkways and casual restaurants make it easy to gather a group, get something to eat and let latecomers catch up. Groups who want a sit-down brunch often head just south to Brickell, where the towers around Brickell City Centre hold plenty of polished morning spots. For a taste of the city’s Cuban roots, Versailles on Little Havana’s SW 8th Street is a well-known stop for strong Cuban coffee and pastries before a long day in the sun. Because you have the car by the hour, any of these is just another stop on your route, with no parking to sort out. Your chauffeur circles back, picks up the group and heads north once everyone has eaten. Reservations and bills are yours to handle. The car just makes it easy to get there, and the conversation on the ride north usually turns to who will win the first match.
Brickell and Wynwood are the natural choices after the last match. Brickell’s rooftop lounges and restaurants stay lively late. Wynwood’s mural-lined streets suit a relaxed dinner or a nightcap. South Beach works for groups who want the ocean breeze. Your chauffeur handles the driving, so everyone in the group can raise a glass to the winners.
Your chauffeur leaves PortMiami through the PortMiami Tunnel and heads north on I-95 toward Miami Gardens.
The tunnel bypasses the Downtown street grid entirely and connects the cruise terminals directly to I-395 and the interstate. From there the usual route continues north past Midtown to the Golden Glades Interchange. It then follows Florida’s Turnpike or the Palmetto Expressway, depending on how police and venue staff are directing event traffic that day. The final stretch usually runs along NW 199th Street or NW 27th Avenue into the campus of Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and, each spring, the Miami Open. The drive typically takes longer on a busy session day, when tournament traffic, weekday commuters and cruise-terminal departures overlap. Build in a comfortable cushion rather than timing it to the minute. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and picks the top approach on the day, while you sit back and check the order of play.
For most groups, yes. Getting from the port to Miami Gardens on public transit usually means more than one connection and then a walk through the crowds at the end. A private car removes every transfer. You step in at the curb and ride north in one continuous trip, with room for everyone and everything you are carrying.
Leave PortMiami early enough to reach the tennis grounds well before the 11:00 AM start on March 16, 2027.
That date falls in the tournament’s opening main-draw days. The men’s and women’s draws play at the same time, and the grounds fill rapidly with fans looking for outer-court seats. Security screening and the walk across the large campus take longer than most first-timers expect, so a generous head start pays off. A sensible plan is to agree the pickup time with your chauffeur on WhatsApp the day before. Factor in your disembarkation window if you are coming off a ship, plus a breakfast stop if the group wants one. Leaving early also keeps the morning relaxed. You arrive with time to find your court, pick a shady seat and watch the warm-ups instead of rushing in after the first set has started. Once you are dropped off, the car is your base on the campus for the rest of your booking.
Your chauffeur drops the group at the passenger drop-off point closest to the tennis entrances, as close to the venue as event-day access allows. Tournament staff set those lanes, so the exact spot can change from year to year. The driver follows their directions and agrees the pickup point with you before you walk in.
Yes. The driver stays on call through the day session and during the break before an evening session. That is the point of booking by the hour. Go to a nearby dinner, head back to your hotel to change or simply rest in the car, then ride back in for the night matches with the same chauffeur.
Yes. Hospitality guests book the same private chauffeur by the hour, usually in the Platinum SUV tier.
The tournament’s hospitality areas draw a well-dressed, international crowd. Many hosts use the day to entertain clients, partners or family who have just stepped off a ship. A chauffeured arrival sets that tone from the first minute: the car is clean and ready, the chauffeur greets your guests at the curb, and nobody arrives flustered after hunting for parking. Hosts can plan the day around their guests, starting with lunch in Downtown, then the matches, then an evening table in Brickell, all under the same booking. Your chauffeur stays reachable on WhatsApp. If a guest needs to leave early for a flight or a meeting, the car can take them and come back for the rest of the party, with no second vehicle to arrange. The whole day feels like one seamless piece of hospitality rather than a string of separate rides, which is exactly the impression a host wants to leave.
Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window add a small fee that depends on the vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV it is a single charge per trip. For the vans it is a percentage of the trip value. We point it out as soon as you share your plans, so the full cost is clear before you confirm. Groups who only plan on the day session and dinner may never trigger it. Pickups that start before the daytime window follow the same rule, which is worth knowing if your ship docks at dawn and you want to go straight to breakfast.
When you book by the hour, you reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of time rather than a single ride.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time and the places on your wish list. The driver picks up at any Miami address you name: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on the morning your ship docks, Miami International Airport or a private home. The pickup spot is agreed when you book. Your reservation covers the first five hours, and after that the day is yours to shape. Your chauffeur stays with the group for the whole block, drives each part of the day and keeps in touch on WhatsApp whenever plans change. If the tennis runs long or dinner turns into dessert, just keep the car. Every additional hour past the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. Those extra hours are settled after the day, not on the spot.
Yes. An hourly booking is built for a full tournament day.
Many fans reserve enough hours at the start to cover the whole day. That means a morning pickup at the terminal or a Downtown hotel, the drive north, the day session, a break for lunch or a rest at the hotel, and a return trip for the night matches. Planning the full span up front lets us hold the right vehicle and chauffeur for your entire window, which is especially useful on a busy opening-week date like March 16. The day can still change as it goes. If a marathon third set keeps you in your seat, your plans simply adjust around it. Fans who want a quieter afternoon sometimes break up the day with a swim at the hotel or a walk along the Miami Beach Boardwalk before heading back for the evening. Whatever the pace, one car and one chauffeur carry the group from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and nobody has to think about the logistics.
Yes, whenever a car and chauffeur are free. For service within the next 24 hours, the date and time you agree are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes the tennis in Miami Gardens. It is an on-call city service, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To book, send us a WhatsApp message with three details and we will confirm your booking rapidly.
Tell us how many people are traveling, roughly when you want to leave PortMiami or your hotel, and which stops you’d like to include: breakfast by the bay, the day session, dinner in Brickell, the night matches. We reply with the vehicle that fits, the hours that cover your plan and the full cost based on the rates listed above, including any evening surcharge. Once the fare is paid, the date is yours. Tournament weeks are busy across Miami, so getting in touch early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and start times. If your ship schedule or ticket session is still being finalized, tell us what you know so far. We can check availability now and adjust the pickup details as March 16 gets closer. Your chauffeur, your vehicle and your day at the tennis are one message away, on the email or WhatsApp line below.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
