Transfer to loanDepot park for Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami to the Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs game on Memorial Day, May 31, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum booking. The same bilingual chauffeur and premium vehicle stay with your party for the whole block, so getting home after the final out is already handled.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Marlins–Cubs Game Cost? 📋

Hourly rates are set per vehicle, not per fan, and every booking covers a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is tied to the vehicle, so a carload of friends in Cubs blue or a family in Marlins colors splits one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. The Black SUV XL is the natural starting point for a small party. The two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers step up for bigger crews and family reunions, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished cabin for fans who want the holiday to feel like an occasion. The figures above cover the vehicle and its chauffeur for each hour. Beyond optional extras, the only time-based addition is the evening surcharge explained further down the page.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Ballpark Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for your whole block.

That matters on a holiday game day, when ballpark parking fills early and the lot fee would normally land on someone’s card. Here it never reaches your bill. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup, following other scores, or sending photos to the group chat back in Chicago. The cabin has room for what fans actually carry, from signs and foam fingers to bags of fresh merch from the team store. If you are bringing something large, tell us in advance so the right vehicle shows up. One extra can apply to a ballpark day: the evening surcharge for hours outside the daytime window. Both are explained below. Everything else about the ride, including the chauffeur’s time between stops, is covered by the hourly figure you already saw above.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of Cubs or Marlins Fans? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every group, from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a family or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew rides in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger group): 10 to 14 passengers for an extended family or a whole fan-club outing.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Grandparents who have followed the Cubs for decades frequently ride happily in the SUV with their grandkids. A Marlins-loving family reunion or a group of college friends has more room in a Sprinter. If your number sits right at the edge of a tier, a bigger vehicle keeps elbows free on the ride home, when everyone is holding a souvenir bag. Send the final headcount on WhatsApp and we match the vehicle before game day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the plan.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then share a rough start time and the stops on your wish list. The first five hours form the booking. Inside that block the car goes where you ask: a late breakfast, a stop at a friend’s condo, the ballpark, and a postgame dinner. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at the one everyone loves. Keeping the car longer is just as simple. After those first five hours, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to work out and nothing to pay in the moment, because the extra time is settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. If the celebration after a win runs into the evening, you merely keep going.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address you choose, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. That can be your hotel lobby, a home anywhere across the city, Miami International Airport for fans flying in from Chicago, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Game-Day Booking? 🎆

Daytime bookings between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a set addition applies depending on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A holiday game that fits inside the day, with lunch before and an early dinner after, stays clear of the surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV figure is one amount per trip, while the Sprinter figure is a share of the trip value, so either way you know the cost before you confirm. If you expect a late finish, mention it when you book and we will set out the full cost in writing on WhatsApp.

Why Book a Private Bilingual Chauffeur for Marlins vs. Cubs? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes game day a genuinely premium service.

Nobody else rides with you, and the same bilingual chauffeur handles the whole block, so there is one familiar face from the first pickup to the last drop-off. That suits a crowd this mixed. Cubs fans from the Midwest may want someone to point them toward the right neighborhoods, and Miami families may feel more at home chatting in Spanish on the way in. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking, so a packed holiday crowd or heavy traffic never pushes the price up with a surge. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp about pickup points, schedule changes, or an extra stop. The result is a better experience from start to finish: a clean premium vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the city, and a day that runs on your group’s schedule.

What Is Memorial Day Baseball Like at loanDepot park? 🏟️

Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs is set for Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2027.

It is a regular-season National League game at the Marlins’ retractable-roof ballpark in Little Havana, and it is one of the holiday home dates on the 2027 schedule. Expect a split, spirited crowd. The Cubs travel well, and their fans fill whole sections: Midwestern transplants and retirees living across South Florida, plus visitors from Chicago who turn the long weekend into a Miami vacation. They are loud, loyal, and ready to sing “Go Cubs Go” after a win. The home crowd reflects the city itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, and other Latin American families who grew up with the game and bring several generations to the park. Kids in jerseys, groups of friends, and lifelong fans all share the same holiday. Check tickets and game details for Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs before you plan the day around it.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs?

Yes. Our private chauffeur, hired by the hour, takes your group to the game in a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. Your party is the only one aboard, and the same hourly booking can cover brunch, the game, and a night out in one go.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Miami on Game Day? 🚙

A private chauffeur is the calmest way in: no parking lot to hunt, no long walk back to a car.

The ballpark sits in Little Havana, close to Downtown and Brickell, and a holiday crowd means busy approach roads and long parking lines before first pitch. Your driver handles all of it. The group steps out as close to the venue as access allows and heads inside with time to find seats and grab something to eat. The chauffeur stays nearby for as long as the game lasts. When the final out is made, one WhatsApp message brings the car to the agreed pickup spot while much of the crowd is still walking to the garages. Because you hired the time rather than a single trip, a tense ninth inning or a long game never changes the plan. You arrive relaxed, leave together, and someone else deals with the traffic.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the Marlins–Cubs Game?

Leave earlier than you would for a regular weeknight game, because a holiday crowd heading to Little Havana fills the roads well before first pitch. A relaxed plan starts the block with lunch nearby and then arrives with time for photos, food, and settling into your seats. Your chauffeur will suggest a start time once you share your pickup location.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?

The driver drops your group as close to the entrance as event-day access allows. Traffic control around the ballpark can change for a big holiday crowd, so the exact drop-off point is set on the day. Your chauffeur confirms a clear pickup spot before you walk in, so meeting up afterward is quick.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes. The driver waits however long the game runs, so extra innings never leave your group without a ride. If the game outlasts the hours you booked, the block simply keeps running at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate, and the added time is settled after the day. Nobody has to watch the clock or leave early to catch a ride.

Where Should You Eat Before or After the Game in Miami? 🍸

Little Havana, Brickell, and Wynwood are the most natural pregame and postgame stops.

The ballpark is in Little Havana, so a pregame stop along Eighth Street fits the occasion: Cuban coffee, a pressed Cuban sandwich, and a look at the domino players in the park. It is a good introduction for Chicago visitors seeing Miami for the first time. After the game, Brickell’s rooftop bars and steakhouses suit a group celebrating a win. Wynwood’s murals and breweries work for friends who want the night to keep going, and Coconut Grove’s waterfront restaurants give families a quieter dinner by the bay. Bayside Marketplace downtown is an easy choice for a group that wants a bit of everything. Because you book by the hour, the same driver takes you between these stops and waits outside each one, so nobody searches for parking or worries about timing. These are only ideas for your booked hours; you choose where to go and reserve any tables yourselves.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. Add as many meal stops as your hours allow, before first pitch, after the final out, or both. Tell the driver where you want to eat, and the car takes you there and waits while you finish dessert. Pairing a Little Havana lunch with a Brickell dinner is one of the easiest ways to plan the day.

Is Private Transportation Worth It for a Family Day at the Ballpark? 🎊

For families, one private car keeps kids, snacks, and souvenirs together all day.

A holiday game brings out plenty of parents and grandparents with young fans in tow, and the day goes more smoothly when nobody has to carry a sleepy child across a hot parking lot. The chauffeur is on call for your whole block, so the family decides when the day ends. You can stay for the last pitch, or send a WhatsApp message in the seventh inning when the little ones get tired and walk out to a car that is ready to go. On the ride home, kids can nap while the adults replay the highlights, and cousins, aunts, and grandparents all stay together instead of splitting across several cars.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

Payment is simple, all arranged over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare is paid at booking and reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, and you can keep the car as long as you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • The same vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for every booked hour.
  • Each hour past the first five costs the same per-hour rate.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, from early morning through the evening.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are covered by the hourly rate.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the rate.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover All of Miami for Game Day? 🌆

Yes. The hourly service stays local, covering greater Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. Your chauffeur moves freely around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. A Cubs fan staying in a South Beach hotel, a family in Coral Gables, and friends flying in to the airport can all fit into the same game day. This hourly service does not go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. The idea is a car and driver that stay close and ready for the next stop around the city, rather than spending your hours on a long highway drive. For a game at the ballpark, that area covers nearly every place a visiting or local fan wants to go.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to loanDepot park Within 24 Hours?

Yes, if a vehicle is free. Once a booking inside the final 24 hours is confirmed, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so on such short notice a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Bring a Pet Along in the Car on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is a Private Van to the Ballpark Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every van and SUV we send is private and carries only your party. We do not run shared, pooled, or fixed-schedule rides, so you never wait for strangers, make extra stops on someone else’s route, or follow a set departure time. The Sprinter leaves when your group is ready.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Memorial Day Ride to the Ballpark? 🎤

Booking takes one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and wish-list stops.

Tell us how many fans are coming, roughly when you want the day to begin, and where you would like to go before and after first pitch. That might be a Little Havana lunch, a hotel pickup in Brickell, or a waterfront dinner in Coconut Grove. We reply with the right vehicle for your group and confirm the details, and your payment secures your date. Memorial Day weekend brings Cubs fans in from Chicago and beyond, so check availability early instead of leaving the ride until game morning. Once your booking is confirmed, the planning is done: a bilingual chauffeur, a clean premium vehicle, and a day at the ballpark built around your group. Message us below to confirm your booking.

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
