Our private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game at Kaseya Center on October 6, 2026 puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour and heads south in time for the 6:30 PM start. After the final buzzer, the same driver takes you home.
You pay by the hour for the whole vehicle, not per seat, and every booking runs at least five hours.
The price covers both the vehicle and your chauffeur. Four friends in the Black SUV XL pay one hourly rate between them, not a separate fare for each person. A typical game night fits easily into that window: a relaxed pickup in Bal Harbour, dinner before the arena opens, the scrimmage itself, and the ride home along the water. Bigger households, youth teams, and office groups going to the pink-themed night usually move up to one of the Sprinter tiers. Couples celebrating a survivor frequently pick the Platinum SUV for a more polished ride. Select by the size of your group and the kind of evening you want. The hourly rate for that tier is the only rate you pay, from the moment you’re picked up until you’re back home.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
With a 6:30 PM start, most Bal Harbour groups begin their booking in the late afternoon. Whatever happens before 6:00 PM falls inside daytime hours. If the scrimmage ends, the crowd clears, and you’re back on Collins Avenue before the 6:00 PM cutoff, nothing changes. For SUVs it’s charged once per journey. For Sprinters it’s a percentage of the journey value. Tell us your rough plan when you book and we’ll work out the timing with you, so the final total holds no surprises.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a five-hour block, and you plan the evening yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. The driver meets you at the pickup spot you agree on when you book. Any Miami address works: a hotel lobby, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal on the day you get off the ship, in which case the ride can go straight into the evening’s plans. From then on, the car is for your group alone. Nothing is fixed. You can move dinner earlier, add a stop for pink merch, or skip a detour you no longer want. When the minimum block ends, you don’t rebook or negotiate. Every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate as the first. Keep the car for as long as the night needs, and settle the extra time after the day is over.
Send us three things on WhatsApp: your group size, a rough start time, and the stops or places you’d like to go on October 6. We’ll reply with the tier that fits, confirm the pickup in Bal Harbour, and lock in the booking once your payment arrives. If your plans are still loose, a rough outline is enough to start.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra time is settled after the night is over.
A private chauffeur makes a busy Downtown event night a better experience, from pickup to drop-off.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. No strangers join, and no one else’s schedule gets in the way. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with you for the full booking. The person who met you in Bal Harbour is the same person who knows where to locate you after the last quarter. Your hourly rate is set when you book and doesn’t change. There’s no surge on a packed event night and no increase for rain or traffic on Biscayne Boulevard. That matters on a night built around cancer survivors and the families cheering for them. The car takes care of the logistics while your group enjoys the tributes, the arena lit up in pink, and a first look at the new roster. This is premium service from one driver who is there only for your group all evening.
Yes. Booking, confirmations, and updates on the day all happen on WhatsApp, so your whole group has one thread. On game night, use it to tell the driver about a change of plan, like a later dinner or an extra stop in Surfside. You can also agree on where to meet after the game there, so nobody wanders around Downtown looking for the car.
We have four private tiers, from a couple up to a youth team, and each one comes with its own chauffeur.
Fans going to a pink-themed night frequently bring handmade signs, survivor sashes, or new team merch. There’s room for what fans carry, and if you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance. If you’re not sure which tier you require, go one size up. A Sprinter gives a mixed group of grandparents and kids room to get relaxing on the drive down Collins Avenue.
The Red, White & Pink Game is the Heat’s public preseason scrimmage, played on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
The night marks the end of training camp. The full roster splits into two squads and plays each other at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard, starting at 6:30 PM. Pink is added to the team’s usual red and white because the night is also a breast cancer awareness and fundraising event, with tributes to cancer survivors from across South Florida. For numerous local fans, it’s the first chance to see the new season’s players in person, so the arena has more energy than a typical exhibition. Event details and ticket information are on the official Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game page. Because it’s a weeknight Downtown, arriving by private car saves your group from hunting for a garage spot and walking back to it late at night.
The crowd includes loyal season-ticket holders, parents bringing their kids to see the team, and survivors who come with their supporters. Many fans wear pink, carry signs for loved ones, and come in groups: co-workers, charity teams, and families spanning several generations. That’s why a private SUV or Sprinter helps. Everyone arrives together and leaves together.
Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami, drops your group near the arena, and waits for you.
The route runs down the barrier island and across one of the causeways over Biscayne Bay. On a weeknight event evening it typically takes well under an hour, but allow extra time. Commuter traffic on the causeways runs right into the crowd arriving on Biscayne Boulevard before the game. If you leave Bal Harbour with time to spare, you’ll reach Kaseya Center while the lines at the entrance are still short instead of joining the last-minute rush. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic through the evening and takes the smoothest way in, so all you have to decide is where to eat. The car stays with you for the whole block, so there’s no garage to locate and no scramble for a ride after the game. The driver who brings you in is the same one who takes you home.
Most trips follow Collins Avenue south through Surfside and Miami Beach, then cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway into Downtown. If the beach side is slow, the driver can take the Broad Causeway over to the mainland instead and head south on Biscayne Boulevard to the arena.
Your chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access and event-night traffic control allow, usually within a short walk of the entrance. You get out with your signs and bags, and the car pulls away to wait nearby instead of circling the block. Your group walks in together, unhurried, with no garage lines to deal with.
Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. Your driver stays close by for the whole scrimmage, watches WhatsApp, and moves to the pickup spot you agreed on as the last quarter winds down. When the crowd pours onto the sidewalks, you walk to a car that’s already there instead of refreshing an app or waiting in line to get out of a garage.
The driver can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour. You agree on the spot when you book.
Numerous guests leave from a hotel lobby, such as the front drive at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The chauffeur waits at the curb while you finish getting ready. If you live in one of the oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue, just offer us the building name and the driveway you prefer. If your afternoon starts with shopping at Bal Harbour Shops, the driver can meet you at whichever entrance you select when you’re done, so nobody carries bags down the street. Friends staying in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands can be picked up on the same journey before the car heads south. Once the pickup spot is set, you come down at the agreed time and the car is there, cool and ready for the drive downtown.
Yes. Because you set the stops, the chauffeur can pick up friends from two or three buildings along Collins Avenue, or stop at a relative’s home in Surfside, before heading downtown. List every address when you book so the timing includes each stop and the group still reaches the arena with time to spare before the start.
An early dinner at Bal Harbour Shops is the classic local way to start a Downtown game night.
The open-air mall’s restaurants make an easy place to meet. Makoto serves Japanese small plates and sushi, and Carpaccio serves classic Italian food in a garden setting. Both suit a group that wants to sit down properly before a large night. If you’d rather eat closer to the arena, the driver can take you south first to Bayside Marketplace on the waterfront or the busy restaurant streets of Brickell. Some families prefer a casual bite and a coffee for the road on Harding Avenue in Surfside, just north of the Shops. Wherever you go, the car is outside when you finish, so a long dessert never turns into a rush to locate parking. Leave a relaxing gap between the last course and the drive south so you’re in your seats for the survivor tributes.
Yes. After the last quarter, the driver can take your group to Brickell, back toward Miami Beach, or anywhere else nearby for a late meal. The car waits outside while you eat and then takes you to your door in Bal Harbour. Tell the driver where you want to go next and the evening carries on without a parking search.
Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon, well before the 6:30 PM start.
Because it’s a weeknight game, commuter traffic fills the causeways at the same time fans are heading Downtown. A time buffer is what makes the difference between a relaxed walk in and a rushed one. Security screening and the pre-game survivor tributes are part of the night, and most fans want to be seated before the lights go down for introductions. If you’re eating first, leave earlier still and let the driver take you from the restaurant straight to the drop-off point without detouring for parking. Your five-hour block starts at pickup, so an earlier start still covers dinner, the drive, and the game. Tell us what time you want to arrive when you book, and we’ll suggest a pickup time that fits the usual traffic on a Tuesday evening in early October.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, along with onboard WiFi and your chauffeur’s time.
That covers the causeway tolls, the fuel for your Bal Harbour pickups, and wherever the driver parks during the game. A mobile hotspot keeps phones online, so you can share photos from the pink-lit arena or check your plans for after the game. The time your chauffeur spends waiting during the scrimmage is part of the hours you booked, not a separate charge. A short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. The only extra charge that can apply is the night surcharge described above. Everything else your group needs for the evening is covered by the hourly rate for your tier.
Most questions from Bal Harbour riders are about group size, short notice, pets, and where the service goes. Here are direct answers to each.
Yes. We run a fully private chauffeured SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from any Bal Harbour address to the arena and back, booked by the hour for your group alone. Nobody else joins the ride, and the same driver handles the drop-off, the wait, and the trip back to your door when the night ends.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, which together cover groups of six to fourteen passengers. It’s the obvious choice for a charity team, an extended family, or a group of co-workers heading to the game in pink. Smaller groups ride in the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV instead.
Yes, as long as a car is free. For a service within the next 24 hours, your agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.
The hourly service is local and on call around Miami. It covers Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an unhurried service that stays around the city, not trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Tell us whether you’re a couple leaving from a Bal Harbour hotel, a family starting at a Collins Avenue residence, or a group of friends meeting at Bal Harbour Shops. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, suggest a pickup time that gets you ahead of the causeway traffic, and hold your slot once your payment arrives. After that, your evening is set: a quiet drive south along the ocean, an easy walk into a pink-lit arena full of survivors and the people cheering for them, and your driver waiting when the last quarter ends. Whether it’s your first Red, White & Pink night or a yearly tradition, you’ll spend the evening watching the new roster instead of thinking about garages, traffic, or getting home. Book now and your ride is ready for the drive down to Biscayne Bay.
