Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to the Miami Comedy Festival at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, January 16, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger premium vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside, stays with your group through the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home.
Each vehicle has one hourly rate for the whole cabin, and the shortest booking is five hours.
You pay for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so filling an SUV or a private van spreads the cost across everyone riding. A show night usually means a drive north, an evening of comedy, and a ride home, so five hours fits the night well and rarely leaves you paying for time you don’t use. If your group wants dinner before the show or one more stop afterward, those hours go into the same booking. The price is the same for four friends or a whole birthday table, as long as everyone fits in the vehicle you choose. To pick a tier, think about how many people are coming and how fancy you want the ride to feel. The vehicle guide further down covers each tier.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside those hours carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle.
The surcharge works exactly as listed, and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp when you book, so you know the full cost before the trip starts. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur and the same vehicle take you from the last set back to your door in Surfside. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. If your group is splitting the cost, it’s one more small amount shared by everyone riding.
A dedicated chauffeur makes a festival night one easy, premium evening for your whole group.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the ride north feels like your own private pre-show lounge. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps with mixed families, visiting relatives, and international guests. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. There is no surge pricing on a busy Saturday, and the fare doesn’t climb because everyone is heading to the same show. One driver covers the whole evening, so nobody in the group has to stay sober to drive, hunt for a ride after the show, or figure out parking. You can reach our team directly on WhatsApp before the day and during it. Put together, that’s better service on an event night: a premium service that runs on your group’s timing from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so nothing gets added for the drive to Hollywood and back.
That includes any toll roads or causeways your chauffeur uses leaving Surfside, and parking wherever the vehicle needs to stop during your booking. You never pay a meter, pay at a garage, or settle a toll receipt at the end of the night. There’s room for what people usually bring on a show night, like a garment bag with a change of clothes, a wrapped gift for a birthday guest, or merch from the show. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. The main extra charge for this evening is the night surcharge above. Hours you add beyond your booking follow the rule in the payment section, so the final bill won’t surprise you.
When you book by the hour, you reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of time instead of a single ride.
First choose the vehicle that fits your group, then pick a start time. The booking lasts at least five hours. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming straight off a ship to the event, Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From then on, the chauffeur stays with your group for the whole booking and waits at every stop, and you decide where to go and how long to stay. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner, because the plan is never locked. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle, so keeping the car longer just means telling your driver.
The Miami Comedy Festival is a yearly stand-up comedy show, and it returns on Saturday, January 16, 2027, at 8:00 PM.
The show takes place at Hard Rock Live, the large theater inside the Seminole Hard Rock resort in Hollywood, just across the county line from Miami-Dade. It’s the South Florida stop of a long-running comedy tour in the urban comedy tradition, with several nationally known headliners on one bill. For fans across the region it has become a regular mid-January night out. Tickets for the Miami Comedy Festival are sold through the official listing, and more comedians may still be added before the show. Most of the crowd comes in adult groups: friends celebrating birthdays, couples on a date night, coworkers relaxing after the holidays, and families with grown children who dress up and have dinner first. Expect a loud room and a lot of laughing.
The drive north makes the show a full night out rather than a quick trip. Most groups want dinner first, an easy arrival, and a ride home they don’t have to think about. An hourly booking covers all of that.
Your chauffeur drives north from Surfside to Hollywood, which on a quiet evening is typically well under an hour.
Show nights aren’t quiet, though. With an 8:00 PM start on a Saturday, fans from all over South Florida head to the same resort on top of normal weekend traffic, so give yourself plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur checks traffic before pickup, picks the better road north, and handles the slow last stretch into the resort while your group relaxes in the back. The vehicle is yours for the whole booking, so nobody has to rush dessert or look for a ride when the show ends. Here’s how the evening goes: pickup in Surfside, a drive up the coast or the interstate, drop-off as close to the venue as access allows, the chauffeur waiting nearby during the show, and the same car taking you home after the last comic is done.
The chauffeur usually chooses between two routes, depending on traffic that evening. One goes north on Collins Avenue through Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach, then turns inland toward State Road 7. The other crosses the Broad Causeway to the mainland, goes north on I-95, and then heads west to the resort.
Leave Surfside early enough to arrive well before the 8:00 PM start, with time for event traffic, security screening, and finding your seats. If your group is having dinner first, just start the booking earlier. Your chauffeur can suggest a departure time when you confirm the plan on WhatsApp.
The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, at the resort’s drop-off point for event traffic. On show night, traffic control can move that area around, so your chauffeur follows the on-site directions and confirms the meeting spot with you on WhatsApp before you get out.
Yes. The vehicle is reserved for your booking, so the driver stays nearby for the whole show. Send a WhatsApp message when the last set ends, and the chauffeur meets you at the agreed pickup spot, so you don’t have to look for a car in the crowd. Then everyone rides back to Surfside or on to the next stop.
The driver picks you up at any address in Surfside, and you agree on the exact spot when you book.
Most pickups on event nights are at a hotel entrance, such as the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside. The chauffeur pulls up at the front, and the meeting spot is confirmed on WhatsApp. If you’re staying in one of the oceanfront condo buildings on Collins Avenue, the driver meets you at the building’s front drive. If you’re in a house on the quiet streets west of Harding Avenue, the driver comes to your door. Guests arriving that day can start the booking earlier. The chauffeur meets you at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb or a PortMiami cruise terminal, takes everyone to Surfside to check in and change, and heads north when the group is ready. Pickup times are set around your plans, whether you want a late-afternoon start for dinner or a ride straight to the show.
Yes. You choose the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up guests at several addresses in Surfside or nearby before heading north. Send the pickup order on WhatsApp when you book, and leave a little extra time for each stop so the group still gets to the show early.
Yes. One hourly booking covers dinner in or near Surfside and the show in the same vehicle.
If the booking starts in the late afternoon or early evening, you’ll have time for a sit-down dinner before heading north. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s walkable main street, has relaxed neighborhood restaurants and cafes if your group wants something casual. For a dressier start, the restaurants at The Surf Club are elegant and classic. The open-air Bal Harbour Shops, just north on Collins Avenue, has upscale restaurants such as Makoto and Carpaccio. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat and then drives the group straight to the show, so nobody has to look for a car. Some groups would rather eat after they get to Hollywood, where the resort has several restaurants near the theater. These are just suggestions, and we don’t make reservations: book your own table, send us the address, and the driver adds it to the route.
Yes, as long as your booking is still running, because the car stays with you the whole time. Some groups finish with a drink at their hotel bar in Surfside or Bal Harbour. Others head south to South Beach for one last stop before the chauffeur takes everyone home.
Choose the vehicle by how many people are coming, and your whole group rides together in one private vehicle all evening.
Comfort on the way home matters as much as on the way there. After a night of laughing, a group with enough room in its vehicle stays relaxing all the way back to Surfside. If your group size is right between two tiers, the bigger vehicle keeps everyone together without squeezing in. The reference cars for the Platinum SUV show the kind of vehicle to expect, not a promise of one specific model.
Yes. The Platinum SUV is our luxury tier: a full-size, chauffeured SUV like the models listed above. If you’re looking for a luxury or executive car service for a big night out, this is the one. It has a more upscale private interior and the same flexible hourly booking as every other tier.
The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
We drive all around the local area every day: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby places like Surfside and the area north toward Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood, where this show takes place, is well within that area, so a night from Surfside to the show is exactly what the service is for. Staying close to the city keeps the service on call and relaxed, with a chauffeur who knows the local roads, the busy spots, and the fastest way home late at night. We don’t run this hourly service out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for local days and nights, with the same car and driver staying with you from stop to stop.
Here are quick answers to common questions from Surfside riders before a show night, including private service, pets, and last-minute bookings.
Yes. This is private transportation from Surfside to the show and back. Your group books its own vehicle and chauffeur by the hour, nobody outside your group rides along, and the car runs on your schedule, not a fixed one. If you were searching for a van to the festival, you’d get a private Sprinter with its own driver.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
If you book within 24 hours of the service, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Yes. You choose the route, so the evening can start in Surfside and end at a hotel in South Beach, a friend’s place in Brickell, or anywhere else in the local area. Just tell your chauffeur where the last drop-off is, and the booking ends there once everyone is home.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Feature your Surfside pickup address, whether you want dinner first, and where everyone should be dropped off after the show, and we’ll send back a plan for your group. The booking works the same way for four friends in a Black SUV XL or a whole birthday party in a Sprinter. Once you confirm your booking, your vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for the evening, and all the details stay in one WhatsApp thread you can use before or during the night. From pickup on Collins Avenue or Harding Avenue to the last drop-off at your door, the night runs on your schedule. All your group has to do is get dressed and enjoy the show.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
