Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Denver Nuggets in Downtown Miami on Sunday, March 21, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour before the 6:00 PM tip-off and stays with the group until you’re home.
Each vehicle has one hourly price, and every game-night booking runs at least five hours.
That minimum usually covers a full Heat night from Bal Harbour: the pickup on Collins Avenue, the ride south, the whole game, and the trip back to the lobby. If your group wants a pregame dinner or a late stop in Brickell, you just keep the car longer. Each rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, so the cost isn’t split per passenger and nobody in the party pays a separate fare. A couple going to a Sunday game usually fits in the Black SUV XL. An office outing or a birthday group of cousins and friends moves up to a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want the nicest cabin for a night out with clients or visiting family.
We have four private vehicle tiers, from a car for two to a van for a large group of friends.
Pick by headcount first, then by the kind of evening you want. Every tier comes with a bilingual chauffeur, and the vehicle is reserved for your party alone for the whole booking. If your group mixes Heat jerseys with Nuggets colors, you can share one Sprinter and settle the debate before tip-off. If your headcount changes between booking and game day, message us early so we can check which tier is available for your new group size.
The Platinum SUV is worth it when the evening matters: hosting clients who hold premium seats, celebrating a milestone birthday, or taking visiting family to their first Heat game. It has the most refined cabin in our lineup, with the same bilingual chauffeur and the same hourly booking as every other tier.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver by the hour, and the evening runs on your schedule.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then tell us on WhatsApp roughly when you want to leave and which stops you have in mind. We can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel or residence in Bal Harbour, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you get off a ship that morning and want to go straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a private home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From the first pickup, the same chauffeur stays with your group for the entire reservation and stays on call during the game. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If dinner runs long or the group wants one more stop after the final buzzer, you just keep the car. You don’t negotiate a new fare or rebook anything, and the driver is already there.
Yes. The itinerary is never locked. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer wherever the group is having a good time. Tell the driver in person or on WhatsApp. A quick restroom or snack break during the booking is easy too, and none of these changes affects your hourly price.
You pay the full fare when you book, and most of the process is handled over WhatsApp.
Your slot is locked in and held for you. When you book a service for the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group right away, so the date and time stay as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at any time.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your bilingual chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the whole reservation.
Any tolls on the route between Bal Harbour and Downtown, and the parking while your driver waits for the group, are included in that price. You won’t get a separate receipt for them at the end of the night. The only possible extra charges are clear from the start. The third is any hours you choose to add past your reserved block, billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. There are no fuel adjustments and no fee added for a busy game night. When you confirm, you’ll know exactly what the evening costs.
Yes. Signs, foam fingers, and team merch fit easily. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big so we can have the right vehicle ready.
Your group gets its own vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole evening.
We offer premium service built around one evening. The car is for your party alone, your bilingual driver handles the causeways and Downtown traffic, and you ride in a clean cabin instead of circling for a garage. You pay a flat hourly rate locked at booking. There’s no surge when the whole crowd leaves the arena at once, and no change for rain or slow traffic on Biscayne Boulevard. The driver who greets you in Bal Harbour is the same one waiting after the game, so you don’t have to spot a stranger’s car or request a ride on a crowded sidewalk. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp, in English or Spanish, whenever plans change. For guests new to Miami, seeing the same face all night makes a late Sunday Downtown easy to manage.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Outside that window, SUVs add a flat fee per trip and Sprinters add a percentage of the trip value.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Expect the surcharge to apply to a typical game-night plan. The surcharge depends on vehicle type and is confirmed with your booking, so it’s part of the plan from the start.
The Denver Nuggets visit Downtown Miami for a Sunday game on March 21, 2027, with tip-off at 6:00 PM.
Denver comes to Miami only once each regular season, so this cross-conference game is one of the big dates on the Heat’s home schedule. Nikola Jokić and the Nuggets, a recent NBA champion, are a tough test. Erik Spoelstra’s Heat crowd answers with the loud, bilingual energy that makes a Miami home game feel like a neighborhood party. Expect longtime Cuban-American season-ticket families, groups of friends in red and white, businesspeople hosting clients, and visitors from the Collins Avenue hotels at their first NBA game in the city. Heat home games regularly sell out. With a Sunday evening start, Downtown fills up early as fans head toward Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Boulevard before tip-off. With a chauffeur by the hour, your group can enjoy the pregame buildup instead of fighting traffic.
We pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed with you when you book.
Most game-night rides start at the front drive of an oceanfront hotel such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, in the lobby of a condominium tower on Collins Avenue, or at a private home on the quiet residential streets of the village. Guests staying just south at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, or across the water in Bay Harbor Islands, are an easy first stop too. If you spend the afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops, the driver can pick you up outside, and your purchases stay in the vehicle for the rest of the evening. Before game day, we share the driver’s name and vehicle details on WhatsApp. When the car arrives, your group walks out, gets in, and heads south.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up friends from a hotel on Collins Avenue, a nearby condo, and a home in Surfside before heading Downtown. List every pickup when you book so the driver can plan the order and the group reaches the arena together.
Bal Harbour Shops has several well-known restaurants for a pregame lunch or early dinner.
Carpaccio is a longtime Bal Harbour Shops favorite for Italian food. Le Zoo is a Parisian-style brasserie in the open-air courtyard, and Makoto serves Japanese plates for groups who want something lighter before a long night of cheering. A short way down Collins Avenue in Surfside, The Surf Club Restaurant is a classic setting for dinner with clients or a special occasion. With a 6:00 PM tip-off, eating early works best. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then the group gets straight into the car without a valet line and without rushing the check. These are just ideas for your booked hours. You make any restaurant reservations yourself, and the driver fits the stop into the evening.
Yes, if your hours allow. Some groups start in Bal Harbour, drive through Wynwood to see the murals, then have drinks in Brickell before heading to the arena. The same driver waits at each stop, so nobody has to find parking in each neighborhood, and the route stays in the local Miami area.
A private chauffeur drives you south from Bal Harbour to Downtown Miami, so you don’t have to arrange parking.
In light traffic the drive is usually short and easy, but on a sold-out Sunday game night, allow extra time as Downtown traffic builds toward tip-off. Your chauffeur checks conditions before leaving and picks the smoothest route for that evening. Then the driver brings your group to Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard. Arriving ahead of the biggest rush gives you time to find your seats, grab food, and watch warmups instead of sitting in a line of cars at an exit ramp. Nobody in the group has to drive, read directions, or find a garage, so the ride down can be part of the night out. Families can relax, clients can talk business, and friends can start the pregame debate before they reach Downtown.
Two routes cover most trips. One follows Collins Avenue south through Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway into Downtown. The other goes west over the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard and continues south on the mainland. Your driver chooses based on that evening’s traffic.
Your driver drops the group as close to the arena as access allows on game night.
Traffic control around the arena gets stricter as tip-off approaches, and some nearby streets may be restricted on a sold-out night. Your chauffeur plans the final approach before the car leaves Bal Harbour. The group gets out at the most practical drop-off point for your entrance, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side facing the bay, and walks straight into the pregame crowd. You skip the slow crawl into a Downtown garage, the search for a lot, and the walk back through crowded streets after dark. For guests with mobility needs, the driver can stop as close to the entrance as street access allows. Once everyone is inside, the driver pulls away to wait nearby, and your group decides when the night ends.
Yes. Waiting is the point of an hourly booking. The chauffeur stays nearby for the entire game, including halftime and any overtime, and you can reach them on WhatsApp the whole time. If your group wants to leave early, message the driver and the car will pick you up at the agreed spot.
No. You never deal with a Downtown garage, a prepaid lot, or a long walk from a parking deck. The driver takes care of the car the whole time you’re inside, and parking is already part of your hourly rate, so all your group has to do is get to their seats.
You agree on a pickup corner with the driver before going in, and the driver texts on WhatsApp when the car is there. Near the end of the fourth quarter, the chauffeur moves into position. Walk out, check your phone, and head to that corner, where the same car and driver are waiting to take you back to Bal Harbour.
Yes. We offer a private SUV or private van reserved only for your group and booked by the hour.
Some people search for a private shuttle, some for a car service, some for a private van to the Heat game. In every case, what we supply is the same: your own vehicle with your own chauffeur. Nobody else joins your ride, there’s no fixed departure time to catch, and the car never stops to pick up strangers on Collins Avenue. Your party rides together in one cabin, talks about the matchup on the way down, and rides home the same way. We serve everyone from two season-ticket holders to a full office outing. Every detail, including pickup address, dinner stop, headcount, and timing, is confirmed ahead of time in one WhatsApp conversation. Below are answers to the questions Bal Harbour riders ask most often before the game.
Leave Bal Harbour with plenty of time before the 6:00 PM tip-off, because Downtown traffic keeps building on a sold-out Sunday. Many groups start their booking in the afternoon, fit in an early meal, and reach the arena in time for warmups. The hourly booking makes that relaxed pace easy.
Up to fourteen fans can ride together in our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the smaller Sprinter suits a mid-size group. One private van keeps everyone in the same cabin from the Bal Harbour pickup to the arena and back. Nobody has to split into separate cars or regroup on a crowded sidewalk after the game.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. This hourly service stays in the local Miami area: Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We keep hourly bookings close to the city and don’t run them out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To book, send us your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp.
Tell us how many people are riding, where in Bal Harbour the evening starts, whether you want a pregame meal on Collins Avenue or a stop in Brickell, and roughly when you want to head home after the game. We check availability for March 21, 2027, match you with the right vehicle, and send the payment link to hold your date. Heat home games draw big crowds and premium vehicles book up, so reserving early gives your group the most choice. On game day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot. From there the evening is yours: the drive south along the water, the game, and a quiet ride back up the coast to Bal Harbour, with the same driver and car the whole way.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
