Transfer from Bal Harbour to BKFC 97 at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Bal Harbour to BKFC 97 at Hard Rock Live on Friday, December 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you in Bal Harbour, heads north before the 7:00 PM start, waits through the card, and drives everyone home afterward.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost? 📋

Rates are charged per hour, and every booking runs a five-hour minimum:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each figure is per vehicle, not per person, so the rate is the same whether your group leaves from a private residence or a Bal Harbour hotel lobby. Larger groups often find the Sprinter rates work out well once the cost is split among everyone aboard. Couples and VIP pairs with cageside seats tend to choose the Platinum SUV for a more polished arrival at the resort. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Is There a Night Surcharge After the Fights Wrap Up? 🌆

Yes — rides outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry one surcharge per trip. The amount depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The card starts in the evening and runs late, so the ride home will almost certainly fall after 6:00 PM. Plan for it from the start. The surcharge applies once to the trip, not to every hour, and it stays the same whether the main event ends in a quick knockout or runs deep into the night. SUV groups pay the flat SUV figure, and Sprinter groups pay the percentage on the trip value. Plenty of groups start early with dinner in Bal Harbour, and those daytime hours carry no surcharge at all. Evening service carries no other add-on.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Fight-Night Group From Bal Harbour? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a date night for two to a gym crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers in a sleek black SUV, the usual choice for friends sharing one ride north.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): 6 to 9 passengers, with room to stretch out and keep a mid-size group together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): 10 to 14 passengers, so an entire fight camp or birthday crew travels as one.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV for a polished VIP arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with the same chauffeur standard, and the seats are never sold to strangers, so the choice comes down to headcount and style. If you’re bringing signs or merch for a teammate’s walkout, mention anything bulky when you book so we can match the right vehicle.

Can a Whole Gym Crew Ride in One Private Van?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van booked by the hour just for your crew. It suits fight camps, fan clubs, and big birthday groups who want to arrive in one vehicle, ride together, trade predictions on the way up, and leave together after the last bout without splitting into separate cars.

Why Ride With a Dedicated Chauffeur on Fight Night? 🕴️

One upscale vehicle is reserved for your group alone for the entire fight night.

Nobody else is picked up along the way and nobody shares your seats, so the ride north feels like part of your own pregame. Your chauffeur is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. That matters on a night when the crowd, the corner teams, and often your own group switch languages mid-sentence. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a packed Friday and no change for traffic or weather on the drive up. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of dinner plans or a late exit after the main event takes one text. That is the upscale service and better experience we build every booking around: a spotless vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the run from Bal Harbour to Hollywood, and a group that walks in relaxed instead of circling for a parking space.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Fight Night? 🚙

You reserve a block of hours, and the car and chauffeur are yours for all of it.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive north before the first bell. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your group steps off a ship that morning and wants to go straight to the event. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there, you set the stops: dinner, a friend’s place on the way, the venue, and wherever the night ends. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Reserving the Car? 🥃

  • The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
  • Service runs every day, from early-morning starts to late-evening returns.
  • Riders get onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy to arrange; just ask your driver.
  • Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Is BKFC 97 and When Does the Card Start? 🎤

BKFC 97 is Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’s card on Friday, December 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

The promotion is the largest bare-knuckle fighting organization in the world. The night streams worldwide on DAZN, but nothing matches being in the room. The fights take place at Hard Rock Live, the theater inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, which has become the promotion’s flagship U.S. home and a regular sell-out stop. Expect a loud, close-up atmosphere where you can hear every exchange land. The crowd arrives early for the opening bouts, and the casino resort hums with nightlife before and after. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, so have yours on your phone before you leave Bal Harbour. The evening starts on a Friday, so the drive north overlaps with the end-of-week rush. That is why a reserved car makes sense: your chauffeur handles the road while the group talks matchups.

Who Fills the Seats at a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship Card?

Mostly adult fight fans: MMA and boxing followers, gym regulars, and local fight camps cheering on teammates. Couples, groups of friends, and a nightlife crowd drawn by the casino come too. South Florida gives the room a strongly multicultural, largely Hispanic and Latino energy, and cageside seats often draw VIPs and familiar faces from the combat-sports world.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Bal Harbour? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group north from Bal Harbour to the casino resort in Hollywood.

Fight night breaks into three moves: the run up the coast, the arrival at the resort, and the ride home once the last bout is scored. On a packed Friday, the resort’s parking areas and walkways fill with fans all at once, and that is where people who drive themselves lose time and patience. A reserved chauffeur takes that whole problem away. Your group stays together in one private vehicle from the moment it leaves Bal Harbour. Nobody needs to skip drinks to drive home, and nobody has to remember where the car is parked after a late main event. Your driver already knows the pickup spot, any dinner stop, and your rough timing before the day begins. The details below cover the route, when to leave, the drop-off, and the ride home.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour?

Most runs head west over the Broad Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard and I-95 north, then cut west toward State Road 7, where the resort sits. When the interstate backs up, the chauffeur can follow Collins Avenue up the coast through Sunny Isles Beach and turn inland on Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Live traffic that evening decides the final choice.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for BKFC 97?

Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon or early evening, well ahead of the 7:00 PM start. In light traffic the drive is typically well under an hour, but Friday rush hour toward Hollywood can stretch it, so allow a generous cushion. Arriving early gives you time to settle into your seats before the opening fight.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Venue?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the theater entrance as resort access allows that evening, using the drop-off point for passenger vehicles. Event-night traffic control can change where cars may stop, so the driver follows on-site directions and texts you the pickup spot for later before you step out.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Card?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the entire card, from the opening bout to the main event, because the hours are yours. When the night ends, a WhatsApp message brings the vehicle to the agreed pickup point, and the same driver takes everyone home to Bal Harbour or on to the next stop.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

The chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour you choose when booking.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the front entrance of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. Residents of the oceanfront condo towers along Collins Avenue can step straight out of their own lobby. Groups staying across the water in Bay Harbor Islands or just south in Surfside are just as easy to pick up. If you spend the afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops, the driver can meet you at the entrance once the last bag is in hand. Groups meeting from several homes can build a short pickup loop into the start of the booking: the driver picks up the first friends, swings by the next address, and heads north once everyone is aboard. Share the building name, the entrance you prefer, and who is coordinating the group, and the driver arrives with that plan set.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Fights? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops and neighboring Surfside give fight-night groups polished dinner options close to pickup.

The open-air Bal Harbour Shops have some of the area’s best-known tables, including Makoto for Japanese and Carpaccio for Italian. Both are easy places to gather a group, toast the night, and talk picks before the drive. Just south, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside offers a more elegant oceanfront setting for couples or a celebration dinner. Many groups prefer to eat at the casino resort instead, arriving early enough to dine on site before the opening bouts. That works just as smoothly with a car on the clock. Whatever you choose, the chauffeur handles the move between dinner and the venue, so nobody watches the time or worries about parking twice in one evening. You make the reservations, and the route simply follows them.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking covers dinner in Bal Harbour, the drive up, the full card, and the ride home, all in the same car. Start the block early enough for an unhurried meal. The chauffeur keeps the car close while you eat, then heads for Hollywood once the check is paid.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour you book.

That covers the causeway toll leaving Bal Harbour, the fuel for every loop between dinner, the venue, and any late stop, and whatever it costs the driver to park while your group watches the card. None of those show up as separate line items afterward. The rate also covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together for the whole block. There is no separate driver fee, no new fare for adding a stop, and no charge for reshuffling the order of the evening. The parking inclusion matters most on fight night: on a packed Friday, your group never has to think about resort parking, pay for it, or walk back to the car after midnight. The few charges that can be added to your hours are spelled out just below.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply on Top of the Hourly Rate?

Two things can add to the hours you booked: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, any extra hours you keep the car past your block, which carries a fee confirmed at booking. Nothing else is added, so the evening’s cost is clear before you leave Bal Harbour.

How Can You Pay and Hold the Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid at booking, and extra hours are settled after the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: Book at least five hours, then keep the car as long as you like. Every hour past the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What’s the Best Way to Reach BKFC 97 From Bal Harbour? 🎊

A private hourly chauffeur is the most comfortable way to the fights from Bal Harbour.

Any other option leaves someone in the group handling the road, and on fight night nobody wants that job. A reserved vehicle lets the whole party ride together from the Bal Harbour pickup. The plan is set before the day, and the evening moves from dinner to fights to the ride home without anyone sorting out logistics. Fight camps arrive as a team, couples get a polished night out, and birthday crews get a car that feels like part of the celebration. Fans who love the post-fight debate can keep it going in the back seat on the way to a late bite in Sunny Isles Beach or straight home to Collins Avenue. The questions below cover what riders ask most before they reserve: private seating, booking on short notice, and how far the hourly service travels.

Is There a Private Ride From Bal Harbour to BKFC 97?

Yes. Every booking is fully private, so your party never shares the vehicle with other fans or waits while strangers are dropped off. You choose the SUV or Sprinter that fits the group. The hours cover the entire evening rather than a single one-way drop, and the plan can change as the night goes on without rebooking.

Can You Book a Private Driver at the Last Minute for Fight Night?

Yes, you can book right up to the day if a car is free. Anything booked within 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. With a driver and vehicle already set aside, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed on that notice, so the night runs as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Miami?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. We keep this unhurried, on-call service around the city and don’t run it out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Bal Harbour Fight-Night Chauffeur? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your car for December 11.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list: the Bal Harbour pickup address, a dinner spot if you have one, and where the night should end. We match the vehicle to your headcount, confirm the plan, and send the payment options. Holiday-season Fridays in South Florida get hectic, so booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Once your payment is in, your chauffeur is assigned and the pickup is set, and the only decision left is who you are picking in the main event. On fight night, your driver arrives at the agreed spot, the evening goes as planned, and the group can change course whenever it wants. Questions about the route, the vehicle, or timing get a direct answer in the same WhatsApp thread.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
