Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Miami Design District to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour and a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver handles the drive across town to Little Havana, then keeps the same car ready to take you home after the final out.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every game-day booking starts at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

To get your fare, pick the tier that matches your headcount and multiply its rate by the hours your ballpark day needs. A Marlins outing from the Design District can fit inside that opening block: an early dinner near NE 40th Street, the drive across town to Little Havana, nine innings, and the ride back to your door. If you’d like a longer evening, just keep the car. The late-hours section below covers the one extra charge that applies after the daytime window closes. Friends and families frequently split the hourly cost, so one premium vehicle is an easy way to arrive together instead of driving separate cars and hunting for parking spaces side by side.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then choose every stop.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and your plan on WhatsApp: dinner first, straight to the ballpark, or a detour to pick up friends. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise day you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From pickup on, the opening five-hour block belongs to your group, and the same chauffeur stays with you at every stop. If you still want the car when those five hours run out, each additional hour is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra time after the day ends. Keep the car as long as the night calls for it.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Marlins Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a large crowd of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a bigger crew together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: seats 10 to 14 passengers for office outings, birthday groups, and extended families.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV for clients, celebrations, and anyone who wants the top tier. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The vehicle carries only your group, and it makes no other pickups along the way. If your headcount falls between two tiers, sizing up gives everyone more elbow room for the ride home after a long day of baseball. There’s room for signs, jerseys, and merch from the ballpark, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a Ballgame? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window add a surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The start time for this Monday game hasn’t been announced yet, so watch the official schedule and set your pickup once it’s posted. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We point it out when you confirm, so you know the full cost before game day.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book an Hourly Chauffeur? 🏙️

  • Every booking starts with a block of at least five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the entire block.
  • Your driver speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during every booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size, start time, and stops.
  • Service runs every day, during daytime or evening hours.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? 📋

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Is Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves on August 16, 2027? 🏟️

It’s a regular-season Major League Baseball game between two National League East rivals.

The Marlins host the Braves on Monday, August 16, 2027, opening a home series against Atlanta at loanDepot park, the air-conditioned ballpark with a retractable roof in Little Havana. Inside, the climate control turns a sticky August day into comfortable baseball weather, so the game itself is the easy part. Getting there and back across town is where a chauffeur earns the booking. Division games carry extra weight late in the summer, and Atlanta fans tend to travel in force, which gives the stands a lively back-and-forth between home and visiting colors. A Monday game also tends to draw a calmer crowd than a weekend date, which suits families, visiting fans, and first-timers who want a relaxed look at the ballpark.

Who Goes to a Marlins–Braves Game in Little Havana?

The crowd mirrors Miami itself. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, Puerto Rican, and other Latin American families share the stands with longtime local fans, office groups, and plenty of visiting Braves supporters. Expect a festive, family-style atmosphere, conversations in two languages in the seats, and jerseys in both teams’ colors on everyone from toddlers to grandparents.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur typically takes I-195 west, then I-95 south, then the Dolphin Expressway toward Little Havana.

That highway route is the usual choice because it moves a full vehicle across town without the stop-and-go traffic of Midtown and Downtown. The Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) leads to the exits nearest to the ballpark. When the highways jam, a local driver can switch to surface roads such as NW 12th Avenue or NW 17th Avenue for the final stretch. On a quiet day the trip across town is short. On game day, though, traffic builds in the streets around the ballpark as first pitch approaches, and the garages and lots slow down before and after the game. With a chauffeur, none of that is your problem. Nobody circles for a space, nobody sits in an exit line after the final out, and nobody has to stay sober to drive home. You ride, the driver handles the approach, and the group steps out ready for the game.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for First Pitch?

Leave with a generous cushion, typically earlier than a normal drive across town would suggest. Allow time for game traffic near the ballpark, the walk to your section, and food lines once you’re inside. The start time hasn’t been announced, so we’ll set the pickup together once it’s posted, working back from first pitch and any dinner stop.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, at the entrance nearest your seats. Before you walk in, agree on where to meet after the game. As the final innings wind down, your chauffeur sends the exact pickup location on WhatsApp so the group can regroup quickly instead of searching the crowd.

Can the Driver Wait if Marlins vs. Braves Goes to Extra Innings?

Your chauffeur waits through every inning, however long the game runs. Because the car is reserved by the hour, extra innings just use more of your booked time. Nobody has to request a new ride, look for a car in the post-game crowd, or worry about being stranded. When the final out lands, the same vehicle is ready to take you home.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Design District Before the Game? 🍸

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink and nearby Mandolin Aegean Bistro are classic pre-game choices.

Michael’s Genuine has been a neighborhood anchor in the Design District for years. It’s known for seasonal, wood-fired plates, and its relaxed room suits a group warming up before the game. On the edge of the district, Mandolin serves Greek and Turkish dishes in a leafy courtyard, an easy spot for a long lunch or an early dinner. For a stylish drink first, Swan draws a dressed-up crowd, and a short walk through Palm Court, under the Fly’s Eye Dome, makes for a quick photo before you head out. While you eat, the driver stays close, and the car is at the curb when the check comes. We don’t reserve tables, so book directly with the restaurant, then send us the time and we’ll plan the pickup around it. On the way south, a quick stop in Wynwood for a mural photo fits easily into your booked hours.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

The driver can fit any food stop into the day, before or after first pitch. Eat in the Design District or Wynwood on the way down, or head back north after the final out for a late table in Midtown. Tell us the plan when you book, and your chauffeur will time each leg around your reservations without any rush.

Is Little Havana Worth a Post-Game Stop?

Little Havana is well worth a post-game stop, since the ballpark is a short ride from SW 8th Street, the neighborhood’s main strip. Groups often stop at Versailles for late Cuban plates and coffee, catch live music at Ball & Chain, or stroll past Domino Park. The driver waits nearby while you explore, then takes everyone home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🌆

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Miami Design District you choose.

Most game-day pickups start in one of a few familiar places: the lobby of a nearby hotel or condo building, a home on the quieter streets around the district or in the Upper East Side, or the curb outside a restaurant after an early meal. Shoppers frequently finish an afternoon along NE 39th and NE 40th Street and meet the car on a nearby corner, which keeps the pickup simple. The boutique blocks get busy and curb space is tight, so the driver may suggest a side street a few steps away for a quicker departure. Send us the exact spot on WhatsApp when you book, and your chauffeur will message you as the car approaches so nobody waits on the sidewalk. If plans change during the afternoon, like a longer lunch or one more store, just send the new location and the pickup moves with you.

Can Friends Join From Different Spots Before the Game?

One booking can easily include several pickups. The driver can collect one friend in Wynwood, another in Midtown or Edgewater, and the rest of the group in the Design District before heading south to the ballpark. List every address when you book, and your chauffeur will plan the order so the route runs smoothly.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hourly rate.

That covers the expressway tolls to Little Havana, the fuel for every trip across town, and parking during the game. None of it appears as a separate charge. Parking matters most on game day, when ballpark lots fill up and the bill would otherwise fall on you. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. Beyond that, only a few things can change your final total: the night surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and any hours you add past your booked block.

Why Do Marlins Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Game Day? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a ballgame across town into a relaxed, premium service from door to door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for the whole outing, from the jerseys on the seats to the post-game debate about the bullpen. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking. There’s no surge when the crowd pours out after the final out, and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver handles every leg and waits through the game, so the person who dropped you off is the person who takes you home. Our bilingual chauffeurs switch easily between English and Spanish, which suits a ballpark where you’ll hear both languages in the stands. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, with no call centers or ticket numbers between you and an answer. That’s the better experience we aim for on every booking: a calmer ride, a clean vehicle, and a night where nobody has to think about the drive.

Is There a Private Ride From Miami Design District to Marlins vs. Braves? 🚙

A private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur is the most direct way to get to the game.

Whether you searched for a private shuttle, a car service, or a driver for the day, the answer here is the same: one vehicle and one chauffeur, booked by the hour and reserved for your party only. Nothing is shared, there’s no fixed timetable, and the car leaves the Design District when your group is ready instead of at a set departure time. The format works just as well for two friends catching a weeknight game as for a full office outing, because all you choose is the tier and the hours. The questions below cover the practical details guests ask about before confirming: group size, pets, short-notice bookings, how far the service travels, and how early to reserve. If something isn’t answered here, send us a WhatsApp message and the team handling your booking will reply.

Can a Big Group Ride Together in a Private Shuttle to the Ballpark?

The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier keeps a big group together in one private vehicle, so nobody has to split into separate cars or lose friends in the post-game crowd. Send your final headcount when you book. If the group grows, we’ll move you up a tier as long as one is available. The whole crew arrives together and leaves together.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of First Pitch?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When the ride happens within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside once the day and time are agreed. On notice that short, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day itself.

Does the Hourly Service Go Beyond Miami?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Trips out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of it, so your driver stays close by and on call, with no need to rush.

How Far Ahead Should You Reserve a Driver for August 16?

Reserve as soon as your tickets and group size are settled. Message us on WhatsApp with your party and plans, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and hours. Once the official start time is posted, we’ll fine-tune the pickup time together. Booking early is the best way to make sure the right vehicle is available for your group on game day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
