Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Jay Wheeler at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 11, 2027, with a 5-hour minimum, a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle, and a flat rate from $100 per hour. The same bilingual driver meets you at any Surfside address, handles the run downtown for the 8:00 PM show, and stays with your group until the night’s last drop-off.
Hourly rates depend on the vehicle your group needs, and every concert-night booking carries a 5-hour minimum.
Each rate is charged per vehicle, not per person. Friends sharing one SUV or one Sprinter split a single hourly figure among everyone riding. A full car stretches that figure furthest: a Sprinter carrying a dozen fans divides one rate across the whole crew, while a couple in a Black SUV XL gets the same private cabin to themselves. One hourly figure covers every stop of the evening, from dinner to the arena to the ride home, so you never pay stop by stop. Choose the tier that seats your group comfortably rather than tightly, since everyone rides together all night.
A private chauffeur means one reserved car, one driver, and one locked price.
Only your party rides in the vehicle from the first pickup, so the cabin becomes the pregame: your playlist, your conversation, and outfits that arrive uncreased. The hourly rate is fixed when you book and doesn’t rise for traffic, weather, or a packed arena night. There is no surge to watch. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the full block, and that driver remains on call through the show instead of leaving after the drop-off. You can message the driver directly on WhatsApp, which helps when friends split up for merch lines or restrooms. That is what we mean by premium service: fewer moving parts, a better experience from Surfside to the final drop-off, and a night that stays focused on the music instead of the logistics.
Jay Wheeler plays Downtown Miami’s bayfront arena on Thursday, March 11, 2027, with an 8:00 PM start.
The Puerto Rican singer and songwriter brings reggaeton, Latin R&B, and the heartbreak ballads behind his huge streaming following to Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat on Biscayne Boulevard. The Miami date is one stop on his newly announced world tour, and he has played this arena before, so expect a full, loud, devoted crowd. Because the show is on a Thursday, weeknight traffic matters: the after-work rush across the causeways overlaps with fans heading downtown. A reserved driver is most useful in exactly that traffic. For a Surfside group, the evening commonly has three parts: dinner close to home, the concert itself, and an unhurried ride back up the beach. All three happen in the same vehicle, and nobody has to check a parking app or a fare estimate along the way.
Expect a young, mostly Latin crowd, with Puerto Rican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Dominican fans singing every lyric back at the stage. Many come as groups of girlfriends or as couples on a date night, dressed for photos. That is one more reason to arrive in a clean private car instead of fighting a crowded curb.
A reserved chauffeur drives your group south from Surfside, across the bay, and back after the show.
On a quiet evening the trip is typically a simple run down the barrier island and over a causeway. An arena night is different: the whole crowd heads for Biscayne Boulevard at the same time, garages fill early, and the surrounding blocks slow to a crawl. If you drive yourself, you either hunt for parking early or face a long walk in concert shoes, and someone in the group has to stay sober to drive home. With a chauffeur the plan is simpler. You agree on a departure time that leaves real margin before 8:00 PM, the driver handles the approach and the drop-off, and the same vehicle is ready when the show ends. The answers below cover the route, the timing, the drop-off point, and what happens after the encore.
The usual route runs south on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach and then across the MacArthur Causeway, which ends close to the arena. The Julia Tuttle Causeway to I-195 and the Broad Causeway west to Biscayne Boulevard are the common alternatives. Your chauffeur picks the crossing on the night based on live traffic, since backups move from bridge to bridge.
Leave earlier than seems necessary, typically well ahead of the 8:00 PM start. Weeknight traffic plus arena arrivals can make the usual drive much longer, so allow a generous margin. If dinner is part of the plan, set the pickup around your reservation and let the driver decide when to head downtown.
Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, using the drop-off point traffic control sets up that night. Street closures and police direction change from event to event, so the exact curb is decided on the spot. Before you step out, you and the driver agree on where to meet afterward.
Yes, that is the main reason to book by the hour. The driver stays nearby for the entire show and keeps in touch on WhatsApp. When the crowd floods the sidewalks, your group walks to the meeting spot you agreed on instead of searching for a ride. From there you go straight back to Surfside or on to a late stop.
Your driver picks you up at whatever Surfside address you give when booking.
That might be the motor court of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, the lobby of an oceanfront condo tower on Collins Avenue, or a family home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. Friends staying just north in Bal Harbour, or a few blocks south toward North Beach, are just as easy to pick up on the way out. You share the exact pickup spot when you book, and you can message the chauffeur directly on WhatsApp as the time gets close, so nobody stands outside wondering which car is theirs. Surfside’s small, quiet streets make departures much calmer than downtown curbs, and beachfront hotel and building staff are used to private cars arriving for guests. If several friends meet at one home first, that home becomes the single pickup and the evening starts there.
Yes. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, and the exact spot is agreed at booking. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can ride straight from the terminal to dinner and the concert, with the same vehicle and chauffeur for the whole evening.
Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have polished pre-show dinner spots a short hop from most pickups.
The Surf Club Restaurant, Thomas Keller’s supper-club dining room inside the Four Seasons, suits a dressed-up couple or a birthday table. Le Sirenuse, in the same property, is better for a long, breezy, Mediterranean-style meal. Harding Avenue keeps things casual with neighborhood cafes and family restaurants. Just north, the open-air Bal Harbour Shops has several sit-down restaurants in one walkable spot, which makes it easy for a bigger group to meet before heading out. Some groups would rather eat closer to the arena, in Brickell or along the water at Bayside Marketplace, so the last drive before the show is short. Thursday tables near show time can fill up, so reserve the restaurant early. These are only suggestions: you book your own table, and the driver plans the route around it.
Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop. The driver drops the group at the restaurant, stays close while you eat, then takes everyone downtown for the show, all within one block of hours. Set the pickup time around your table reservation so the meal never feels rushed before the 8:00 PM start.
Plenty of groups keep the night going. Brickell’s rooftop lounges and late-night kitchens are a short ride south of the arena, and Wynwood’s bars suit a group that still wants music. Others head back up Collins Avenue for a quiet nightcap in Surfside. The same driver handles every move, so the late stop needs no extra planning.
Four private vehicle tiers cover everyone from a couple on a date night to a full birthday crew.
Choose by headcount first, then by the feel you want. A couple celebrating an anniversary often prefers the Platinum SUV for its more polished cabin, while a group of girlfriends who want to ride together, sing in the car, and arrive as one tends to book a Sprinter. You can split a large group across two SUVs, but one vehicle means one pickup, one drop-off, and one meeting spot after the show. Every tier is private, and every vehicle comes with a chauffeur. We never rent vehicles for self-drive.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the whole drive.
That matters on a concert night. Tolls on the route, downtown garage fees, and fuel burned idling in event traffic never appear as extra charges on your bill. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing the group’s photos on the way home. There’s room in the cabin for what fans actually carry, such as signs, merch, or a change of shoes; if you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. Only a few things can add to the total. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, and it is explained in its own section below.
You pay the full fare when you book.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver by the hour, then plan the evening yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that seats your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough pickup time in Surfside, and the stops you want, for example dinner on Harding Avenue, the concert, and a nightcap afterward. We confirm the vehicle and the plan, and the reservation covers a five-hour block. From the first pickup, the chauffeur is yours. The car waits outside each stop and the route follows your pace. If someone wants to change restaurants or skip the late stop, just tell the driver. The night isn’t capped at five hours. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same per-hour rate as the first, with no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as the night lasts and settle the extra time once the evening is over.
Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside daytime hours, one surcharge applies based on the vehicle:
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Groups in an SUV pay a single fixed add-on, while Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the trip value. Both figures are published here, so you can work out the cost of the whole evening, including dinner, the concert, and the drive home, before you pay. The surcharge doesn’t change once the night begins.
This hourly service stays local, so your chauffeur is always close by and on call around Miami.
It runs throughout Miami and Miami Beach, including Surfside and its beachfront neighbors, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run the hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. The service works because the car and driver stay close, unhurried, and ready for your next stop instead of spending the evening on a highway. For a concert night from Surfside, everything a group commonly wants is inside that local area: dinner on the beach side, the show downtown, a late drink in Brickell or Wynwood, and the ride home. Staying local is also why plans can change mid-evening without any fuss.
Yes, as a private van. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved by the hour carries only the people you invite to the concert. It is never a shared or scheduled shuttle, so there are no strangers, no fixed departure times, and no extra pickups for other riders.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserving takes one WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and your stops.
Tell us how many friends are riding, whether you want dinner in Surfside or near the arena first, and whether you’d like a late stop after the encore. We reply with the vehicle that fits, confirm the timing around the 8:00 PM show, and send the payment details to lock in the evening. March is peak season in Miami, and a weeknight arena show still brings heavy traffic downtown, so booking early gives your group the most flexibility. Once you’re confirmed, all you have to do is get dressed, step outside in Surfside, and let the same chauffeur handle every mile until you’re home. Send your details now to check availability and confirm your booking for Jay Wheeler’s Miami night.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
