Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16
Our private hourly chauffeur from Coral Gables to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves on Monday, August 16, 2027, puts your group in a dedicated Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver at a flat rate from $100 per hour, on a 5-hour minimum. The same chauffeur stays with your group from the first pickup to the ride home, and the hourly rate is locked at booking, with no surge.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 🚙
Each rate covers the whole vehicle per hour, and every booking runs a five-hour minimum.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
That block typically covers a full Marlins game day from Coral Gables: the ride over, time to settle into your seats before first pitch, nine innings in the air-conditioned ballpark, and the drive home. Because the price belongs to the vehicle rather than each passenger, filling an SUV or a Sprinter with friends spreads the cost across the whole group. The start time for the August 16 game hasn’t been announced yet, so many riders reserve the date now and fine-tune the pickup hour once the schedule is final.
When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to a Weeknight Ballgame? 🌆
Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Pickups outside those hours add the small surcharge listed below.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is a single charge per trip rather than an hourly add-on, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so the full figure is easy to work out before the day. Share your expected return time with us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm whether the surcharge applies to your booking before you pay.
What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Ballpark Day? 📋
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your game day.
Your chauffeur handles the driving, the parking, and the timing, so the group’s only job is enjoying the ballgame. Every vehicle carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or checking the lineup on the way in. One brief comfort stop, whether for a restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch, is easy to fit in mid-booking; just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There’s room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and merch bags, so tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The only extra charges that can apply are the night surcharge above and any hours you choose to add beyond your booked block. Nothing else is added to the bill.
Why Do Coral Gables Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Marlins Games? 🕴️
A private chauffeur makes game day a better experience from the first mile to the last.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so nobody else is picked up along the way and the cabin is yours for pregame music, friendly trash talk about the Braves, or a quiet ride home. Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, a natural fit for a ballpark crowd as Miami as this one and for relatives visiting from abroad. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge for heavy game traffic or a busy night in the city. You also get direct WhatsApp contact with the people running your booking, so a change of plan is one message away instead of a hold queue. That mix of privacy, a set price, and one person looking after the group from start to finish is the premium service, and the better service, this business is built around.
Which Payment Methods Can You Use to Reserve? 📋
You pay the full fare when you book, so your date is secured well before the game.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your date.
Hours: A 5-hour minimum applies, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it’s settled after the day.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Marlins vs. Braves? 🚐
Match the vehicle to your headcount, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller groups.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the easy pick for a couple, a family, or a handful of friends.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a mid-size group to ride in together.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, so an office outing or an extended family arrives as one crew.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished ride for clients or a milestone celebration. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the vehicle class, not a guaranteed model.
One vehicle for everyone keeps the group together on the ride, at the drop-off, and on the way home, instead of splitting fans across cars that arrive at distinct times. If your headcount sits right on the line between two tiers, sizing up means nobody rides cramped after a long night of cheering. Send the final number over WhatsApp and we’ll match the right vehicle to it.
What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves From Coral Gables? 🏟️
A private chauffeur from Coral Gables is the most direct, comfortable way to reach this game.
On Monday, August 16, 2027, the Marlins host the Atlanta Braves in a National League East rivalry game that opens a home series between the two clubs. First pitch is at loanDepot park, the Marlins’ air-conditioned ballpark with a retractable roof, in Little Havana a short ride northeast of Coral Gables. Expect a crowd that mirrors Miami itself, with Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, Puerto Rican, and other Latin American families, plus a lively turnout of Atlanta fans following the Braves on the road. A weeknight game in August usually feels relaxed rather than packed, which makes it an easy night to bring kids, clients, or out-of-town guests. With your own chauffeur, nobody circles for parking or walks long blocks in the summer heat, and the whole group arrives together in good spirits.
Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to the Marlins-Braves Game?
Yes. We run private transportation only: your own SUV or a private Sprinter van booked by the hour, with nobody else on board. If you’re looking for a private shuttle to the ballpark, this is it, only more personal. One vehicle leaves when your group is ready and comes back on your schedule, not a fixed timetable.
What Should Visiting Braves Fans Staying in Coral Gables Know?
Atlanta fans staying in Coral Gables get a local chauffeur who knows the route into Little Havana and the busy blocks around the ballpark on game night. Book before you fly in, share your hotel and group size, and wear your colors with confidence. The driver keeps the group together on the way to the game and back after the last out.
How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for loanDepot park? 🏟️
Plan to leave Coral Gables well ahead of first pitch, and allow extra time for game traffic.
The drive is typically short by Miami standards, but the blocks around the ballpark slow down as the crowd arrives, so allow a generous cushion instead of cutting it close. From Coral Gables, chauffeurs usually head north on Le Jeune Road or Douglas Road, then east along SW 8th Street or Flagler Street into Little Havana. When surface streets back up, the Dolphin Expressway is the usual alternative. Your driver reads conditions on the day and picks the smoothest route. Leaving early also gives you time to grab ballpark food, catch some pregame warmups, and locate your seats without rushing. Once the first pitch time for August 16 is posted, message us and we’ll set a pickup hour that fits your group’s pace.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point nearest your entrance, following whatever traffic setup is in place that day. You step out together, tickets in hand, while the driver moves to a waiting spot nearby. Before you head in, agree on a meeting point for the ride home and save the driver’s WhatsApp.
Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?
Yes. The driver waits through the whole game, extra innings included, because the vehicle is yours for the block you booked. If the game runs past your reserved hours, the extra time is simply added at the same hourly rate and settled after the day, so nobody is stranded or hurried out before the final out.
Where Can You Eat in Coral Gables Before the First Pitch? 🥂
Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile are the classic Coral Gables spots for a pregame meal.
Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian street just off Ponce de Leon Boulevard, is lined with patio restaurants where a group can share plates and debate the lineup before heading out. Miracle Mile adds more restaurants and cafes within a short stroll, and The Shops at Merrick Park work well for a relaxed lunch or a little browsing on an early-start day. For a grand send-off, the historic Biltmore Hotel makes a memorable setting for a drink before the drive toward Little Havana. Because the same car is on call, nobody hunts for parking on Miracle Mile or scrambles for a ride when the check comes; the chauffeur pulls up the moment you’re ready. These are ideas for your booked hours rather than reservations we make, so book your table directly and build the stop into your timing.
Is Little Havana Worth a Stop on the Way to the Ballpark?
Yes, and it sits right on the route. SW 8th Street runs through Little Havana toward the ballpark, so a quick stop for Cuban coffee and pastries at a landmark like Versailles Restaurant, or a stroll past Domino Park, fits naturally into the ride. Your chauffeur simply pulls back into traffic when you’re ready to head to the game.
Which Service Facts Matter Most for a Coral Gables Game Day? 📋
One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
Service is available 24/7, every day of the week.
You set the stops, the order, and the pace of the day.
Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Booking and every change happen directly with us over WhatsApp.
How Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Work on Game Day? 🚙
You reserve one vehicle and driver by the hour, and the day runs on your plan.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then send us your date, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list. Bookings run on a 5-hour minimum, and the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block: the ride over, the game, any dinner, and the trip home. Pickup can be any address in Coral Gables, such as a hotel lobby on Ponce de Leon Boulevard or a family home off Coral Way, and the exact spot is agreed at booking. Fans landing at Miami International Airport or arriving at a PortMiami cruise terminal can be met there and go straight to the game. When the day runs long, there’s nothing to renegotiate: every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate and settled after the day. Keep the car as long as you need.
Can You Change the Plan Once the Day Starts?
Yes. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, linger over dessert, or swing by a hotel bar on the way home if the schedule allows, all without a new fare. Just tell the driver, and your chauffeur adjusts the route on the spot while your hours keep running at the same rate.
Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami or Travel Farther? 🏙️
Our hourly chauffeur service stays local, around Miami and nearby neighborhoods.
Think of it as an on-call driver who keeps the day unhurried and close to home. The hourly service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers every stop a ballgame day from Coral Gables realistically needs: lunch in the Gables, the game in Little Havana, and a late drink in Brickell or Coconut Grove. This hourly service doesn’t run to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s designed to stay around the city, so your chauffeur is always nearby when the group is ready for the next stop. It’s local, on call, and focused on your evening rather than a long highway run.
Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to loanDepot park? 🚙
Yes, you can book a private driver from Coral Gables in one WhatsApp message.
Send your group size, the August 16 date, and a rough start time, and we’ll check availability and confirm the vehicle and hours. A few extra details help us plan the day well: how many adults and children are riding, any dinner or drink stops you’d like before or after the game, and whether the night should end somewhere other than where it began. Once the details are set, we send the payment options, and the date is held just for your group. If your group is a mix of Marlins and Braves fans, the cabin is neutral ground, and both teams’ colors ride together. Everything stays in one chat thread, from first question to final drop-off.
Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?
Absolutely. A dinner stop fits right into the block: eat in Coral Gables before first pitch, or head to Brickell or Coconut Grove after the final out for a late table. The same chauffeur drives you there and back, and time spent at dinner simply counts toward your booked hours.
Is It Okay to Travel With a Pet on This Booking?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Keep in mind that the ballpark sets its own rules for animals inside, so check those before you plan around bringing one to the game.
What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time run exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.
Can the Ride Home End Somewhere Other Than Our Pickup Address?
Yes. You set the stops, so the night can end anywhere within our local service area, whether that’s a friend’s place in Coconut Grove, a hotel in Brickell, or back home in Coral Gables. Just tell the chauffeur where everyone is headed, and separate drop-offs for different members of the group are easy to add along the way.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
