Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves on Monday, August 16, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur collects the group Downtown, makes the short run west into Little Havana, and keeps the same car on hand for dinner, the game, and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Driver From Downtown Miami Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each private vehicle is priced by the hour, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by headcount rather than budget alone. A couple or small family heading to the ballpark rides comfortably in the Black SUV XL, while a larger crew of coworkers or visiting fans belongs in one of the Sprinter sizes, so nobody splits into a second car. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished cabin for a client night or a birthday at the game. Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not each passenger, so a fuller car spreads the same hourly figure across more seats.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Day Booking? 📋

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your booking.
  • Hours: Bookings carry a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time — every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What if you book the ride less than 24 hours before the game?

Once the time is agreed inside that final 24-hour window, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the ride goes ahead as planned. You can still add hours on the day itself.

Is There an Extra Charge for a Late Ride Home After the Game? 🌆

Daytime rides from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a night surcharge applies by vehicle type, as shown below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A weeknight ballgame can easily stretch past the daytime window, especially with an evening first pitch or a slugfest that drags late. The SUV surcharge is one fixed amount per trip, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so you can picture the full bill before leaving Downtown Miami. If the game is announced as an afternoon start, your whole block may sit inside daytime hours. Once the schedule is confirmed, share it with us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you up front whether the surcharge applies to your booking.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for a Marlins Game Day? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur turns a Marlins night into a premium service from pickup onward.

The vehicle belongs to your group alone, with no strangers aboard and no second car to coordinate. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on game night and no change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, so the person who drops you off is the same person who waits through the final out and drives you home. Plans live in a direct WhatsApp thread with us, so a new meeting spot or an added stop takes one message instead of a phone tree. That combination makes it a better experience than circling for a parking space: you arrive rested, leave on your own schedule, and the evening feels organized rather than improvised. For a Braves series opener, with visiting fans and locals pouring in together, that calm counts.

Which Chauffeur Facts Matter Before a Downtown Miami Game Day? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • The hourly service is available 24/7, daytime or evening, by reservation.
  • You set every stop, the order, and the pace of the day.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop for a restroom or snack is easy to add.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ballpark? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full team outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural pick for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (mid-size): seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for everyone to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (large): seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a big group in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Count everyone who’s riding, including anyone you’ll pick up along the way. If the group sits right at the edge of a tier, size up, because elbow room matters on the ride home after a long game. There’s room for what fans actually carry, from signs to team merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then shape the day.

Start by matching the tier to your headcount and sending us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. The driver picks up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home — with the exact spot agreed at booking. From there, you decide the order of the day: dinner first, the ballpark next, a nightcap afterward if you want one. Nothing is scripted, so you can drop a stop or linger longer. If the evening outlasts your booking, just keep the car: every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and it’s settled after the day wraps up.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Your chauffeur heads west from Downtown Miami into Little Havana, where the ballpark stands.

The trip is a compact city drive rather than a highway haul, which is why Downtown makes such an easy base for a ballgame. Riders staying in Downtown’s hotels, high-rise apartments, or waterfront condos all leave the same way: out of the tower-lined core and into the lower-slung streets of Little Havana until the white, retractable-roof stadium appears over the rooftops. Your driver reads that evening’s traffic and picks the cleaner route, so nobody in the group has to weigh an expressway against side streets, watch a navigation app, or think about where the car will sit during the game. You spend the ride catching up, checking the lineup, or debating whether the Braves’ bullpen will hold up, while the city slides by outside a cool, quiet cabin.

Which roads does a chauffeur take from Downtown Miami to the game?

Most runs take the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) west from Downtown toward Little Havana, or stay on surface streets such as West Flagler Street. On a busy night your driver may switch between them mid-route based on live traffic, while you sit back and enjoy the ride with your group.

How long is the drive from Downtown Miami on a game night?

The drive is typically short, but allow extra time on game night. Traffic thickens on the approach roads as the crowd arrives, especially on a Monday when commuters are still heading home. Building in a cushion lets your group find seats, grab a drink, and settle in before first pitch instead of rushing from the car.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves? 🏟️

Leave Downtown Miami well ahead of first pitch to stay in front of the arrival wave.

The start time for the August 16 game has not been announced, so the plan is simple: once it is, set your pickup early enough that the car clears the approach roads before the heaviest traffic and your group walks in without hurrying. A division matchup with Atlanta brings local regulars and plenty of visiting fans, all arriving around the same time, and the streets of Little Havana around loanDepot park fill quickly. Arriving early also gives you time to wander the concourse, pick up merch, and grab food before the anthem. Because your car is booked by the hour, the early start isn’t wasted time on a curb. The chauffeur handles drop-off, stays close by through the game, and is ready the moment you want to leave, whether that’s after the seventh inning or long past the ninth.

Where does the driver drop you off at the ballpark?

Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point nearest the entrance you plan to use. Game-day traffic control decides exactly where cars may stop, and the chauffeur adapts on the spot, so you step out close to the walkway instead of trekking in from a distant garage.

Can the driver wait if the game goes into extra innings?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole game, extra innings included, so a long night never leaves your group stranded. Since the car is hired by the hour, a late finish just adds time to your booking. You won’t have to hunt for a ride home while the entire crowd pours out at once.

Where do you meet your chauffeur after the final out?

You meet your chauffeur at the pickup point agreed before you walked in. Send a quick WhatsApp message as you leave your seats, and the driver confirms the exact spot if traffic control has moved it. Your group heads straight to one familiar vehicle instead of scanning a curb full of strangers’ cars.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves? 🎊

Yes: a private SUV or Sprinter with your own chauffeur, reserved by the hour.

Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves on Monday, August 16, 2027, opens a home series between two National League East rivals at loanDepot park, the retractable-roof, air-conditioned ballpark in Little Havana. That cool interior is a welcome break from an August day in Miami, and the neighborhood around it gives the night real flavor. The crowd mirrors the city: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, Puerto Rican, and other Latin American families share the stands with longtime locals, newcomers, and a vocal group of visiting Braves fans. Whether you’re a Miami regular hosting friends from Atlanta or a traveler staying Downtown who wants a ballgame on the itinerary, the ride is built around your group. There’s no sign-up sheet, no assigned seat, and no fixed departure time. The car leaves when you’re ready, from the address you choose.

What is the atmosphere like when the Braves visit Miami?

Expect a lively, bilingual crowd with a real rivalry edge, because plenty of Atlanta fans make the trip south for this division matchup. Music, food stands, and the climate-controlled concourse keep the energy up even on a sticky summer day. It’s a relaxed, social ballgame, ideal for groups that want to turn the game into a full evening out.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game? 🍸

Yes. Add a dinner stop before or after the game without rebooking anything.

Because your booking covers the whole evening, the night can start well before the ballpark. Groups staying Downtown frequently begin with drinks along the waterfront at Bayside Marketplace, then cross the river into Brickell, where Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre pack restaurants and rooftop bars into a compact, walkable stretch. To match the ballpark’s neighborhood, Versailles on Southwest Eighth Street is the Little Havana institution for Cuban classics, and Ball & Chain keeps live music going nearby for a post-game nightcap. Your chauffeur loops between stops and waits outside each one, so nobody worries about parking, valet lines, or who’s driving home. These are ideas, not reservations. Book your own table, then send us the plan so the timing works around first pitch.

Is there time to eat in Little Havana right before the game?

Yes, as long as you build it into your timing. Little Havana surrounds the ballpark, so a quick stop for Cuban coffee and pastries or a sit-down meal along the neighborhood’s main strip fits naturally between Downtown and first pitch. Your driver drops you at the restaurant, waits, and then drives you the rest of the way to the ballpark.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.

That means no garage fee near the ballpark, no surprise tolls on the expressway, and no fuel charge added to your bill at the end of the night. The rate also covers the vehicle and the chauffeur’s time for every hour you book, whether the car is moving or parked while you watch the game. Only a few things can be added on top of the rate: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add beyond your reservation. Everything else, including the route, the detours, and a slow loop past the waterfront for photos, is part of the hours you reserve.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Your driver picks you up at any address in Downtown Miami you choose.

Most riders start from a hotel lobby, where the car pulls up at the front entrance and the group steps straight from the air-conditioned lobby into a cool cabin. Others leave from a condo tower along Biscayne Boulevard, an office near the Miami River, or a spot by the Adrienne Arsht Center or Museum Park after an afternoon of exploring. The meeting point is agreed in your WhatsApp thread when you book, so the driver knows exactly which entrance or driveway to use, and you can reach your chauffeur directly on the day. Coming out of a late meeting? Set the start time for when the call ends and walk straight to a waiting car. If friends are spread across two buildings, list both addresses in your plan and the driver collects everyone before heading west toward the game.

Which areas does the hourly service cover beyond Downtown Miami?

Our hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps the service unhurried, so we don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can we bring a pet on the ride to the game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Do you offer a private shuttle from Downtown Miami to the ballpark?

Yes. We provide a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone, never a seat sold to strangers or a fixed-schedule run. It picks everyone up together in Downtown Miami, follows your timing for the booked hours, and brings the same group home, so coworkers, families, or a fan club travel as one party with one chauffeur.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Downtown Miami Game-Day Chauffeur? 🎆

Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to lock in the car.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Downtown Miami you’d like to be picked up, and how you want the night to go: dinner first, straight to the ballpark, or a late stop on the way home. We’ll match the right vehicle, confirm availability for August 16, and send the payment link so the car and chauffeur are held for your group. If the first-pitch time is announced after you book, update the thread and we’ll adjust the pickup to fit it. Booking early holds your preferred vehicle for the Monday series opener and gives you one less thing to arrange while friends fly in from Atlanta or the group plans the pre-game. When everything looks right, reach out using the details below to set the evening.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
