Transfer from Bal Harbour to the Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Bal Harbour to Silvestre Dangond – El Baile de Todos on December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual chauffeur drives you north, waits through the 8:00 PM show, and brings everyone home. Dinner or a late stop fits into the same booking.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every concert-night booking covers a five-hour minimum block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the vehicle by the size of your group. A couple or a small circle of friends fits the SUV, while a birthday crew or two families heading north together moves up to a Sprinter. The rate covers that vehicle for the whole evening, so the Bal Harbour pickup, the drive to Hollywood, the hours during the show, and the ride home all fall inside the same booking. Dinner time is billed like any other hour, with nothing added while the car sits idle during your meal. The rate covers both the car and the chauffeur.

Which Facts Matter Most for Your Bal Harbour Concert Night? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block, and the night can run longer.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group from start to finish.
  • Your chauffeur speaks both English and Spanish throughout the evening.
  • The service runs 24/7, so a late encore never leaves anyone stranded.

Does a Late Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The amount depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan for this charge on concert night. For the SUV it is a single charge per journey, not per hour. For the Sprinter it is calculated on the journey value. We give you the exact figure when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, so the final total holds no surprises. Nothing else about the evening changes after dark: you keep the same car, the same chauffeur, and the same stops you planned.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for This Concert Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns concert night into one smooth, unhurried evening that belongs only to your group.

The vehicle is reserved for you alone, so the playlist, the pace, and the conversation are yours from the first pickup in Bal Harbour to the last goodnight. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a busy Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. One chauffeur handles the whole block, so the person who drops you off is the same person ready for you when the lights come up. That chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps groups who feel most at home chatting in Spanish on the way to the show. You can also message our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, with no waiting on hold. It is a premium service built around one occasion, and the better experience starts the moment the doors close and the evening begins.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.

Tolls between Bal Harbour and Hollywood are covered, and so is parking during the show, so you have no running tab to settle at the end of the night. The hotspot keeps phones connected on the drive north, which helps when someone needs to pull up tickets or share photos with friends who couldn’t come. If anyone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch break on the way, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop is easy to fit in and does not change the rate. There is room for the things concertgoers commonly carry, from a light jacket for later to a bag of merch on the way out. Tell us in advance if you are bringing something big. Two things can add to the total: the night surcharge above, and any hours you add past your booked block. Extra hours are billed, not free.

How Does Payment Work? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and any extra hours are settled once the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is where your booking starts, not a cap. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work? 🚐

You choose a vehicle for your group and reserve a five-hour block, and the chauffeur stays with you for all of it.

Start by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want to make. We match you with the right vehicle and confirm the evening. On the day, the driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive by cruise that day, you can head straight into the evening), Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact spot when you book. From there you decide the order, whether that’s dinner first, the concert, a nightcap, or a detour nobody planned. The car stays with your group between stops, so there is nothing to re-book and no waiting at the curb. If you want the night to run longer, keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no fare to renegotiate and nothing to pay on the spot.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Bal Harbour? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives the group north from Bal Harbour to Hollywood, where the theater stands on the grounds of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

The venue is in Broward County, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The drive takes you from the quiet oceanfront stretch of Collins Avenue to the bright casino resort in one continuous run. On an ordinary evening it is typically well under an hour. On a Saturday show night like December 5, allow closer to an hour, sometimes more, because concert and casino traffic use the same few roads into the resort. A local chauffeur knows these roads, watches the traffic as it builds, and changes the route while you relax in the back. Your group stays together, and nobody spends the ride looking up directions. If you are visiting, the drive also shows you how the beach towns, the bay, and the inland suburbs connect.

Which Roads Lead From Bal Harbour to the Seminole Hard Rock Grounds?

Your chauffeur typically heads west from Bal Harbour on 96th Street, along Kane Concourse and over the Broad Causeway, then takes I-95 north into Broward and turns west toward State Road 7. When the interstate is jammed, the usual alternative is Collins Avenue north through Sunny Isles Beach, then west on Hallandale Beach Boulevard.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour?

The driver can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour. That might be the motor court of an oceanfront hotel such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the lobby of a Collins Avenue condo, a private home, or Bal Harbour Shops after an afternoon there. You confirm the exact spot when you book, and the chauffeur meets you there.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop in Bal Harbour Before the Show? 🍸

Yes. Dinner in Bal Harbour fits inside the same booking, and your chauffeur waits while you eat.

Bal Harbour Shops is an easy place to start. Makoto serves Japanese food, and Carpaccio suits a long Italian meal in the open-air shopping center. Just south in Surfside, The Surf Club Restaurant at the Four Seasons works well for a polished pre-show dinner, especially for couples celebrating something. Groups who only want a drink can start at one of the oceanfront hotel bars along Collins Avenue and leave from there. Because the car is yours by the hour, nobody has to feed a parking meter or split into separate cars to make the timing work. Book your own table, give the chauffeur the restaurant name, and sit down early enough to finish without rushing. The drive north starts as soon as you pay the check. These are suggestions for your hours; we don’t make restaurant reservations for you.

Is There Time for a Late Stop After the Concert?

Yes. A late stop after the show is easy to add, because the car is still yours. Many groups head back toward Surfside or Bal Harbour for a quiet nightcap, while others want more dancing and ask for South Beach. Tell the chauffeur on the way out, and the route home will include the stop.

When Should You Leave Bal Harbour for the Show? 🏟️

Leave Bal Harbour well before the 8:00 PM start, so you have enough time to reach your seats before the first song.

On Saturday, December 5, 2026, concert crowds and regular casino-resort traffic will be on the same roads at the same time, and the last stretch near the venue slows down first. Plan to leave Bal Harbour early in the evening rather than close to showtime. Leave earlier still if you are fitting in dinner or picking up friends at a second address. Arriving a little early is no hardship, since the resort has restaurants and bars where your group can relax before the doors open. Your chauffeur will already know where to pick you up afterward. Share your seat details and any pre-show plans when you book, and we will suggest a departure time that fits. The goal is to walk into the theater relaxed, with the whole group together, rather than sit in a stalled lane while the opening song starts inside.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The chauffeur drops your group at the theater’s passenger drop-off point, as close to the venue as access allows on show night. Before you step out, you agree on a pickup spot for after the concert and exchange WhatsApp messages, so the driver knows when your group is heading out.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Drive Us Home?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole show, because your hourly booking keeps the car and chauffeur reserved for you the entire time. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message, walk out with the crowd, and find your car at the agreed spot instead of searching for a ride. From there it is a calm drive back to Bal Harbour.

Who Is Silvestre Dangond, and What Is El Baile de Todos? 🎊

Silvestre Dangond is a Latin Grammy–winning Colombian singer, and El Baile de Todos is his December 2026 US tour.

His music comes from the accordion-led sound of Colombia’s Caribbean coast, mixed with pop energy that turns his shows into dance parties, just as the tour name suggests. The South Florida show is at Hard Rock Live, the large indoor theater at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, and it starts at 8:00 PM. Expect a crowd that sings every word: families from the area’s large Colombian community, friends who have followed him for years, and couples making a date of it. People dress up, arrive in groups, and stay late, which is why one car for the whole party makes sense. Check the venue page for door times and the latest show details before you choose a departure time.

How Big Is the Indoor Theater in Hollywood?

It is one of South Florida’s main headline venues: a large indoor theater built for arena-level acts, with a more intimate feel than a stadium. On a big night the lobby and the surrounding resort fill up quickly, and getting out after the show takes a while, so it pays to plan your ride before the night starts.

Is the Hollywood Show His Only South Florida Date on This Tour?

Yes. On the El Baile de Todos tour, the December 5 show in Hollywood is the only South Florida date, and the other stops are in cities elsewhere in the country. That makes this Saturday the night both local fans and visitors are planning around, so it is worth booking your car early.

Can We Book the Same Driver for Other Shows in Hollywood, FL?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for other headline shows at the Seminole Hard Rock resort throughout the year. You book it the same way, by sending your group size and the show date. The resort’s events calendar lists upcoming shows, and you can check availability on WhatsApp for any date.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by group size, starting with the SUV for couples and small groups.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so everyone from dinner can ride north together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, suited to large families and big birthday groups.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin for a special occasion. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is private, so the whole cabin belongs to your group. If your group size changes between booking and show night, message us and we will confirm whether you need a bigger vehicle. Larger groups benefit most, because everyone arrives, sits, and leaves together.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to the Silvestre Dangond Show? 🎆

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour is a comfortable way to get from Bal Harbour to the show and home again afterward.

People who search for a private shuttle to the concert commonly want one thing: to ride together without anyone having to drive. We provide a private van or SUV that carries only your group, with no strangers and no fixed timetable. The vehicle leaves Bal Harbour when you are ready, not on a set schedule, and heads home when your group decides the night is over. Nobody has to be the designated driver, look for a parking space, or organize three separate cars after the encore. The questions below cover the details people ask about most before booking: where the service goes, whether a pet can come along, and what happens if you book less than a day ahead.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Bal Harbour?

The hourly chauffeur covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. It is an on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t run to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along on the Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

You can still book. Once the time is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. Because the notice is so short, the date and time stay fixed and the booking goes ahead as agreed; we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Booking takes one WhatsApp message. Send your group size, your Bal Harbour pickup spot, a rough start time, and any dinner or after-show stops, and we will check availability and confirm your vehicle for December 5.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
