Transfer to Watsco Center for El Gran Combo

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Miami to El Gran Combo at Watsco Center on Friday, November 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one premium vehicle stay with you from the first pickup to the late ride home after the 7:00 PM show, and your rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost Per Hour in Miami? 🚙

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is charged per vehicle, never per seat, so the whole party rides on one bill no matter how many cousins, coworkers, or dance partners climb aboard. Choose the tier by headcount first and by the mood of the night second. A compact group fits comfortably in the SUV. A bigger crowd stays together in one Sprinter cabin, so nobody gets split across cars. The Platinum tier dresses up an anniversary or a milestone birthday. The only time-based add-on is the evening surcharge explained further down this page, and it is confirmed with your booking so the full picture is clear before you pay anything.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night runs on your schedule.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then send us the pickup spot, a rough start time, and any stops you desire before or after the concert. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: your home, a hotel lobby, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that day and you desire to head straight to the show. We agree on the exact spot when you book. From there, you set the order of the night, whether that’s a dinner reservation, a detour to collect a friend, the arena, or the late ride home. The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and that block belongs to your group alone. If the night runs long, every hour after the first five is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. You never renegotiate the fare, and those extra hours are settled after the night ends.

Can You Add or Drop a Stop During the Night?

Yes. The plan stays open once the night starts. Tell the driver you want to stop at a bakery for a birthday cake, pick up a friend coming off a late shift, or skip the pre-show drink you planned, and the route changes on the spot. Your rate doesn’t change. The only thing that matters is the clock.

Why Book Our Bilingual Chauffeur for a Salsa Night Out? 🕴️

You get a premium service built around one private vehicle and one dedicated driver.

The car is reserved for your party alone and never shared, so the cabin stays yours from the first pickup to the last stop. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so grandparents, kids, and out-of-town relatives can talk with the driver in whichever language feels natural. The hourly rate is locked when you book. A busy holiday-weekend Friday brings no surge, and traffic or weather doesn’t change the price. All night you deal with one familiar person instead of a series of strangers, and that same driver stays with your group through the concert instead of leaving after the drop-off. Questions before or during the night go straight to our team on WhatsApp, and a real person answers. The result is a better experience: you dress up, sing every chorus, and let someone else drive every mile while the car stays ready for whatever comes next.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🎭

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Bookings are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Bookings and confirmations happen directly with our team over WhatsApp.

What Payment Methods Work for an Hourly Booking? 🥂

Payment is simple, and nothing about it will surprise you on concert night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is the starting point, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Show Runs Late? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry an evening add-on that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Most groups going to this show should expect the surcharge. SUV riders pay one fixed add-on for the trip, and Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the trip value. We confirm the amount with your booking, so you know the total before you pay, and no new charge appears when the car drops you at your door at the end of the night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by headcount. All four tiers are private and come with a chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. A sleek, roomy choice for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers. Ideal for a big family outing or an office celebration.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats up to 5 passengers in a luxury full-size SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Pick the tier that leaves a little breathing room, especially if the group is dressed for dancing and wants space to stretch out on the ride home. If you’re bringing something big, like a stack of fan signs or a garment bag for a quick outfit change, tell us in advance so the right vehicle shows up.

Which Vehicle Feels Most Like a Luxury Car Service?

The Platinum SUV is our luxury tier. It’s a full-size premium SUV with a polished cabin and a chauffeur who opens the night at your door. Couples marking an anniversary, a parent celebrating a big birthday, or friends who want the concert to feel like an occasion usually choose it for an arena show.

When Is El Gran Combo Playing Watsco Center in 2026? 🎤

El Gran Combo plays Watsco Center on Friday, November 27, 2026, with the show set for 7:00 PM.

The concert falls on the Friday after Thanksgiving, which turns an arena show into a family occasion: relatives in town for the holiday, friends who grew up with these records, and couples who still dance to them in the kitchen. The Puerto Rican orchestra is widely called the University of Salsa. Its shows are classic big-band salsa, with brass up front, tight vocal harmonies, and a songbook of dance-floor standards that brings whole rows to their feet. The arena is on the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables, an indoor room where you can still see every horn player. Check the official El Gran Combo event listing for ticket and entry details before you go, and plan your hours around the music instead of the parking.

Who Turns Out for a Puerto Rican Salsa Night in Miami?

Expect a crowd from several generations: Puerto Rican families, longtime salsa fans from every corner of Miami, and younger dancers who learned these songs at family parties. Many people dress up, and groups often arrive together after dinner. That’s why one private vehicle works better than several cars circling the campus for parking.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group from the Miami pickup straight to the arena and handles the ride home.

Coral Gables traffic gets heavier on a concert evening, especially around the campus, and a holiday-weekend Friday adds dinner crowds all over Miami. A chauffeur removes the two hardest parts of the night: finding a parking space and finding the car again in the dark. Your driver knows the approach roads, works around any closures the venue or the city announces, and brings the group as close to the venue as access allows. While you’re inside, the car stays neighboring with your jackets and anything you’d rather not carry. When the lights come up, one WhatsApp message brings the driver back to the agreed pickup point, and the whole group rides home together. Nobody gets split up, and nobody has to stay sober as the designated driver and sit out the dancing.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for El Gran Combo?

Leave well before the 7:00 PM start, and earlier than you would on a regular weeknight. Holiday-weekend traffic, campus congestion, and the line at the entrance all take time. Arriving early lets you find your seats and settle in before the first horn line. Your driver can suggest a pickup time based on your neighborhood.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Watsco Center?

The driver takes you to the drop-off point closest to the main entrance, as near as access allows on event night. Campus traffic plans can move the exact curb, so your chauffeur confirms it when you arrive and agrees on the matching pickup spot before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole concert, because the car is reserved for your group for the entire block. You don’t need to book a separate ride home or wait at a crowded curb afterward. Send a WhatsApp message during the encore, and your driver will be ready when you step outside.

Where Can You Eat Before the Show Near Coral Gables? 🍸

Coral Gables, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and Brickell all make easy dinner stops before the concert.

Miracle Mile and the streets around it in Coral Gables have sit-down restaurants close to campus, which works well when the group wants a relaxed meal without a long ride afterward. If you desire the whole night to center on the music, Little Havana’s main strip offers Cuban food, coffee windows, and live music spilling onto the sidewalk. Coconut Grove suits a leisurely dinner under the banyan trees near the bay, and Brickell is convenient for friends meeting after work downtown. The same car moves between stops and waits outside, so you can eat, take photos on the street, and get back in without anyone circling for parking. These are ideas for your hours, not reservations we make. You choose the spot, and your driver plans the route around it.

Can the Night Continue at a Salsa Club After the Concert?

It can, as long as your hours allow. Plenty of fans want one more dance after the encore, and Little Havana keeps live salsa going late on weekend nights. Tell your driver where you want to go and the car will head there instead of home. You get the same vehicle and the same chauffeur for the rest of the night.

What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time.

That means no parking fee at the arena, no toll receipts to split on the way home, and no fuel stop on your tab. Your chauffeur’s waiting time is part of the block too, whether the car is parked near campus or outside a restaurant during dinner. A few charges can apply on top of the rate, and we spell each one out before your date is set. They are the evening surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you decide to add once the night is underway. We confirm all of these with your booking, so you know the total before your payment goes in. That way the end of the night is just a ride home.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Driver Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local: Miami and neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This hourly service doesn’t travel out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying local is what makes the service work: a chauffeur on call around the city can move between your home, the restaurant, the arena, and a late stop without long stretches on the highway. For a salsa concert in Coral Gables, that means your evening is spent with family and music instead of on the road. If your group is staying in South Beach or flying in from out of town, the driver meets you at your hotel and the evening runs entirely within the neighborhoods listed here.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to El Gran Combo? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour is the most direct way to get your group to the concert and back.

Driving yourself to an arena concert means someone stays sober all night, someone searches for parking on a busy campus, and a large family usually ends up split across two or three cars, each arriving at a different time. A private hourly booking replaces all of that with one vehicle that leaves when your group is ready and stays with you for the whole evening. You can start with dinner, add a photo stop, and end with a late visit to a dessert spot without coordinating a single extra ride. It’s especially useful on a holiday weekend, when visiting relatives don’t know Miami roads and nobody wants to explain directions over the phone at night. The answers below cover the questions people ask most often before they book a ride to this show.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to Watsco Center?

Yes. It comes as a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. Nobody else boards, there is no fixed timetable, and the Sprinter leaves when your group is ready. It’s the simplest way to bring a large family or a group of friends to the concert together and home together afterward.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and that’s how many groups plan the night. Start your hours at the restaurant pickup so dinner, the drive to the arena, the concert itself, and the ride home all fall inside one block. You get one booking, one driver, and one vehicle from the appetizers to the encore.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can a Booking Made Within 24 Hours Be Moved to Another Date?

Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Salsa Night Ride? 🎆

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and your planned stops to check availability.

The holiday-weekend Friday tends to fill early, because families plan the concert around Thanksgiving visits and friends book their dinner tables weeks ahead. The sooner you confirm your booking, the easier it is to hold the vehicle tier that fits your group. Tell us where the night starts, whether a restaurant or a late stop is on the list, and whether anyone is arriving that day by plane or ship. We’ll reply with the vehicle, the hours, and any evening surcharge, so you can approve everything in one conversation. Once your payment is in, your date is set and your chauffeur is assigned. On concert night, all you need to do is get dressed, step outside, and enjoy the music.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
