Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Surfside, gets you through downtown traffic before the 7:30 PM tip-off, and has the same car ready for the ride home.
Prices are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking runs at least five hours.
Pick your vehicle based on how many people are coming and how you want to reach downtown. Couples and small families usually take the Black SUV XL. A group of friends or coworkers has more room in a Sprinter. If you want a dressier night out, choose the Platinum SUV. With a 7:30 PM tip-off, most Surfside groups plan their hours around an early dinner near home in Surfside or Bal Harbour, the drive south to Downtown Miami, the whole game, and the ride back up the beach. That fills the minimum without much idle time. The prices above cover the car and chauffeur for each hour you book. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the easiest way to get from Surfside to this Heat game. The Heat host the Raptors on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the team’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
It’s a regular-season Eastern Conference game, but Heat home games draw a loud, bilingual crowd that looks a lot like Miami itself. You’ll see Cuban-American families, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans in matching jerseys, coworkers coming straight from the office, and visitors from the beach hotels out for an NBA night. It’s a weeknight, so the drive south runs into the evening commute, and the streets around the arena fill up speedy as fans reach. With your own car and driver, nobody in the group has to drive, look for a parking garage, or split up into separate cars. You leave Surfside together and reach together.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside you give us when you book. That could be the lobby of a Collins Avenue hotel like The Surf Club or Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, the front drive of an oceanfront condo, or a quiet street west of Harding Avenue. Send us the exact spot on WhatsApp and the car will be there.
Drivers usually go south on Collins Avenue and then cross Biscayne Bay on one of the causeways. The most common route runs down Collins and across the Julia Tuttle Causeway, then onto I-95 or Biscayne Boulevard into downtown.
If traffic on the beach side is light, the driver may stay on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach to the MacArthur Causeway, which ends close to the arena. If Collins is backed up, another option is west along the Kane Concourse through Bay Harbor Islands, over the Broad Causeway, and then south on Biscayne Boulevard. Your chauffeur checks traffic before pickup and again along the way, and changes routes as needed without you having to ask. On a Tuesday evening the drive usually takes longer than the same trip at midday, because commuters fill the causeways and I-95 right up to tip-off.
Leave Surfside with plenty of extra time, well before tip-off. Weeknight commuters and arriving fans back up the causeways and Biscayne Boulevard as game time gets close. Many groups head out right after an early dinner. That gives them time to find their seats, get food inside, and watch warm-ups without worrying about the clock.
Your driver drops the group off as close to the arena as access allows on game night. The streets around Biscayne Boulevard get crowded as fans reach, and which lanes are open can change during the evening. The chauffeur picks the drop-off point based on what the street looks like when you get there, usually a short walk from the entrance.
Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the bay, which makes it an easy meeting point if anyone in the group gets separated. Beating the pre-game traffic matters more than which route you take. The closer you reach to 7:30 PM, the slower the last stretch gets, so arriving earlier keeps the evening relaxed. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a pickup spot and swap WhatsApp contacts, so everyone knows exactly where the car will be after the game. That swift chat at drop-off makes the ride home much easier.
Yes. Waiting through the game is what an hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the car from tip-off to the final buzzer, including halftime. You don’t have to request a new ride or pay a new fare, and you don’t have to wonder whether you’ll find a ride when the crowd leaves.
Send a quick WhatsApp message as you walk to the exit, and your chauffeur will bring the car to the pickup spot you agreed on at drop-off. Downtown traffic moves slowly for a while after the game, so the driver may suggest a meeting point a short walk from the crowd, where the car can pull up easily and head north to Surfside.
Surfside and Bal Harbour next door have good spots for dinner before the game, close to your pickup. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small downtown strip, is the casual option: Josh’s Deli for a filling early meal or Café Ragazzi for neighborhood Italian before the drive.
For something dressier, Le Sirenuse Miami at The Surf Club is an elegant Italian dining room. A short ride north, Bal Harbour Shops has well-known restaurants like Makoto and Carpaccio among its boutiques. Groups celebrating a birthday or a first Heat game often go the dressier route and make dinner part of the night. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so dessert doesn’t eat into your departure time, and the car is ready as soon as you pay the check. These are just ideas for your evening. Reserve tables directly with each restaurant and send us the address when you book, so the driver can plan around it.
Yes. Some groups head south early and eat closer to the arena. Brickell, just across the Miami River, has lots of restaurants and rooftop bars within walking distance of each other, and Little Havana, to the west, is known for classic Cuban dinners. The chauffeur drops you at dinner, waits, then drives you the rest of the way to the arena.
You pay the full fare when you book to hold the date.
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Rides outside those hours add a per-trip charge that depends on the vehicle:
It won’t come as a surprise: the amount matches the list above, it’s included in the total we confirm when you book on WhatsApp, and the hourly rate itself doesn’t change. With a Tuesday night game it’s hard to fit the whole evening into daytime hours, so most groups just plan for it. For groups in a Sprinter, the charge is a percentage of the trip value rather than a fixed amount, so it scales with the size of the booking.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate. Those are usually the costs that make a night at a downtown arena expensive. Here, the causeway tolls on the way south, the fuel for every stop, and the car’s downtown parking during the game are all covered.
There’s room in every vehicle for jerseys, homemade signs, and any merch you buy at the arena, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Two things aren’t covered by the rate: the night surcharge described above, which applies to late finishes, and any extra hours you add during the evening. Everything else, from pickup in Surfside to drop-off back home, is part of the price you see when you book.
A reserved car and driver make a crowded weeknight game feel like a premium service. The vehicle is booked for your group only and never shared, so the whole evening runs on your schedule, from Surfside to downtown and back.
Your bilingual chauffeur can switch languages easily, which helps when grandparents, parents, and kids ride together. The hourly rate is locked in when you book, and there’s no surge pricing when the whole arena leaves at once and ride demand across the city jumps. One driver handles the entire night, knows your plans, and already knows where you’ll be standing when the game ends. You can reach that driver directly on WhatsApp, and you can reach us the same way, so a new dinner plan or an extra stop just takes a swift message. Privacy, the same driver all night, and easy contact are what make this a better experience than arranging every leg of the night yourself.
We have four private vehicle types for different group sizes, starting with the Black SUV XL.
If you’re not sure which vehicle fits, send us your final headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll pick one that fits your group comfortably. Every vehicle is private, so a Sprinter booked for your group never picks up anyone else. On a Heat night, one Sprinter also keeps a big group together from dinner to the arena and back, which is much easier than coordinating several cars through downtown traffic.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours, and you plan the evening however you like. Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group.
Every booking starts with a five-hour block, which covers dinner, the drive, the game, and the ride home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach by cruise that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a private home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. After that, the plan is up to you: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer over dessert. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the first five is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and it’s settled after the night is over. If the game goes to overtime or you want a drink afterward, you won’t have to scramble for a ride.
Yes. Our private chauffeur takes you from Surfside to this game and back, booked by the hour. It works well for visitors staying at a Collins Avenue hotel without a car, Surfside residents who’d rather not drive downtown on a weeknight, and groups with a mix of both.
Every booking is private. The car carries only the people you bring, starting at the address you give us and ending wherever you want the night to end, whether that’s your building in Surfside, a friend’s place in Bal Harbour, or a late dinner in Brickell. Heat home games are popular, so many fans book the ride soon after buying their tickets, which also gives them time to confirm the headcount and the right vehicle. The questions below cover what Surfside fans ask most before they book: private vs. shared, how far the service goes and last-minute bookings.
No, every vehicle we run is private. A Sprinter booked for your group carries only your group, from the first pickup in Surfside to the last drop-off of the night. If you’re looking for a private shuttle to the arena, that’s what you get here: a private van and chauffeur just for your group, with no fixed schedule and no strangers on board.
Yes, the hourly service stays local and on call around the city. Your chauffeur covers Miami, Surfside, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It isn’t set up for longer trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach; it stays close to the city.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Send us a WhatsApp message with a few details before the day, and we’ll tell you how it would work with your vehicle and plans.
Last-minute bookings are welcome. Once the date and time are agreed within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held for you. Since a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund at that point, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.
Yes. The arena’s All-Access Tour can be a stop on your hourly booking on the day you’ve scheduled it, as long as you book the tour directly with the arena. We provide the private car and chauffeur, not tour tickets. You can pair it with lunch in Brickell or the murals in Wynwood, and the same driver takes you between stops all day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking. The more you tell us up front, the easier the night goes: how many people are coming, your Surfside address or hotel for pickup, roughly when you’d like to leave, the restaurant you have in mind, and any plans after the game.
We’ll check availability for Tuesday, March 2, 2027, match a vehicle to your headcount, and go over the total for your hours, including the night surcharge if it applies. Once we receive the payment, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your evening. If your plans change before game week, send us a message and we’ll adjust the stops together. You can reach us directly at the email or phone number below. Then all your group has to worry about on game night is the Heat.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
