Transfer from Miami Beach to Arcangel at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Arcangel at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger premium vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The concert starts at 8:00 PM. One bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Miami Beach and stays with your group until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly price, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Couples and small groups of friends commonly book the Black SUV XL for this concert. Bigger groups staying together in South Beach often take a Sprinter so they can ride as one group instead of splitting into separate cars. Groups who desire a more polished arrival at the arena often pick the Platinum SUV. You pay per vehicle, not per passenger, so a full Sprinter split among friends can be good value for a large night out. One other charge can apply on a concert evening: the after-hours surcharge explained further down this page.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

Your chauffeur covers the journey across the causeway, parking downtown, and the drive back to Miami Beach, with nothing extra for gas or tolls. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is useful for pulling up digital tickets or sharing video from dinner before the show. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a stretch partway through the booking, just ask the driver. A short comfort stop does not change the rate. Two things can add to the total. The first is the after-hours surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, which covers most rides home after a concert. Both extras are listed on this page, so you can plan the full cost of the night before you pay.

What Is Arcangel at Kaseya Center on October 11, 2026? 🎤

Arcangel plays a main reggaeton and Latin trap concert in Downtown Miami on Sunday, October 11, 2026.

This tour celebrates his long career, from the early hits longtime fans grew up with to the Latin trap tracks that younger fans know by heart. The show starts at 8:00 PM at the waterfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard, next to Bayside Marketplace. Check the official Arcangel event page for the latest ticket and entry details before you go. For riders coming from Miami Beach, the concert is a whole evening, not just one drive. You obtain ready at the hotel, have dinner with friends, see the show, and take a late ride back across the bay. An hourly booking is built for that kind of night. Your chauffeur keeps the evening on track so the group can enjoy it instead of watching the clock or checking a parking app. Anticipate a loud, joyful Sunday night with dancing, dramatic lighting, and a whole arena singing along.

What Is the Crowd and Dress Code Like at an Arcangel Show?

There is no official dress code or fan color, although the tour artwork uses black and white. Expect black graphic tees, artist merch, denim, sneakers, caps, and chains, and some fans wear glittery, dressed-up outfits. Most of the crowd are Latino reggaeton fans, from young adults to longtime listeners in their thirties and forties who grew up with his early records.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach? 🚙

Most rides from Miami Beach cross the bay into downtown on the MacArthur Causeway.

From South Beach, the MacArthur Causeway, which carries I-395, is the usual route. It comes off the bay close to Biscayne Boulevard and the arena. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, your chauffeur may take the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) and then head south on Biscayne Boulevard or I-95. The Venetian Causeway is a quieter choice when traffic allows. On a quiet evening the journey across the bay is typically short. On a Sunday concert night, downtown event traffic fills the roads near the arena, so permit a generous buffer rather than timing it to the minute. Your driver watches traffic as the evening goes and takes whichever crossing is moving top. That is much easier than following a map app and then circling for a garage space. Your group can relax in the back and keep the pre-show energy going.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach?

Your driver can pick you up at any address in Miami Beach. That includes a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo near South Pointe, a rental home in Mid-Beach, or a residence in North Beach. We agree on the exact spot when you book, so the car is at your door when everyone is dressed and ready, not somewhere down the block.

Is the Arena in Downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale?

Kaseya Center is in Downtown Miami, on Biscayne Boulevard facing Biscayne Bay. It is not in Fort Lauderdale, and it is the home arena of the Miami Heat. Online ticket searches sometimes mix up South Florida venues, so check the city on your tickets. From Miami Beach, the downtown location means a simple drive across the bay.

How Does Event Night Work From Miami Beach to the Arena? 🏟️

One chauffeur handles pickup, the drop-off before the show, the wait, and the ride home.

A typical concert night goes like this. Your driver picks you up at your Miami Beach hotel or home, you have a relaxed dinner, and then you cross the bay together. The driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows. During the show, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle neighboring and keeps their phone on. When the last encore ends, send the driver a WhatsApp message, meet at the spot you agreed on, and ride home while the crowd outside is still looking for their cars. The same driver handles every part of the night, so jackets, merch bags, and anything else you leave in the car are there when you get back. If the group wants a late bite in Brickell or a nightcap back on South Beach after the show, just tell the driver. The night continues on the same booking.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave well before 8:00 PM so you arrive while doors are open and entry lines are still moving. Traffic near the arena builds on concert nights, so allow a generous buffer on top of a normal crossing. The easiest way to manage timing is to start with an early dinner in Miami Beach and go straight from the table to the car.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver drops your group along Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the entrance as event-night traffic control allows. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup spot for after the show. That way nobody has to guess where the car will be when thousands of fans leave the arena at the same time.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your driver stays with the vehicle for the whole booked block and waits nearby for the entire concert instead of leaving and coming back later. The driver keeps WhatsApp open during the show. If someone wants to leave early or needs something from the car, send one message and the vehicle is on its way.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Miami Beach Before the Concert? 🍸

Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, and South of Fifth are well-known Miami Beach areas for dinner before a show.

The pedestrian promenade on Lincoln Road is lined with restaurants and sidewalk tables, which suits a group that wants to take its time before the concert. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of South Beach, is a quieter neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. South of Fifth, near South Pointe Park, works well for a dressier dinner with an ocean breeze. Ocean Drive is a lively place for a first round and photos in front of the Art Deco hotels. If you would rather eat closer to the venue, the driver can cross the bay first and stop at Bayside Marketplace, next to the arena, or in Brickell. Wherever you eat, your chauffeur waits, so you never have to deal with valet tickets or look for a ride between the restaurant and the show. We are happy to suggest places, but you make the restaurant reservations.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and that is the most popular way to spend the block on a concert night. The driver picks you up for dinner in Miami Beach, takes you downtown for the show, and brings everyone home, all on one booking with the same car. If dinner runs long, the chauffeur simply waits, and the group still arrives together before the show.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself to the Show? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes concert night one seamless, premium service from pickup to the ride home.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared. One dedicated bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so there is no surge on a busy concert night and no change for traffic or weather. Nobody has to be the designated driver, pay for a downtown garage, or search a dark parking lot for the car late at night. You arrange everything by WhatsApp, so changing the dinner spot or adding a late stop takes one message. In practice, better service means the same familiar face for every part of the night, a clean premium vehicle, and a driver who stays close through the show. For a night built around an artist your friends have loved for years, that better experience matters. Everyone arrives together, looks sharp, and leaves singing.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Miami Beach? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everyone from couples to large groups going to the show.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and is the usual choice for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger group: seats 10 to 14 passengers, which suits a birthday group or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every vehicle type comes with the same chauffeur arrangement. Only the cabin size and finish change. Select by headcount first and style second. Five friends in matching black tees fit effortlessly in the SUV XL, and seven friends celebrating a birthday can stay together in a Sprinter instead of splitting up. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large, like a large banner or a bag full of merch, so we can match the vehicle to it.

How Does Hourly Chauffeur Booking Work for a Concert Night? 📋

You select a vehicle, reserve a five-hour block, and decide every stop yourself.

Send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp, and we confirm the vehicle and the pickup. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. If you reach on a cruise that day, you can go straight from the terminal to the event. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. The chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block and waits at every stop, including the venue. Your plans are never locked in. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner. After the first five hours, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra hours after the night is over. Keep the car for as long as the celebration lasts.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept for the Booking? 🥂

You pay the full fare to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: the booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🎆

Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window have a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. On the SUV tiers, the surcharge is a single amount per journey, not per hour. On the Sprinter, it is a percentage of the journey value. When you share your pickup time, we confirm how the surcharge applies to your evening, so you know the full cost before you pay. Nothing about the service changes after dark. It is the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same stops you planned, all the way back to your Miami Beach door.

Which Hourly Service Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 🌆

  • Every reservation runs for at least five hours with the same chauffeur.
  • One private vehicle stays with your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, including late Sunday nights after arena concerts.
  • You choose the stops and their order, and nothing on the route is fixed.
  • Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp with your group size, start time, and stops.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Arcangel? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeured vehicle from Miami Beach to the concert is exactly what we offer.

If you are searching for a private shuttle from Miami Beach to the arena, what you are really looking for is a way to obtain the whole group there without anyone driving. Our answer is a private van or SUV reserved only for you. There are no shared seats, no fixed departure times, and no strangers on board. You select the pickup and the pace. It works well for friends staying at the same South Beach hotel, families bringing teenagers to their first reggaeton show, and couples making a date night of it. One booking can feature a photo stop on Ocean Drive, dinner on Lincoln Road, the concert, and a late-night bite afterward. The questions below cover what riders from Miami Beach commonly ask before they confirm, from how far the service travels to what happens with bookings made at the last minute.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami or Travel Farther?

It stays local, which keeps it on call and unhurried. The service covers Miami Beach, Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Change a Booking Made Within the Final 24 Hours?

If your ride is within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already reserved for your group. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Where Do We Find Parking and Box Office Information for the Arena?

With a chauffeur, you don’t need to think about parking, because the driver handles the vehicle while you are inside. For box office hours, ticket questions, and venue rules on bags and entry, check the arena’s official website. We recommend looking at it in the week before the concert.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
