Transfer from Coral Gables to Chacal at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Chacal at Watsco Center on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Coral Gables, stays through the Cubatonazo show, and drives everyone home. There’s no parking to find and no surge pricing.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables to Chacal Cost? 🍾

Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and every reservation is for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the vehicle that fits your group, and that hourly rate covers the whole evening, from the first pickup in Coral Gables to the last stop back home. A couple or a few friends commonly ride in the Black SUV XL. An extended family or a group of coworkers going to the show together will want a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The Platinum SUV gives a more polished cabin for a birthday or an anniversary night. Multiply your vehicle’s hourly rate by the number of hours you plan to keep the car, and you know the cost before anyone leaves the house. The only other charge that can appear is the night surcharge explained further down.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Cubatonazo Night? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved for your group makes concert night peaceful and simple, with premium service from start to finish.

Your car is never shared and never sent off to other rides. One bilingual chauffeur is yours for the whole booking, so the person who greets you in Coral Gables stays through the show and drives you home. The flat hourly rate is set when you book, so a sold-out arena, a sudden downpour, or slow traffic around campus never changes the price. You can message your driver directly on WhatsApp all night, which makes it simple to find each other when everyone’s phones are full of concert videos. Nobody in the group has to be the designated driver, circle for parking, or leave before the last act to beat traffic. That is what a premium service feels like on a large night: fewer things to manage and a better experience from the first song to your front door.

What Payment Methods Reserve Your Concert Car? 📋

Payment comes down to three simple points, from the full fare at booking to any hours you add late in the night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. The fare is never renegotiated, and the extra hours are paid after the night is over.

Who Is Playing With Chacal at Watsco Center on November 14, 2026? 🎤

Chacal is part of a multi-artist Cubatonazo anniversary lineup on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Cubatonazo is South Florida’s yearly celebration of Cuban urban music. It’s an arena festival presented by Miami Latin radio that mixes reggaeton with Cuban rhythms and Latin pop. This anniversary edition puts Chacal on the same lineup as Jacob Forever, Leoni Torres, Lenier, Dale Pututi, and Nesty. The night moves from Cuban reggaeton dance hits to Leoni Torres’s romantic ballads. Chacal is known well beyond Miami as a co-writer and featured singer on a chart-topping song with Pitbull and Yandel. Most of the crowd comes from Miami’s Cuban and Cuban-American community: families, old friends, and many newer arrivals who grew up with these songs. Plenty of groups treat the evening as a reunion. The show is at the Watsco Center, the University of Miami’s arena in Coral Gables, so it’s very close by for anyone staying in the city.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Coral Gables on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes a short local route across Coral Gables to the arena’s drop-off point.

The arena is on the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables, so the drive is commonly short and local. On event night, the crowd slows things down more than the distance does. Fans head for the same few campus streets before the first act, the curbs fill with pickups, and nearby parking fills up early. Your chauffeur handles all of that. They time the departure, pick the clearest way in, and drop the group off while everyone finishes getting ready in the back seat. When the lights come up, nobody has to find a car in a dark garage or stand at a crowded curb hoping to get a ride. The sections below cover each part of the evening: when to leave, the route, the drop-off, and the wait.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Chacal?

Leave plenty of extra time, even though the drive is short. Event-night traffic near campus usually builds quickly once fans start arriving, and security screening and finding your seats take longer than most people expect. Tell your driver the time on your ticket, and they will suggest a departure time that gets you there without rushing.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Through Coral Gables?

Most routes use Ponce de Leon Boulevard or US-1 (South Dixie Highway), with San Amaro Drive for the last stretch near campus, depending on where you start. Your driver checks live traffic and picks whichever road is moving best that evening. If one road backs up, they take a quieter street instead, and you won’t have to think about it.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your driver gets you as close to the venue as access allows, usually at the drop-off point nearest the entrance the arena uses that night. Campus access rules can change for big shows, so the driver follows staff directions and confirms the exact meeting spot on WhatsApp before you get out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Drive Everyone Home?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of an hourly booking. The driver stays nearby for the entire concert, keeps the car ready, and sends you the pickup spot on WhatsApp as the show winds down. The group walks out, gets in, and heads home or out for a late bite without searching for a ride.

Where Can You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Concert? 🍸

Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza have plenty of simple pre-show dinner options near campus.

Miracle Mile runs through downtown Coral Gables and is lined with restaurants, cafés, and lounges that suit a relaxed meal before a large night. Giralda Plaza, a pedestrian-only street just off Miracle Mile, fills up on weekend evenings with outdoor tables and groups meeting up. For a celebration dinner, the historic Biltmore Hotel sets a grand tone with its tower and courtyards. The Shops at Merrick Park have several sit-down restaurants in one place. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car waits outside while everyone eats and then heads to the arena when you’re done. There are no valet tickets, no splitting into separate cars, and no one watching the clock for parking. Some groups start with an afternoon coffee in nearby Coconut Grove and then move on to dinner on Miracle Mile. These are just ideas for your booked hours; you create your own restaurant reservations.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking covers the whole evening: pickup at your home or hotel, dinner on Miracle Mile or at Merrick Park, the concert, and the ride back. You choose the stops, so adding a dessert run or a late drink after the show just uses more time on the same booking. There’s never a separate fare.

Can We Stop in Little Havana Before or After the Show?

Yes. Many Cubatonazo fans like to start or end the night in Little Havana along Southwest Eighth Street. Versailles Restaurant has served classic Cuban food there for generations, and Ball & Chain has live Latin music late into the night. Your driver takes you there and back on the same booking, so the group can celebrate without anyone having to drive.

Is There a Night Surcharge for Rides After the Concert? 🎆

Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and have no surcharge. Any journey outside that window has the surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, it’s one fixed amount added per journey. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value. Either way, it’s shown in your confirmation before you pay and is never a surprise at the end of the night. The hourly rate itself stays the same no matter how late the night goes. Your WhatsApp confirmation explains exactly how the surcharge applies to your vehicle and schedule, so you know the full cost before the evening starts.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You choose the vehicle, plan the stops, and keep the same driver for your whole booking.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the places you want to go: a hotel lobby, a friend’s house, dinner, the concert, a late stop on the way home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a Coral Gables hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you get off a ship that day and want to go straight into the evening. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. From the first stop on, the car is for your group alone. You decide the order, the pace, and how long you stay at each stop, and you can change plans as you go by adding a stop, skipping one, or staying longer. Every booking starts with a five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you the whole time.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes. Just tell the driver. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, and the fare is never renegotiated. You can stay for the last song, grab a late Cuban sandwich, or drop friends off across town. You pay for the extra time after the night ends, not on the spot.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

Your driver’s parking near the arena, any tolls on the way, and all fuel are covered, so none of them show up as extra charges. You can ask for a quick comfort stop during the booking (restroom, snack, or a stretch), and it doesn’t change the rate. If the group is bringing signs, merch, or a change of clothes for later, there’s room for it; just tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large. Apart from the hours you book, the only charge that can apply is the night surcharge described above, and your confirmation lists it up front. Nothing else is added when the evening ends, no matter how many stops you create.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

We have four private vehicle options for any group size, from a couple to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, small families, and a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, for larger families or groups of friends who want to arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday party or work group can ride together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury SUV for a celebration night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur. We never hand over the keys. When people search for a private shuttle to the concert, this is commonly what they mean: one vehicle, one driver, one group, with stops you choose. If you can’t decide between two options, send us your group size and plans and we’ll suggest the one that fits best.

Is There a Private Van From Coral Gables to the Concert for a Big Group?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes the whole group from Coral Gables in one vehicle, so nobody has to split into separate cars or wait for the last carload. Everyone arrives together and rides home together, and the group pays one hourly rate instead of several fares.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 🎊

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole time.
  • Every chauffeur speaks both English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, from afternoon outings to late concert nights.
  • Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • Your vehicle is private and never shared with another group.
  • You choose the stops, the order, and how long you stay.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Within the Miami Area? 🏝️

Yes. The hourly service is a local, on-call ride that stays around Miami.

Your chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That’s everything a concert night commonly needs: dinner in Coral Gables, a nightcap in Brickell or Coconut Grove, and drop-offs for friends who live in Doral or near the airport, all in the same car. Staying close to the city lets the driver stay on call between your stops without rushing to get back from a long highway drive. If friends are flying in for the show, the airport is inside the area too. This hourly service doesn’t go to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built around the neighborhoods where your night actually happens.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

Your driver picks you up at any address in Coral Gables that you choose when you book.

Most Coral Gables pickups are at a hotel lobby, such as the Biltmore Hotel, Hotel Colonnade on Miracle Mile, or another hotel where out-of-town fans are staying. Others are at a family home off Granada Boulevard, Alhambra Circle, or anywhere else in the city. Send us the exact spot on WhatsApp when you book, plus anything that helps the driver find you, like a building entrance, a side street, or which family member is organizing. Groups coming from two homes can use one booking: the driver picks up the first group, drives a few blocks to get the second, and then heads to dinner or the show with everyone in the car. Because the pickup is local and the arena is close, the start of the evening can be relaxed, with more time for photos and a toast before you go.

Can a Small Pet Ride Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Our Ride Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. When you book for a time within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Ride From Coral Gables to Chacal for Just Two People?

Yes. Couples and pairs of friends book the Black SUV XL and get the same private hourly service as a large group: one car, one chauffeur, and your own stops. It works well for a date night that starts with dinner on Miracle Mile and ends with a quiet ride home after the last song.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Coral Gables Ride to Chacal? 🥂

Send us one WhatsApp message to reserve your car for November 14.

Tell us how many people are riding, a rough pickup time, the Coral Gables address where we’ll pick you up, and any dinner spots or late stops you’d like. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group, the total for the hours you choose, and how payment works. Then we confirm everything in writing so your plan is set well before the weekend. Booking early gives your group the most vehicle options. If you have questions about the route, a pet, or a second pickup, ask in the same chat. Whoever answers knows Coral Gables and the arena, and we settle every detail before your chauffeur arrives. Once you confirm, all your group has to do is get ready and enjoy the night with Chacal and the rest of the Cubatonazo lineup.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
