Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Common at Adrienne Arsht Center on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The concert starts at 6:30 PM, and the same car and chauffeur stay with your group from the first pickup until you’re home, so nobody has to look for parking downtown.
Your hourly price depends only on the vehicle tier you reserve, and every Common booking starts with a five-hour block.
Multiply your tier’s hourly rate by the hours you reserve, and you know what the evening costs before anyone leaves home. That one number covers the drive to dinner, the concert and the trip back, so it’s easy for friends to split evenly in a group chat. The Sprinter tiers suit bigger groups who would rather arrive together than coordinate several cars. The Platinum SUV is a good fit for a milestone night, like a birthday or an anniversary built around the show. Select the tier that matches your headcount, and you can plan the evening around Common instead of a downtown parking garage.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening follows your plan.
Start by sending us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and the places you’d like to go. We match the vehicle tier to your headcount and agree on the pickup spot when you book. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from a cruise-day arrival to the concert. After pickup, the car is yours for the whole block you reserved. A typical evening might be dinner first, a quick detour to collect a friend in Coconut Grove, then the show. If plans change during the evening, you can add or skip a stop without renegotiating anything. Nobody in your group has to drive, read parking signs or split into separate cars.
Yes. Keep the car as long as your night lasts. The booking has a five-hour minimum, and each hour after that is added at your vehicle’s same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. You settle the extra hours after the day ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp, so you don’t have to stop and pay when you decide on a late nightcap.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge shows up as one line on your booking. It doesn’t keep increasing like a meter. For an SUV it’s charged once per trip, and for a Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. We list it clearly when you book, so you know the full cost of the night before your chauffeur arrives.
Common with Nu Deco Ensemble is a one-night-only concert in Miami that combines hip-hop with an orchestra, on Thursday, November 12, 2026, starting at 6:30 PM.
Common is a Chicago rapper, actor and author who has won Grammy, Emmy and Academy Awards. He performs his hits with Nu Deco Ensemble, Miami’s genre-crossing orchestra, in the Knight Concert Hall. Fans who grew up on Like Water for Chocolate, Be and Finding Forever will hear his music backed by a full orchestra. The show is part of the Arsht’s Live at Knight series during the venue’s anniversary season. The audience is mostly adult fans of conscious, golden-era hip-hop: friends who have followed Common for decades, couples making it a date night and creative professionals from across South Florida. It’s a night worth dressing up for. You can locate the official listing on the Common with Nu Deco Ensemble event page.
The easiest way is a private chauffeur who drives you to the concert hall, drops you as close to the entrance as possible and takes everyone home afterward.
The concert hall sits near the bay at the edge of Downtown Miami, close to Edgewater and not far from Brickell and Wynwood. That makes it easy to reach but hard to park near on a show night. On a Thursday evening, the downtown commute is still winding down as concertgoers arrive, and neighboring garages and curbs fill up as showtime gets closer. With a chauffeur, you skip all of that. Your group rides together, talks about the songs it hopes to hear and steps out at the lobby instead of circling the block. Your chauffeur deals with the downtown streets, so your night starts as soon as you obtain in the car. The three questions below cover timing, drop-off and the ride home.
Schedule your pickup well before the 6:30 PM start, especially if you’re having dinner first. For a relaxed evening, sit down to eat in the late afternoon and then head to the concert hall with enough time to enjoy the lobby, have a drink and find your seats. Tell us when you’d like to arrive, and we’ll set the pickup time to match.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the concert hall as access allows that night, usually near the main entrance. The exact spot depends on how the venue and the city manage traffic for the show. Your driver adjusts on the spot so nobody walks farther than necessary, which helps if you’re wearing dress shoes.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole show, and that time is part of your reserved hours. When the show ends, send a quick WhatsApp message and the car will meet you at the agreed pickup point. You won’t need to look for a ride or wait in a line at the curb.
Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District and Little Havana are all easy places to stop for dinner before the concert.
Brickell works for groups who want a sleek dining room or a rooftop cocktail with skyline views before the show. Wynwood is less polished but has more energy, with mural-lined streets and chef-driven kitchens that suit a crowd raised on hip-hop. The Design District has a dressier, gallery-style feel, and Little Havana offers Cuban food, with live music frequently coming out of its doorways. Edgewater, a little farther up the bay from the venue, is more low-key and has waterfront tables. Coral Gables is a classic option if you want a quieter start. Each neighborhood has a different mood, so pick the one that fits how your group wants to start the night. We don’t book tables or tickets, but your chauffeur is happy to suggest a route that fits the time you have.
Yes. One hourly booking can cover dinner, the concert and the ride home. Your chauffeur picks up the group, drops you at the restaurant, stays nearby while you eat and then takes you to the show. You can also have cocktails in one neighborhood and dinner in another. Nobody has to be the designated driver or take a separate car.
A late bite or a nightcap in Brickell, Wynwood or South Beach turns the concert into a full night out.
After a concert like this, numerous groups want to go somewhere and talk about it. Brickell has lounges and late-night kitchens that keep the downtown energy going. Wynwood’s bars keep the hip-hop mood alive a little longer, and South Beach is good for a walk along Ocean Drive if you’re not ready to end the night. For a quieter nightcap, Coconut Grove has spots under its banyan trees. If you’re staying on Miami Beach or in Key Biscayne, you can add a last stop on the way home instead of making a separate trip. Tell your chauffeur about it before the show so they know where to head when the group gets back in the car. You can also change your mind at the last minute.
Plan your block around three parts: dinner, the 6:30 PM show and the ride home or a nightcap.
Start with where the evening begins. A group meeting at a Brickell apartment and going straight to the concert hall needs much less time before the show than friends having a long dinner in Wynwood. Next, remember that the concert itself counts toward your reserved hours, just like the drive and the dinner. Then think about how the night ends: straight home to Doral or Coral Gables, or one more stop somewhere across the bay. Share your rough plan when you book, and we’ll suggest a block that fits it without adding time you don’t need. A simple evening frequently fits within the minimum. For a busier plan, it’s easier to unwind if you reserve some extra time up front.
Pick the tier that fits your headcount. Every option comes with a chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone.
The reference models show the class of vehicle, not a guarantee of a specific create, and every tier comes with the same level of chauffeur service. On a dressed-up concert night, the Platinum SUV makes the arrival feel more unique, while the Black SUV XL keeps it low-key. If your headcount changes after you book, message us and we’ll confirm whether a different tier is available.
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van that carries only your party, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Choose the smaller or larger Sprinter tier from the price list above, and everyone arrives together instead of coordinating several separate cars through downtown traffic.
Payment is simple: the full fare is paid when you book.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included, along with the chauffeur’s time for every hour you reserve.
That means no parking-garage receipt after the concert, no toll transponder to borrow and no fuel stop on the way home. Those costs are already covered. You’re reserving the vehicle and a chauffeur whose attention is on your group for the whole block. The extras that can apply are listed before you pay: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours and any hours you decide to add that night. If you’re bringing something bulky, such as a garment bag for a change of clothes or a sign for the show, tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle.
You obtain a private vehicle reserved for your group, a bilingual chauffeur and one flat hourly rate, which makes for a better night than driving yourself.
Your hourly rate is locked in when you book. It doesn’t surge for a sold-out Thursday and doesn’t change if Biscayne Boulevard is backed up. One chauffeur stays with your group from pickup to the last drop-off, so they know the plan and don’t need directions at every stop, and the same driver is there when the concert ends. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when a mixed group of family and friends shares the car. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, with no call center in between. For us, premium service means a spotless cabin, an unhurried pace and a driver who treats your night as the main event.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Common and back in a vehicle nobody else shares.
Every booking is private. There are no shared seats, no strangers getting in along the way and no fixed schedule to work around. Whether you’re searching for a car service, a luxury ride or a private van to the concert, the answer is the same hourly service: your own SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur for the evening. Having the car to yourselves makes a difference on a night like this. On the way in, friends can talk about Common’s early records and rehearse the hooks they plan to sing along with. On the way home, they can talk over the orchestral arrangements without anyone else in the car. The questions below cover the practical details that come up before booking: the neighborhoods we serve, pets, last-minute plans and other nights at the Arsht.
The hourly service stays local. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes, if a car and driver are available. For a booking within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Yes. The same private hourly booking works for any night on the Arsht’s calendar, which offers something for everyone, from Latin music and gospel to dance and family shows. Send us the show date, your group size and any dinner plans, and we’ll arrange the car and chauffeur the same way we would for Common.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
