Transfer from Hollywood Beach to the Gente de Zona Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Hollywood Beach to Gente de Zona at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Hollywood Beach, gets you downtown ahead of the 8:00 PM show, and keeps the same car on call for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach Cost Per Hour? 📋

Rates are flat per vehicle per hour, and every booking runs a five-hour minimum that comfortably covers dinner, the drive, the show, and the ride back.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not per head, so your group can split one hourly rate however it likes. Couples and small friend groups heading down from Hollywood Beach usually fit the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or a reunion built around the show moves up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want the most polished arrival of the night. Whichever you pick, the vehicle is reserved for your party alone for every hour you book. Evening hours can add a small surcharge, covered in the next section.

Does a Late Concert Night Add a Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Any trip outside that window adds the small amount listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A concert night nearly always crosses that line. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Plan on the evening surcharge from the start, and it becomes one more known line on the booking instead of a surprise. For an SUV the charge is a single amount per trip. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same booking whether you head out at sunset or long after the encore.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Isla Viva Show? 🚐

Choose the tier by the size of your party. Every option is a private, chauffeured vehicle reserved for your group alone.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the easy choice for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size crew rides together from dinner to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big birthday or family group arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in the top luxury class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Couples who plan a nice dinner first tend to pick the Black SUV XL for its easy curbside arrival. Birthday crews and extended families usually move to a Sprinter, so nobody gets split across two cars at the end of the night. There is room for what concertgoers bring, like signs, merch bags, or a light jacket. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so you never pay for downtown parking.

The rate also covers your chauffeur’s time for every booked hour. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up tickets on the way down or sharing concert videos on the way home. Traveling with a little one? Two things can add to the total. The first is the evening surcharge on trips outside daytime hours, which a concert night usually triggers. The second is time: if your group decides to keep the car longer, the added hours are billed at your vehicle’s own rate. The payment section below explains how that works. Everything else on a normal concert evening is already in the price.

How Does Payment Work for the Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare to reserve the car.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night wraps up.

What Should You Know About Gente de Zona’s Isla Viva Night on December 11? 🎤

Gente de Zona headlines Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM as part of the Isla Viva tour.

It’s a one-night headline show at Downtown Miami’s bayfront arena, and it plays like a party from the first beat. The music blends reggaeton with classic Cuban dance rhythms and salsa, so expect the crowd on its feet, dancing in the aisles and singing every chorus word for word. The audience mixes Cuban-American families, friend groups out for a Friday night, couples on a date, and longtime fans who have followed the duo for years. Numerous people dress up, and arriving in a clean premium vehicle at the curb fits the outfit. With the whole evening running in English and Spanish, mixed groups appreciate a chauffeur who speaks both. A December Friday also brings holiday-season crowds downtown, which is one more reason to arrive by private car instead of circling for parking.

Who Are Gente de Zona?

Gente de Zona is a Cuban duo, Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom, who have won both Grammy and Latin Grammy awards. Their global hits include “Bailando” with Enrique Iglesias and “La Gozadera” with Marc Anthony. Their live sets are known for turning arenas into one big dance floor across Latin America and the United States.

What Does the Isla Viva Tour Celebrate?

Isla Viva is the tour for the duo’s new album, a record about island identity, celebration, and resilience. For a Miami audience with deep Cuban roots, that theme is close to home. Expect an emotional, high-energy night that mixes the new songs with the hits fans already know by heart.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for the Downtown Show? 🏟️

Leave Hollywood Beach with plenty of spare time, because Friday rush hour and concert arrivals hit downtown at the same time.

On a quiet evening, the drive to Downtown Miami typically takes well under an hour, but a Friday concert night is not a quiet evening. Southbound commuters, holiday shoppers, and a full arena’s worth of fans all converge on the same roads, so permit extra time on top of the usual run. Most groups aim to be downtown comfortably before 8:00 PM, with time to find seats, grab a drink, and settle in before the first song. If you’re eating in Hollywood Beach, book an early table and head south right after. If you’d rather eat downtown, leave Hollywood Beach even earlier and dine near the arena. Your chauffeur follows live traffic, suggests a departure time when you confirm, and adjusts on the night if the highway backs up.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami?

The usual route heads west from the beach on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street to I-95 South, then runs straight into Downtown Miami and finishes along Biscayne Boulevard. If I-95 stalls, the chauffeur can switch to US-1, which turns into Biscayne Boulevard, for a steadier approach to the arena on surface streets.

Where Will the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard beside the arena, next to Bayside Marketplace. Road closures and police traffic control can move the exact drop-off point on show night. Your chauffeur picks the easiest approach and agrees on a clear meeting spot for after the concert before you walk in.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Everyone Home?

Yes. Because you book by the hour, the same driver and vehicle stay nearby for the entire show. Message the chauffeur on WhatsApp when the encore starts and walk to the meeting spot you agreed on. The car will be there to take you back to Hollywood Beach or on to a late stop, without fighting the crowd for a ride.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

The chauffeur picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you book.

Hotel guests are met at the lobby entrance, whether that’s Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort on the Broadwalk or a smaller inn along the oceanfront. If you’re in a condo or vacation rental on North or South Ocean Drive, the stretch of A1A that runs through Hollywood Beach, just share the building name and the best place for the car to pull in. Friends flying in the same day can be met at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and taken straight to your hotel or dinner. Guests coming off a ship can be picked up at the Port Everglades cruise terminal. Tell us the pickup point, a rough start time, and any details that could slow things down, like a valet lane or a residents-only entrance, and the chauffeur will arrive prepared.

Can Friends Staying at Different Hollywood Beach Addresses Share One Car?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one couple at a Broadwalk hotel, collect friends at a condo on South Ocean Drive, and swing by a rental a few blocks inland before heading south. List every pickup when you book so we can plan the route and start time around the whole group.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Hollywood Beach Before Gente de Zona? 🥂

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic pre-show choice, with open-air restaurants lined up along the ocean.

If your group wants a beach sunset before the concert, stroll the Broadwalk, get a table facing the water, and walk back to the car when the check comes. For more of a city feel, the chauffeur can take you inland to Downtown Hollywood, where Hollywood Boulevard and the region around Young Circle and ArtsPark are full of restaurants and bars. Some groups prefer to eat close to the arena instead. Bayside Marketplace sits on the bay right beside the venue, and Brickell’s dining scene is just to the south. Since the same car stays with you all night, you can split the evening however you like, such as cocktails in Hollywood, dinner downtown, and then the show, without worrying about parking at each stop. These are just ideas for your booked hours. You make any reservations yourself, and your chauffeur is happy to suggest spots that suit your group.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in the Same Booking?

Absolutely. Dinner is just another stop within your block of hours. The clock starts at pickup, so book enough hours to cover dinner, the drive, the show, and the ride home, and tell us the restaurant when you confirm. If dinner runs long, the chauffeur simply shifts the departure and the evening adjusts around your table.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Concert?

Little Havana is the natural next stop. Its main street, Southwest Eighth Street, keeps Cuban music playing late, and it’s just west of downtown. Brickell’s rooftop lounges suit a dressier crowd, or you can head back north for a late bite by the ocean in Hollywood Beach. Any late stop simply uses more of your booked hours.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Better Way to Spend Concert Night? 🍸

A private chauffeur gives your group a better experience: one reserved vehicle and one driver from dinner to the last song, with no transportation to sort out along the way.

The vehicle is booked for your party alone and is never shared. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so there’s one familiar face and one car to find all night. Your hourly rate is flat and locked in when you book. It doesn’t surge when the arena empties, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather. Every driver is bilingual, which makes planning easy for groups that mix English and Spanish speakers. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to change a pickup, add a stop, or move the post-show meeting spot in seconds, with no call center in between. That’s what premium service looks like on a large night: fewer moving parts and more time for dancing.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every hourly booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all night.
  • Chauffeurs are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, so a late concert finish is never a problem.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Event Day? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and set every stop yourself.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with the date, a rough start time, and your stops: dinner, the arena, and maybe somewhere late. The driver picks up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book, and for this concert that’s usually your Hollywood Beach hotel or residence. The same driver stays with you for the whole block and waits at the venue. The plan stays yours, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer somewhere, and the chauffeur adjusts. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. You can keep the car as long as the night lasts, with no new fare to negotiate.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood Beach to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. We drive groups from Hollywood Beach to the show in a private, chauffeured vehicle booked by the hour.

The ride is for your group only, with no shared seats and no fixed schedule. The car leaves when you’re ready and brings you back when the concert ends. That works well for Hollywood Beach riders, who would otherwise face a long highway drive, downtown event parking, and a late drive north after the show. Friday nights in December get busy in South Florida, with holiday parties, visiting family, and a full events calendar, so it’s worth reserving your vehicle as soon as you have tickets. To check availability, send your group size, your Hollywood Beach pickup address, whether you want a dinner stop, and your preferred start time. We’ll reply with the vehicle that suits your group and the booking details, and your payment confirms the date. The questions below cover what else Hollywood Beach concertgoers ask most.

Do You Run a Private Shuttle to the Concert for a Big Group?

Yes, if you mean a private one. A larger group rides together in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party. We never sell shared seats or run fixed-schedule rides, so your group chooses the pickup time, the dinner stop, and the ride home, with the same chauffeur all night.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Around Hollywood Beach?

This hourly service stays local and on call around Miami. That covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood Beach. It stays close to the city rather than running out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. The date and time stay as agreed, and on that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the night.

Can a Couple Book a Private Driver Just for Two?

Yes. The Black SUV XL makes a polished date-night ride for two, from dinner on the Broadwalk to the show and back. You pay the vehicle’s hourly rate rather than a per-seat fare, and you get the whole car, the same chauffeur, and the option to add a quiet late stop on the way home.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Booking takes one WhatsApp message. Send your group size, your Hollywood Beach pickup address, and your dinner plans, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and chauffeur for Gente de Zona on December 11.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
