Transfer from Miami Airport to the Gente de Zona Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Gente de Zona at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. The same driver meets you at the arrivals curb or any address in Miami Airport and handles the whole concert night.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours fits a concert night from the airport comfortably: the pickup, an unhurried dinner on the way downtown, the full show, and the ride back to your hotel or front door. The rate belongs to the vehicle rather than to each passenger, so a group of friends shares one hourly figure however many seats they fill. Choose the tier that seats everyone with a little room to spare, and the number on the list is the number that applies to every hour you book. Friday nights in December are busy across Miami, so reserving the vehicle as soon as your tickets are in hand keeps your first choice open.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a five-hour block, and both stay yours throughout.

Start by choosing the vehicle that seats your group, then share the pickup spot, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. The driver can collect you at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you want to go from a cruise-day arrival straight to the show, Miami International Airport, or a home — and the exact spot is agreed when you book. From there you set the route and the pace: dinner first, a quick hotel check-in, a photo stop by the bay, whatever the night calls for. If the fun runs long, keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and those extra hours are settled after the night wraps up.

Which Service Facts Should Every Concert Group Know First? 🚙

  • The service runs every day, around the clock, for early starts and late finishes.
  • Every booking is private, and no other riders ever join your vehicle.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your chauffeur.
  • Nobody in your group has to drive, park, or find the way downtown.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp from start to finish.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group Size for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large birthday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a sleek, quiet ride for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rolls downtown together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, carrying cousins, coworkers, and friends together in a single private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in the most polished luxury class we run. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If someone is bringing a banner, a birthday sign, or a bulky gift for the after-party, tell us in advance and we will confirm the space. The Platinum SUV suits couples and small groups marking an anniversary or a milestone birthday, while the Sprinters keep a large group together so nobody trails behind in a second car. Not sure which tier fits? Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right one.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on an Arena Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for the whole booking.

That covers the expressway tolls on the run in from the airport, the fuel for every leg of the night, and the downtown parking your chauffeur needs while you are at dinner or inside the arena. The chauffeur’s time between stops is simply part of the hours you reserved, so a long dinner or a slow exit from the show never adds a separate waiting charge. Beyond any hours you add, two items can change the total, and both are spelled out before you pay anything. The night surcharge explained below applies to time outside daytime hours, which matters for a show that starts at 8:00 PM. No toll receipts or parking stubs ever come back to you at the end of the night.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Concert Ends After 6 PM? 🌆

Yes, a night surcharge applies to trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window. An 8:00 PM show carries most concert bookings past that line, and the amount depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime hours cover the part of your booking before 6:00 PM; everything later falls outside them. The SUV surcharge is one fixed addition for the trip rather than a per-hour charge, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so the full night is simple to add up before you leave the airport. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows how it applies to your start time and your planned finish, and if you extend the night, the same rule simply carries on.

Why Do Concert Groups Choose a Private Chauffeur for the Night? 🍾

A reserved chauffeur turns an arena night into one calm, premium experience from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the playlist, the pre-show photos, and the conversation stay yours from the airport curb onward. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which matters when grandparents and cousins fly in to hear a Cuban duo they have loved for years. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking, with no surge on a packed December Friday, so nobody in the group spends the night watching prices climb. One dedicated driver stays with you for the entire block — the same familiar face at pickup, at dinner, and when the night winds down — and you reach the team directly on WhatsApp whenever plans shift. That is what premium service looks like on a concert night: fewer minutes standing on a curb, more minutes dancing, and a better experience from the first stop to the last.

What Is the Gente de Zona Concert on December 11 Like? 🎤

Gente de Zona headlines Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

The Grammy and Latin Grammy-winning Cuban duo of Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom brings its new island-themed tour to Miami for one headline night. Their sound fuses reggaeton with classic Cuban dance rhythms, and a crowd that knows every chorus turns the arena floor into a dance floor. Expect friend groups dressed for a night out, couples on a date, and three generations of Cuban-American families who have followed the duo’s biggest collaborations for years. The new album celebrates island identity, joy, and resilience, so the night carries real emotion for much of the room. The arena sits downtown on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace, and on a Friday show night the surrounding streets fill with fans, dinner crowds, and weekend traffic at the same moment — exactly when having your own car and driver pays off.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Airport? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb, an airport-area hotel, or any nearby address.

The exact meeting point is agreed when you book, and you can message your chauffeur on WhatsApp the moment you are walking out. Travelers who land the same day meet the car at the arrivals curb outside the terminal. Anyone staying overnight first has simple options: the Miami International Airport Hotel sits inside the terminal building, and a cluster of hotels lines the Blue Lagoon corridor and the roads west toward Doral, so a lobby pickup takes only a message. Locals in Miami Springs or Virginia Gardens, the quiet neighborhoods right beside the airport, can simply be collected at the front door. When friends reach on different flights, the smoothest plan is to gather everyone at one hotel lobby first, so the chauffeur makes one clean pickup and the whole group heads downtown together.

Can You Go Straight From Your Flight to the Concert?

Yes — land, walk out to the arrivals curb, and one booking can carry you through the entire night.

Plenty of fans fly in on the afternoon of the show, stop at a hotel to change, grab dinner, and head downtown without ever arranging a second ride. Share your arrival time when you reserve so your hours start when you actually need the car.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Airport? 🏟️

Chauffeurs typically take the Dolphin Expressway east from the airport, then I-395 into downtown.

State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, runs almost straight from the airport toward the city center, and its eastbound lanes feed into I-395, which drops onto Biscayne Boulevard just north of where the arena faces the bay. It is one of the more direct runs in Miami, which is why chauffeurs treat it as the default. On a Friday show night, though, the same expressway carries commuters heading home, dinner traffic bound for Brickell, and a steady wave of fans, all converging on the same few downtown exits. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before you set off and adjusts along the way. Because you are paying for the vehicle’s time rather than a fixed route, the driver is free to pick whichever path gets the group downtown calmly, including a detour past a dinner stop you decide on at the last minute.

How Long Does the Drive Take on a Friday Concert Evening?

Outside rush hour, the run from the airport to downtown is typically short and straightforward.

A Friday concert evening is different: commuter traffic and the pre-show crowd arrive downtown together, so allow a generous buffer rather than planning to the minute. Your chauffeur’s read on live traffic sets the actual departure, so what matters most is when you want to be inside.

Is a Surface-Street Route Ever Faster Than the Expressway?

Sometimes — when the downtown ramps back up, chauffeurs can switch to city streets instead.

Flagler Street and NW 7th Street both run east from the airport side of town toward downtown, and SW 8th Street through Little Havana becomes the natural path whenever dinner is there. Your driver makes that call in real time, so the group never has to.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the 8 PM Show? 🎆

Plan to leave the airport area by late afternoon when dinner is part of the night.

Friday rush hour and the pre-show arrival wave overlap downtown, so the calmest concert nights start earlier than feels necessary. A late-afternoon departure leaves room for an unhurried dinner, a relaxed drive for the rest of the way, and time to find your seats before the 8:00 PM start. Groups skipping dinner can leave later, but should still permit a generous buffer, because the downtown approach and the arena’s security lines both slow down in the final stretch before a large headline show. Tell us the moment you want to walk into the building, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that fits the night’s traffic and your stops. Map the evening around the concert itself — pickup, dinner, the show, and the ride home — and it falls into place without anyone checking the clock.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group near the entrance, as close to the venue as event-night access allows.

On most show nights that means the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, depending on how traffic control is set up. Before you step out, agree on the pickup point for after the show — often a spot a short walk away where post-show traffic clears faster — and the driver will confirm it on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes — because the booking is hourly, your chauffeur stays nearby through the whole show.

Send a WhatsApp message during the last few songs, walk to the agreed spot, and the car is there while the after-crowd is still searching for rides. From there it is home, back to your hotel, or on to one more stop.

Where Can You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Concert? 🥃

Versailles in Little Havana is the classic pre-show Cuban dinner on the way downtown.

For a Gente de Zona night, few places set the mood like Versailles on SW 8th Street, the landmark Cuban restaurant where Miami’s Cuban community has gathered for generations over classic island plates and strong Cuban coffee. It sits between the airport and downtown, so the stop barely bends the route. Groups staying west of the airport can keep dinner close in Doral, whose restaurant scene carries a strong Venezuelan and Cuban flavor. Couples who want something sleeker can push on to Brickell, a short hop from the arena, while a quick bite at Bayside Marketplace next door works when the timing gets tight. Wherever you choose, the same car is waiting outside when the check arrives, and nobody has to hunt for parking twice in one evening.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes — dinner is simply one more stop inside the same hourly block, with no second fare.

Name the restaurant when you reserve or decide on the day. The chauffeur drops you at the door, parks, and pulls up when you are ready to head downtown for the 8:00 PM start.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Encore?

Little Havana, Brickell, and Wynwood all make easy late stops with the car still at your disposal.

Ball & Chain on SW 8th Street keeps live Latin music going into the night, Brickell’s rooftop lounges suit a quieter nightcap, and Wynwood’s bars and murals make a lively last stop. Just tell the driver where to go next.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and its neighborhoods up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur runs throughout Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service is set up this way on purpose: it is on call and unhurried, built for a night around the city, with your driver always close at hand between stops. It suits a concert night naturally — an airport-area pickup, dinner in Little Havana or Coral Gables, the show downtown, and a nightcap on Miami Beach all fit comfortably within it. Far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach sit outside this hourly service, which keeps every booked hour focused on your plans in and around Miami. A friend staying up toward Fort Lauderdale can simply become one of your stops.

When Do You Pay? 📋

The full fare is paid when you book, and it reserves your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer any time — every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Gente de Zona? 🎊

Yes — a private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Airport to the concert and home.

Nothing about the ride is shared: you book the vehicle, you decide who rides, and nobody else is picked up along the way. That matters on a night when the airport, the expressway, and downtown are all running at full tilt, because your plans never depend on finding a car at the last minute. Choose the tier that fits the group, send the date, headcount, and pickup address on WhatsApp, and we will check availability for December 11. The short answers below cover what fans flying in for this show ask most often: booking on short notice, traveling with a pet, whether a private van is ever shared, and the smartest way to handle the whole evening.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Airport Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, when a vehicle is free. Inside the final 24 hours, your agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside, so on that short notice a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed and the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Concert?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. It is a quick check that keeps the night comfortable for everyone aboard.

Is a Private Van to Kaseya Center Shared With Other Fans?

No — every Mercedes-Benz Sprinter we send is a private van reserved for your group alone. Nobody else boards, the stops are yours, and the van leaves when your group is ready rather than on a fixed schedule. Fans searching for a group ride to the arena get their own vehicle and their own chauffeur for the entire night.

What’s the Smartest Way to Get to the Concert From Miami Airport?

For a group making a full night of it, a reserved hourly chauffeur is the smoothest option: one pickup at the airport, dinner on the way, and a car ready after the show. Driving yourself means downtown event parking and a designated driver, while separate rides mean waiting on the curb at every leg of the evening.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Can You Lock In Your Concert-Night Chauffeur Today? 🪩

Send your group size, pickup spot, and plans on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

Tell us how many are riding, where you will be in the Miami Airport area — the arrivals curb, a hotel lobby, or a home nearby — roughly when you want to start, and any dinner or after-show stops on your wish list. We match the vehicle to your group, confirm availability for Friday, December 11, and send the payment link, and once you pay, your chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the night. You can fine-tune the plan as the day approaches: swap the restaurant, add a friend’s hotel to the route, or plan a late stop after the encore. Then all that is left is to land, meet your driver, and spend a Friday night dancing to Gente de Zona with the people you came for.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
