Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur picks your group up anywhere in Hollywood and drives you to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 2, 2027 (7:30 PM tip-off) in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one private vehicle stay with you all night, waiting through the game and driving you home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Hollywood Cost? 🚙

Your rate depends on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not a per-person fare, so four friends splitting a Black SUV XL or a dozen coworkers sharing a Sprinter pay one figure between them. For a Tuesday-night tip-off, most Hollywood groups plan their block around an early dinner near home, the drive south, the game itself, and the ride back to the front door. That plan fits comfortably inside the minimum. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Pick the tier that seats your group comfortably, and the rest of the night runs on your schedule instead of a parking garage’s.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After a 7:30 PM Tip-Off? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside our 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carry a small surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The afternoon pickup in Hollywood and the drive south to the arena normally fall within daytime hours, which keeps things simple. SUV groups pay one flat evening add-on for the trip. Sprinter groups pay a percentage on top of the trip value, exactly as listed. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur and the same vehicle take you from the final buzzer to your doorstep. We note the surcharge when you book, so it never arrives as a surprise at the end of the night.

Which Payment Methods Lock In a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, so your date is held.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your game night.
  • Hours: Your booking starts with a five-hour block, and you can keep the car as long as you like. Each hour beyond the block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled once the night is over.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate for a Heat Game? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate from pickup to drop-off.

That matters on a Heat night, when Downtown garages fill early and the drive from Hollywood can involve toll lanes both ways. None of it lands on your bill. One swift comfort stop along the way, whether a restroom break, a snack, or a stretch, is easy to request and doesn’t change the rate. There is room for what fans actually bring, such as signs, jerseys, and fresh merch, so tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The only other additions are the evening surcharge and any hours you choose to add. Everything else is already part of the price.

Need the Quick Facts Before Heat vs. Raptors Night? 🏟️

  • Every booking starts with a 5-hour minimum block of time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish with your group.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day of the week, including late game nights.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the entire booking.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change as the night unfolds.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Hollywood to Downtown Miami, usually on I-95 or Biscayne Boulevard.

Hollywood sits in southern Broward County. It’s close enough that the trip to the arena is a normal evening drive, but far enough that timing and traffic shape the night. On a Tuesday, the drive south overlaps with the end of the work commute, and every fan heading to the game converges on the same few downtown blocks before tip-off. A chauffeur who drives this corridor regularly reads that traffic as it builds and chooses between the interstate and the coastal roads instead of sticking to one fixed route. The ride stays relaxed: you can watch pregame coverage on your phone, text friends in other sections, or just talk while someone else handles the lane changes. Still, leave plenty of time. A packed downtown arena rewards groups who reach early and unhurried.

Which Highway Does the Driver Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

Most evenings the route follows I-95 south, joining from Hollywood Boulevard or Hallandale Beach Boulevard and heading straight toward Downtown Miami. When the interstate backs up, the chauffeur can switch to US-1, which becomes Biscayne Boulevard and runs to the bayfront, or use the express lanes where they help. You never have to decide; the driver adjusts as traffic changes.

How Early Should We Leave Hollywood for Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors?

Leave Hollywood well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off. Most groups head out in the late afternoon or early evening. That timing avoids the heaviest commute and leaves room to find your seats, get food inside, and watch warmups. If dinner is part of the plan, start your hours earlier and the chauffeur builds the meal into the route.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Hollywood? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Hollywood, agreed when you book.

Many fans start from a hotel on Hollywood Beach, where the driver waits at the front entrance along A1A so nobody has to walk to a street corner. Others leave from home in neighborhoods like Emerald Hills, Hollywood Lakes, or the streets around Downtown Hollywood, and the car pulls into the driveway at the time you set. Guests at the Seminole Hard Rock resort, the one with the guitar-shaped hotel tower, can be picked up at the main entrance and head south without waiting in a taxi line. Because the booking is by the hour, the first stop doesn’t have to be the arena. The chauffeur can pick up a friend in a neighboring town, stop at a restaurant, then continue downtown. Send the exact pickup point and a start time over WhatsApp, and that becomes the first stop on your itinerary.

Can the Driver Meet a Flight at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Before the Game?

Yes. If you fly in on game day, the chauffeur can wait at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International and start your hours there. Stop at your Hollywood hotel to check in and change into your jersey, then continue to Downtown Miami in the same car. The same driver stays with you until the night ends.

Where Should You Eat in Hollywood Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Hollywood Beach’s Broadwalk and Downtown Hollywood are the easiest places for a pregame dinner before heading south.

The Broadwalk, the long oceanfront promenade along Hollywood Beach, is lined with casual seafood spots and open-air patios where a group can eat in the sea breeze before the drive downtown. Downtown Hollywood, around Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle, feels more local, with small restaurants and bars and ArtsPark nearby for a swift walk. Groups staying at Seminole Hard Rock often eat at the resort, whose restaurants create an easy meeting point for friends arriving separately. If the group would rather eat closer to the arena, the chauffeur can stop in Wynwood or Brickell on the way and wait outside while you finish. Nobody has to hunt for parking or stay sober to drive; the car stays nearby and leaves when you’re ready. These are only suggestions, so you create any reservations yourself.

Is There Time for a Nightcap in Downtown Miami After the Final Buzzer?

Yes, as long as you keep the car longer. Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena, Brickell’s rooftops and lounges are a short hop south, and the chauffeur can take the group to either before the drive back to Hollywood. Extending is easy; the extra time is simply added to your booking.

How Does Drop-Off and Post-Game Pickup Work at Kaseya Center? 🌆

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows, then waits nearby.

The Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, beside Bayside Marketplace, and the streets around it fill up quickly as tip-off approaches. If you reach from Hollywood ahead of the rush, the driver can pull up to the drop-off point on the boulevard side, let everyone out, and get clear before the pregame congestion peaks. During the game the car waits nearby, so the driver never has to fight for a garage space. When the final buzzer sounds, the whole crowd floods the same sidewalks at once. You don’t have to hunt for a ride or walk to a distant garage: your group gets a WhatsApp message with the exact meeting spot, a short walk from the entrance. You get back into the same vehicle you arrived in and start the drive north while the arena traffic is still clearing.

Can the Driver Wait During the Whole Game?

Yes. Your driver stays on call through all four quarters, halftime, and any overtime, because the hours you booked belong to your group alone. If someone needs to leave early, such as a tired child or a traveler with an early flight, one WhatsApp message brings the car to the agreed spot. The rest of the group is picked up later.

Can You Hire a Driver by the Hour for a Heat Game? 📋

Yes. You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

Start by choosing the vehicle that seats your group, then send a start time and the stops you have in mind: a pickup in Hollywood, dinner, the game, maybe a late drink. The driver can also pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a private home. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the arena, and the exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there the chauffeur stays with you for the whole block and follows your plan, not a preset route. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every additional hour after the booked block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled after the day. That makes it easy to say yes to overtime, a slow exit, or a spontaneous late dinner.

How Many People Fit in the Van or SUV From Hollywood? 🚐

Our four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the usual choice for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: a private van for 6 to 9 riders, with room to spread out and talk on the drive south.
  • Larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: the bigger private van for 10 to 14 riders, suited to a family outing or an office group.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin; the models below are examples of the class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the night. Four friends from Hollywood Beach ride comfortably in the SUV. A family bringing grandparents and cousins will like the Sprinter’s roomier cabin, and a couple celebrating an anniversary might prefer the quieter luxury of the Platinum SUV. Whichever you choose, the vehicle is reserved for your party alone.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth Booking for a Special Game Night?

For birthdays, anniversaries, or hosting clients, the Platinum SUV gives you an upscale cabin and a more polished arrival downtown. It seats a smaller party than the Sprinter but feels like a private lounge on wheels. The hourly booking, the chauffeur, and everything included stay the same as with every other tier.

Why Is a Dedicated Chauffeur the Better Game-Night Experience? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a weeknight game into a premium service from door to door.

Your group gets its own vehicle, reserved only for you, with a bilingual driver who speaks English and Spanish. That helps in a city where the crowd, the music, and the pregame chatter mix both languages all night. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a busy game night and no change for weather or traffic. The same driver handles every leg, so the person who dropped you off is the person who picks you up, and the car waits through the game instead of circling. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, before and during the night, with no phone trees or call centers. The details create it a better experience too: a clean, cool cabin after a humid Miami evening, a calm ride home while the arena empties, and a driver who already knows where everyone is heading.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is the simplest way to get to this game.

Public transit from Hollywood means schedules, connections, and a late trip home after the final buzzer. Driving yourself means Downtown traffic, garage fees, and a designated driver who misses the fun. This game has extra energy too. It’s a Tuesday-night Eastern Conference matchup in a season with plenty of buzz around the Heat, played in front of a crowd as diverse as Miami itself. Cuban-American families, Venezuelan and Colombian fans, and longtime season-ticket holders all reach early for warmups, and visiting Raptors fans add their own red to the stands. A private car keeps the whole group together from the Hollywood pickup to the drive home, and nobody has to find their own way back. The questions below cover what Hollywood riders ask most often before tip-off.

Is the Ride From Hollywood Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every booking is a private vehicle for your group only. Nobody else is picked up along the way, the driver works only for your party during your hours, and the route follows your plan. Even the larger Sprinter is a private van reserved for you; we never sell seats to strangers.

Can a Pet Come Along on the Ride From Hollywood?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Hollywood and Miami?

This hourly service stays local. It runs around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. It’s an unhurried, on-call service that stays close to the city, so it doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
