Transfer from Downtown Miami to the Gente de Zona Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur drives you from Downtown Miami to Gente de Zona at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Downtown Miami, deals with the concert traffic, stays with your group through the 8:00 PM show and drives everyone home afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to Gente de Zona Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle, per hour, and every booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is for the whole vehicle, not for each seat. A group of friends in a Black SUV XL shares one hourly price, and a bigger crew moves up to a Sprinter. Couples who want the most polished arrival often select the Platinum SUV. Five hours fits a typical concert night from Downtown Miami: an unhurried dinner nearby, the short ride over, the full show and the drive home, with room for one more stop. Your total is your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you keep it. For an evening show, the only add-on to know about is the late-hour surcharge explained further down the page.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Your Gente de Zona Night? 🥂

A private chauffeur gives you one premium service from dinner to your front door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so the seats, the music and the conversation belong to the people you invited. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps on a night when half the car is singing along in one language and chatting in the other. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t surge when the arena empties and every car in Downtown Miami is suddenly in demand. One dedicated driver covers the whole block, learns your plans at the first pickup and stays on duty through the show instead of leaving after the drop-off. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, with no call center in between. The result is a better experience than juggling separate rides, parking and timing yourself, and a calmer end to the night when the lights come up.

Is a Private Chauffeur Worth It for a Couple, Not Just a Group?

Yes. Many couples book the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV for a proper date night around the show. You get a quiet ride to dinner, a smooth arrival at the arena and the same car for the trip home. Neither of you has to watch the clock, look for parking or give up a drink to drive.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚙

Four private vehicle sizes cover everything from a date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, ideal for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers riding together as one party.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for a big birthday group or extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Count everyone who will ride at any point in the night, including friends who join only for dinner or an after-show stop, and pick the size that fits the biggest moment. Concert outfits travel better when nobody is squeezed, so a group right at the limit of one size often enjoys the next one up. There’s room for what fans usually carry, like signs, merch and a change of shoes. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Downtown Miami to Kaseya Center for Big Groups?

Yes. For larger groups, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your own private shuttle for concert night, reserved only for your party. Everyone boards together in Downtown Miami, arrives together and rides home together with the same chauffeur. There are no strangers on board and no fixed schedule to follow.

Need the Hourly Service Summed Up in a Few Lines? 🏙️

  • One vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so every guest feels at home.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and can add or drop stops as you go.
  • A brief comfort stop during the booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • The service is available 24/7, including late nights after the final encore.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes the short drive up Biscayne Boulevard and handles all the timing.

Kaseya Center sits on the bayfront at the north end of Downtown Miami, right beside Bayside Marketplace. From most downtown hotels and residences the drive is typically short. On a Friday show night, though, Biscayne Boulevard, the side streets and the ramps off I-95 and I-395 fill up as the arena does, and that’s when a local driver makes a real difference. From Brickell and the south end of downtown, the usual route crosses the Miami River and heads up Biscayne Boulevard. From the west side of downtown, your driver may use I-95 and I-395 and come into downtown from the north instead. The driver picks the route on the night, based on what traffic control is doing. You sit back, finish getting ready and let someone else deal with the closures, lane shifts and crowded sidewalks.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave with plenty of spare time so your group is inside well before 8:00 PM. The drive is short, but security lines and arrival traffic grow as showtime gets closer. If you’re eating first, your chauffeur will tell you when to ask for the check based on that night’s traffic, so dessert doesn’t cost you the opening songs.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows that night. That’s often along Biscayne Boulevard or at the drop-off point set by event traffic control. Before you get out, you and your chauffeur agree on exactly where to meet after the show, so nobody wanders the sidewalk looking for the car.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes, and that’s the point of booking by the hour. The car stays yours during the show and your chauffeur waits nearby. When the last song ends, you send a WhatsApp message and walk to the meeting spot you agreed on. You don’t have to hunt for a ride as the arena empties, and the driver can take you home anywhere in the local area.

Where Should You Eat in Downtown Miami Before Gente de Zona? 🍸

Good pre-show dinner spots are right beside the arena, in Brickell and in Little Havana.

Bayside Marketplace, the waterfront shopping and dining area next to the arena, is the easiest choice: you eat by the bay and the show is just steps away. For something more polished, Brickell has plenty of restaurants and lounges in Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre, where friend groups like to start the night with cocktails. Since this is a Cuban duo’s show, many fans set the mood in Little Havana first, at Versailles Restaurant on Southwest Eighth Street, a classic Miami stop for Cuban food and strong coffee. Your chauffeur drives between whichever places you pick, keeps the car close while you eat and times the move to the arena, so nobody looks for parking or splits off from the group. We’re happy to suggest ideas, but you book your own reservations and tables.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop in your booked hours, so there’s no separate ride to arrange. Send us the restaurant and your reservation time on WhatsApp, and your chauffeur will plan the pickup, the dinner drop-off and the move to the arena around it. The same car and driver stay with you for every part of the night.

Is There Time for a Late Stop After the Concert?

Usually, yes, as long as your booked hours cover it. Groups often keep the night going in Wynwood, at a Brickell lounge or across the causeway in South Beach before heading home. If the show runs long or nobody is ready to call it a night, add hours on the spot and your chauffeur keeps driving.

What Kind of Night Is a Gente de Zona Concert in Miami? 🎤

Expect a loud, joyful Cuban dance party with a crowd that dresses up to celebrate.

Gente de Zona is the Cuban duo of Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom, known around the world for hit collaborations with Enrique Iglesias and Marc Anthony. Their music mixes reggaeton with salsa and other Cuban dance rhythms. Their new tour celebrates island identity, joy and resilience, themes that mean a lot in Miami. The December 11, 2026 date is a one-night headline show, and the crowd covers every generation: grandparents who grew up on Cuban music, cousins who know every chorus, couples on a date and big friend groups turning a Friday into a party. People dance in the aisles and dress for it. That’s why a private car makes sense: heels, new outfits and a late finish are much easier when nobody has to drive, circle for parking or stay sober to get everyone home.

Which Payment Methods Work for a Downtown Miami Concert Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your concert night.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥃

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for your whole booking.

Parking is the one that matters most on concert night. You never have to find, wait for or pay for a lot or garage near the arena, because your chauffeur handles the car. Tolls on the expressways and causeways are covered the same way, whether your evening passes through Little Havana, over to South Beach or down to Coconut Grove. Fuel, parking and tolls never appear as separate charges on your bill. Only a few things can add to the bill. The late-hour surcharge applies to trips outside the daytime window. Any hours you add beyond your booked block are charged at the same rate. Knowing this ahead of time means the only numbers you need to plan around are the rate for your vehicle size and how long you want the night to last.

Does a Late Concert Night Add a Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carry a surcharge that depends on your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Plan for the surcharge from the start so it isn’t a surprise. For the SUV it’s one add-on per trip. For the Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value, so it stays in proportion for larger groups. You’ll know the exact amount before you confirm, and it doesn’t change your stops, your pace or your chauffeur.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Show Day? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night your way.

Pick the vehicle size that fits your group, and we confirm the details. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From that first pickup, the car and chauffeur are yours, and the night follows your plans: dinner, the arena and whatever comes after. When the five-hour block is up, you can keep the car. Every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to work out, so you can keep the car for as long as you need it. Whether it’s a long encore, a late dinner or one more dance floor, you already know what each hour costs.

What Details Should You Send When Booking on WhatsApp?

Send three things: your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make, such as dinner, the concert and any after-show plans. That’s enough for us to match the right vehicle, confirm the pickup spot and reserve your night. Put special requests, like in the same message.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Downtown Miami at the Last Minute? 🎆

Yes, if a vehicle is free, and a short-notice booking is held just for you.

If your ride is within the next 24 hours, the date and time are set as soon as we agree on them, and a chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for your group. Because of that, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice, and the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. The upside is that your ride to the show is locked in and held for you alone. You still have plenty of flexibility on the night itself. You can always add hours on top of the ones you reserved, at the same hourly rate, if the concert runs late or the group wants to keep celebrating. This is a single Friday headline show, so booking a little earlier gives you the widest choice of vehicles.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Downtown Miami that you choose when you book. That could be your hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard or Brickell Avenue, the front drive of an apartment tower, your office after work or a restaurant where the night has already started. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp and your driver will meet you there.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Gente de Zona From Downtown Miami?

For a full night out, a private chauffeur by the hour is the most comfortable option. Some downtown hotels are within walking distance of the arena. But once you add dinner somewhere else, heels, a late finish and the ride home, one reserved car with a driver who stays with you keeps the whole group together all night.

Can We Bring a Pet in the Car on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond the Miami Area?

No, this is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so every booking stays relaxed and unhurried.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
