Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns at Kaseya Center on Monday, March 8, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Hollywood Beach, gets everyone Downtown ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

You pay a flat hourly rate for the whole vehicle, based on group size, and the minimum booking is five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not individual seats, so your friends share one hourly figure however many of them ride. A block that size fits an evening like this one. It covers a relaxed pickup in Hollywood Beach, dinner, the drive south into Downtown Miami, the full game, and the trip back up the coast. Couples and small families usually take the Black SUV XL. Bigger crews move up to a Sprinter, and fans who desire a sharper arrival select the Platinum SUV. Everything that affects your final cost is listed on this page, including the evening surcharge further down.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

Payment is simple, and you can do it from your phone.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it once the night is over.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van or SUV From Hollywood Beach? 🚐

We have four private vehicle types, from an SUV for a couple to a Sprinter for a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 fans, a natural fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big watch-party crew stays together all night.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle is private. It belongs to your group alone, with the same chauffeur at the wheel all night. The SUVs suit smaller parties who desire a quick, low-key ride. The Sprinters keep a larger crew in one cabin, talking over the big plays together on the way home. There is room for what fans usually bring, like jerseys, signs, and merch from the arena, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth Booking for a Heat Game Night?

The Platinum SUV makes sense when the arrival matters as much as the game, such as a client night, a birthday, or a date that deserves a polished car at the curb. It comes with the same private chauffeur, flexible stops, and inclusions as every other vehicle. What changes is the vehicle class and its upscale cabin, which makes the ride down the coast part of the celebration.

Why Hire a Private Chauffeur for Heat Game Night Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes game night one smooth, premium service, and nobody in your group has to drive.

Your group gets a vehicle reserved just for you. The same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so you never have to look for a new car or a new face. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t go up on a sold-out night, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather, so you pay the price you agreed to. Your bilingual chauffeur makes things easier for families who switch between languages and for friends visiting from abroad. Nobody has to hunt for a Downtown garage, and nobody has to be the designated driver for the long ride back to Hollywood Beach. You can message us directly on WhatsApp before or during the night, and the people who run your booking answer. It’s simply a better experience: calmer, more personal, and planned around your group.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Game Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur’s time, fuel, tolls, and parking.

That covers the full cost of moving your group between Hollywood Beach and Downtown Miami. There’s no fuel charge added to the bill, no highway tolls to add up afterward, and no parking fees Downtown or while dinner runs long. Your chauffeur’s time for the whole block is part of the same rate, so there’s no separate driver fee. Only a few extras can apply, and each one is listed on this page so nothing catches you off guard afterward. The night surcharge in the next section applies to trips outside daytime hours, which matters for an evening tip-off. Any extra hours you add on the night are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate.

Does a 7:30 PM Tip-Off Trigger the Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours carry a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Both amounts are listed above exactly as they apply. They are added on top of your hourly rate, not instead of it. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same flexible stops all the way back up the coast. Because you know this ahead of time, the whole night is priced before you leave the hotel lobby, from dinner and tip-off to the final buzzer and the ride home.

What’s Game Night Like When the Suns Visit Miami? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns tips off Monday, March 8, 2027, at 7:30 PM in Downtown Miami.

The Heat play their home games at Kaseya Center, the arena on the bay along Biscayne Boulevard. A Western Conference team like Phoenix doesn’t come to Miami often, which gives the night extra pull. Heat crowds are loyal and very Miami: families in matching jerseys, coworkers out together, longtime regulars who live by Heat Culture, and friends visiting from out of town, with English and Spanish mixing in the concourses. The energy builds outside well before tip-off as fans in red, black, and white pour in from Bayside Marketplace and the surrounding streets. Because it’s a Monday, the crowd arrives during the evening commute, so traffic heading into Downtown gets busy early. For a group coming from Hollywood Beach, that mix of big energy, weeknight traffic, and a packed building is exactly when a private car earns its place.

Why Is a Suns Visit a Big Night for Heat Fans?

Western Conference teams like Phoenix come to Miami only rarely, so a Suns game is a chance to see a different part of the league in person, and Heat fans treat it as an occasion. Expect a full, loud building, lots of families and first-timers, and friends who plan the whole evening around it, dinner included.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood Beach on Game Night? 🚙

Your chauffeur drives you south from Hollywood Beach into Downtown Miami and drops you near the arena.

On a Monday game night, the real challenge is the crowd, not the distance. Downtown traffic builds as the evening commute overlaps with fans heading in for tip-off, and the streets around Biscayne Boulevard and Bayfront Park fill up quickly. Leaving Hollywood Beach with extra time lets your driver get into the area before the rush peaks, so your group walks in relaxed instead of watching the clock. You never require a garage, so there’s no circling for a space and no waiting in line to exit after the game. During the game, your chauffeur keeps the car nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp. When the final buzzer sounds, you message the driver and meet at the pickup spot you agreed on for the ride back up the coast. One person who knows your group and your plans handles both the arrival and the trip home.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami?

On most game nights, the chauffeur heads inland from the beach on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street, then takes I-95 south into Downtown Miami and exits toward Biscayne Boulevard. If the interstate backs up, Biscayne Boulevard itself runs the whole way as an alternative. The drive typically takes under an hour when roads are clear, but allow extra time on a Monday game night.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard on the arena’s bayfront side. On busy nights, police and event staff may redirect traffic, so the exact drop-off point can change. Your chauffeur confirms the spot on the way in and agrees on a pickup point with you for after the game.

Can the Driver Wait for Your Group During the Heat Game?

Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what an hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the same vehicle from tip-off to the final buzzer and is reachable on WhatsApp the whole time. After the game, you walk out to a driver who already knows your plan, whether that’s straight home to Hollywood Beach or one more stop first.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

Your driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach, which you agree on when you book.

Many game-night groups start from a hotel lobby on the oceanfront, such as the Diplomat Beach Resort or the Hollywood Beach Marriott. The driver pulls into the entrance drive and meets you at the door. Plenty of fans also leave from a condo tower on South Ocean Drive, a vacation home a block off the Broadwalk, or a family home near Hollywood Boulevard, and each of those works the same way. Send the building name and any lobby or valet details over WhatsApp so your chauffeur knows exactly where to go. We set the pickup time together with you, based on how early you desire to be Downtown and whether dinner comes first. If your group is spread between Hollywood Beach and nearby Hallandale Beach, the driver can pick everyone up in order before heading toward Miami.

Can the Driver Collect Guests From More Than One Hollywood Beach Address?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up friends from several hotels, condos, or homes before heading south. Send the addresses in the order you’d like, and the driver fits the pickups into the start of your booking. Everyone rides in the same private vehicle, so your group arrives Downtown together instead of trying to meet up in a crowd.

What Can You Do in Hollywood Beach Before Heading to the Game? 🍸

An oceanfront dinner on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic way to start the night.

The Broadwalk runs right along the sand, lined with open-air cafés and seafood spots. A late-afternoon table there gives your group sea air and a relaxed meal before the drive. Downtown Hollywood, around Young Circle and the ArtsPark, has another cluster of restaurants and bars along Hollywood Boulevard, a short hop inland and on the way to the interstate. The Diplomat’s resort restaurants work well for a quieter group meal or a pre-game meeting with clients. Your chauffeur waits while you eat, so nobody feeds a parking meter or worries if dinner runs long, and the car is outside when you’re ready. Families often like to walk the Broadwalk first, then eat, then head out. These are ideas for your hours, not reservations we make, so book the table yourself and tell the driver where to go.

Is It Better to Eat in Hollywood Beach or Downtown Miami Before Tip-Off?

Eating in Hollywood Beach is the calmer choice, because you finish your meal and then make the drive in one go. Eating Downtown, at Bayside Marketplace or in Brickell, puts you near the action early but means sharing the streets with the arriving crowd. Either way, your chauffeur takes you from dinner to the game.

Which Facts Should Hollywood Beach Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening plans.
  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire booking.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the night.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot while you ride.
  • A quick restroom or snack stop mid-booking never changes the flat rate.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an NBA Game? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening your way.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us the date, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. Your booking covers a five-hour block, and the driver stays with your group the whole time, through dinner, the game, and every stop in between. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home, and you agree on the pickup spot when you book. For this game night, that’s usually your door in Hollywood Beach. You select the order of stops and can add or drop one as the night goes on. If the game goes to overtime or your group wants a nightcap in Brickell, keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover Around Hollywood Beach?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which is why Hollywood Beach is included. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for Heat vs. Suns? 🌆

Plan to leave Hollywood Beach in the late afternoon or early evening, well before the 7:30 PM tip-off.

Monday traffic matters more than the distance. The evening commute south on I-95 overlaps with fans heading into Downtown, so a generous head start makes all the difference. Groups having dinner on the Broadwalk usually book an earlier pickup, eat, and leave straight from the table. Groups eating Downtown should leave earlier still, so the crowd arriving around the arena doesn’t rush the meal. Aim to be inside with time to find your seats, grab food, and watch warm-ups, so you don’t miss the opening tip. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic before pickup and will suggest leaving earlier if the roads look heavy. Tell us your plan when you book, and we’ll help you select a pickup time that fits the evening you have in mind.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns? 🏙️

Yes. You get a private SUV or Sprinter with a bilingual chauffeur, reserved by the hour for your group only.

Fans often search for a private van or a car service to the arena. What we offer is a private vehicle that belongs to your party for the whole booking, never a shared seat on a fixed schedule. You’ll notice the difference all evening. The chauffeur follows your timing, not a set route, and your group rides together from Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami and back. Families with young kids, friends celebrating a birthday, and colleagues hosting a client all book the same way: pick the vehicle, set the pickup, and list any stops. The car stays with you, so you can add dinner, a jersey stop, or a late dessert in Brickell without arranging separate rides. Send your group size and start time on WhatsApp to check availability for March 8.

Can You Book a Heat Game Chauffeur Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Yes, when a driver and vehicle are available. If you confirm a booking within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you. On such short notice, the date and time stay as agreed, because a change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add hours on the day at the same flat rate.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Hollywood Beach?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. A short WhatsApp message with the details is enough.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
